    For a Marriott property, this was a very disappointing experience. We frequently stay at Marriott hotels because they are usually clean, well-maintained, provide excellent service, and consistently meet our expectations. Unfortunately, this was the worst Marriott stay we have experienced. In addition, when we checked in, the front desk associate was not very accommodating. Even after seeing that we were Bonvoy members, she would not allow us to check in just one hour early. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, and customer service did not meet the standards we have come to expect from Marriott. This stay was a very disappointing experience.

    The is was a great hotel overall. The location was perfect for what we were doing. Close to I-4, easy access, close to great restaurants. The room was nice, cool and clean. A little small , and the bed was not super comfortable, but ok. There were no working ice machines on any floors, but the lady at Starbucks in the lobby gave me plenty of ice and was very nice about it. I would stay here again.

    The hotel rooms themselves & location. Plus the free bus to the Disney parks. Having to pay an extra $5.50 per day for the shared amenities, when we have already paid for our room & stay. Plus we were there for the Disney parks every day, so we didn't use any of the shared amenities.

    Property was clean. Definitely loved how upon entry of the hotel and walking to the rooms it smelled amazing. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. 1 thing that should be checked on are the irons. Its stained one of my shirts, other than that the only other thing was when I tried to leave the room I had trouble to close the door because it was like it was locked. So I struggled a bit trying close it had to just ask my husband to come back with the key. All this while housekeeping just stared at me. I felt they could have been a little more helpful.

    The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming, and even the hotel itself had a nice, fresh scent that added to the overall comfort.     I had great time with my family here. Jaccuzi by the pool was great at evenings. Breakfast variety was also good enough. The fact that there were other hotels too nearby which is why it felt safer and spacious on the outside. Hotel was helpful to arrange free transport to the Disney. Balcony in the rooms was a real plus. A gas station nearby was also very helpful. Paid parking! Despite of ample parking space. It would be really hard to find a parking spot in the evening. In breakfast, Sometimes the new plates would smell like eggs. For a person who's not into eggs, Would like a plate with a smell of an egg.

    It was a good stay but it took them 3 hours to bring a baby crib my husband had to go get it from the lobby bc the staff wasn’t answering the phone we also forgot our Apple Watch and we called them multiple times and they didn’t answer not one single time so as you can tell we never got it back also asked for housekeeping they never show up. Breakfast was amazing worth paying extra for the buffet!

    For the most part, I really loved this property. It's very convenient to Disney and in a great area with a lot of restaurants. It's a nice walkable property to nearby restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. I only had one problem with this stay, and that was that I went to the Bistro for breakfast expecting to pay a decent price for a nice sit-down breakfast experience. What we got was a continental breakfast for $100 (for 4 of us). I was mortified! You pay (& tip) before you sit down so you don't realize what's about to happen. I thought it was going to be nicer for what we paid, and then we sat down and realized it was just your basic continental breakfast that you can get at any hotel. I was very disheartened by this and so I would recommend staying there for sure, but eat somewhere else.

    This was by far the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. We are Marriott Rewards Silver members and won’t ever stay at this hotel again. Our rooms bathroom had pubic hair all over the floor and shower along with wallpaper peeling off the wall. The view we were given was of their trash compactors that they ran all night and kept us up. They charge $25 a day for parking and have half their parking spots torn up and coned off. The bedding on the beds were very thin. The comforter was about as thin as the fitted sheet. This is just the main issues and doesn’t touch on the others we had with this property. They probably won’t do anything to correct these issues but if you have a chance to pick a different resort you’ll probably enjoy your vacation better by skipping this one. I should have stayed at the Renaissance where I know the stay would be much more enjoyable.

She basically was trying to call me a liar and challenging what I was telling her. Overall stay was very disappointing and would never stay at that location again. As, a hotel experience curator I am very knowledgeable to providing an exceptional guest experience. More training is needed at this location to staff!

    The stay wasn’t so pleasant to me because I booked a suite with a balcony but received a regular room that was cheaper. I asked the staff why didn’t I receive the room I wanted. The staff explained that the room was unavailable due to it was not one clean or they were taken. I booked a week prior to arrival and checked in nearly 2 hours after check in time. The room should have been readily available by then. The room I received was clean, the breakfast was well presented and the amenities were great but being unsatisfied with my room made my experience not pleasant.

    Great room, very comfortable and clean. Starbucks in the lobby is genius! Parking was a little far from the room. I was not able to get my room when I checked in at 7:30 pm, but I went to Disney Springs for a while (VERY close to this hotel) and was able to get my room as soon as I got back.

    My experience at Courtyard had a tremendous amount of opportunity to be GREAT. Unfortunately, it was not. The room seemed remodeled all the way until the bathroom. The tub wasn’t the cleanest looking and when the shower water would run, something obviously wrong was happening to the toilet at the exact same time. The sheets for our beds did not fit, and the mattresses were sort of tan. This is something I expressed to housekeeping, the only thing we were brought was a blanket. The breakfast I unfortunately was not a fan of either. It wasn’t really anything wrong with it besides the food was not warm whatsoever. I feel as though everything should be hot and fresh if we’re paying for it.

    It’s not a cheap hotel—and it doesn’t include anything. You have to pay for parking, you have to pay for water; there are absolutely no complimentary amenities. On top of that, the bedding smells bad. I do not recommend it.

    Check out time was late I liked that The check-in time was really long , the room wasn’t clean and when I advised staff yes they sent house cleaning to clean the room again yet it was still dirty and they advised me I couldn’t get another room because they were fully booked. Even after hearing someone ended up cancelling their whole trip. , the bar tender at the bar could not mix drinks at all!!! So I paid a lot of money for trash drinks I also asked for a pool view first of all the pool was blocked I couldn’t see off the balcony and all of your balcony windows are extremely dirty it just wasn’t worth it this hotel really needs some serious renovations.

    Recently spent 3 restful days at the Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village for a quick escape from some chilly Ohio weather. As planned, we spent most of our time at the pool during the day, which was nice, not too crowded, easy access to lounge chairs, etc. but the water was pretty cold even though it was 83-85 degrees outside. We had a first floor room with a patio (as opposed to a balcony) which was convenient for access to the pool. The property grounds were generally kept neat and clean. Bed was comfortable, room was clean (although a bit dated), everything worked, daily housekeeping was provided, and hotel was relatively quiet even when busier on the weekend. All in all, a good stay for the price. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't speak on that. Starbucks in the lobby has a decent amount of offerings at fairly standard prices. The $25/day (plus taxes and fees) parking is a bit much but seems to be standard operating procedure for the area. We'd come back again for a quick break!!

    Just an ok place to stay - there are better places to stay for less money. The property needs some updating - the pool was filthy - green algae along the ledges - growing on the stairs - definetly not enough table or chairs by the pool. The outside hot tub was cold - only 80 degrees. Rooms were fine - beds were comfortable. I would try sonewhere different in my opinion.

    An affordable hotel with a great location and good breakfast. Close proximity to all shopping centers, disney springs and lots of restaurant choices. Our stay was great, no real complaint. However, I will say the pool and hotub does need to be cleaned more often.     Everything was good, until the ending of my stay they told me I had to pay 700.00 more for three days. I went for my daughter's birthday and the last two days where horrible. We had to leave early, I missed our last day at Epcot and the beach. My daughter was very upset.

    Upon arrival the room was overbookex and the move us to another property on site,the room was outdated , humidity issues i had to went down to the lobby to request a change of room that took forever and my son is allergric therefore the carpet trigger even worse his allergies and it was the worst experience, it was a weekend that i dont want to remember. Needs to improve in everything.

    Having to walk that distance every single day or whenever we needed to leave the room for whatever reason was cruel and unusual punishment. The morning we had to check out with all of our luggage was a nightmare. Also, Courtyard is such a huge hotel to only have one elevator leading to the lobby. Very inconvenient. I will say that the housekeeping staff were excellent. The room was cleaned and every single day and fresh towels were always provided.

    It was OK. Omelette station was not open on one of the days that we were there however that was the best part of the breakfast and the waffles. The only thing is most times the staff was not attentive when the food ran out on the buffet, so there was always a lag between empty pans and refilled ones.

    Staff members were not friendly throughout our entire stay. Lobby was nice and had a very pleasing scent. However, the room did not smell pleasant at all. There were some stains on the bathroom floor and the sink had a few stains that were missed during prior cleaning. The mini fridge kept turning off and our food and beverages kept getting warm causing some items to get spoiled. Hotel staff were notified and nothing was done. The Breakfast Buffet had a good selection. The food and fruits were fresh. The breakfast potatoes were horrible. Seems like the potatoes were over cooked and the warming lamp made it extremely dry and hard to eat. The pool and hot tubs were not clean or Maintained. They didn’t have enough pool chairs/lounge chairs for guest to enjoy some fun in the sun. I do not plan to stay at this location in the future.

    I couldnt rate on the property as I was sent to the Fairfeild next door. At 9:00pm check in was told rooms werent ready and Id have to wait. They asked if they could sent me to the Fairfeild and I was too tired to figure what she was asking before agreeing. The fairfeild was a walk away but lesser quality hotel than I booked and was expecting. The room was furthest from any working elevator. That said, it was just for the night and once settled everything was ok. Clean room. A bit of street noise. Got a $5 credit and got myself a water before checking out.

    Location was good but I paid extra for a room with a balcony and was told at check in that I would have to wait an additional 2 hours for the room to be ready. Also the cleaning team needs some more training - lots of mildew and soap scum in the bathtub and mold all over the art work in the bathroom. The conditioner bottle was also empty and no tissues in the room.

    The property is close to great dining and theme parks however the rooms have a musty odor the room was very mediocre and my heater/air conditioning system was old rusted and didn’t work. The carpet needs replaced and the hotel charges you for contacting the front desk I would suggest spending a couple more hundred and staying at one of the nearby resorts. Staff aren’t very personable and warm my first time there at check in I had to greet the service clerk and I asked her was she tired because I can tell

    Kitchenette, enclosed patio and multiple pools for kids to play in. Distance from the room to the main pool at the hotel was about a quarter mile. Sales pitch was fine, but at the end when we were alone with our sales person, he asked for our total honesty. We were totally honest. We told him he timing wasn't right and we wouldn't be joining, he said "We were career presentation attendees". This is the second one we have attended, the first was 15 years ago. He was curt and asked us to never attend another sales pitch in the future. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Made us feel like we were committing some sort of fraud. He doesn't know us or our intentions. It was possible we would get on board in the future, just wasn't the right time, yet. We were so disgusted, we left without even hearing out the temporary "taste" of the time share.

    The hallways carpet was stained and dirty. It needed to be vacuum daily and you could tell that wasn’t happening. It’s an old hotel. The pools were dirty and the towels were too small.     My visit to Courtyard at Lake Buena Vista was pleasant and stress free. The location is great because it’s close to many attractions and restaurants and it’s safe area. My only dislike was the $25 per day parking fee. I understand charging for parking but I believe $25 daily is steep especially if you’re staying for a while.

    Staff was great actually. Problems were first that the charge for parking was buried and hidden so it was an unexpected and negative surprise at check in. I chose this property over another because the other had a parking fee that was disclosed but the cost difference is why I chose this one. The room was ok but the shower was dangerously slippery and had no where to set any personal item. Bed mattresses were so soft and had no support left.

    The location of the hotel was perfect, as it’s set between Disney World and Universal Orlando; making the trip easy to visit both parks. The balcony of view room that we had though felt a little outdated and the door, leaving to the balcony was often jammed with the chairs outside being in pretty portal. Additionally, the room was a little bland for what was spent and staying there. Overall, our stay was a good stay, and it was nice to return to this hotel after long days at theme parks.

    The cleanliness, the ambiance and the facilities. The employees need to smile and work on the way they talk to the customers especially the ones in the front desk and employees working at the breakfast buffet.     -The room didnt look like the photos online at all. -The pool didnt have any of the water features turned on and there were leaves and stuff floating in the pool for our whole stay. the outdoor hot tub didnt heat up only bubbled -When i checked in , I was told there will be "one $50 hold" on my card and will be returned after the parking is deducted. Turns out it was $150 hold and my card was charged $108. after check out, parking was $25/day So i should have been charged $75 ..... I called the hotel 3 times and was unable to get ahold of anyone. I was never sent a invoice for my stay so i still dont know why. -Online it said there was a shuttle to the parks but when we scanned the QR code it said the website didnt work . We ended up driving to the theme parks each day.

    The room was clean but they need to take better care of their showers. Water drained very slowly, the shower head needs to be replaced and the tub itself seems to not have been installed properly. Poorly staffed and the coffee counter/buffet line. I don’t blame the worker who was doing their best to take care of everything and everyone in line by themselves. They struggled to keep people happy but I’m sure people after us were not with the lack of help and support.

    On top of that, our room turned out to be a shared/connecting room with very poor soundproofing. We could hear everything from the room next door, including loud snoring every night. It was impossible to get proper rest. We brought this issue to the front desk, but no accommodation or room change was offered, even though we were staying for five nights. To make matters worse, there is a $25 parking fee that was not clearly communicated upfront. For the price paid, this added fee felt unreasonable given the lack of basic comfort and service. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations. Between the elevator issue, noise problems, lack of assistance from staff, and extra fees, I would not recommend staying here.

    Room was dated, smelled musty/mold, shower tiles were old and had lots of mildew stains at bottom. Room was spacious but not appointed well. Lots of wasted space where microwave and coffee maker were. Fire alarm sounded the last day, it was apparently a test. Notifying guests of the test schedule prior to the test would be advisable. We all have e electronic devices these days. A push notification would have been wonderful! He fee for parking is also a bit steep!

    Spotless! Great customer service and easy check in. Very family-oriented and my stay was wonderful close to shopping mall strip and great restaurant options. Parking can be a little tricky due to neighboring hotels within the triple Hotel vicinity. But overall the beds are soft and clean and I feel safe. I would highly recommend to anyone.

    The hotel was pretty nice, staff were friendly. The pool was very cold, the advertising makes it seems like there are multiple pools but there is one for each hotel of the 3 hotels that are there. Our room did not smell very good. We reserved a pool view balcony and were changed to a balcony facing the playground area because they said they were out of pool facing rooms with a balcony. The final price came out to more than it was advertised on hotels.com. The main elevators are nice but the ones on the side wings are not very nice.     Enjoy my stay! Room was clean when I arrived and staff friendly. Staff came in everyday to change out towels and make beds. Only downfall was pool was suppose to be heated and it was like going into ice water that’s how cold the water was! Hardly anyone in the pool. Then shower was luke warm to exstremly HOT to burn your skin! Overall nice hotel!

    The property is fine Marriott always uphold their value, but the problem was Expedia never paid the Marriott hotel so I had to pay for it myself and through conversation with Expedia many many times they kept disconnecting me. They have a three minute window or you automatically get disconnected and they kept coming back and tell me we'll get back to you in 3 to 5 minutes Expedia I will never use again. I normally use them every single month I will never ever again

    We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time not so much. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that wasn’t very happy and didn’t inform us that we were received a room that we didn’t book. Not only was it not the room we booked, when we got there it smelled like mold. We had to go back to the lobby and ask for a different room. The next employee was able to switch rooms but still not to one we had booked with no real explanation as to why we weren’t getting the room we booked. It was already 10:30pm and we were exhausted from traveling all day. Not the best check in experience or room experience.

    i liked the pool area, the hot tub was fantastic. However i didn’t like that i got a balcony room with a patio, not necessarily the balcony i had hoped for. the area outside the pool was key locked but i couldn’t enter the pool because there was no scan pass. so essentially the balcony we had was useless.

    I am a Pastor from Miami Dade and I was there for one of our conventions. I came into the hotel early before the check inn time, because of my early arrival. However the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful, I was not turn away they understood and could see the stress from driving, they immediately went to work and get me checked inn early.     Everything was great revolving around this hotel. From the super friendly staff, to them having security to enter the property, right down to the pool area. My room was amazingg, top floor, view of the room, lots of space, what more could you ask for. Pool was huge, and they had a hot tub area. 24hr fitness room and an arcade room, a playground area, and i got a voucher for the food area they have. I found out they had a bus to the shopping center which was cool to find out. I didnt take it cause i found out after i came from shopping. Overall great location between everything you could want, ill def be back for my next weekend trip

    Check-in was easy, friendly enough staff. Food outlets during the daytime hours hqd friendly, efficient staff with reqsonable options. However, after 10pm, options were limited. Property is close to good shopping, dining and theme park options. Room had a slight damp smell intermittently but overall reasonable. Perhaps a few movie channel options for days/evenings spent in room.

    The area and facility was great and very close to the parks as well as other amenities. However, breakfast was suppose to be included and wasn't plus we had to pay $25 per night to park in a hotel that we are already paying for. I usually chose different rental options. I decided on a hotel stay because I was under the impression that breakfast was included but it was not. This will be my last hotel stay for a long time. I get better deals and better amenities renting with different rental options.

    Upon arrival I was not greeted by the front desk clerk, Anastassi. When I approached the desk she did not acknowledge me even after I spoke to her. Once she did acknowledge me being there she looked into my reservation and told me that I would receive a phone call once a room was ready. After waiting over an hour I did receive a call. I proceeded to the front desk and was handed off to Ashley who told me that the hotel did not have a room, my reservation was cancelled and I was being relocated to another hotel. After I asked her a few questions she said the hotel was overbooked. She went to hand me a peice of paper and proceeded to walk off. Her demeanor was unapologetic, standoffish and frankly put rude. However Taj saved the day. Not only was he apologetic, he showed empathy. He made the entire situation right. Overall KUDOS to Taj!!!

    The breakfast buffet was supposed to go from 630 until 11. My family got there at 10 and we specifically were going for omelettes once we paid for our buffet. We found that the omelette maker close down his shop early so then we had to wait 15 minutes for the rest of the food of the buffet to come out, eggs, bacon, etc. Not very happy

    I get it. Cheap accommodations for families going to Disney. If not for a wedding, I wouldn’t stay here again. Most of the electric outlets in my room didn’t work. There was a constant pinging sound outside my room window. The food was not good. It’s next to a highway. Nothing that pleasant at all.

    My wife does hotel reviews for a living and we stay in hotels every other week. This was by bar the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel and we’ve stayed in some that have been bad. This was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced to the point we left 2 days early and paid for another room at a different hotel. Not one time was our room cleaned. We even requested it be cleaned and they still did not clean it. We obviously ran out of towels and requested more and they never gave them to us. We ended up buying them and had to wash them ourselves. All night long there were people outside our window being loud then at 6 am there were children screaming in the courtyard and music blaring from the stores below the hotel. I’ve never had to leave a hotel that i paid for early until this place not accommodating in anyway. Cannot overstate how bad this experience was.

    Do not stay here. Just as expensive as All Star Sports which is a Disney resort. You live you learn. Be warned the bus to and from the Disney parks is an absolute disaster. The bus driver was cursing in front of children, had screamo music on and we over heard he dropped someone off on the side of he road and they had to get a cab back to the hotel. I am surprised Marriott allows there name attached to this facility. If management knew what was going on they would run a report.

    1. The front desk always did not have enough service people. There are always long queues. 2. The staff are too busy to serve us. For instance, we asked the front desk to give us a bath mat and it never came. 3. We stayed in a room far from the main elevator, and the elevator at our side was out of service. That was very inconvenient. 4. The shuttle buses to Disney are very limited. They only get to Epcot (then ask you to take transfer buses to other parks), have very limited space (so you need to reserve very early), and only very few time slots.

    I called the property a day before check-in to confirm they had a pool that was indoor/outdoor and that it would be open to the public for the weekend. The next day when I check in at 8pm I ask again and the answer is still yes. The next morning while in the lobby I notice a large it’s obviously an Indian wedding. Which are traditionally large elaborate beautiful events. I’ve been in one and had to help coordinate multiple. I ask the front desk will the pool be open to the public for the third time. Again they say yes. 5 minutes after my son got in the pool security comes and tells us we have to leave the pool. I didn’t expect the staff to be able to do much but I wanted to lodge a complaint about the lack of communication and knowledge of their staff. Everyone was rude and dismissive. Expedia was great in assisting me. I cancelled the rest of my reservation and went to better hotel in a better location. I booked through Expedia. It was a little more expensive but worth it
