My stay was amazing, the breakfast and dinner was incredibly delicious. Loved my room, the staff was so attentive to every detail. I wish I would have spent more time at the pool, but the bar pool was amazing. I am definitely returning back.

We arrived at our room later in the afternoon with plans to go to Disney Springs for dinner before flying home early the next morning. We did not get a chance to check out all of the hotel and pool which we were bummed about. We enjoyed the hotel enough for the short time we were there that when we come back to Orlando we will definitely be staying here again.

This was our fourth day at the Drury. We enjoy all the amenities and we enjoy the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. It’s good to know that there are more than one way to save money when staying at the Drury. The breakfast is always fantastic and the kickback is sometimes just what you need after long Park days in an empty wallet.

My family and I have wonderful time. We enjoyed the amenities? Great customer service. Justice check us in and was also in charge of the kids activities. My kids enjoyed the activities.

Not too far from Disney Springs I could see the fireworks from my room. They have a great free breakfast in the morning restaurant food was good. Have Pizza Hut in there and also Great pool , rooms were clean. also a bonus shuttle to the parks.

Great location within walking distance to Disney Springs. Free shuttle to all parks and Springs. Breakfast was adequate but could have had a little more variety. Only used evening kickback one time because we were always on the go. That one time was good.

The staff is very nice, as is the hotel and the breakfast. Stayed at this hotel ONLY to see the Epcot fireworks. Hotel charges extra for fireworks view rooms. The fireworks have to be 5 miles away, appear the size of a postage stamp and cannot be heard. Worst fireworks I’ve ever seen, and a total misrepresentation by the hotel.

Great hotel and a very pleasant stay. The pool is large, with plenty of loungers, so there’s no need to rush down early to get one. Pool towels are provided on-site, and being just a 10-minute walk from Disney Springs is a huge perk. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

It’ll be AmAzING when the Starbucks opens up. They didn’t very many nondairy options that are healthy for creamer. Regarding the shuttle service, the staff was great! Sometimes there was a long wait or the multiple park pickups made things unpredictable. It was hard to get back to the hotel and deal with Disney’s extensively long lines.

I don’t know what it is about this place but I don’t want it to change , the service and staff are beyond fantastic. And a special thank you to the front desk member “Grace” for making my daughter’s “10th” birthday the best it could possibly be. We will be back soon again in no time

We arrived early and was able to check in before the time. Receptionists was very helpful and super knowledgeable. We enjoyed a free drinks and popcorn and also a free shuttle bus to Disney. A driver of bus was amazing and also help me with not missing my flight. N/A

The hotel location was excellent, close in proximity to Disney springs - we did walk it 1 day, 20 mins or so, but after spending every day at the park we got Ubers everywhere instead. An Uber back from Springs was approx $6. The provided buses to the Disney parks were fine and regular. We got them a few times in to the parks. The pool / pool area was nice. Pool open late, got lots of use, never too busy. Pool towels provided at both hotel and at the water parks too which was a nice surprise, so don't take your own to Florida. The room upgrade (higher floor) for Disney facing view to see the fireworks in the evening we felt was worth it. Breakfast was nice but a bit limited after 2 weeks ready for something different. Kids would have liked some choc sauce with mickey waffles but wasn't available. The complementary evening food/drinks was nice enough although limited option each eve - you could fill up as your evening meal. As a brit (we love our cups of tea!). The room didn't have kettle (it did have a coffee maker) - there was a tea / coffee station in the lobby so we used that most days after coming back in from the parks for tea, if we went again we would take a travel kettle. I used Amazon to deliver an item to reception which worked well. All in all - a great family hotel, super location, nice other guests, the reception team were helpful when required. We would recommend and return.

The restaurant was cleaned during opening times and deep cleans after closing. The food was mixed with American and Mexican with both types cooked well and enjoyed. The pool and the restaurant/bar were very popular during the whole day with plenty of various eats and drinks . If you needed a well done rest from the Disney Parks it was the perfect day. The hot pool was refreshing and there were numerous inflatables in the pool for young and old. The restaurant/bar had plenty of tables with shades and chairs and a large area for just sitting in the shade and sun. Around the pool area there were more than plenty loungers for sun lovers and a very popular separate attached safe area water playground. Finally the hotel shop was small but well stocked with most essentials and was open very late. Something I’ve not seen in five star hotels an Arcade for young and old filled with grabbers, driving cars and lots of other board games etc. I found all the hotel staff really friendly and helpful from the reception to the maintenance workers. The free bus drivers helped so many assistance customers with wheelchairs and electric vehicles (mobility scooters) which they loaded and unloaded happily and safely. I would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

Amazing hotel, staff were all welcoming from arriving at the hotel to the bus drivers. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast and afternoon kickstarter were excellent with lots of choice which were an all you can eat buffet and drinks. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

The only issues we had during our stay was the toilet not flushing good enough but service came quick and the other issue was some shuttle bus drivers are not too friendly. I think they expect that guests are already familiar with the areas, not helpful for first timers. Otherwise, this is a great hotel to stay close to theme parks. We stayed 8 nights here despite those 2 minor issues, we would stay at this hotel again.

This is a great property for families visiting Disney. They offer breakfast & dinner everyday along with in house restaurants. They also have multiple shuttle times to the parks which makes traveling to the parks very convenient.

Really great experience! Lots of extra fees unfortunately on top of actual cost. We chose to drive and park. It was an additional $28 plus a security deposit which added an extra $77. We only stayed one night. Free breakfast was amazing. Just be aware of final cost when comparing! We would and will likely stay here again. Room as also big!

The service from the Hotel Staff was beyond what we expected. My wife accidentally forgot her Beats Headphones in the room after we checked out and were already at the airport. She called the hotel and spoke with Grace at Guest Services. Housekeeping found my wife's headphones; Grace's team created a shipping label and had them shipped next day air back to our home in Texas. She was so pleased and grateful for their hospitality. This was our second time staying at the hotel and won't be our last. We enjoy getting early access to all the Disney theme parks, taking advantage of the shuttle buses and the staff at the front desk are always so helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained, lobby area is well maintained. When I get asked where we stay when coming to Disney, I proudly say Drury! Thank you!

For me, the Drury Plaza is perfect. This is my second stay here, and I—along with my family—absolutely love it. Everything is very clean and organized; the parking is easily accessible and hassle-free. The pool is spectacular. Special thanks go to the housekeeping staff—specifically Marlene—for cleaning our room. The lobby staff were courteous and attentive. I also ordered food—the wings, the burger, and the pizza—and it was all delicious. I will definitely return to the Drury Plaza! The included breakfast was superb—I loved it. Plus, it’s super close to the theme parks.

Drury Plaza is a great off park hotel. The buses to the parks were brilliant, super reliable. The included breakfast had some great options and sets you up for the day. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a brilliant stay and would stay again if come back to Disney.

We love our stay , my only request will be for them to have separate transportation to each parck , if you are taking the bus to Epcot you will have to weit for them to stop first at magic kingdom and the drive its a little long . But the rest was fantastic

Usually stay at a Disney resort, came down one day early for a week at Disney, stayed one night here, it’s ok for a one night stay, but definitely not comparable with Disney service and amenities, even though they are a good neighbor hotel.

I liked everything! I enjoyed the pool, the restaurant, the kickback, free popcorn and soda, the arcade, and the mini shop, as well as our immaculate room! I didn't like that we had to pay for parking, but wasn't a huge deal. It was all worth it.

We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised itself as pet friendly and had amenities we thought our children would enjoy. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely stressful and disappointing.Upon check-in, and being informed of their pet policy we realized the restrictions made it nearly impossible for families traveling with pets to actually stay there comfortably. Dogs are not allowed in common areas, and could not be left alone in the room at any time.This essentially meant we could not enjoy any of the hotel amenities with our children unless one adult stayed behind in the room with the dog at all times. We arrived late at night with two tired and hungry small children. When we explained the situation, management offered no real accommodations or alternatives other than suggesting we find a pet sitter late at night in an unfamiliar area. Since we were traveling unexpectedly and did not have our dog’s vaccination paperwork with us, arranging boarding on such short notice was unrealistic. We ultimately had no choice but to leave and find another hotel the next morning, which was incredibly stressful with two young children and a pet. I understand hotels need policies, but advertising as “pet friendly” while having restrictions that make it nearly impossible for families traveling with pets to enjoy the property feels misleading. We left feeling unsupported and completely on our own to figure things out.

This was hands down the best stay I've ever experienced at a hotel! And for the price point- unreal! The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved having free breakfast and some snacks later on in the day. Drury Plaza helped make my birthday weekend memorable. I will always come back to this property!!

The location was very convenient to Disney Springs and the shuttles to and from the Disney parks were very reliable. The free breakfast was more like a breakfast buffet with many options. The throw back "snack" also provided so many options is was more like a dinner than a snack. Rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the pool. We will absolutely stay here again.

We love the Drury Plaza at Disney Springs. It is always clean, well maintained and so much value for a Disney or Orlando stay. It is our home away from home at Disney.

It is approx 25 min walk from Disney Springs and the hotel operates a free shuttle to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. I would highly recommend. We had a great stay here.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. We loved the little tiny. Disney touches everywhere. The staff was wonderful. There was one staff member named Katrina who went way above and beyond and made our child with autism. Feel amazing. We already booked to go back because of her.

This property is beautiful and pet friendly. The property has dog treats and plenty of waling areas for fargo to roam. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. This propois so close to Disney Springs. We love staying here when we have family join us. Definitely worth the stay.

We got the idea to go to Drury Plaza Hotel via TikTok and we did not regret it. We absolutely loved the experience. Staff were so helpful and kind. The free bus transport to disney sites, breakfast and Dinner + 3x alcoholic drinks nightly was much appreciate for the price we paid for a family of 3. Will definitely come back when we visit Orlando again.

Very good place, above expectations. Specially with no resort fee and having free breakfast plus supper time is a really helpful thing. Having free shuttles to disney world after every 30 min is so convenient. Having pool, gym, laundry, arcade and coffee all the time. Room has all the amenities. If I ever go again I am STAYING HERE.

We loved everything about this hotel! We made the long trip from Australia and the Drury the was the perfect way to ease into a big trip. It was peaceful, the staff were absolutely amazing and the facilities had everything we needed. The shuttle was so handy and to walk to Disney Springs was also good - the highlight was the free breakfast, drinks and supper. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

Perfect for families, so many transportation options, all of the front desk staff was incredible! The free breakfast, dinner and cocktails saved us a lot of money and had many choices plus always a protein too. We come to Florida every couple months and after staying here twice this will be our new go to hotel for us.

We have never been to a hotel in Orlando that has such wonderful amenities and no resort charge. I would highly recommend anyone with children and those that love being close to Disney Springs to book this place.,

Breakfast was great .

The Drury offers so much value plus it’s clean and comfortable which is a priority. The staff are always amazing and it’s our go to hotel when we are in between DVC points!

One of the best amenities was the morning buffet, but the evening "Kickback" buffet was an awesome surprise! The kickback was a buffet of its own! We did not use any of the other amenities. The property was very clean, the hallways were quiet, the view was beautiful looking out our window on the pool side, and they had plenty of elevators! It was a beautiful property that we will definitely return to!

The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a broken coffee maker and they replaced it in like 10 minutes. The shower pressure was great and the water got very hot fast. The body wash and conditioner were good. We did not swim however the pool was clean and the area well maintained. We loved the buffets for breakfast and dinner and the free drinks were a total plus. Will stay at this hotel every time we go to Orlando in the future.

We stayed during a Summit cheer event so the hotel was very busy and loud. The elevators had wet floors and our hallway was a bit messy with food outside the room doors. We did not use any amenities since we were only there to sleep but the pool area looked very nice. The Market had a nice selection of toiletries and drink/snack options. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

El hotel estuvo excelente, la pasé super con mi esposa varios dias, pero tengo una pequeña sugerencia respecto a la comida. El desayuno esta perfecto, pero la cena deberían de tener un area de postre aunque sea pequeña, algunos biscochos o una maquina de helado con algunos topins no tiene que ser una mega area de postres ya que luego de comer algo siempre es bueno tener un postrecito dulce y complementar eso. Los popcorns no los veo como postre ya que es algo salado y algunos que estuvieron allí opinaron igual. Aparte de eso todo esta perfecto✨espero volver algun dia

Shuttle was easy to use and breakfast consistent with dury

key cards and when there was a problem with them, the front desk staff solved the problem right away. I couldn’t get everyone’s names but do remember Brian and Shawn being helpful. Again, the front desk staff really proved good customer service. Thank you to all.

This is an excellent hotel for location and amenities. However, it was a very very busy hotel. If you like that then it’s for you. Me, not so much hence only 4 stars

The hotel is very well located, with great facilities, an excellent breakfast, and a nice afternoon snack service. Overall, it has many positive aspects. However, the room cleanliness was quite disappointing. There was dirt in the room when we arrived, and the carpet remained dirty and unvacuumed for several days. It is unfortunate that such a good hotel loses points on something as important as cleanliness.

What a great bang for your buck. We did not bring the family, but this is an amazing family hotel. You will not go hungry with the complimentary breakfast and dinner offerings. I did not use the pool. No time, but it looks spacious and so inviting. Next time! There were other options for dining and cocktails. I enjoyed the best spicy margarita! The property is very close to the parks and Disney Springs. The Drury is always one of our first picks when we travel. We will be staying in another Drury on our summer vacation with the grandkids. They love the breakfast, and I know they will love the dinner options if offered at that hotel. Very generous of a hotel to offer so many complimentary dining options. Can't wait to visit again! Everything was really nice. Clean,quiet, comfortable beds,staff is great,well equipped fitness room,the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, pool area is marvelous. The only negative was being charged $28 a night to park.

Excellent hotel. Walking distance to Disney Springs. You basically get a full breakfast and dinner with 3 drinks each night. No hotel fees. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Free park shuttle. This hotel is the best value around.

Love this hotel! It’s very clean, beds are comfy, food is really good! 10-15 minute walk to Disney Springs or you walk to Hooters, Olive Garden, Dennys etc in the opposite direction. You can walk to 7-11 and get cheaper beer or Starbucks!

This has to be one of the very best places to stay when you’re going to Disney. The property is close by and offers transportation to the parks, and it even qualifies for early entry into the Disney parks! When you add in a hot fresh breakfast buffet and snack/dinner evening “kickback” buffet, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, you truly cannot top the value that Drury Plaza offers. Disney Park vacations are so very much fun, but they can also be tiring and stressful. Drury Plaza is a welcoming oasis. As a bonus, all of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and just amazing. I heartily recommend!

The perfect hotel for visiting Disney! Lots of perks including an excellent bus shuttle to Disney, free breakfast and light dinner AND afternoon drinks. Staff are incredibly helpful and the place just has a nice vibe.

The staff was so kind and responsive, the property was great and had all of the amenities for kids, we loved that they had free breakfast daily, happy hours, a laundry room on-site, and a pool that is open late.

All that in addition to free shuttle service to all Disney parks and Disney springs. What more can we ask for! Will definitely return.

Breakfast and kickback food quality was poor

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly they lets us check into our room two hours early no charge. I love that they do daily housekeeping. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. However beware that the walls our thin and noise could be heard at all time from outside hallways and traffic.

Stay was wonderful. Our second time here and once again they did not disappoint. From the friendly staff, to the amazing shuttle bus drivers, to the breakfast and their awesome kickback, everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

First time staying at the drury inn and it was a great experience! Pros it offers a happy hour with food and feee drinks! Pool is very nice and offers towels for use. The staff was very nice and answered all our questions. They offer free bus to Disney and early entry as well! A great experience!

Yes they have buses to the parks but the time are very spread out, Do not run late at night and they drop you far away. We spent a lot of time waiting for busses. More than when we use the Disney buses and stay on property. Disney Springs is about a 30 min walk to the front entrance as well. It's all doable if you don't mind walking but with the heat and the amount of walking in the parks, it was too much for my 11-year-old. We ended up getting a rent car for our last day at Drury. The staff is amazing, the pool (no lifeguard) and rooms are beautiful, having the free bfast and snacks was nice. Overall the hotel is really great, and they are doing everything they can to be as amiable as a Disney on-property hotel. If you are not rushing this trip to see everything, and are able to walk extra this place is great. More adult-friendly too (cocktails, restaurant till midnight )

This was the first time to stay at The Drury. The free breakfast was great each morning. They had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, pancakes and waffles. Transportation to each park and you were provided a schedule for drop off time and pick up times. There was even transportation to Disney Springs. At 5:30pm to 7:30 pm was a time called kickback. They offered free items such as hot dogs, baked potatoes, pulled pork sliders, baked beans, coleslaw, meatballs in gravy, mashed potatoes, soups, chili, chips and cheese, salad, and steamed vegetables. And T 4 pm to 8 pm free popcorn. The staff were outstanding and friendly! We will forever stay here when coming to Orlando.

Really great experience from check in, through the stay and all the way to checkout. Hotel is very clean, breakfast was very good, drinks - spot on and service in all areas went above and beyond expectations.

I like the location - great to walk to Disney springs and quick bus ride or uber to the parks. The pullout bed was not very comfortable and there were 5 of us so we did need to use it as a bed. Also the bathroom door did not have a lock.

The free transportation to parks was great. The breakfast was good. We missed happy hour. Our room had a great view of Black lake, and Epcot fireworks ? Prior to our arrival, a manager called to see if I needed anything like towels or pillows? I said yes, extra towels and pillows would be great. I was really impressed that someone would actually call to ask. Upon getting into our room, there were no extra towels or pillows. I had to call down to get them, this defeated the previous call from a manager.

Location and property itself was great. Our room was very dirty. We couldn't even use our wardrobe because of dust and dirt. We checked in late night and kids vere tired. So we decided to talk to the customer service representative in the morning. When I showed the pictures and videos I took customer service representative repeated same sentence over and over again: " if you called us at night we could've given you another room." ? I told him this is not about what you could've done. This is about families coming from parks to your hotel expecting stress free, clean room.

Great Value, Great Staff, Rooms with Balcony and Shuttles to Parks with early access for Resort Guests. Add in the 2 included meals a day and 2 drinks plus a jacuzzi, pool waitress service and indoor and outdoor bars and this property is hands down the best value at Disney. I have stayed now 5 times since they opened 2 years ago. Great great property!

all service good, little one is i purchased EPCOT ticket from hotel which was directed by receptionist, but 10 $ more than ticket sold at park. I supposed to be informed the difference.

Staff was amazing. She upgraded me to a room with a view. The included amenities were superb. I was blown away by the evening kickback times which included 3 free alcoholic drinks (mixers, wine or beer) and a light buffet.

Clean, quiet, well organized, great location, and bus schedule was amazing! My kids loved just staying around the hotel (pool, splash pad, arcade) on our “rest” day. Loved the breakfast variety and evening kickbacks never disappoint.

The rooms were great. Clean and well appointed. The hotel was within walking distance of Disney Springs. Shuttles to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs are convenient and available. Early entry to the parks was great. But the thing that set Drury apart from other hotels in the area was the wonderful breakfast and evening kick back. The food choices were changed every day. They had eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Kick back had baked potato bar, meat balls and mash potatoes, pork sliders and soups. It was amazing and so helpful. I will stay here again for sure.

I got what I expected.

The onsite restaurant was delicious, and the included breakfast was excellent. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was also huge and relaxing. The location is perfect—very close to Disney Springs. We even ended up walking there, which was super convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again.

There are so many great things I could say about this hotel. The breakfast and kick back dinner were a huge perk, plus three free drinks per adult! The breakfast was pretty much the same every day but there’s so much to choose from. Our room was spotless and the front desk was always so friendly and helpful. We ordered pick up from the restaurant downstairs one night and notated a severe food allergy in the app. Within minutes of submitting the order I received a call from them to talk through the allergy and alternative substitutions. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be staying here in the future!

The free afternoon dinner was great! More like snack time for my son but he’s a growing boy. I enjoyed the free drink. The place exceed my expectations and it was relaxing coming back to a clean hotel with exceptional amenities. The staff were all so helpful and happy! 10/10!!

The staff were kind and patient. They always made sure that we were taken care of, and helped me with everything I needed. The pool and jacuzzi were great. I liked that everything stayed open late. The shuttles to the parks were awesome and the drivers were friendly. I will most likely book a stay here again.

Room was ok, nothing special. Couldn’t provide tooth paste, pool was closed during my stay for some reason for 1 full day. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to adults as it’s mostly for families with loud kids.

One of the best parts was the amenities — the complimentary breakfast and evening kickback were fantastic and such a great value for families. The location is perfect, especially being so close to Disney Springs and the parks, which made everything very convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. Highly recommend!

The cafeteria area for the breakfast time needs occasionally wiping down, it gets hard to find a clean spot to sit down. $28 to park there is steep. It is not like there are anything but hotels nearby (For example the Dolphin and Swan are near parks so I get parking). Disney Springs is near, I suppose, but the parking there is free. So, I don't understand the parking charge. Other than that, I would recommend.

Breakfast, no resort fee, and Kick Backs make this hotel top-notch. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV was only viewable from the bed. It had no adjustable mount like some hotels. So really, the only way to watch TV was in bed, even though the room had a couch.

All staff that we came upon were excellent. Very nice and professional staff members all around. The food and drinks selections were great from the lakeside bar, kitchen and bar, breakfast, and kick back. The room was clean and spacious with all working appliances. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well taken care of. The arcade had plenty of fun games. Also had no problem with delivery drop off to the hotel. No complaints at all!

If I could give a 4.5/5 I would. Hotel, location, amenities, all of it - incredible. Except for the beds. The mattresses are about the quality and comfort I'd expect at motel in a lousy part of town. I don't know maybe it was just a fluke, but for as incredible as the rest of the experience and stay was, this was comically disappointing.

Honestly, I was expecting less, but my wife and I loved it. 10 minute walk from Disney Springs. The room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and just a standard room. The staff at the hotel was so kind and the free breakfast and evening reception was really good. The outside pool was really nice and the food at the bar was great!

The room was great! So clean and comfy. The breakfast was good! The only reason this isn't a five star is because of the "kickback" meal. It wasn't great. If you drink, that's a perk that you get free alcohol but I would go elsewhere for dinner! However, everything else was really nice! The Kitchen + Bar restaurant in the hotel was really good! Shout out to Shawn Kelley for being an outstanding employee!

Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and a great size. We had a fireworks view room, which we could see both Epcot’s and Magic Kingdom’s fireworks from! The walk to Disney Springs was about 12 minutes, which was very manageable. The free breakfast and evening kickback meals were also really good—much better than I typically expect from complimentary hotel food.

Location was about excellent. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free delicious breakfast was a bonus.

Everything about the stay was on point!

Dirty room with mud on the floors, smell of mold, tons of dust. The cleaning staff tried to tell us the mud was a “design in the tile”. However, there was dirt on the walls as well. When we used a wipe to show them the floor was in fact dirty, and not a design, we were told that the cleaning machine for the floor was not available. The supervisor of the hotel walked away from me while I was in the middle of speaking to him, and he refused to even speak with me. If you want to stay at a clean hotel, don’t book here!

The bed was uncomfortable, and when we reported it, they were going to place some type of pad on it, but never did

The microwave and little fridge are so convenient. The beds are comfortable. The one thing is the hotel is not quiet lol. You can hear your neighbors and the lobby and breakfast area are very loud. So if you want a quiet and relaxing location this is not it. We were there only for 2 nights and stayed here because of the parks. After a long day at the parks I wouldn’t choose this location again.

Breakfast buffet is below average- too many kid's touching food. Kayla at the bar made great drinks, food was also amazing

On the flip side, the hotel is huge and feels a bit like a convention center. The one hot tub is too small and I imagine the pool will be crowded in summer. Finally, there was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night when guests returned from the park.

to the second floor and have breakfast and not to mention the kickback was great! We got 3 alcoholic beverages each day we stayed! And light dinner was good as well. Shuttle service was very easy to use. This is my second time staying here and I don’t think I would pick any other place.

The check-in process was efficient, courteous, and professional. Housekeeping was excellent bc, our rooms were made up fresh every day. Breakfast and dinner options were excellent, great value for families and children. Overall, we were very pleased with the shuttle to Disney World parks. and the overall stay.

The stay was fine. Just a few notes to take away. It appears our room carpet was not vacuumed. There was red and green sequins on the carpet near the bed. The diner on Monday night, was subpar. The meatballs were cold, mashed potatoes tasted sour and the chicken noodle soup tasted like it was from a can.

Our first stay at Drury and we are blown away. The room is spotless, the staff is always smiling and very courteous. The hotel is a spacious, up to date resort with no resort fee! We did not use the pool but the entire outdoor area is beautiful. We love the complimentary theme park buses too. We loved everything and will definitely return and visit the sister properties. This is our new Orlando resort!
