Check in was fast. The receptionist was helpful. I was very disappointed they didn't have breakfast included, but that was my bad I will read much closer. Accessible parking. Room was clean, no complaints. I don't think I'll stay again, I like to stay where breakfast is included.

First and foremost, whatever they pay their staff they need to make it extra! Britney was amazing! She made sure everything was fast and painless for checkin, especially since we had a late checkin. She helped guide me and my partner around great places in Orlando, since we were visiting from WPB. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. It was spacious, quiet, and the blackout curtains were seriously amazing. Loved our stay! 100/10!!

The pool area was very nice. We chose an accessible room though we did not need it for a wheelchair. As seniors, we chose the room for the grab bars in the bathroom. However, the tub/shower was narrow and uncomfortable to use. Shower water ran outside the tub so I used a towel to wipe it up I noticed the floor was very dirty. The highway is nearby so occasionally you can hear louder cars and trucks, but it wasn't too bad.

If you’re looking for somewhere convenient this location is good. The hotel itself is small, the interior is clean and somewhat modern. Showers were definitely tiny if your tall you might have some issues. The room was clean, I’ve not stayed in many hotels where the AC wasn’t loud, but I’m also very light sleeper so I try not to judge. I brought my own water which was necessary because there’s no water in the room. Seems most hotels are moving towards, you have to pay for everything. Definitely try to get a room on the third floor., the person above us, walked across the floor as if they were in a rodeo. For the price, I thought this was definitely what you pay for. There is a Starbucks on site which I thought was good. Apparently, that is also where your made to order breakfast for a fee comes from.

I prepaid the room on Hotels.com yet the desk clerk also charged my credit card for the room at check in, meaning I paid twice. Hopefully someone at the property will refund the double payment

I was there for three nights and housekeeping didn't it come at all. Amenities were all extra charges, including water even though the sink water was not drinkable. The staff was super nice and helpful consistently, and the property was comfortable.

The hotel wasnt anything like was advised, there was lots of things broken or not working. The staff seemed happy just playing on phones and put out when asked anything.the room wasnt very clean . The list goes on so we booked out as i wasnt very happy at all plus we never recieved any of our money back either so all very unprofessional and under handed.

I was also given incorrect information by the front desk regarding laundry services, which caused last-minute stress during an important event. While the General Manager eventually offered a solution, it only occurred after I requested corporate contact information. Overall, the stay showed poor communication and lack of organization, which is not what I expect from this brand.

Overall, things were good. The hotel is nice and service was good. The only downside was that the shower door base had a leak and water ran out onto the floor. We just had to place towels on the floor to soak up leaking water. It didn't ruin our stay, so all worked out.

Their housekeeping does every other day of your stay and was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend if you want to be within 30 minutes of the hustle and bustle and parks but need some peace and quiet.

The Bistro area is so nice, honestly very lowkey and romantic if you want to eat with your spouse at night. It was buffered from the 'city' noise/mayhem of Orlando traffic by a nice, treed parking lot setting. I did not like that the bathroom fan couldn't be turned-off...I like to keep the bathroom light on with the door partly open as a 'night light'. Couldn't do so with the constant roar of that fan. Also had trouble finding ice...signage indicated it was in the laundry area... not! Not even on the same floor. Staff was friendly & helpful. Had no time to enjoy pool or fitness room as it was an 'event' weekend & barely stayed at the hotel except for showering & sleep.

My three concerns: 1. ODORS. On the 4th floor, there was a odor in the hallway that smelled like rotting garbage and a few times, the elevators had a heavy marijuana smell. 2. NOISE.The venting system was loud to the point that it was louder than the TV volume. We had to turn tv volume up to drown out the sound of ventilation system. Also, several early mornings, we were awakened by a truck that would pull up to the hotel. Dont know if it was a waste disposal truck or a delivery truck; it could be clearly heard in our room. 3. LIMITED RESTAURANT HOURS. The restaurant/ lounge had limited open hours: only opened early morning from 7-10 a.m. and in the evening 5-10 p.m.(I think).

Bed was comfy. Location was quiet but only a couple minutes off of the highway. Priced right and better than the quality of neighboring hotels.

I had an issue with bugs in my room upon arrival, but the Front Desk had someone come to spray the room. The Bistro that is in the hotel, was rather expensive.

The front desk staff charged my rooms to the card I was was using for incidentals instead of the one I presented at check out. Now I have to go through the trouble of changing the charges to another card which was my mother’s card as she was paying for the rooms and it’s a hassle. Not very helpful.

When I arrived at the hotel around 11:50 PM, the receptionist informed me that they will not have any water from 9 am until about 3 PM the next day. It was already late, and I couldn't find any other options. I requested a partial refund. However, the manager declined my request.

We had two exceptional employee interactions - one was the person who checked us in (if you can look that up - she was absolutely delightful our entire stay) and also the young man that ran the food/bar area in the evening - - another really stellar employee who clearly loves working with people. They both are a credit to your place!

My oldest adult son, my husband and I were there. The room very comfortable. The pillows and mattress are better than other places. Excellent cleaning, parking access. everything is close . Restaurant very good service. I will definitely come back and stay again. The additional very comfortable sofa bed has pillows and a blanket. Super air conditioning.

The only complain I have was that the wifi never worked. I asked multiple people at the front desk and they seem to have "helped me" but the reality wss that through out my whole stay I did not have wifi.

It is a beautiful facility. Very clean. The staff was very kind. The only complaint I have is the pillows were very lumpy. Made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. The bed itself was very comfortable. We would definitely definitely stay again. I would just bring my own pillow. Lol.

An unpleasant Bonvoy experience.

My companion and I stayed in the property. The room was very clean and the parking was well lit at night. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Sherika was the front desk clerk and she was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay at this property again. I would like to recommend the property to anyone who stays in the greater Orlando Area on business or pleasure.

The staff was very respetfull ,very helpfully, the bed where we sleep was perfect for us rooms and hallways very clean and do not smell bad .I really recomend this hotel
