Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Our room was spacious, restaurants was delicious and staff were friendly and fun!

This hotel is very nice, but it has only two elevators for the entire property, which are slow and aggravating. During high-transit hours, such as breakfast, check-in, and check-out, it becomes chaotic. I was on the 7th floor, and I had to be patient with the elevators. This makes what should be a nice hotel experience into something not very nice for the price the customer is paying. They need to do something about it; the problem is not only an insufficient number of elevators for such a big hotel, but the fact that the elevators are terribly slow, and even their doors take forever to open and close.

Every staff member I came in contact with was polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a major plus. I hope to visit again!

Everything was good the service the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast was awesome, probably one of the best omelets I've had. The only thing that I was a bit displeased with was the temperature of the shower. They didn’t get very hot at all. Over all a very good stay.

Great hotel. Pool was closed for renovation but one was available to guests at a neighboring hotel. The evening reception and snacks at the bar was a nice touch, the bar staff were wonderful to chat with, and the breakfast was honestly fantastic, especially the made to order omlettes and the make your own breakfast waffles. All staff that I interacted with were wonderful, polite, and helpful. I had 2 small qualms: 1, parking was an additional fee of $25, which seems absurd for on-site parking (and I do not recall seeing that anywhere ahead of time or I’d have been better prepared) and 2, the fire alarm went off in the morning but no one seemed to move or care at all. It went off for about 5 minutes and no one even put down their breakfast plates. Very strange. I would stay there again, but I’m still a little taken aback from by the parking fee.

The breakfast was amazing and the food was very good. There was a strange order in my room and my daughter's room, the employees were very professional and courteous.

The only minus is that there is no on-site pool available at the moment. The pool appears to be in a state of disrepair. Also, if you need to enter at night, you should be aware of the sprinkling system surprising you.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. Didn't have a chance to try their breakfast as m say was short. The bar was nice and cozy. Unfortunately, the pool was not available for use.

Pool was closed. Starbucks coffee machine was down. Ice machine missing from the floor. Elevators always full or extremely slow to arrive. Rooms were dirty with dust caked against the corners of the room. Fire alarm dangling from the ceiling. Room never got to temp set on thermostat. Drinks were weak. Free drinks and snacks are at terrible times considering traffic and your reasons for staying in Orlando. The only good thing was the breakfast. Everything else sucked. Told the staff. Did nothing to fix it.

This hotel was close to the airport and it also provided a free shuttle to and from when our flight got canceled and we had to spend another night in Orlando. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance so it was perfect.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. 2 free drinks during cocktail hour, the snack was veggies, ranch, pita chips, and hummus. You pay for parking on an app, one of our party arrived at 2am and didn’t notice the sign. They received a ticket, but the hotel was helpful with that process too.

We were very disappointed with our experience unfortunately!! Don't like giving bad reviews. Rang hotel for shuttle from airport after a 10hr flight waited best part of an hour no bus. Had to go back into airport again to ring Hotel eventuallycame!! Got to Hotel at 9:40pm asked if restaurant was still open she said yes, she would let them know we were coming in for food. Went to put out bags quickly in room ,key fob wouldn't work had to return to reception again !!she said because we were at the wrong door !!!!! My husband showed her we were at the door she had written on our doorpass.!!!!! Which she then realised that was already a n occupied room The mind boggles! Got to restaurant at 9:50 bar tend er said restaurant was closed. We explained reception said she would inform them we were coming.... we were not expected a full meal as we understood the were serving until 10:00 a sandwich would suffice. He said chef was cleaning the fryers!! Had to go to bed very hungry. So sadly wasn't a good experience for us. Our intention was to book it on our return journey,night before back to Ireland but unfortunately experience wouldn't allow us.

Omlete station is a welcome perk for a hotel breakfast. My room was very clean and spacious. The evening drinks/snack is another very welcome hotel perk. As a business traveler, I would recommend.

Loved the room. Most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. Nice touch with managers reception after 5 pm. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Shuttle service was excellent and driver was friendly. Only complaint was the elevators are slow at times.

The hotel has not been updated recently, and the food was not very good. I was unable to get rim service because they never answered the phone.

The hot tub was awesome and hot with powerful jets. The bar drinks were great too.

Rooms carpet was ripped other than the the rest of the stuff of ok.Parking is not free this property is expensive as it is and adding the parking makes it extremely overpriced for what it is room was ok besides the ripped carpet.

By far.. the cook to order omelet was great. Everything else, nah. We booked this place for the closeness to the airport and it having a shuttle. But, that shuttle never showed to pick us up for 2 hours! By the time we got there, the restaurant was closed and we only had crappy dry sandwiches to eat from their store. Don't waste your time booking here, not worth the money.

It was dirty and smelled like marijuana. The carpets were fraying and looked grungy. They didn't even wipe down the nightstands in the bedroom. I felt like i was at a cheap roadside motel. Breakfast buffet had long lines and ran out of foods.

The only problem i had with the hotel is that you could only get up and down by the elevator and there was no stairs to get around. The elevator is slow.

The check in staff was GREAT. But unfortunately that was the only great thing. The room was not clean.. we found an empty coke bottle on the floor of the room, which wasn’t ours. We booked this hotel because it came up on Expedias search response to “shuttle to Sanford airport” this hotel does NOT have a shuttle to Sanford airport. I wouldn’t have booked this if I’d known that and now had to pay a separate car service to get there. Super disappointing.

Horrible room and staff. Shuttle was rude, front desk was rude, breakfast staff was rude. There was no soap in the entire room, no pen, no lotion, and it was very dirty with a leaky shower. I will never come back or recommend.

No hot water for showers. My family identified the problem starting at 5pm and we contacted the front desk. The front desk staff indicated the “engineer” was working on the boiler and to give them a few hours. And as the temperature dropped, the air unit only blowed cold air with the thermostat on 79/80. Fast forward to this morning 12.15 and the front desk is saying they are still working on boiler. Sigh

No hot water for showers. My family identified the problem starting at 5pm and we contacted the front desk. Room was good, bed was a little too hard. I am 6'1" and had to use the toilet made for a 4 foot tall person. Seat is only about 12 inches off the floor. Embassy Suites is supposed to have higher standards. Paying 28 dollars for parking is not a plus either. The staff were great. I have had better breakfast at othere Embassy Suites and at this location. Maybe they need to season things.

I had "Premium Suite". When I arrived and entered the room the table at which there "amenities" a bag of candy was open and spilling out. The coffee machine didn't work. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The in morning they were extremely helpful in assisting me in obtaining transportation to the Port.

I liked the ability to pay for a late check out since I had a later flight.

I enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The overall look of this hotel was nice!! Had plenty of room in our suite, with 5 guests. Staff was helpful

Paid parking was a bit of a surprise, but I’m sure I missed that somewhere when booking. Oh well, welcoming staff, professional bartender, very clean.

We arrived at the hotel about 7 hours before check in, but the staff let us check in early and have some breakfast. They were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar. The pool was huge and stocked with towels. The pool was full of debris from flowers and trees. I tried to clean some of it but the net for the pool was broken. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the Orlando Airport.

Definitely nice exterior and interior common areas. Room 718 missing caulk in the bathroom and the tub drips. Bed is low to the ground and not as comfortable as other chains. I tried to check in online. Spent 20 minutes in the chat, transferred to the hotel chat and no one assisted me after waiting another 20 minutes. Arrived and I felt like I was treated substandard for not booking thru the hotel. It is ridiculous to pay for parking in a non secure surface lot. The breakfast was very good. I checked out and on my way to the dining area to tip the gentleman that made my omelette. Lady at check out yelling my name and telling me I can’t leave because I don’t show as paid. We were already running late. I had to pull and email my receipt from hotels.com. So many choices to stay in the area. Doubt we will be back.

We decided to dine in their restaurant for dinner instead of venturing out. Food and service were both excellent. Happy hour was a surprise bonus. We stayed in a one room suite. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There were two minor maintenance issues that we reported upon check out. Staff was friendly professional.

Buffet breakfast was good though as a redeeming point.

My one peeve was having to pay for parking.

The shuttle took an hour and 20 minutes to pick us up from the airport 5 min away.

Rooms need renovating. Paper thin walls - Can hear an entire conversation from the room next door. Mediocre breakfast. 1hr wait for airport shuttle for a hotel that is 5 mins away.

My AC wasn’t blowing personally I stayed in room 406 I’m sure it was an easy fix it was just a really uncomfortable night due to sweating most of the night. Other than that amazing hotel close to the airport just need to make that easy fix and I’m sure this isn’t the case for the majority of the rooms.

We had 1 night here after arriving late before heading to Disney. Check in was quick. Room was very spacious with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and 2 TVs. Breakfast was good. Made to order omelettes were the highlight. Would have enjoyed a longer stay. Definitely recommend.

The room/ beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly for the most part, food options was okay; nothing to rave about.

As usual breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel itself needs updated. Getting pretty worn in places like the bathrooms. You definely can tell it is old and needs to be redone to make it a 5 star hotel. Paying to park your car would make it so I will not stay there again. Then you have to pay taxes on the money you paid to park.

Property overall was great. However, check in experience was awful. Charlene was my the front desk agent who checked us in and was a bit rude. She basically threw my door key on the counter as she was doing the check in. Also, we weren’t given any information as far as the hours for breakfast which resulted in us missing breakfast. We came downstairs at 10:43 am and doors closed at 10:30, we booked two rooms and one of the rooms had dirty linens on the couch when we arrived.

Amazing hotel! We stayed with our two toddlers and the staff was so friendly and helped us above and beyond. We needed milk for our youngest and they took us back to the breakfast area despite it being 10pm! The airport shuttle was a life savor as our flight was at 5am

The desk staff was amazing. I always love this Hotel chain. It does not disappoint. The room was clean and spacious. It was close to several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Also be aware that parking is $25/night. That was not something I was prepared for.

The stay was fine but I wouldn't pick this hotel again. The highlights were the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. You could tell it was a recently renovated older hotel. The renovations were done well for the most part. My disappointments was the humidity in the main restaurant area, slow elevators, and the dark living room area of the suite. My main issue was the thin walls. There was a family staying next door and i could here then talking through the bedroom wall.

Bathrooms old and dirty-shows rust and wear and tear. Rooms and rugs outside our room were moldy with large, black areas of moisture. The room had an air purifier to negate the smell. My child starting coughing as soon as we entered the room and his asthma was bad throughout the night. The complimentary breakfast was good, but I would not stay here again even if they gave us free lunch and dinner.

These place was ok, breakfast included was much better than at most places, keyless check in failed and had to visit front desk, you have to pay $25 per night to park which was absurd, and the room's air flow and AC was questionable.

this hotel was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and big beds were comfortable. Check in process with a very quick and easy. They have a nice breakfast area that has lots and lots of variety to choose from. They also gave us two complementary drink packages on the house when we checked in, which was really nice after a long day of travel would definitely recommend this hotel to families that is staying in the area lots of places around to shop and eat, but you never have to leave the hotel really will definitely stay here again. Only complaint that I had was that you have to pay to park for some reason. I’m not sure why.

Great location near the airport and walking distance near movie theater and places to eat. Breakfast with made to order omelettes were great. Happy hour was a nice touch too. Booking shuttle to airport was easy ! Room was nice with the two separate areas. Two issues we came across were that the elevators were really slow and the shuttle does not pick up at Terminal C.
