I enjoyed the stay. Not as many amenities as i would’ve liked but i loved that the priority is directly across the street from universal. It would’ve been better if they had later times for the shuttle so i could’ve actually used it instead of stopping at 11:30.

I liked that it is walking distance to universal! I thinks it’s amazing! I also liked that they have a shuttle to epic universe! They have a really good schedule for it too! No one ever came in to our room for service . We ran out of towels and had to ask for them twice before we actually got the towels. I think that the breakfast is too expensive for what it is. The best part of my stay was the waiter we had at breakfast! I don’t remember his name but he’s Asian and he is the nicest man on this planet! We’ve had him twice and every time he is wonderful!!

The location was great -right across from Universal studios, walkable for younger families but there is a complimentary shuttle just have to sign up the day before. The room was great we had a king suite had more than 1 place to sit/relax. there were 2 restaurants in the 1 for a full breakfast for a charge & an ice-cream/candy spot open later in PM. Plus a side spot for coffee & pastries- we went there for a quick breakfast. We ate at another restaurant one night just around the corner great food & service Our shower water pressure wasn't great,

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the pool was amazing and the American grill had really great food and staff.

Staff was great. Pizza from the Pizza bar was delicious.

Overall was an okay stay. The AC unit was making a “dripping” noise the entire stay, and the bathroom sink would not drain. I cad to pull the drain basically out of place because the handle did not work either to lift it. Once I did that it drained like normal, otherwise was good. The room keys worked twice to get us in/out of the parking lot, other times had to push the call button to get someone to let us in or out.

Proximity to universal was ideal. One elevator was broken, on the listing it stated that valet parking was optional for $34 per night but that is the rate to park in general. The hotel description was not upfront about the additional parking fee.

Great to soak in the hot tub after a long day at the park and easy shuttle to universal was great. Rooms were clean but not very quiet and can hear people outside in the hallway.

Our experience here was amazing. We planned a trip to universal studios, and we didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel since we were going to spend all day at the parks so we just needed a place to sleep. We spent less than $500 for 3 nights at this hotel and it was a 6 minute uber ride to where they drop you off to universal studios. Very convenient. I'm very picking with cleanliness, and my room was up to par. I would stay here again.

Nice property, restaurant, bar, sweets shop and mini store on site. ASK FOR THE FREE COOKIES at front desk. You have to scan your card when you enter and exit the parking (it’s tap)..gym was really nice and well equipped. Pool area is nice and there’s an arcade and laundry facility on property too :)

The shuttle service to and from Universal, the pool and heated pool, being at the entrance of Universal. The breakfast items made multiple family members feel nauseous for most of the day and the water pressure when showering was just a trickle of water.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only downside is $35 nightly parking fee. It felt quite expensive considering the parking gate was not functioning properly. We often had to wait several minutes just to exit the parking area or waited for others to try to exit.

Amazing got to leave vehicle at property and go to parks day if check in and day of check out was allowed to leave vehicle parked no additional fees while we enjoyed the park as well!

Close enough to walk to Universal (which we did on the first day), but cheap enough via Lyft when shuttle times didn't work out. Special shout out to the waitstaff at the breakfast buffet, they were fabulous. Also, those potato "rings"? Omg so yummy.

The doors are so heavy that when it closes it slams- there is no way to quietly close these doors. Which doesn’t let for an afternoon nap especially if you have cleaning crew on that floor. Also me leaving at 2am to get on rise means i wake up people.

Front desk are nice, still not very informed about perks of being a Universal’s Partner Hotel. I asked about Early Entry and they didn’t know, just told me to wait for the Universal attendant the following morning. Gift shop super expensive. The two attendants at the “coffee shop” were rude and unwelcoming, awful chai latte. In room dining- Called thrice to order and never answer the call, same with front desk the last day. Housekeeping, ok… I left a bag with food to be thrown and when we got back, the bag was in front of the bed. Hairs in the bathtub…

What I like most staff security. The walk to Universal is 20 minute walk they also have the Shutter that can take you to Universal Orlando.

Had to be transferred from room due to real bad heavy smell in room, it stuck in my mouth and throat. The new room was great except the bathtub wouldn’t drain well it filled up during shower and took while to drain. Then there was a huge roach inside the shower on our last day moving everywhere. Staff was amazing and they took care of us immediately. We got free breakfast at Sunshine Cafe due to inconvenience, it was really good. Great safe area walking distance to Universal city walk but not in the heat you might just want to uber unless you don’t mind the heat.

Charging $30+ for parking a day when the parking lot is closed due to paving is pretty crazy. The parking available was a nice little walk and always full. Also cars were parking in areas that weren’t spots so it made getting around and out nearly impossible. No mention of this online and still charged for parking. Staff were all amazing. The hotel itself is under construction??? Not in great condition at all.

Shop, cafe and restaurant were poor for a modern hotel. A good coffee shop in the lobby area would make a massive difference. Also seemed a lack of decent food options and a lot of people were clearly ordering take away deliveries from local fast food places.

I liked the bar on the first floor and the Universal Studios ticket agent in the lobby The room smelled kind of bad, strange stains on the bedspread, mold above the mirror in the bathroom, useless shower curtain in the bathroom, one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on, my shoulder still hurts. Parking was a nightmare because they were paving the main road in front of the hotel and the entire non-valet parking complement of the hotel was jammed into one parking lot. When I arrived there was a guy smoking pot in the designated smoking area, which turned me right off and I almost left.

Pool, food options were great, bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size, great breakfast options It would’ve been nice if staff explained the nightly incidental charge upfront, as that’s not common where I’m from, but they clarified it when I asked.

First time I stayed at this place and want to share my experience nothing bad to say about this place because everything was excellent, great customer service and people were absolutely kind and friendly I really recommend it

This was a perfect location for visiting Universal Florida and Islands of adventure. It was not as crowded as other hotels in the area. Staff was extremely helpful.

Excellent for visiting Universal Studios!

Overall a really great hotel! Pool/hot tub are open until 11pm, gives plenty of time to finish up at Universal and come back to rest your feet. The walk to City Walk is not that far just about 15min.

Convenient to everything room was spacious and clean the parking while we were there was a mess due to construction No ADA spaces available we needed to park at a nearby business (Kobe) and walk yet we were still required to pay for parking. Cookies are still the best part of staying at the Doubletree.

The staff was very friendly during check the check in process however I never received a welcome cookie like I previously saw other reviewers mentioned. Also there was no microwave in the room so I could not reheat any leftovers. There was also a $150 incidental fee charged that I was unaware would be charged during check in. The room was very clean but the bathroom needs to be renovated as the sink wood bottom was cracked and peeled off.

Free cookie provided by reception! Reception were thorough at providing necessary information at check-in. There is an onsite restaurant (which surprisingly many similar sized hotels don’t seem to have) saving one from having to go off-site to eat dinner. Decent breakfast buffet. Room was cool and comfortable. There is a shop on the ground floor where u can buy drinks, snacks and souvenirs. The walls in the shower / bath area of the bathroom had not been cleaned properly since the previous guest, as there was someone else’s long hair plastered on the wall!

Found food wrappers and a finger nail in the sheets. Bathroom sink was broken so water was everywhere when we washed our hands. The floor was not vacuumed. I was told I would not be charged but was. I have tried several times to call and get this taken care of. Hilton is the worse and I will never stay there again

The hotel was extremely well located and made it to easy to get to Universal Parks (Studios and IOA). The staff was super friendly and the warm complimentary cookies were such a nice touch. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but overall the hotel met my expectations and I would recommend it.

We had a toilet that would almost over flow every time u flushed. The shower stall was very hard to open and close. They sent someone to fix toilet. But it wasn't fixed when we checked out she acted like she didn't care

The property was unkept. It’s old, not clean. Difficult to find parking. Dirty and all couches in the lobby that smell bad. Dirty elevators. Have to pay for parking daily. Room bathrooms, not clean, shower wouldn’t drain. Carpets smell.

We had a party of 12 and 3 rooms. Everything was great. The elevator situation was a little slow but it got you where you need to be.

A lot of issues but friendly staff. I came at check in for 4pm and room was not available (wasn’t clean) asked for a different room that was available. Was told there were none. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. Went back up and was told they could give me a different room. The room bathroom toilet wouldn’t even flush toilet paper without flushing 4 times. Told front desk staff on our way out of the room was told maintenance would come by while gone. Maintenance left card saying issue was resolved but it wasn’t. Stayed 4 nights with a toilet that wasn’t working. WiFi wouldn’t connect said I had invalid credentials. Just a lot of issues. Staff were nice and tried to accommodate but wouldn’t stay there again. Wish they had a shuttle to the parks. Might as well stay at a universal resort for a little bit more in price.

Did not use the pool. Not a lot of choices to eat inside the hotel but universal studios and universal city walk are only 15-20 min walk away.

I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and always had great experiences. I talked it up so much to my husband, expecting it to be the perfect place for such a special trip. Instead, it completely fell apart from the moment we arrived. After a long drive, we got to our room only to find the bathtub completely clogged. We couldn’t even shower. We were moved to another room that was smaller, had no accessibility features (which we needed), and no couch like our original room. We were told we’d be moved again the next day, but that process was completely disorganized. The next room? A dripping tub ALL night and no hot water. At that point, the frustration was already overwhelming. Breakfast the next morning was just as bad. We were seated and then completely ignored. After waiting about 10 minutes, we got up to get food ourselves—only to come back and find another family had taken our table and was already being served. It was honestly humiliating. When we returned later that day expecting our promised room change, the front desk acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. After explaining everything again, we were given another room that still didn’t meet accessibility needs. By then, we were exhausted and gave up trying to fix anythi

#1 Pillows are not super comfortable but nothing too horrible, #2 some rooms are connected to other rooms and they do NOT isolate sound at all... our neightbours were incredibly loud and disturbing waking us up at 1am, we could even see the light coming from their room through the bottom slot

While the stay was pleasant enough, we chose this hotel as it advertised a “pet area” and we brought 2 dogs. The pet area was a slick, uneven path that our dogs struggled to walk up and down on. Not to mention the only actual grassy space for them to use the bathroom was clearly the worker break area and full of food scraps and cigarettes on the ground. Other than that, it was limited spaces of mulch and bushes. It is also advertised online that there is a $50 pet fee that is refundable and upon filling out the form on site we were told it’s a non refundable $75 fee. The hotel was nice enough but I would not recommend people bring their pets here.

Staff who worked for the hotel were friendly. I loved that there was a personalized greeting on the tv in our room. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Prices for dining were what I expected (expensive but not insane). The pool was COLD and the hot tub was HOT. Parking was free despite expedia noting that there was a daily fee. Hotel was convenient to all the attractions we went to-Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Disney, Universal. I would stay here again.

It was a beautiful hotel, very convenient location, and the pool was amazing! We were put in a room with a thermostat that was broken. I approached the staff and addressed the issue and was told they’d send someone to look at it but no one ever showed up. I barely slept the night before our day at universal because the room was a very uncomfortable 78 degrees all night. There also a man clearly under the influence of some kind of drugs wondering thru the hotel lobby dancing and shadow boxing at random people and the staff seemed too afraid to approach him and have him removed from the premises. The only saving grace there was the pool. They also had signs all over the hotel for retail establishments such as Starbucks that apparently are no longer on site. I made the most of the trip because it was my daughters birthday trip but probably will not book with them again

Room was okay had black bugs in bathroom. Wasn't worth paying $34 a night for parking. Fountain was only on one night we stayed out of 6. We found someone else's old socks under bed by night stand that was disgusting.

Decent stay, accommodations were good and staff were pleasant and helpful. Gym was good and clean. Hotel can be better maintained but understand it is difficult with the high amount of traffic.

The low rating is due to the factor that two of the three elevators were broken. The staff also used the elevator despite the line of guests waiting in line for use.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is incredibly dated and doesn’t look much like the images you see online. The maid service however was very reliable, which we appreciated. We had clean towels delivered daily and our bed was made up every evening. Overall a good budget option!

We went to the dining room and they sat us down. We chose the buffet not realizing it was $30 a person until I got the bill. I had an egg white omelette with water and my son had 6 little waffles with OJ, after an added gratuity it was $72.

However, the staff was amazing, super friendly, and super nice, going above and beyond. We appreciate Edward's help with getting us clean linen. I didn't know that they come in your room and make the bed. While we were out for today, I did not like that. The carpet head stains on it. Out chairs were stained, but they do give you free bottles of water which was awesome, like I said, the staff. It was so amazing checking in and checking 'out.

Room was so so. Faucet leaked all over the counter, there no way they weren’t aware of this. Toilet runs 24/7 and needs flushed about 3 times each use. Cleanliness wasn’t horrible or great. No impressed. Parking was confusing and when I questioned it ar check in, she easily encouraged paying with the room for parking but provided no instructions how to get in / out - I travel a lot and wasn’t aware to use rook key for that. There was some type of construction going on. Breakfast was a bit over piece for buffet but service was great.

Nice pool but a ton of kids so if you don't want to be around tons of kids in the lobby, pool, etc.., you may want to look elsewhere. The room were clean, shower was great, big spacious room. The room was clean. The day was amazing. I booked the night for me and my nieces and nephew. We enjoyed it. I had a podcast show thing that I was attending so being able to get our room reserved there was a plus.

The staff was amazing, rooms were cleaned promptly everyday if needed. The pool was nice! The kitty pool was not filled all the way up and did not look clean. Splash pad was perfect. The hot tub was nice as well. I wish there was an adults only hot tub section. I wish the food was more reasonably priced so we didn’t have to leave to find cheaper. You also have to pay for parking per night.

The staff at check-in and breakfast were extremely friendly. Breakfast itself was alright, your typical eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, etc. The coffee cafe next door was also decent. The pools/splash pad/hot tubs are also showing their age. The ambiance is just not that great. You definitely don’t feel like you’re at a resort since the hotel is next to major highways and other hotels.

The shuttle service is one amenity recommending getting on as soon as practicable, as we were not able to secure a spot. We ubered, and it was slightly more than the parking fee. Jim in the dining area was amazing on both mornings. My kids loved the warm interaction you don't often see. Recommend asking to be seated in his area. We ate both nights in the on-site F&B dinner option, American Grill. It left something to be desired. Maybe it's the auto-gratuity built in, but service was super slow, and food quality underwhelming. Pools were fine for what we needed (large pool, hot tub) but nothing outstanding like a water slide, etc. Finally, the arcade is super ripoff and recommend keeping your kids out of it. One of my kids slipped three tokens into the infamouse claw machine before I realized it was $1.67 per token (3 tokens for 20 credits). Surprised Hilton even allows that machine and that racket on property.

The rooms are only routinely cleaned every 2 days and even then lots of things were missed out and i had to call the front desk to request towels etc. The rooms are nice and spacious but walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from the elevators. The check in was good and staff were friendly. The hotel lobby is good and spacious and the attractions desk was very helpful when trying to get park information and booking of shuttles The breakfast was very good with the buffet well stocked however the omlette and waffle stations could get very busy. The main issue this time around was the amount of young school children staying in thw hotel due to competitions being run there. On short there were hindreds of them and various schools and this led to a lot of noise in the corridors at night as they ran amok. The lifts in the hotel became like a park ride with a long wait time. All in all its a nice hotel but i wouldnt rush back again.

It is super convenient to theme park and they have a shuttle service to take you to the park as well.

Elevators were small and slow, had to use the stairs from the 10th floor a few times because the wait was over 10 minutes. Property inside was not well maintained. Rooms were nice and staff were helpful. On arrival at 6pm no rooms were available for us even though we booked one and had to wait a while for a room to be cleaned before getting it.

Location helps outweigh the cons. ****Cons: I have never had an early check-in at this hotel, so I would not expect that. The second day I was there, the cleaning staff walked right into my room - without knocking - and said that I was supposed to have checked out. I told her that I was there for two more days and to please leave. I let the front desk know via their texting system (which is a pro), but I never heard back from them about this incident (con). I made sure the door safety was on after that. I have taken a star away for their terrible lobby bar. The drinks are incredibly overpriced, and they include a 20% tip on the bill without telling you that is what they plan to do. Very off-putting to have to pay $24 for a martini ($20 plus a $4 tip) - especially when this bar is not in an incredibly fancy hotel. When I questioned it, I was met with some big-time attitude from the bartender. They need to tell people about the 20% right off the bat or have better signage if that is their practice. It felt underhanded. And I was told to "Just sign it!" (my bill) Extremely rude, but I guess if you are charging a 20% tip from everyone, you can be rude.

The South Tower elevators were mostly not working. I had to take the stairs multiple times, and when one elevator was operating, the wait was often 10 minutes or more. At times, even the only working elevator stopped completely. The first night was awful. The heater didn’t work, and there was a constant running-water noise that never stopped. Maintenance was unavailable, making it extremely hard to sleep. My flight was canceled, forcing me to rebook the trip through Expedia. Although the hotel refunded the original stay, I had booked a month in advance, and rebooking the same hotel caused the price to nearly double. I ended up paying about $700 more, which felt unfair given the issues during the stay. The large fountain featured in booking photos wasn’t running at all, making the entrance look neglected and misleading. Also, if you rent a car, parking is $35 per night, which adds up quickly. For the price and Hilton name, this stay fell far below expectations.

Elevator maintenance - hotel must ensure all elevator are operating during busy hours. Just 1 elevator was working to attend 18 floors and waiting almost 30 minutes to get in with luggage. Guests were upset and just created a bad environment.

Friendly service and great attitudes here! I especially want to recognize the maintenance team as Guillermo was quick to solve my issue of needing to cover up the nighlight near the door with some tape as I am very light sensitive.

The rooms were nice and overall the hotel was quiet. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels and I slept very well here.

The best thing this hotel has going for it is location. You can walk to Universal in about 10 minutes! Overall it is a little worn. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean, but as many older hotels, the carpet is worn out & pretty disgusting. That really bothers me. The check in staff was super nice & everyone got a free cookie! Decent and a good price. If the carpets were newer & cleaner I'd give it 5 stars.

This Double Tree is definitely outdated for the price you pay. It’s nothing like the photos. They need an upgrade! Do not stay here expecting it to be a luxurious Double Tree. Elevators were broke down and other maintenance issues.

Quiet pool area and very large hot tub. Good wine options at the on sight bar. Within walking distance on City Walk, Millers, Kobe and Walgreen and even the Premium Outlets.

Within 15 minutes of entering the room, I found towels on the bathroom floor. When I picked one up, it was covered in vomit, which I touched with my bare hand. I reported it immediately. A housekeeping manager removed the towel but left without cleaning the floor or saying anything. I had to request another attendant to finish cleaning. Night one: the second queen bed had a strong musty/mildew odor (where my daughter was to sleep). Replacement linens and pillows were requested; the pillows were the source. I asked they be removed, but they were left on the floor emitting odor. The A/C only blasted hot or cold with no control. A cockroach was found at the bar and reported. The TV did not work during the national championship; my husband fixed it himself. Night two: A/C issues continued. The tub would not drain, and a ceiling leak above the shower was visible. Breakfast vouchers promised never arrived. Several outlets did not work. All issues were reported in real time, some multiple times. No manager followed up during our 4-night stay. Terrible.

We had a good stay here. It was very convenient to be right at the entrance to universal studios. Big plus that the hotel also had a shuttle to and from the parks. Room was nice, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Most of the staff was pretty friendly. We did get some attitudes when we would ask for more water bottles and they stated they give 2 free bottles at check-in only. They did give some cookies which were okay. Only bad thing was there was miscommunication about being able to check-in early since we flew in super early and there would be no extra charge, even though i messaged the hotel before leaving for the trip asking about both things. So we had to wait in lobby for a few hours until a room became available. Other than that we did have a nice stay and enjoyed the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind. This is why we stayed here. We have stayed before. The issue was.. the elevators and room service. Only one elevator worked. We spent the day at Universal. I brought my 75 year old mom back in the afternoon, as she was tired and had blisters on her feet. She had to wait on the elevator. There was only one working elevator for 17 floors. We were on the 16th floor. Then, she wanted to order dinner from room service. She was tired and sore with blistered feet. No one answered the phone. She had to walk down 16 flights is stairs since the last elevator went out. She ordered her food and then had to take the service elevator back up. We arrived later that evening and the one elevator was working again. There was a long line to get in. The next morning, we entered the sole elevator to get breakfast when it stopped on the 15th floor and said it was out of service and to exit. My mom and I then had to walk down 15 flights of stairs. She couldn't remember how to access the service elevator from up stairs. My family arrived to breakfast later, using the service elevator. Yet, other patrons were angry and pushing to get on. When I spoke about it to the front desk, they apologized and said it was getting fixed. When we checked out,we spoke with another Hilton worker(I believe a manager?). He apologized said he might be able to give us a stay later this year at a different hotel. But he never gave me his name. It still didn't fix our issue

This property has a 4pm check in whereas others have 3pm. Room was not ready until after 430. Parking lot has no clear walkways tha you have to navigate through if going to and from vehicle. Onsite coffee shop is a disaster, understaffed and poorly, food order was incorrect for nearly everyone. Pool was nice and the proximity to Universal makes this property ok, if not for that we would stay elsewhere

Great location! Always stay here for our universal studio trips. One downside this year was the fact that they removed the Starbucks that was onsite. The rooms weren’t as clean as they usually are. About 15-20-minute walk to city walk which is an entry going to both parks (USO & IoA). Got a great room with the view towards Universal and close to the elevator. Helpful for a handicapped person. Loved the gym & heated pool | outdoor hot tub | spa. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great. They don't bother you when you don't want your room cleaned yet when you get out. We keep the room relatively clean and put our bagged trash outside. The only thing that needs more work: kindly ensure the toiletries are at least filled even halfway. I did not like that I kept pumping in the middle of my bath and nothing is coming out of the shower gel on the FIRST night of our 5D stay. I could have prepared my own. Overall, it was great. The transportation staffs were very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, great breakfast (thanks to our server Brenda)

Room and property was very clean. The only down fall was no complimentary breakfast

Fantastic hotel. Clean. Right outside universal. We were able to check in several hours early. They gave us tooth brushes when our luggage was lost and they give u cookies at check in. 10/10 for the price!!!

Do not recommend. I just received my receipt of my stay and upon check in, I was told I had a credit to use and the front desk lady listed all the places I could use it. I went ahead and used my credit and charged everything to my room like she instructed to do so just to end up being charged everything to my card. Called to resolve the issue and the lady didn’t seem to care at all and basically accused me of making that up. She was very sure that nobody could possibly have told me that I had a credit. I am so upset with the false information. I would’ve never charged anything to do room if I knew it was all a lie.

The aircon vent looks pretty gross too. Might need a clean.

Fantastic place. Room was nice, staff was courteous, check in/out was seamless. It was also just a short walk away from City Walk.

Everyone from front desk (Linda) to my servers in the breakfast restaurant ) Min and Jim ) were so nice and helpful . I would definitely stay here again .

The staff was amazing. The room was subpar. We prefer to stay at DoubleTree when we do go on vacation. However this time the room smelled musty and like mold. And after a deep review the bathroom had mold growing in the grout. We dealed with and made sure to report everything at the end of our stay

We love staying here! Everything is clean, the staff are always accommodating, and the proximity to the parks can't be beat! The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas on our most recent stay.

We arrived at the hotel very early and they accommodated us easily. The location is great, quick walk to universal studios and restaurants. The rooms was clean and housekeeping staff were great! There is a shuttle that take you to Universal Studios and Epic Universe. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The room was very clean, lots of towels and linens provided. The manager greeted us when we first walked in and had a great conversation (which I never do). It was a 15 minute walk from Universal. It was too cold for the pool, but it looked great! The game room was also a fun plus too!

Our shower had mold, the shower curtain was ripped apart and our shower handle was broken.

The hotel site says 3 miles to EPIC Universal; the directions state 5 miles. The shuttle only runs at certain times. Uber costs $20. The hotel is nice, but not convenient for EPIC.

Pricey hotel with average amenities. Very convenient to Universal - and you pay for that convenience. We stayed 3 nights - first night we had 3 towels (there were 3 of us) 2nd night one towel - third night no towels. You could hear the AC unit dripping water thru the wall and giving off a mildew smell. Staff wasn’t bad just not overly friendly. Food prices were cheaper in the park than at the hotel - crazy!

Check in was a nightmare. Staff at reception was rude and snappy. Informed the room was not ready and should receive a call soon. Fast forward we are now past the 4pm check in time still no call. Went to reception again and finally was given a key. No apology just another snappy person. This hotel is not welcoming nor dog friendly. There is a small grassy area in back with waste station and directly in opposite of that a sign saying no dogs behind this point. No dog bowls for water anywhere. Very uncomfortable experience. There is NO Starbucks in hotel although there is advertising and signs in hotel referring to the chain. After trying to find it for 15 min the parking attendant informed us it closed down. We will not stay here again. I am a long time Hilton Honors Member.
