The room was basic, the coffee maker was filthy and unusable. The room was on the fourth floor and the window didn’t have any protection (screen or lock) to prevent a child from falling out. Room was relatively clean and the location was close to UCF. The lobby, dining area and hallways were busy and loud with music playing freely by the BU and Duke women’s softball teams.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a perfect layout that made the space feel very functional and relaxing. The balcony was really nice and added a special touch to the stay. The free parking was definitely a plus. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. I truly wish I had stayed longer and would be happy to return. Unfortunately, no breakfast and not even a complimentary coffee.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I loved having a convenient Starbucks café right in the lobby, and the location couldn’t be better, super close to UCF and in an amazing spot near great restaurants. Highly recommend!

I tried for days to cancel this reservation and they gave me the runaround, and they charged my card regardless the many attempts to cancel. Very disappointing service by both, the property and booking.com also. I will never use either one ever again.

The room was small compared to nearby hotels. The coffee maker didn't work well without coffee pods, so making hot water for tea was very messy. The microwave plate didn't fit properly so it made a lot of noise. As did the other room doors, constantly.

They were helpful when we asked questions and if they did not know the answer, they would search for it. The showers were awesome. Wonderful water pressure. Rooms were clean. The weekend breakfast buffet that we had was excellent. The chef did a great job on the scrambled eggs. Location made it easy to access whatever direction we wanted to travel and there were some great choices for eateries within walking distance. Definately would do a repeat stay.

There was no way to plug in the coffeemaker in the room. The selection of items at the bar/breakfast room was barely adequate. Bottles of water in the room first day, but not after that. Too much nickel and diming and cutting corners with service.

The hotel location was great. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were bugs on the beside table, the bathroom was not clean properly, and the mirror was missing from the wall. You can see the screws where the mirror supposed to be.

The company paid two rooms with a king bed each and the staff gave one room with two queen beds. Unfortunately they didn't realize it when they arrived and thought it was just one room. I feel completely ripped off.

Freshly renovated, the property looks good. It is within an area that is being. Renovated, so some local construction exist. Rooms were large and clean, and the property has large, mature trees, that shade virtually every parking spot. Really comes in handy in the sun!

This is a nice and clean hotel. The beds are comfortable. For the price however, one would hope there would be a free breakfast and that the unique guest washing machine in the whole hotel would work (the dryer worked, but not helpful without a washer).

The HVAC system eas broken in the room. They sent someone up to look at it and they agreed it was broken. Thier solution was to offer me more blankets. When you pay over $200 a night you expect the accommodations to work or be moved to another room. It was a very sleepless night trying to get comfortable.

The “minor construction” is not minor. It’s quite disgusting!! I did receive notice AFTER I booked, that there was construction in process, but it almost seemed unsafe to be there. They offered a “free breakfast” for the inconvenience , but the unripe fruit, and coffee without flavored creamer was not worth it. One of the elevators was very bumpy and loud. This place should close until the renovations are complete!

No hot water the window in my room 435 window didn’t have screen and the carpet by balcony door was wet and smelly they sprayed perfume to hide the smell no hot water in the hot tub by pool ice cold water and the water smelled like sewage when you turn on shower
