They advertise HBO and breakfast. They have neither. Our room came with one towel and little toilet paper. The toilet and shower valve leaked. The TV had no channels that anyone might watch. The furniture was damaged. The pool was green.

I was charged the amount and did not sleep a single night at the hotel. I was not offered a room at the hotel, the one they had was dirty and full of cockroaches.

The room smelled of cigarettes, and the door was not opening correctly. The manager changed the room for us, but the other room was worse. We left the hotel.

Rooms are very old and outdated. Beds were all stained. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work. Just didn’t feel comfortable in the area it was located. They said they offered breakfast but no one told us where to go for it and we didn’t see any signs.

This type of properties should not be allowed. A serious inspection must be done. Rooms are dirty and smell to smoke really bad. Save yourself and stay away from here.

The hotel is a little undesirable. The bed was not comfortable. The only positive experience we had was that the AC worked in the room. It's also conveniently located.

The room door barely shut. You could easily see that it had been kicked in before. The safety lock was missing. There was a roach in the sink, the shower had all kinds of build up on the shower head. It was horrible.

Our room was full of cockroaches crawling on the floor. We walked in and right back out. Demanded a refund immediately and the guy claimed he processed it. We shall see what Expedia does now. We had find other accommodations last minute at 8 pm at night bc of this!

No words to describe how horrible the experience was. It completely changed my opinion of Expedia. Confirming this after seeing that my review was rejected. If you have any doubts, go ahead and book to experience it yourselves.

There is no such thing as continental breakfast, shower was so dirty and old that we didn’t shower for 2 days straight cause we were afraid of getting fungus or something like that. A LOT of noise at night and it feels old and with low maintenance. Wouldn’t recommend it to family

The sewer was clogged, there was two halfs of toilet paper, the tub was very dirty, in my brothers room there was a bug in the bathroom. Never again.

The never gave me a room but not even let me out the door let me in the door. The hurricane was I was in the rain and the wind standing at the door, asking the guy to open the door, please and he would not. He said he would have no rooms leave.

This was the worst MOTEL I have ever stepped foot in. You can't call this a hotel. The outside is very rough, and the area is definitely not good. The smell hits you first. Doors and lights not working, mold on the ceiling, and all over the bathroom. I ran in to use the rest room before looking at anything and I would not sit on the toilet. Then I pulled the shower curtain and found 4 live roaches running in the tub. Everything was gross, the bed, lamp shades and floor but the smell was over whelming. I did not stay. I found a room for less that was 100x nicer right down the road. Service was awful and they have not given me a refund. Truly AWFUL, very deceptive and unbelievably filthy. There are no photos that represent the actual state of this disgusting place. I would rather sleep outside than in one of those rooms and that is not a joke.

The breakfast area did not look like it was ever used, and for the price of this hotel and the pictures I expected MUCH better, this is at most a $59 per night motel… Also, they advertise being able to pay at the hotel, and this too is false, they will not let you, and also do not follow normal standard Wyndham practices. Also, the pool had dark black spots on the bottom and did not appear to have been cleaned or chlorinated in quite some time…. For the cost of this hotel you could spend $20 more and get a much nicer hotel that also had actual breakfast and was in better shape.

Very nasty!!! The beds, floor and tub were filthy. Hair and nasty stuff in the beds the floor was black the tub had dirt all in it. There was no cold water for the shower. When the shower was on the sink came on. The air didn't work there didn't have towels thru didn't have a phone to call the office. The pool area was nasty but they had it closed off. We tried 3 different rooms before we decided that we just couldn't stay there. The reviews and pictures online are all lies. I had to threaten to call the health department before they would even try to move us to another room and after deciding we couldn't stay, they wouldn't refund us so that we could go to a new hotel

Both rooms I was put in were dirty and very hot. There was clothes left from the guest that had stayed there before, marks on the toilet, overall very bad experience. when i went at 7:15am for breakfast, the front desk host was sleeping on the couch and had the front office doors closed.

That was the worst experience that I ever had since I’ve been traveling. To start off, there was no towels in the bathroom, I had to ask the attendant. Second, the bed was very uncomfortable because there was a dent in the middle of the mattress. The room look liked it wasn’t clean and it smelled old. I went down for breakfast at 7:30 and I was greeted with hot water and instant coffee to make coffee, there was no breakfast in sight. I decided to go and see if the pool was open, of course it was closed and filthy. I will not be staying at any Days In again and would not recommend it to anyone. To put it all in a nutshell, it was the worse experience.

My initial rooms AC didn¿t work. They changed my room and the AC worked but the room was dirty. The bathroom had pee in the floor and smelled awful. There were roaches. The paint- yes paint, in the bathtub was peeling off. Lied about having breakfast.

It was super dirty, the stand fell off the wall, no towels, the staff was sleeping on a couch at 640 when I got up for breakfast. He said to come back wt 720. When I did he was still sleeping and I had to turn on the breakfast room light.

The stay was good the rooms were clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly! The only thing I would like them to improve on is the breakfast when we got there every thing was gone nothing more was put out.the only thing was available was coffee. But overall I give them 5 stars!

The bathroom had a bad smell and the curtain had mold like if never was changed. The bedsheets didn’t have a nice clean smell so I bought a new sheets set at Walmart. I don’t want to come back to this hotel. What a bad experience for me and my wife. This people don’t know how to run this business! The brake-fast was poor and the pool dirty.

The saying you get what you paid for, very true. I can admit bed, comfortable. But cleanliness, horrible. I as well came a cross a few roaches. But that I could deal with. What I can’t, is the 2nd night there, alone with my daughter, dead asleep, get a knocking on door at 11:37pm. Next thing I know, someone turning knob & door opening. Never in my life been as scared as I was that night. Run as quick as I could to door. A male starts to apologize & say sorry wrong room, then leaves. Had hell of a time sleeping after that. Ended up leaving at 6am the next day. When I went to check out, I asked person about keys to rooms, they aren’t able to open other rooms, right. He then states so so sorry ma’am. I was looking for room that asked for towels & entered wrong room. I told him he should’ve not entered like that. Why open a door, letting your self in, especially that late. Now a little hesitant to stay somewhere with just my daughter.

The smell was better, but the beds and floor were absolutely dirty. I woke up with bed bug bites on my body. Breakfast was terrible. Cereal with no milk?

Upon arrival, our first room had bugs and one of the beds was lopsided and appeared to be broken. We requested a different room and the staff was very couteous and helpful to accommodate our request. We had to request a blanket for the second room and had only two towels. There is no coffee maker in the room and the rooms need updating. The pool was dirty looking and all the pool deck chairs and loungers were broken with the exception of 2 chairs and 1 lounger. The breakfast bar was locked and not stocked. Our first morning we went gor breakfast to find two pieces of very stale, old bread and 2 cereal dispensers partially full. No fresh coffee, milk, juice etc. The staff did bring out a pitcher of milk, two plates and two apple juice drink boxes. The area was very noisy all hours of the night and felt very unsafe everytime we stepped out of the room. After googling the area, we discovered this location was on a list of areas to avoid in Kissimmee. Location overall was run down and outdated mirroring the google reviews 100 percent. If another room in another location would have been available, we would not have stayed the duration of our trip. I wish I could upload current photos to share as we took plenty of them. My expectation for a Drury Inn property was indeed much higher than we experienced.

This Hotel was a mess from the beginning. I stayed two nights. The television did not work at all. The floors were filthy. The bed had a broken leg so it was unstable, and there were no towels in the room. There was no shampoo and only one bar of soap.

The property is terrible. Everything is dirty and there is a dirt on the floor. Bedding was not fresh. There was no water in one of the rooms. We arrived at 11pm and had to cancel our stay (we had a reservation for 5 days) first thing next morning. Property promised full refund but we did not get it yet.

The water pressure from the shower and sink barely came out. The front door barely closed, we had to put a chair behind the door. The front desk individual tried to sell us a room that had a leaking toilet. Which he tried to fix it in-front of us and then claim that it's not that broken we couldn't used the toilet as much. There was no continental breakfast available which it said there was online and on their sign. Rooms are being updated so there is paint overspray on a lot of the things in the room. The lamps need updating due to rust and bad shades.

It was very dirty. I put socks on and the bottoms were black, like it had not been mopped in months. There was an inch thick of dust on the tables beside the bed and the sheets were dingy. The shower head was just gross. It was a bad experience.

Everything. The door bolt was gone. The frig didn't work. Sheets were stained. Lipstick was on the pillow. The sample conditioner was used which leads me to believe the room wasn't even cleaned.

Night manager was AMAZING!!! Very clean,comfortable room... will def be back to this location!!!!

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a used bar of soap on the edge of the tub. The room smelled as if hadn't been clean. The amount of dust in the room was ridiculous. When I went to use the bathroom there was a roach crawling.

The size of the unit was great and the amenities of the kitchenette was great. However, it had a strong odor and was not exactly the cleanest. Fixtures were broken. We actually were afraid to use the bathroom. Good thing the gentlemen working at night was so accommodating to give us extra blankets to cover the sofa for our son who was sleeping on it.

The night attendant was rude, I guess he didn't think I could hear him as he was cursing me out so as he gave me my key card I told him I was sorry that I inconvenienced him, there was no lock on the the door, the TV didn't work, there was roaches, no wash cloth to bathe with good thing I had brought one, one night as my daughter's & I was sleeping someone walked into my room because the attendant gave them the same room I was in, there was no housekeeper, the sink didn't work. The pictures they had posted for their was definitely false advertisement because it was definitely nothing like their pictures, because this place was disgusting.

This place is nasty. Don't look behind the beds or under the sheets. The are said to have new ownership so I hope they can get this place turned around but it is filthy. Couldn't count the hairs on the sheets let alone under. Literally cigarette buts and wrappers behind the bed, dead bolt lock didn't lock properly. Had folded cardboard shimming up furniture, and literally food "rice" in the indents in the mattress under the hair pubic hair ridden mattress cover. Bathroom was vile. New ownership needs to work on making 10 rooms good, rent those, get better reviews and work on the rest as time goes on. Also don't rent by the week. Guy standing outside his door two doors down smoking pot with no shirt on and sketchy looking. I was alone so I checked out another room. Just as bad, so I checked out. Now I have to try to get my money back.

I was charged for staying here but never actually stayed. After booking the room online, I was called by Days Inn and told that they didn’t have two rooms and that I would have to make other arrangements. I did just that but they still took my money for the rooms anyway

Our room had 6/7 live small cockroaches in the few minutes we were in it. It was very dirty. We ended up leaving immediately. They also don’t offer any breakfast at all(which is different than what is advertised).

The toilet was stopped up and told the manager but they never came and fixed it i had no bath towel and no wash cloths just 3 hand towel and when they cleaned the room they took 2 of the dirty hand towel but didn't replace them the bathtub was dirty they they had hbo on the but they wasn't.
