The room had a funny smell The toilet was very low need to be updated no iron board

It was good, clean room and decent. Only complaint is the water gets really hot, and when I let the shower run to get hot it steamed so much the fire alarm was tripped and alerted the desk. I guess since the fire alarm was right outside the bathroom. So that’s the only complaint I have.

My 1 night stay here was pleasant and worth the price, IHOP is literally attached to the hotel which was a big plus. Other than the lingering sound the toilet made when refilling, I would stay here again.

The only major issue was our room had been gone through. As far as we could tell nothing was taken. However it still doesn’t negate the fact that someone took the time to go through our personal items but didn’t so much as refresh our room or even leave clean towels. We did report it, so far we haven’t been contacted or told any outcome over the situation.

Absolutely amazing place all around. I’ve stayed here at least 10 times now, and there’s a reason I keep coming back every single time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience is consistently top-notch. The location, atmosphere, and service never disappoint. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Clean everything

Located close to Sea World. The pool area was very nice (best part of the hotel). Offering breakfast would have been nice. While my room was comfortable and mostly clean, the floor was not. I’m glad I had brought my flip flops or else my feet would have been dirty.

Didn't try the breakfast unfortunately There were a few things taken from my room that was very distasteful and the only reason we didn't bring it to anyone's attention is because these sorts of mishaps always just get swept under the rug

This was a cost-effective option while I attended a convention at the nearby Orange County Convention Center. The Center was well within walking distance, although depending on the temperature and heat and how much you're carrying, perhaps a car ride may be helpful. The rooms are fairly dated, although my own room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C system is loud, and hard to fine-tune easily. I also wished there were a few more easily accessible plugs and outlets for my gadgets.

it was a terrible experience. The room smelled heavily of mold and felt extremely old and poorly maintained. It was very misleading for Wyndham to put its name on this property. I came for a trade show and, due to booking late, this was the only place I could find. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the condition of the hotel was simply unacceptable. The moldy smell, outdated facilities, and overall lack of upkeep made for a very disappointing stay.

Cons: Even with air conditioning the room has a damp smell to it (it is, after all, central Florida); A coffee maker is "available upon request," but not a regular feature in the room; the rooms are not well lit; on one day housekeeping came by to clean my room at 5:30 p.m., which was inconvenient. Overall: If all you need is a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning at an affordable price, this is fine. Not luxurious, but perfectly adequate.

The AC was never able to remove the humidity and the air was stale. Very impressed with the positivity and helpfulness of the staff during checkin. Several positives with this property but needs to be updated in some areas. The pool area was clean and nice.

I didn't park but it looked very easy and accessible. It is connected to an IHOP which is very nice. They have a small selection of food/drinks in the lobby. Not a great selection but very convenient. Waking distance to a gas station and walgreens if you need anything.

There’s an ihop next to the inn so it was great to have breakfast there. I liked the area as well.

Parking was relatively convenient and we could see our car from the room. Note: this is more of a motel instead of a hotel as the entry doors lead you to outside, not enclosed hallways. The pool is big and nice as there are plenty of outdoor furniture and not crowded like the big resorts very close by. The location is very convenient to the OCCC so we walked there every day, but our conference was at the other end of the CC so it was a long walk regardless. AC was adequate but seemed to run a lot & a bit noisy to keep the room cool. The beds were fine except "Why are they so high?" It's like getting onto a doctors exam table without the step just to get in bed. They need to fix this! What if you have little kids? It would be a pretty high fall off these beds. The knob to the shower faucet was hard to pull out to turn on the shower water but after it comes on one just has to adjust the temp. and it's fine. The floors are a vinyl wood look with no carpet and unfortunately dirt seems to accumulate on these floors faster than carpeted floors, but these seem eaier to clean. We only receive a refresh and bed made on the first night we were there as this is something that many places just replace the towels and empty the trash these days I'm not surprised with the work shortage it's hard to get work staff. But alas they only replaced the towels and emptied the trash on the last 3 days of our 4 day stay.

I attended a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center and stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 20 and 21. After checking out on April 22, I did not realize until I returned home to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, that I had left two of my Polo T‑shirts behind in Room #119. As soon as I discovered this, I called the front desk at Days Inn. Ms. Virginia answered the call and immediately checked with housekeeping, confirming that the two T‑shirts had been found. When I asked how I could retrieve them, she advised that I could schedule a UPS pickup. Because the UPS pickup cost was quite high, I instead sent a prepaid, self‑addressed USPS Priority Mail envelope. After mailing the envelope, I called the front desk daily to follow up on its arrival. When Ms. Virginia was working the late shift, Ms. Neha kindly assisted me during my calls. I would like to especially commend both Ms. Virginia and Ms. Neha for treating this matter with great care and responsibility, as if it were their own personal loss. Their genuine concern and excellent customer service truly made me feel at home during my stay at Days Inn.

I love this hotel, one of the favorite hotels I go to in Orlando, Florida. I recommend this hotel for everybody.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and air conditioner kept the room very cold. Parking was a little challenging. I guess because of an event going on at the Convention Center.

Very dirty, we found a sock from the previous person that stayed there in our bed and 2 monster cockroaches hanging out in bathroom. My feet were sticking to the floor, not sure the floor has ever been mopped. We booked due to location next to conference center, close and convenient but this motel is horrible. We almost left to find another place but nothing else was available last minute. I do not recommend this place to anyone that cares about their health.

The room floor was disgusting, the condition of the room was terrible, the ceiling paint was peeling,the ac make weird noises all nigth and the cleaning staff started blowing leaves with a blower at 7:30 a.m. The bathroom was very dirty. I’m sure there are many better options—I would only recommend it to your enemies.

Location to the convention center was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t spend much time in the room aside from sleep the first several days. We got up early and came back late to sleep. About halfway through the stay we started noticing some ghost ants in the bathroom areas. By the next day they were practically infesting the vanity sink, wall and toilet area. Packed our stuff and went to the front desk. They didn’t question it and had us in another room very quickly.

Cleanliness was a major issue: There were crumbs left next to the microwave, as if someone had used it and no one bothered to wipe the area The floor was covered in hair, dust, and sand — it was impossible to walk barefoot The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly: there was visible hair, and the faucet had noticeable buildup Overall, the room did not feel properly prepared for a guest. The hotel offers nice amenities, and the pool was really well maintained, which was definitely a plus. The location was also convenient and easy to get to. One area for improvement would be the room structure, which looks a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations to make the space feel more modern. Overall, though, the stay was pleasant and met everything I needed for a work trip. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for something comfortable, accessible, and with good amenities.

Stayed here past 4 years ! Will go back ! On bus and trolley route and lime scooters available . Really have no complaints . No hot tub by pool and pool not heated but still excellent

Our shower nozzle sprayed everywhere causing the bathroom to be soaking wet everywhere and the floors in the entire room made your feet black if you weren’t wearing shoes. Beds were clean, staff was great.

Room felt more humid than outdoors. The first hotel room I was in that didn't have an iron? I did appreciate the microwave and mini fridge. Overall I would've rather spent an extra 100-150 to get a more comfortable room because laying in humidity felt very gross and the bathroom felt humid as well (w/o shower being on)

However, I believe the entire facility would benefit from a comprehensive upgrade. My room's air conditioning unit, while effective in cooling, operated with a noticeable noise level. Furthermore, when attempting to adjust the temperature to 76°, an unpleasant odor became apparent in the room. I would consider booking a room at this hotel again following a complete refurbishment of the premises.

Good location for the convention center. Besides this, the property is disgusting. Sticky floor, and poor facilities. They never clean the air-conditioner, the shower flow is weak, and everything feels poor & old, and disgusting.

Parking was easy and it was nice to have an Ihop on property. It was right across the street from Walgreens and a few fast food places. It was hot when we visited so it was nice that the AC was already cooling the room when we checked in. It ran smoothly and kept the room cool during our stay.

Parking is one vehicle per reservation. There is limited space. There is a pool there but compared to what is in a 2.5 mile radius of the hotel you should be spending more time outside in the surrounding area than in the hotel property. If anyone is griping about the room they need their heads checked. You're not there for the room. Too many things to do outside. Good location for activites around and nice little spot to lay your head at night.

Rooms are musty and smell. Bathroom doesn’t even have a counter to place toiletries only a single sink with no nothing around it. Sheets feel tough and old. Not good at all!

Our first room had broken a/c and we had to change rooms. We got a better room with newer a/c but had a safety issue with someone trying to get into our room a few times and had to move rooms AGAIN. Then the new room had broken a/c and no working fridge. We were able to have staff fix it but it was frustrating after moving so much for a short stay...

I’m not someone who expects luxury, but this was far below basic standards. It honestly made for a very uncomfortable experience. The only positive was the young lady at check-in—she was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the room, I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean. The facility overall was clean. It is very noisy to try and get sleep. It’s off a very busy road and I slept terribly as I could hear everything! If that doesn’t bother you, it was a very reasonably priced hotel in a decent area.

This is a motel with a “hotel” name. Old, musty and dated. Toilet not working. Shower floor with mold. Dirty shower curtains. Mold on all aluminum parts of the room. Dirty room floor and carpets. This “motel” needs urgently a refurbishing. The only pro is the location and the 24 hrs I-hop nearby. Also, close to the Convention Center.

My stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Orlando was very disappointing. The room condition did not match what was shown online. The window curtains had visible mold, there was no coffee maker in the room, and no extra sheets were available. When we arrived, the elevator was also broken, which made things even more inconvenient. Because of these issues, I decided to cancel my reservation immediately. I am currently still waiting for my refund through Expedia, and the process has been very frustrating. At this point, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would advise others to carefully consider before booking here to avoid wasting time and money

Location was great, beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The only negative is the operation of the elevators as they were not all working, which was a bit inconvenient being on the fourth floor.

The room is a bit dated bathroom could use some upgrades but for the price it was a good place to stay lots of local amenities, a nice restaurant court about a block away. Water in room 401 didn’t get hot, on our first night the fire alarms kept going off like every 30 seconds at 2 a.m. on our last day house keeping came to our room at 9:30 even though we had the sleeping signs on the doors knocking telling us it was time to check out.

The room smelled like a wet moldy bathing suit. The toilet wouldn't flush and even after the maintenance person said he fixed it it barely worked for the rest of the day and by the next day wouldn't flush again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the ac in the room worked good. The rooms were ok, and cleaning was alright. For those who really care able the cleanliness of a hotel it may not be the right place to book. But it worked for our needs and enjoyed our stay. P.s. there is a emergency services (cant remember if they were fire or medics) near the gas station across the street so we heard a lot of sirens every night.

Amazing service

Seemed very nice yet room seemed clean yet had an OLD room smell

I have stayed here several times, and will continue to do so. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the room was clean and serviced daily.

The highlight of the hotel is the quality of the bed and pillows. The floor of the room was a bit sticky, it wasn't completely clean, the air conditioning was super noisy and bothersome for sleeping; I had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep because the noise from the unit was very loud. It's not a bad stay and I would return, they just need to improve a few details.

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, though the internet wasn’t very good and there was quite a bit of noise from the parking lot.

The building was very old, needed updating BADLY. The floor was uneven ahd has huge number of splinters piercing my feet. Looked so different from the pictures that were advertised. But the service was great at the front desk. The employees were friendly.

Toilet kept leaking making noise all night. Opened the lid and it was covered in black mold. Sink stopper was broke. Hair dryer did not turn on. Elevators were not working and had to use stairs with luggage. Staff was pleasant.

Our room smelled like mold as soon as we entered and our room wasn’t the only one that smells of mold according to the other guest which is why we didn’t switch rooms because it seems like a wide spread issue the shower pressure was low the floor wasn’t very clean the bed has a thin blanket which is ok because the ac wouldn’t blow cold

Convenience of being walking distance to convention center, value, nice pool area, and an IHOP. The room is basic and somewhat crap but so are most affordable hotels in this area. So this wins on convenience and value

There was only one person at reception who was kind and helpful; the rest of the staff were rude and lacked basic people skills. We also saw a cockroach on the steps near our room, which was extremely concerning. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable. We specifically paid for king-size beds in all three rooms, but instead we were given double beds, which resulted in neck soreness and back pain for several of us. Also, the bathtub and sink was clogged. When we went to reception to ask about getting the rooms we paid for, one of the desk staff told us that king-size beds are generally reserved for people with disabilities. If that is the case, then this hotel should not be advertising king-size beds online to the general public. That is false advertising. Overall, we are very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it based on cleanliness, comfort, or customer service.

The staff was sweet and had great customer service. The appliances in the room were rusty. All appliances need an upgrade ASAP. I won’t be returning and it’s not because of the staff it’s the room. It’s all a small room. There were no bugs and it wasn’t dirty.

That day they were testing the fire alarms til 4pm. I suggest testing alarms between 11am-1pm as to avoid disrupting guests as much as possible. The sound was really awful and rang about 4 times in the 3 o'clock hour. I was trying to make phonecalls. Tried sitting in the car. Eventually left early for dinner to avoid the noise. Room was clean and comfortable, except the bottom of the tub, which was a bit slick with either cleaner or soap scum. The tv kept going out, but that happens at home too. We would stay again regardless because of location and price.

The place was nice, well kept, and the AC works well. The only complaint I have is that it's right next to the highway, which means all manner of beeps, sirens and music will make it to your room. It's not the fault of the hotel, but it still needs to be said.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The convenient location allowed us to be able to walk to convention center rather than dealing with parking or traffic going to and from. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good! A upgrade to the rooms like the bathroom/ showers/ toilets/ sink! But beds were great and soft sheet nice and clean! Good hotel to stay for the weekend I mean I will book again!

When checking in, the desk clerk, Kettia, charged my card $111.87 for what was supposed to have been a $50 hold. Upon contacting the hotel to have the charge reversed the manager was unwilling to do so until I offered to report the credit card fraud and theft to the local sheriff’s office. Beware and double check your charges!

For the price of 140 a night it is definitely lacking amenities and even a comfortable bed. It was like sleeping on the floor.

Beds were tiny, bath was stained yellow and there was a buzzing noise all night that kept us awake. Aircon smelt damp and was toon noisy to keep on. We stayed for six nights and then moved to a different hotel. The staff are so lovely, it is just a run down budget hotel, which would be fine for 1 or 2 nights, but not fit for a 2 week stay.

This is the second year I have stayed here. It’s close to the convention center. The room was clean. I seen employees cleaning around the property each day. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends.

My room had a musty smell, like water damage. I should have asked for a different room, but wasn't sure if that was normal for the hotel or not. Housekeeping was great. Close walk to the Rosen Convention center.

Clean room but the lamp on the office desk and at the headboard of the bed KEPT glitching EVERYTIME we moved on the bed or tried to charged our phone. The stay was overall good but that light issue was a headache.

The room looked clean and smelled nice when I checked in. Housekeeping comes daily to empty the trash, give new towels, and sometimes make the bed. The temperature control/AC was easy. Parking was always available. An ironing board and iron were provided after requesting them from the front desk. The curtains don't fully close together sometimes, allowing a gap between the two curtains, which can be a privacy concern. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not firm or supportive enough. The IHOP downstairs is open 24/7, which is convenient, but it can also be quite busy so service is slow for breakfast time.

Clean rooms, convenient location and IHOP!

We are fairly "local" we live on the coast but come to Orlando often for theme parks, I have to say as an honest review, this place is very nice for the price. Staff was conversational they actually do room service each day, unheard of in Orlando (even on Disney property is every 3/4 days), never once did we feel "sketchy" vibes.

I can’t believe how misleading the pictures were. The room looked nothing like the photos online — it was dirty, run-down, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. During my entire stay, housekeeping never showed up once. The bathroom was in awful condition, with mold on the walls and a constant bad. It honestly felt like no one cared about maintaining this place at all. I travel often, and this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — even for one night. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Being only a 15 min drive to universal parking was a plus. No shuttle available. 24 hr IHOP and there is a McDonald’s across the street. Surrounding area was a bit noisy though with sirens and a loser driving a dirt bike or ATV round in the early morning.

Cleanliness was ok, needs some updates in a few places. Room smelled a little funny and had issues with our toilet in the middle of the night. When we called the front desk to ask for a plunger we were told there wasn’t one available until maintenance came in at 5am, so we had to deal with a clogged toilet for a few hours. When we check out in the morning a different worker told us that a plunger was available so more training needs to be available to overnight workers.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Convention center. The wifi worked fine.

Check in fast and friendly, i did request a first floor as i do travel with someone who is handicap they cant walk very well. But we were placed on upper level. Fortunately we did have a handicap parking space that was near elevator. It was a little loud with people walking by the room yelling doors slamming the bathroom door wouldnt latch closed and it had maybe a previous guest hair all over the bathroom door. So i had to clean the bathroom so it would be semi usable. I did have my phone volume on and received text alerts around 12 and 3 am about the hotel so as i was finally starting to go to sleep it woke me. I didnt get much sleep. I dont think i will return to this particular hotel.

I was worried when I found this hotel at such a great price. But it is a hidden gem in the land of bougie resorts, and hotels. The room was clean and updated. The bed was super comfy too! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was nice and quiet at night. Everyone kept to themselves and there was plenty of parking close to my room. It has free parking for its guests, which is great for this day and age, and you can buy snacks in the lobby.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was amazing, strong pressure and hot. The pool was clean and warm, the location was perfectly close to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Loved that an I Hop restaurant was attached to it. Everyone was nice and great food available. Not elaborate, but who cares it's everything you need and the price, you can't beat that. It was a win win for me. Desk employees were friendly.

All good except the fire alarm was triggered by 5:45 am or around for few seconds but is was so loud that really hard to go bag to bed.

There was a dirty, waxy film on the light and bathroom fixtures, NO countertops or surfaces rest luggage or items on in the room or bathroom (had to rest toiletries on the back of the toilet) and the tile floor felt tacky to my feet. very low hot water. Lizards running across the floor. I checked out after one night and went somewhere else. I would sleep in my car before every considering staying here again - keeping my comments civil...

I have to visit Orlando 4-5 times a year, and this has become my choice of stay when I'm here. A easy walk to the nearby hotels and conference centers at a rate i LOVE. Keep up the good work Days Inn.

It was great hot water is hot and amazing. The room is clean properties clean is quiet. There’s a IHOP that’s open 24 seven connected right beside the hotel great place would recommend.

It was what I expected

The pool was perfect, a large shallow area for the littles and a deeper end. Chairs and umbrellas for shade. The room was clean. It showed signs of age, peeling paint above the shower, slow draining shower and low flowing toilet but it did not interrupt my comfort beyond my tolerance. I let the desk know at check out and they immediately jotted it down. No shuttles in the area, all paid rides.

For what it cost it was a good place near lots of things to do

Room could have been a bit cleaner as I had a spider in bed with me when I woke up and webs all over the room (I checked in around 11pm so didn’t see til morning) other than that pool is great! Employees are friendly and Everything is very close by if you are ubering to get around this a a great place !

Only major negative about our stay was that housekeeping started banging on our door about 9am when checkout is at 11am. Yes, our Do Not Disturb sign was in place but she didn’t care. Whole point of the room was to have a late night out and be able to sleep off a few drinks. This one change will make stays pleasant.

Very affordable and conveniently located. The room had vinyl flooring and I appreciate that, however they could upgrade the rooms. The bathroom door was rusted and looked a bit moldy. My room didn’t have an iron or a coffee maker. I travel on business and those are important to me when traveling.

Had to change and finally cancel my reservation due to external circumstances. Both times, they were extremely accomodating. Will definitely stay there for my next vacation!

Rooms were dirty but hey what can I expect I went the cheap route. Rusted walls. Dusty ceiling. Nasty floor. The sheets were clean though. Broken microwave. Hot fridge. If you looking for something cheap for a short amount of time and don’t care about the conditions then book .

The iHop restaurant was nice to have on the premises. There was also a McDonald’s across the street. The beds were high off the ground but comfy.

No problems with my stay. the only concern is blind spot monitoring, no mirrors in stairs to look at corners, a lot of foliage which allows blind and dark areas around the property.

The property felt more like a motel. It was noisy and the room was really small and outdated.

Ive stayed here 3 times now and my only complaint this time was that sometimes the cleaning wasnt till 3 or 4 in the afternoon at which point i was resting in my room and didnt want it. So when i arrived it was 3 days before my room was cleaned. However they gave me clean towels and toilet roll on request. But other then that it was perfect :)

There has been a lot of complaints about low-cost hotels in Orlando lately. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was close to the parks and the highway, very cost effective, and yet still had a quick and easy checkin, clean rooms, and looked fine inside and out.

This is my second year staying at the property. Staff is always amazing. This is a very convenient for the convention center. However, I did find the room to be more run down this time. Also, 2 roaches in my room and one in the lobby. I know we are in humid Florida but I am also on the 3rd floor. I will likely to stay again for the price and conveniences but the roaches definitely turned me off a little bit.

My biggest concern is the room STUNK BAD. I mean straight mildew/mold when you walk through the door. You can feel the moisture in the room air despite the air conditioning running all day. We hung our rung out bathing suits to dry for several days and they never dried. Our entire suitcase of dry clothes smells like funk from the hotel. The air conditioning unit is noisy, so be warned if you are a light sleeper. The shower water only gets warm, not hot. They do not have real “comforters”. They use make shift comforters out of 2 sheets and a throw blanket in between. The pillows were so old and lumpy, and the bed is not comfortable. One last thing that was disappointing is that the pool water is warm like a bath. I know some people appreciate heated pools but it was 95+ degrees everyday in Florida. I expected a cool pool. I booked this hotel for a last minute trip. I typically have would never stayed in a Days Inn period, no matter the location. However, I had no choice due to urgency and budget. NEVER AGAIN. If you can, spend a little extra money and stay elsewhere.

Although the staff were courteous and prompt, the property itself felt quite dated and worn. While the elevators were clean, they—like much of the hotel—showed their age. The room was plain and lacked character. Although the price matched the condition of the hotel, I ultimately chose to cancel and moved to a different property, paying extra.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Whatever cost savings you think you’re getting by booking this Days Inn — it’s not worth it. Spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else. The rooms were absolutely filthy. Within minutes, the bottoms of my feet were black from walking on the floor. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos — moldy, outdated, with loose, broken tiles. The window curtains were covered in mold. Completely unacceptable. The front desk staff blatantly STOLE my DoorDash ice cream order. I had photo confirmation it was delivered to the front desk, and they just shrugged it off and refused to help. Shady and unprofessional. The entire hotel is falling apart. Everything looks and feels neglected and rundown. The elevator reeked of gasoline. The walls are paper thin, and when our neighbors were pounding on the wall at 2 a.m., staff refused to do anything about it. We felt completely unsafe. Beds were sunken in and horribly uncomfortable. The pillows were flat as paper, towels were stiff and crunchy, and the pool was ice cold. Our door didn’t even shut properly — we had to physically jam it to get it to close all the way. And to top it all off, there was a physical fight at the attached IHOP while we were there. We should have left the moment we arrived. This place is a total disaster. Absolutely do not recommend under any circumstance. AGAIN —

My unit (room 105) had a horrible musty odor like mildew. The only reason I didn't complain to management and ask for another room is because the conference I was attending had me ultra busy so I wasn't even in the room that much. Also, (this is nothing a property manager can change) the configuration of the bathroom is strange - the shower floor and the regular floor are the same height, so my first shower in there water spilled all over the bathroom floor. The design makes no sense to me.

The hotel was conveniently located & we had stayed there before & it was FINE, however, the room was NEVER CLEANED even after it was told it would be & there were creepy crawalers & the garbage was newer removed either!! REFUND REQUESTED, PLEASE!!!
