Room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice to have a hot breakfast. Run out of biscuit and grave one morning.

Stayed there for four nights and I loved it! Has very clean rooms and very lovely and welcoming staff. ( Every time I got back to my room, I found it nice and clean and provided clean towels as needed) Loved the breakfast!

At check-in, my sister-in-law and brother were charged for parking while ours was included, despite booking the exact same package. Staff said they would be refunded, but over a week later, nothing has been processed. The room was spacious and included two TVs, but it had a noticeable musty smell. Housekeeping is only provided every four days, and guests receive limited toilet paper and very basic toiletries. The bathroom was bright and spacious, but there was visible pink/orange mold in the shower, dirty baseboards, and two “clean” towels had long hairs stuck to them. The bed was comfortable, and having multiple pillows was appreciated. The pool looked fine, but the hot tub became quite dirty by midday. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and frequent shortages of basic items. The hotel and immediate area felt somewhat sketchy, although things improved within a few minutes’ drive. This is definitely a budget hotel, but it felt more basic than advertised. Would I stay here again or recommend it? Probably not. While it served its purpose, there are many better options available in the Orlando area at similar price points.

There was no variety with breakfast. We read pool bar and restaurant which neither was open.

Room was decent, clean. Breakfast is ok. It is family friendly. The pool area is nice. The staff is nice and helpful. Only issue is that I had to leave a deposit and was told that it would be refunded once I left but it never happened. Other than that, pretty decent hotel.

Just be aware of a deposit they request and that they refund it, because it takes a bit.

The rooms were clean. Staff was great, everyone was very nice. The only issue we had was with a few towels brought from housekeeping that had a couple stains on them. Overall, the place was nice :)

Rooms were nice BUT not very clean. Towels were rough and stained, doors and walls were dirty in the bathroom. Table in the living room area was broken.. don’t lean on it, it will collapse. We were there for one night and it satisfied our need for a nights stay before our villa was available. Overall the price was right, and you get what you pay for.

Needed a stay near universal studios for 1 night and booked this hotel in last minute.. price was reasonable.. Room was clean.. only thing that can be improved was morning breakfast..

The hotel is newly remodeled. A 5 minute walk to ride the trolley and a 9 minute drive to Epic Universe. I used Lyft and the trolley during my stay. There’s so much in walking distance. My five year old enjoyed the pool and splash pad twice a day. There’s a hot tub too. Everything was nice and the morning breakfast was clean and fresh. Surprisingly, wonderful for the price.

I loved the breakfast at the hotel, everything was fresh & hot! The scenery I loved and seeing the pool area was beautiful. They charge for parking per night and then a security deposit which I didn’t see why when they could’ve just charged it on the initial transaction. My key card didn’t work the first time I went up to the room and had to wait 15 mins in the hot sun until the janitor came back with a new set then another time it just stopped working. The TV in the living room had no sound and the AC wasn’t working too well either.

When we got there to check in, they apparently had a up charge since booking so it was over $100 more then what we had originally been quoted plus extra charges that were not mentioned when booking, The guy that checked us in was rude and didn’t want to answer questions. It did not state extra charges when we booked through Expedia and wanted clarification and he threw his hands up, stepped back and said that’s just what it is. The elevator is terrible. Our room was very dark, no good lighting in it. We were a party of six and had to ask for extra blankets, pillows and towels for us to use and we got a “ we don’t have time to bring you stuff” but after telling them that there was 6 of us and only enough stuff for 4 people they managed to “make time” to bring us extras but made it knows that they went out of their way to bring it to us. Since we were there for 4 nights we had one deep clean day where they replaced all our towels and bedding only to find out they also took the extra bedding with out replacing it and noticed they only replaced 1 set of clean towles so we had to again ask for extra bedding, pillows and told them we only had one towel after the cleaning and needed enough for the 6 of us. I guess for the prices, it’s what you get but with the up charge and hidden fees we could have spent less at a much nicer place.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional front desk, Zara and Sumaira were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is located in in central location very close to Universal Studios lot of great dining options nearby tho breakfast needs improvement not that much variety and the lines get long because staff is putting food in our plates. The room AC is also a bit hard to tackle the room would get cold or really warm but overall we had good experience with the hotel it is very clean plenty of towels, one thing to note is that our beds were never made once in our 5 night stay, they would just remive trash and put new towels. I would say overall it was nice experience.

This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget, or if you want to save some money. The hotel is basic, but clean, quiet, comfortable and seems recently renovated. They offer complimentary breakfast and the breakfast area is nice and clean. During my stay the staff was professional and helpful. I appreciated how the pool will close around 10:00 pm and the staff will come and get people out and lock the gates. That insured a quiet and restful night for everyone. I liked the room amenities (mini fridge, microwave and bar sink). The rooms are basically suites, with one bedroom and one living room. There is a big screen tv in both rooms, living room and bedroom. I liked my stay at DASKK in Orlando. I don’t regret booking there.

I liked the layout of the room with the barn door. The only thing is in the bedroom the AC blew directly on my head. I tried to adjust the air flow but wasn't able to. Had to keep the temp higher so the AC wouldn't turn on as much while I slept.

They only clean your room after the fourth day. We stayed there exactly four days and didn’t get our room cleaned at all. Breakfast in the morning was great, cool environment, just know your room is not getting cleaned till after 4 days.

The staff were great during our stay - took care of minor issues in the room promptly. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice fridge and microwave to have in the room. The pool needs a bit of TLC. The ABSOLUTE worst is that I have been charged over $700 for my 3 night stay that was reserved for a toal of $270. WOW - I hope we get this resolved soon.

Room was clean and updated. Less than a 10 min drive to Disney parks. Was surprised by a $20 per day parking fee and $100 deposit also for parking. Place was nice and breakfast was good. Wpuld stay again.

Hotel was accommodating, clean, housekeeping was daily checks, ac worked great. Room was decorated cute and a lot of storage and space. Only issue was the card key, it’s very sensitive, you have to keep separate away from other cards or it will not work when trying to open room door, then you have to go to office for reactivation. Elevator does not have ac, so keep that in mind on hot days and a full elevator. I enjoyed my stay, staff was very accommodating and friendly.

It's got a great little concept: It's a "hotel" setup like a "motel!" And that's not a bad thing. It has that Motel feel as you go to your room which has you venturing OUTSIDE to get to your room and the entrance to your room is OUTSIDE where others are walking by. However, once you walk in, the room is quite lovely! A nice sitting lounge seperates from the bedrooms and you have TWO flat screen TVs, one for each room. The pool area is great, has a gym AND free breakfast in the morning. Best part? VERY reasonable rates for area and quality of establishment. Would stay there again.

The room and hotel were great! The room was nice, incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our only issue with the hotel was the front desk staff. I had a package delivered (told them in advance) and when it was delivered the driver took a picture of it on the app showing it had been delivered. Not one but two of the front desk staff told me it had never been delivered despite me showing them a literal photo of it at the front desk. Finally, on my third person I asked did they go in the back and thirty seconds later came out with my package. Of the the men at the front desk as well was just condensing and rude and also asked me if the package I had delivered was dirty videos (it was a hat).

The place is in a good location close to universal parks. The housekeeping was not done daily only new towels were provided.

Worst breakfast I have ever had in my life. Eggs were burnt and limited options. They serve canned fruit which was a big disappointment and tasted very bad.

Room was nice and spacious and the bathtub was walk in so that's a plus. the place gets the job done for average. no late check outs no courtesy's here as well you will be charged a bit for an extra hour so i advise anyone traveling not to do it.

Even after requesting for my room to be cleaned again the next morning, nothing was properly addressed. They only vacuumed and made the beds, while everything else remained dirty. I expected the room to look like the pictures and description shown online .. clean and well maintained .. but it was the complete opposite. What a shock. Not to mention the breakfast area: many items were out of stock according to the staff, and the employee handling the bread kept touching her AirPods while serving food and using the toaster. The ice machine also had mold around it. Very disappointing experience overall.

Older property that has been updated/renovated so stylistically it's an old design but it looks mostly newer. Room was clean and AC worked well. Breakfast was somewhat limited but tasted ok. Staff was not overly friendly - could be a bit more positive.

A very central and beautiful place would certainly stay again. I think they could improve the cleaning of air ducts and bathrooms more, the only thing I didn't like on one of my nights was that the police came knocking on my door saying they had called when my family and I were sleeping.

After calling from my room 5 times to try to get ahold of someone i finally walk down and bringing it up to staff they told me they’re not sure what they could do but tell their boss then about 30 minutes later i receive a call that we can either get a refund and leave or nothing. i would’ve left but due to it being one of the busiest weekends in orlando due to 2 festivals being held i had no choice but to stay and not be reimbursed anything for having a worker see me nude. Also we deep cleaned our whole room, replaced trash and undid the bed but still didn’t get our cleaning fee back. don’t stay at this hotel.

Frankthe night shift is very dismissive and rude, the sheets were dirty upon arrival and the bathroom trash was filled upon arrival, but I was safe.

Stayed for a week. And for whatever reason the would come bring towels and place the do not disturb sign on the doors. Beds were never made.... threw garbage away myself etc. Not sure why the label do not disturb kept getting placed at door.

Upon looking around at the pool and splash pad, we would have loved to have stayed here during the day! We missed breakfast because we got to the theme park early (so I can’t comment on it), but it is actually the reason we chose the hotel along with proximity to the theme park. I’m sure it was just fine. The man who checked us in was very very nice, and the room was furnished well, accented beautifully, and clean. The bed was also very comfortable with a bunch of nice soft pillows that made the whole presentation look very plush. We will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed for my 30th birthday and Mother’s Day… loved the room it was very spacious the beds were so comfortable the pool was great the hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was included it was good. Everything is walk distance so barely had to use my car to get anywhere.

The bathroom was nice as well. The only thing missing for me personally was a sit-down tub, but the detachable shower head definitely made up for it a little. The breakfast was your standard self-serve buffet style hotel breakfast, but it was fresh and convenient before heading out for the day. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Zara was especially amazing and deserves recognition. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with my million questions and requests during my stay. Customer service like that really makes a difference when you're away from home. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I'm back in Orlando.

I personally loved my experience at the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome into their hotel . The hotel was exactly what I was looking for . The hotel pool was a clean aesthetic and the hot tub was the exact relaxation , I wanted. In addition, the cost of parking was affordable. Not to mention, the breakfast selection was great . Many hotels no longer participate in free breakfast Buffett style however the fact that their day , really made the stay that much better , I felt like I was more at a resort , I appreciate everything that the hotel provided . The best part was the location, it was close to everything , and walking distance to some adventurous spots .

Honestly, I was surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was close to Universal Studios and right next to I-drive. The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was filling and delicious. A great place to stay for like 1-2 nights, super affordable and really did catch me by surprise. Not to mention, I am very picky with hotels so this was definitely great! Also, theres a steak house right next to the hotel, which was exceptionally good.

Good location There was no hot water for the shower. Had there even been a notice at the pool area I’d have simply not used the pool and then gone without a shower. But as I’d used the pool and was therefore smelling like chlorine, I definitely needed a shower. After phoning front desk about it they advised the entire building had no hot water and they’d refund a night. Still haven’t got the refund despite multiple follow ups.

The property looked OK and smelled OK, but it was not clean in my room. The shower I actually needed shower shoes that was a first for me. There was hair all over the room. The bed was clean. The air conditioner was super loud and the shower leaked all over the floor. The room looks as it’s pictured, but there is a parking fee that is not disclosed and Expedia makes it sound like parking is included with the price. The location was the best thing about the property. It was close to everything. I wouldn’t stay here again just because this isn’t my cup of tea. I guess you get what you pay for. The pool also said it closed at nine, but there were people outside in the pool up and down the corridors all night.

Great clean room for a fantastic price. Stayed here because we needed somewhere to put our heads before an early flight and this fit perfectly. Pool and hot tub were really nice and actually hot. Checkin and out was smooth and convenient.

This is an older hotel that has recently received a makeover so it looks nice on the surface. However the room key quit working. We were unable to reach anyone via phone so we had to leave our stuff at the 7th floor outdoor entrance and make our way back to the desk for service. After waiting in line a while the attendant had trouble getting anyone from maintenance to pick up the radio. He issued new key cards which corrected the problem but we didn't have a confidence that the new keys would continue working. When we went out to gather ice, we were concerned that the room might not be accessible upon our return. Elevators were a bit slow and overall the clientele were noisy and messy. The gentleman running the desk was clearly overloaded, but there was no one to offer him assistance. Some of the cleaning staff were in the lobby and very loud and in the way while he was trying to check us in.

The hotel is excellent and located close to all the parks; the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is highly recommended for families looking to enjoy a few days in Orlando.

We love the view, the layout of the rooms were great and spacious. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast selection was very minimal.

It was clean and the pool was nice We asked the front desk for a crib and all we got was if we have one. No one ever checked or anything. My husband goes to get breakfast for 6 of us and they kept saying he was getting too much food for him and cut him off. It’s easier for him to get it because we have 2 infants and 2 other children. The WiFi code was also incorrect.

The location was perfect. You can actually walk everywhere and there was a trolly or bus line that you could take also. They had breakfast included. I can understand how some reviews didn’t like the breakfast because it’s basic but it got the job done. The staff were nice. Some more than others. The rooms were spacious, clean, the water pressure was amazing and the hot water got HOT! There was a microwave and fridge in the room. The beds were soooo comfortable. We melted right in. The pool had hair in it and a bunch of leaves in the hot tub. I wear ear plugs when sleeping so I never noticed the noise of other guest until my last night of not wearing the earplugs so I didn’t miss my alarm. You can hear everything! There were people yelling, stomping, screaming! I’m glad I brought earplugs or I would have never slept. The pool and actual bathroom are small but they serve their purpose. The smart tv in the living area didn’t work but no big deal. My son just watched Netflix from his phone. At times, there were piles of boxes and trash by the elevator but it was quickly gone as the workers worked well together.

Our first room was dirty when we checked in, dirty sheets, and even had 2 cockroaches in the room. They moved us to another room which is supposed to be cleaner but had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. Housekeeping does a terrible job at cleaning. Really stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Very stingy with breakfast too and had very limited quantity that there is always a very long queue for breakfast in the morning.

Check in was quick, was given a parking pass, free with my hotels.com status. The lobby area is nice and I drove around to get to elevator. I had room 717, on the top floor, with a view of the Orlando Eye! The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and I loved the decorations. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, 2 large tv's, everything worked, and my only complaint is in bathroom, light and fan must be on together. The breakfast both mornings was fantastic, while the line took 10-15 mins on a Saturday and Sunday morning, there was plenty of food to choose from, including REAL scrambled eggs (So rare in hotels now), delicious snappy skin sausage links, yogurt, granola, fresh cut fruit, and potatoes. I left full both mornings and very satisfied! The breakfast area is fairly large too and you can sit outside if you'd like. I booked early and the stay was a fantastic value, a great experience, and I definitely recommend you visit!

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor was modern. Its also conveniently located with good lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My wife is usually pretty picky about where we stay. She was pleased with my selection.

At some point we ran out of toilet paper which should have been replenished by the maid.

Most importantly, my girls felt uncomfortable with the security guards' behavior while in the pool area. He brought one of them a towel and instead of handing it to her, he tried to wrap it around her. Totally inappropriate, especially because she is a teenager (under 18).

I reserved a room with a king size bed and was told upon arrival there were no rooms with a king size bed available. I was offered the "upgrade" of a room with two queen beds instead. Also, the breakfast was not very good as the food was cold and limited (sausage, potatoes) and very basic.

I never heard of DASKK, but I was surprised it was very clean and the breakfast was fabulous. The only issue I have is not with the hotel but with Expedia. You never show the address of the facility until we reserve it. So I picked DASKK on the price, but it cost me almost $70 in taxi fee to get there. I wouldn’t have reserved this location had I known how far it was from the Airport.

The only thing that sucked was, we were told upon arrival which was over three hours after we were supposed to check in that the pool was closed.The splash pad was closed and there was no laundry. We had a toddler and I'm pregnant. So the main reason why we booked that hotel was because they had a pool and a splash pad. We ended up spending a lot extra for things to do to fill our week.Because those two things weren't open. It should have been noted in an email to us.Prior to us, arriving or it should have been stated somewhere before we checked in. We also think that we should have been refunded. Some money because the amenities weren't there.

One big thing that really stood out negatively was how loud the doors are when they close…whether we wanted to be or not we were up early everyday as people started to head out to the parks…cause it was door slam after door slam…and it wasn’t anyone’s fault as the doors don’t close quietly, even if you try. The pool was also closed but not the end of the world, we were still able to go in and relax in the sun.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. I took a chance on this place because of the location and price. It was too cold for the pool, and we didn't get up in time for the breakfast but I still enjoyed my room. Highly recommend it to anyone. I'm going on another cruise in July if I decide to hangout in Orlando for a day or two this is where I'll be staying.

My family and I had a great day's experience. The hotel and the room was very clean and appealing!

Only thing that was not very informative was the laundry facility listed wasn’t actually part of the hotel. I had to go find a laundry mat to wash my clothes & had to uber my way over there and it was 15 mins away. Which was not in my plans since I thought there was a laundry facility in the hotel property. Also on my 2nd to last day I wasn’t given toilet paper when we came back from universal we luckily had wipes to clean ourselves but I called the reception and no one would answer so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The house keepers came to my room to throw my trash but didn’t give me new toilet paper when clearly we were out and still needed it for the night and next morning before we left. Other than that, everything else was good.

The breakfast was awesome! It was one of the best continental breakfast’s I’ve had. Room was clean. Staff were just ok. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub were closed. I picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub so it was very disappointing not being able to use it. It was not stated on the website that it was closed, so it was even more frustrating that we discovered this after we booked it.

Additionally, the pool was out of service. Traveling from New Jersey, this was one of the amenities our children were most looking forward to, making this particularly disappointing. The food options lacked variety, as the same selections were offered daily. Similar to other areas, the food service staff was also inconsistent. Some days we were greeted politely, while other days we were served in a manner that made us feel like an inconvenience. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again. I believe in leaving reviews both for excellent service and when improvement is clearly needed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property. Although the price was lower than comparable options, the reduced cost was not worth the decline in service, surrounding area, and overall quality.

The room is spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. close enough to all major amusement parks. But, fan in room is loud because we cannot open any windows and needed to circulate air when our neighboring unit guests stood outside smoking weed at midnight. Breakfast is abysmel with very limited choice and small quantity. We took just eggs and fruit and when we asked for more fruit, the staff behind counter added one piece of strawberry. There is also no coin laundry by the hotel or close by. We drove 10 minutes to do laundry. Overall good hardware but lack details and service.

It’s the little things and our stay started with the person checking us in letting us know that the hot tub/pool area was closed for maintenance. While I understand maintenance is needed, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub, so it would have been nice if that information was available prior to booking. I also didn’t realize when I booked all of the doors are facing the exterior of the building so it was louder than we expected and our laminate floors were also lifting throughout (we were in room 116). The room itself was pretty clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a nice size and the water pressure was good, but housekeeping did not check to make sure the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was replenished so someone needed to be called in to complete that service after hours so we could shower after a day at the parks. The buffet was nice, but in my opinion there wasn’t enough of a variety and it is only open from 7am-9:30 so don’t sleep in or you will miss it. I used the in room safe, which malfunctioned so we also needed to use maintenance during our stay. Was it the worst place I’ve stayed, no but I’m not sure I would stay here again either.

The negatives: Breakfast was not good or appetizing at all. Not a typical breakfast or continental. No bacon or sausage. We didn’t have any bath towels, luckily we brought the kids towels for the pool (which the pool wasn’t even working and was off limits) so we used the beach towels instead.

When we got there we were never told the pool and hot tube were not working that’s y we were planning to stay there also when we asked the laundry room same was not in service and in our room just getting there had no shampoo really disappointed because nothing was in use plus have to pay parking and most things not in service first and last time staying there!

The second day morning, the air conditioner emitted a foul odor, and we had to leave the room earlier than planned.

Breakfast was great but get down there early. On our last day (12/23) we got there about 915 am. Line was too long to stick around because we had plans. Had to pick up breakfast on the way. Room was spacious and clean. I slept on the sofa but didnt unfold it. I removed back cushions and put the sheet on the couch cushions. They offered better support and cushion. Slept well but was exhaused from walking the parks all day. Parking is ample but no EV charging.

False Advertising! One of the primary reasons we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub and pool. We only found out when we checked in that these amenities were not available. Even though they were still currently advertising these features. We were given no notice of these closures. Had we been notified, we would have booked elsewhere. There was also no maid service during our stay.

The breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30, unfortunately, at 9:10 there was no more meat or anything else other than yogourt and cereal. The coffee was instant and it was more like water than coffee. There’s no coffee machine in the room neither. We ended up going to breakfast restaurant. The pool and main elevator is under maintenance. The ice machine on my floor was not working and there was no machine on 2 other floors, I had to go 2 floors down. The parking fees cost me 44$ for 2 days instead of indicated 16$. We couldn’t connect to the tv, it says we needed to update it but we were unable to update the server that was outdated since 2016 and the maintenance guy came and knew about it. But if you have a laptop you can bring a HDMI cable to plug it to the tv.

The cleaning lady left two black hairs in the shower and the bedsheets were wrinkled. The front office staff was courteous and helpful upon check in.

We came from Columbus Ohio where the weather is 40 degrees wanting to come there to swim that's why we picked that hotel should have been notified beforehand. It was a wonderful stay! I ended up extending my stay because of how well rested I felt here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I had a hiccup happen with extending my stay. The rooms are extremely quiet, the AC IS REMARKABLE HOLY MOLY DOES IT GET COLD AND STAY COLD I LOVE IT!! The showers are spacious and have PLENTY hot water. The breakfast area is peaceful and has great options for a quick breakfast. I will definitely be returning and have already told my friends about staying here when they come to visit Orlando. 10/10 would definitely return.

Unfortunately, despite requesting a crib during booking and at check-in, it was never delivered, even after calling the front desk twice. Additionally, all pools were out of service, which was very disappointing for my granddaughters. Being on the 4th floor with two small children, no crib, and no pool made this stay very disappointing, which is unfortunate because the hotel itself is very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was good, if what was advertised was actually available, this would have been a 5star stay!

Booked this hotel as a last minute stay through Expedia. Despite my Expedia booking receipt & DASKK website stating it was a $50 deposit they argued with me that it was $100.. okay fine.. then was told we could hang out by the pool but the pool was closed when it states that NO where in their property details. Hot tub had jets on, splash pad was running with fountains & sprinklers. Had we know the pools were not open we would not have booked. But what really will keep me from ever staying with DASKK again is how their staff spoke to my child. My daughter was fixing her breakfast & dropped 1 blueberry, the gentleman proceeded to to scold her & tell her how she was making a huge mess despite my daughter picking it up. The breakfast is not considered a full breakfast. It was just a bunch of packed snacks with eggs or sausage. & the room was disgusting. How do I know it’s not cleaned properly? Someone’s jewelry left ontop of the headboard. There was hair all over the floor, mold that’s been painted over as well as just dust painted over the vents. There was a party going on along the parking lot at 2am that was loud as well. You’d have a much more restful sleep at a motel crawling in roaches before paying to stay here.

The hotel’s location was great, conveniently close to well-known attractions. However, upon my arrival, I was not greeted warmly and wasnt given much information about the hotel. I only noticed the sign indicating free breakfast. The hotel itself appeared okay, trying to look modern but lacking significant renovations. My daughter was excited about the pool, but unfortunately, it was undergoing maintenance, which was not communicated to us. Overall, I felt that the hotel lacked effective communication and customer service. On the positive side, the staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming.

Dont want fo give me a dog fee for a day , when they dont have anything to offer, restaurants close, pools close. No early checking ect. Ect

The receptionist has no customer service skills, he does everything poorly, and the bathroom glass was dirty.

Amazing beds for rest, good breakfast. The staff was polite. In the room it could be better to change the towels at least once during the stay. I only had one problem at check-in. As a Silver member, I should have had free parking, but the person at the check-in told me I had to pay for it and request a refund through Hotels.com. They said their screen didn't say anything about it. I asked them to show me their screen, and it was in Spanish, indicating that I had free parking. These notices should be displayed in the language of the country you're visiting. When I translated the information for them, they said they didn't know Spanish and that, in that case, I did have free parking.

The place is beautiful ,rooms are spacious ,breakfast was good , staff was so nice from front desk to maintenance guy who changed a light bulb ,TJ in the kitchen was so nice with the kids that they wanted to go back just to see him ..stood with two adults and 4 kids ,double beds two tvs and a sofa bed ,microwave and fridge and extra sink by living room area …only disappointing part was that the pool was closed huge I will definitely stay again but only if the pool is open

The room was a good size, however there was hair everywhere. It was all over the floor in every room and stuck to our socks and shoes. Very gross. The breakfast was inedible. Staff was cranky and couldn’t answer our simple questions. We left after the first night to move hotels because of our disappointment, so I’m unable to rate the pool and splash pad. Wouldn’t recommend.

The night of check in, our original room would not lock so we had to change rooms. Once we got to our original room, I put my clothing away in a drawer, specifically remembering the room and what drawer it was in. I forgot on the day of check out which was today to remove it from the middle drawer underneath the mirror of our room. When I called to possibly have it returned, hotel said it wasn’t there, yet it wasn’t in my suitcase or my partners. It was left in the drawer of the room. Housekeeping either kept it or nobody looked for it. Overall hotel was nice but the fact that my clothing got stolen by housekeeping possibly not the best experience.

The sheet were not clean. I took a picture of the stain sheets. Presented to the customer service. They said they will have someone come and replace the sheets. When I came back from my outing the sheets were never removed. I complained again. The housekeeping came and gave me another sheets that were not the same. Sheets were white and gave me blue sheets. Still not satisfied. They left the dirt sheets in the room and never came to take out the trash. I never had this bad of an experience for a hotel. Sorry would not recommend this hotel. Staff were nice but house keeping could do better.

Okay room. We did have ants by the sink and room also smelt like cigarettes/ smoke after being cleaned which was unfortunate cause we were out all day. Did like how it was updated / modern in the room. Beware you can heat everything inside the room!! Overall it was an okay room.

This was a great find! Hotel is spotless, modern, comfortable and all around wonderful. The staff was nice, lobby area is welcoming, pool area has cabanas and a separate kiddie pool area. Breakfast was plentiful and dining area was clean and staff continuously cleaning tables and making sure everything was in order. Room was nice and clean as well as spacious, ours had a small table with a sofa bed, a divider "barn door", a king bed. Bathroom has a shower and everything was spotless. Sink area is outside the bathroom which is a plus for me to be able to do my makeup etc.. if anyone was showering. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of towels and a hair dryer in the room. No coffee maker in the room, but for me that's a plus, it keeps the room clean and forces one to get out early. Hotel has 7 floors and the only problem for me was that there was only one elevator working, hopefully that is not the case all the time but it was during our 2 day stay. The hotel offers plenty of self parking and I believe there is a nightly fee for that. It is close to Universal and the outlet mall as well but you do need a car, I don't believe they have shuttle service to the parks. One recommendation to travelers, please take care of the places where you stay so that everyone can enjoy them for a long time.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool didn't have a permit due to new ownership. We booked here with 3 kids expecting to be able to spend our mornings and evenings by the pool or in the hot tub, but it was closed the entire stay. It should be listed on expedia stating the pool isnt working, or dont advertise with the photos right now would be my only recommendation. Otherwise the rooms and staff were very good!

Great location to accesa Universal Studios. Big and clean room. Breakfast had long lines, had to wait for coffee to be replenished. But overall, valuenfor money is great. Recommended.

I really liked this hotel — super clean, comfortable beds, and an excellent shower.

No toilet paper no towels. One working elevator for 7 floors. We waited 20 minutes each time and were on the 6th floor. It was in the 40s and we had a baby. The elevators were outside. Gym was closed. Pool and hottub were closed.

Be aware that the hotel requires a 100 dollars deposit (refundable ) and a 22 dollars parking. Room was really clean and nice, swimming pool looks decorative is not clear if is functional, looks like is under maintance for a while. It has a good location, staff is friendly, breakfast is really good aince it have a decent food selection, all nice, clean and premium, recommended.

Cons: Loud AC, heat not very warm. Rooms near splash pad can hear water splashing all day. Parking is easy but $22 a night unless for gold hotel.com member

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Besides having an excellent structure, most of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. And the location is just perfect, close to International Drive and surrounded by the restaurants, shops, and attractions we need for a great stay in Orlando.

Charged an insane early check in free for checking in 40 minutes early. Property felt abandoned. Rude people at desk. Insane $20 a night parking charge. Pool out of order. Left early. Moved to a nicer motel. Avoid this place.

Very nice hotel near Universal Orlando. Quiet and safe. Pool is amazing, but was closed during our trip.

This was especially disappointing as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and our plan for Saturday was to relax by the pool. To make matters worse, the room’s sofa bed had no linens. We called the front desk and waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for them to be delivered. These issues, along with several other shortcomings during our stay, left us deeply frustrated. Regrettably, we will not return to this hotel or any property in the chain.

The room and hotel conditions were good and it’s nice they don’t have a resort fee like other hotels in Orlando. The thing that made it a three star is just how loud it is. You can hear absolutely everything going on around you plus the ac sounds like an airplane when it turns on every hour.

Modern and clean hotel. I liked the hardwood floors and the rooms were very big, large shower, microwave, and good sized mini fridge. Very close to Universal Studios and parking was good. Only one elevator was working, which was inconvenient especially since we were traveling with two dogs and they put us on the 7th floor. The breakfast staff weren't very friendly and refused to refill hashbrowns even though it was only 8:55 and breakfast service didn't end until 9:30.

Room was spotless and beautiful. Staff was prompt, fast check in and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

It's In disrepair. No control of thermostat. Unhealthy and dirty. You can see body oils floating in the pool. Double charged on every transaction. You have to pay for parking. $20 a night. After The stay I'm continuously getting charged. So far the tally's up to $800 on what was supposed to be a $300 stay. RUN!! RUN as far away from here as you can.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof, I could hear people talking outside as well as noise from other rooms. Additionally, on Saturday at 8:15 a.m. there wasn’t enough breakfast ready, although on Sunday at 7:45 a.m. there was plenty available. Overall, despite these issues, I would still recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay here. The room was extremely clean, everything looked beautiful, and the whole place felt well taken care of.

Short free breakfast window so I missed it. Pool was closed :/ and that was the main reason I chose it. Restaurant as well… but VERY clean!!

Very clean and nice, the room felt modern and spacious. Had no problems maneuvering and getting to the room. It's a great small and central location to get to a local gas station or cornerstone. The included breakfast was good and saved us from spending extra while out and about.
