Thank you. The price was right and the comfort was great.

The beds were a lot to be desired, sit on the bed and feels like all the springs are gone, the TV had a big cloud in the screen so you couldn't watch TV and the remote was broke. I asked for another room and they were apologetic and moved us without any delay, this room e erything worked, the bed was better but still creeky. Lots of rust at bottom of mini fridge. Plus our neighbors didn't know how to talk softly, very loud way into the night. Close to everything so that's a plus.

Very outdated property. TV reception and selection was very limited and many channels not available. When I spoke to front desk about television issues, no one available to correct issues.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Long black hair on the bathroom floor. Someone’s false eyelash was stuck to the underside of the sheets. As if not cleaned. Room had a musty smell to it and the bed creeks very bad,sounds like your having lots of adult fun and I was alone. Terrible terrible. There is also some weird” utility fee” upon check in.

The room was clean but had hairs in the bathroom sink. Also, there was almost no pressure in the faucet. Made washing hands quite difficult.

There was nothing I liked it. I only liked it that it wasn’t that much for the three days we stayed there but the first room they gave us. It had bugs in there and the AC didn’t work then they switched us to a second room that room the AC worked, but the microwave didn’t work as for a microwave never got one asked for towels. There wasn’t any they had to be washed up I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am very disappointed.

The thing I didn’t like was that staff was knocking at the door at nine in the morning. When check out is at 11.

No breakfast must pay deposit upon arrival which was not in the lisiting.

When we asked, no accommodations were offered except coming to the employee back room to heat up food for my daughter. Great location tho.

Parking is a breeze, air conditioner was a little rough on the ears so they upgraded me to a much nicer room overlooking the pool.

En mi estancia en Enero 2026 al momento de hacer el check inn la recepcionista de mala cara me pidió mi pasaporte para sacarle fotocopia, me lo devolvió cerrado no le vi nada extraño, al abrirlo yo frente a ella me llevo la sorpresa de que me daño la página principal del documento oficial donde esta toda la información personal, le hice el reclamo y no sabía ni que decirme, quería solucionarlo pegándole cinta adhesiva, me contacte con el consulado de Costa Rica en Miami y me dijeron que pusiera la denuncia en la policía y que el hotel debía de responderme por el daño, en el aeropuerto no me permitieron volar el día de mi regreso, pude hasta el día siguiente con el número de denuncia, igual tuve inconvenientes para ingresas a mi país con el pasaporte dañado, les e enviado correos y no me han respondido, no se hicieron responsables, causaron grandes atrasos en mi regreso haciéndome perder reuniones de trabajo importantes por la negligencia de su empleada que me recibió de mala gana y daño mi pasaporte.

1. A telephone was missing from the room - no way to contact desk 2. Lights were missing in the bathroom 3. Shower curtain rod was broken so had to jury rig a way to keep water in the tub area 4. TV worked only for 20' at a time, shut off spontaneously and would take 5' to reboot which then shut off again every 20 minutes 5. No stopper in sink in bathroom requiring laying a washcloth in the bottom to hold water 6. Staff cleaned rooms well and restocked the coffee so no complaints there 7. Desk chair, even at maximum height, was too low for the desk table

The room was very outdated it needs to be maintained better. The beds were very uncomfortable and mini fridge leaked and was rusted so I had to throw away the stuff I had in the little fridge. I was charged a resort fee, even though it really wasn’t a resort. The pool was very dirty and there was only one guy at the front desk and I got there a little early and he said we don’t do check-in until exactly at three, I said OK even though he had an attitude.

1st room AC didn't work at all the 3rd room the ac had to be put on 60 just to stay cool and it made this horrible noise like the fan was chipping away at something. Didn't sleep well at all

I asked for a non smoking room and our room smelt like very heavy smoke. As for the amenities there were no snack machines only drinks. It’s a place good for one night not a long stay.

It was ok for a last minute stay. Bed covers on both beds had cigarette burns on them. Wasn’t comfortable about having a connecting door to another room with a big hole in it. Sleeping was uncomfortable; staff not too friendly or welcoming. First and last time!

Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We were put at the end of the hotel with no one else around. Breezeway to the parking lot had stacks of old microwaves and appliances. While not a horrible place, it's one of the worst I've stayed in.

Did not let my husband check in because I forgot to put his name on the reservation from Expedia- I had to book another the room. I am not sure I will get the first booking refunded - non sense

One of the staff front desk clerk was not welcoming. She was not very helpful or willing to accommodate at all. Tv was out for first 2days of my stay finally offered another room left something in other room and wasn’t allowed to re-enter to get my belongings though it only an 30’mins after I realized it was left I was told I had to wait til next day when housekeeping arrive to get my things. When I felt they could’ve have accommodated me by simply handing me back the room key card. But none the less without putting up a fuss I waiting to retrieve my things next day.

Beds were squeaky. Room was clean. Hate the tile flooring. It doesn’t work well with the heat in Florida, even with the ac on. It just feels like slimy floors. So you have to wear some sort of footwear at all times. Pool was great. Staff was great. Parking was perfect. It was clean. They could just update their bedding and chairs in the room. Thicker blankets would be nice too. For the price and location it was overall a good pleasant stay.

Right next to the elevator outside They had brand new paint on the floor And painted around An old Dirty toilet they nobody even bothered moving It. But on the upside the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Easy included parking, check in was quick and easy. The hotel exterior wise can be improved but has nothing to do with the actual stay which was great. The room AC worked fine and the beds were comfortable, the only downside I can mention is that the bed frame is metalic and would squeek when you move around in bed to switch positions. Besides that its definitely a bang for your buck kind of hotel if youre just looking for a place to stay for the night

Parking was fine for $8 a night already included. The room was cleaned every other day but you could request and get more towels. The tv was small; there was an iron but no ironing board. Had to go to third floor for ice, ice maker on first floor seemed to have been out of commission for a while. The microwave didn’t work but received another one. Ok for the money spent and just needed a place to sleep for three days.

The location was in a great spot but had to go over to the holiday in to get breakfast which t was a bad walk. I didn’t like the fact that the room I stayed in didn’t have a fan in the bathroom so we had to use hot water so it smell. Also didn’t like the fact that my sink countertop in my bathroom was broken and looked like it was repaired but it was a bad job doing it.

The shower curtain rods are not installed correctly and the curtains fall to the center leaving the sides wide open and water pools on the outside floors. I only liked the location of the hotel. I didn’t like the customer service. I changed rooms do to the unclean rooms. Once I got to the third room it had no ac and it was very uncomfortable. While apparently under some renovations, the property was clean and easily accessible to everything. The i-Ride trolley was a few hundred feet away and great to visit nearby activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Great price for its location.

The first room they tried to give us had toenail clippings in the bed. We switched rooms, and it smelled bad. The A/C only worked half of the time, the fridge had a sour smell to it, the beds were hard and had a loud squeeking spring sounds. Then my wife found a cockroad in the bathroom. They only have one luggage cart, the staff seems uninterested in the customers, and were rude when asked to do their jobs. If you ever have the chance to stay here, just sleep in you car.

This place was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Maria at the friend desk was very very rude and not a nice person. We asked if we could check in before 3 which she very rudely said no. My two year old was freaking out and it would have been so helpful. Regardless we sat in the lobby. She let us check in early when I went back and gave me a snide look. There was no bell hop service to help my sick mother and I up to our room. We had 4 suitcases and 4 bags a stroller a car seat and a 2 year old. We get up to the room on the 5th floor and the room is dirty. We waited 20 minutes for it to be clean now past the check in time. We get in the room and the AC is broken. I go down to her and she says yah we don't let people check in before three. Almost like she did it on purpose just to be extra cruel. She argued with me about the AC and then says she will send someone up. So I walk all the way back up again. She sends someone and the lady says you have to get a new room. So I walk back down and maria argues with me about the AC not working saying the lady said it works. I got very frustrated at this point because obviously I'm not walking back and forth for fun!! So she moves us to another room on the fourth floor after I unpacked our stuff and my baby was asleep and very hot and upset upon moving. We get to the new room and the phone is broken and there's no microwave. Absolutely terrible place. Don't stay here.

Staff is very rude, unprofessional and lack customer support at every turn. She refused to take any debit card I had even my business bank account debit card. Although no card i provided was cashapp, paypal, venmo, chime, or any of the sort. I even tried to provide a credit card that she didn't bother tp accept neither for the 50$ deposit. Going forward she refused to accept any business debit card all while refusing to just cancel my reservation. Her attitude was disgusting and i am reporting this situation to corporate, and the BBB. I had just got off work and was left to have to deal with that all while i remained calm, respectful, and professional despite her attitude. I do want a refund immediately. I was unable to check in

Little flakes of something everywhere. There were three sheriffs at the office when we came back from icon around 10pm. I took a lot of sleeping meds to sleep that night . Front desk lady doesn’t speak English well so was adding on fees beyond Expedia but not able to explain what they were for. The list goes on and on but just spend $100 more to stay somewhere else if you have to. We actually were going to eat the money and go elsewhere but due to 3 gymnastics/ dance comps going on + Valentine’s Day we couldn’t find anything under $600 at 11pm.

We prepaid for a room with a king bed. Arrived - no king beds. Half the plugs in the room did not work. The beds squeaked with every movement. There were literally no rooms available for nearly 10 miles - otherwise we would most definitely would have moved to a different hotel.

This hotel is in dire need of employees who care about cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The rooms are disgusting. The floor had dirty mop stains and felt sticky to the touch. My son and I wouldn't dare to walk barefoot on them. They have hotel fees, in addition to the room rate, which I guess is the norm, but the condition of the rooms makes you wonder what the fees are for, other than an way to extort more money from guests. There are a lot of pre-existing damages to the in-room furniture. For example, cracked tiles in the shower, missing ventilation fan in the washroom, ripped upholstery on the chair, gouges and scratches on the chest and table, etc. Worst yet, there was hair (not mine) on the floor and washroom. The sheets/towels are old and have stains (yuck) and don't look under the counters in the washroom if you don't want to blow chunks. My son's bed made loud metal noises every time he shifted. The door to the room was loose and shook on windy days and the outside noises sounded as if they were directly in the room. The hotel charges $50 to your credit card in case of damages. What a joke! How do they even know that something was damaged during your stay, when everything is already damaged? I took video of everything in the room upon entering just to make sure they didn't try to charge me for something I didn't do. In addition, the front-desk workers are not very nice/friendly. I could say more, but Expedia only allows me 1500 characters. 0 stars is accurate.

This a run down motel. Zero amenities or people to help. All the maintenance items look like DIY quick fixes that were never complete. Wall patches and caulk jobs that were never even painted. Floor were mopped with dirty mops so you had to wear shoes the entire time or you had black socks. Bed covers had burn holes in them. Box springs that squeaked so bad you could barely role over. House keeping would go behind us and turn A/C up to 75 degrees every day so the room was always hot when we got back. If you are desperate and need a place to sleep it will work but do not bring your family here.

The major issue occurred when we were returning to our car from the fourth floor. We got into the elevator, and it immediately broke down on the third floor. I pressed the emergency button multiple times with no response. Eventually, I was able to call the lobby. Over the next 30 minutes, they repeatedly reset the elevator’s power, which left us—myself and my two children—sitting in complete darkness each time it shut off. It was a very stressful and frightening experience. A maintenance worker finally arrived and manually forced the door open to get us out. Afterward, we were moved to a first-floor room, though initially I was told I could simply use a different elevator. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issues. The bathroom door was off its track and would not close properly. The beds were again extremely squeaky, and there was a broken floor tile with sharp, exposed ceramic edges. To add to the frustration, when we requested clean towels, we were told housekeeping had not washed any that day, so none were available. Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning stay, especially with children involved.

The hotel is very outdated. The elevators and lobby need to be remodeled. Our check out was at 11am and the house keeping came knocking at 9am I opened the door and let them know we were checking out at 11am. About 10am the same housekeeping person just opened the door while we were still sleeping. The location is great but the hotel is ok.

The room was very outdated. Some kind of strip were loose. The blanket on bed were dirty and had burned holes in them. Bed, though comfortable, was cracking. TV remote had been badly damaged, TV sound was crackly. The elevator was like a something from a horror story. The front desk was smelling like a hospital.

It was clean the water was instantly hot there were no microwave and my tv only got like 5 channels luckily for one was the news and the other was BET lol stations I love. Place was gross, hair near tub and on sheets and bath towel. Bathroom fan didn't work. Elevator was disgusting. Floors were not swept. Over priced scumy hotel. I bet the owner doesn't even stay in his own hotel. A/C was on the Room was so cold we had to turn on the heat.

The refrigerator was broken. The sink was loose. There were clumps of dust in the corners of the room. We stayed for one night. The morning we left, the toilet clogged. I tried calling, but no answer. At checkout the front desk person asked “why didn’t you come down to report the problems “. This hotel is in the middle of Orlando. There’s a hundred other hotels to choose from.

I definitely enjoyed the location because it was near everything that you needed to be near on international drive Orlando. With that said it was a clean hotel and I feel satisfied with the room that was given to me with a fridge and a microwave. I was moved to another room where the heat worked, but the unit was so loud and disruptive that it was impossible to sleep through the noise. This hotel single-handedly ruined my trip to Florida. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Spend a little more money and book a different hotel—it will be worth it. Do not make the same mistake I did.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it was the worst stay of my life, it looked like a brothel, they allowed guests to have music late at night, I couldn't sleep all night, I called the reception several times to report the music and the noise and they didn't do much, apart from the fact that the bed blankets had strange stains, hoteles.com shouldn't promote it, I've never had such a bad experience

The receptionist wouldn't let me stay. From the moment I arrived, she had a bad attitude, and when I told her that wasn't the way to treat a customer, she took it badly and said I wasn't going to stay at the hotel.

Check in took over an hour. There was a huge line and only one person to check us in. People had to wait outside the doors. The room was iffy. The toilet is angled (at least in the room we had) to fit in the bathroom. And the next morning before we checked out we went to get breakfast and had brought our bags with us (leaving stuff in the refrigerator) when we came back somebody had cleaned the room and took our stuff out of the refrigerator. I asked at the front desk and the woman told me that the cleaning person had no idea what I was talking about. Not happy and not going back.

The hotel was clean; however, I did not care for the location. I was not expecting an outdoor-style hotel where rooms are accessed directly from the outside. Noise levels were high, and activity outside the room was audible throughout the night. Overall, this resulted in a poor stay and was not a good experience.

Then my room needed updating. To flush the toilet i had to take the lid off the toilet and jiggle the chain. When i checked out i told the Indian desk clerk and she just shrugged her shoulders. I was glad in the morning my car was fine. The bed was comfortable. I did forget my cell phone at the desk when checking in. I had been flying all day and was very tired. The kind hostess desk clerk returned my phone to me.

Parking was fine. Room was terrible. Dirty stained sofa, bed covering had cigartte burn holes, bed was extremely hard and made terrible squeaking noise with any movement, toilet was awkwardly in the middle of the bathroom floor and not against a wall like normal.

Do not stay here. The front desk staff is beyond rude. We had to switch rooms because refrigerator doesn't work. Went to another room and TV doesn't work. We drove 15 hours from out of town to come to a musty room with black stains on the bedding. Do better to accommodate your guests and a smile wouldn't hurt either when you're greeting an out of towner who chose to spend money at your establishment. Linen should be clean as well. Do not come here!!

The rooms are quite dated and show signs of age, but given that this was only a short stay, it was manageable. Overall, the property is functional for a brief overnight stop, though some maintenance (particularly the elevators) would be appreciated.

It was dirty. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude, extremely rude. They didn’t have the bed that I paid for. It was terrible. Don’t go there. There was a hole in the ceiling. It was just disgusting. Terrible hotel experience!

It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. It was in need of repairs. Looked like it had water damage. Lady at the front desk was rude. Charged me $40 + tax even tho she stated the rm was ready for a 2 hr early check in. Said she couldn’t print a receipt, will send in email but I never received it. Room smelled, my dtr got bit up by mosquitos. Water pressure low. Toilet water didn’t fill. Took the BR sink a few hrs to drain a sm amount. Had to slam the door to shut completely. Holes in blanket. Pictures in rm not cleaned, very gross. Faucets rusted out and cracked. BR door handle coming off. Mattress stained. TV had lines all thru it. Wall plugs coming off. Pool closed. Construction in the yard but not closed off to public. And ride to parks not working. It was AWEFUL!

The first thing that happened is the lady at front was on her phone while checking us in so wasnt sure who she was talking to. Then the room was clean but bed squeaked (i did get a video). Room 360. Thought it was just our room but lets just say our neighbors had a good time last night. The lights strobed so we had a dark room, then the microwave and coffee maker didnt work because the outlet didnt work so we had to move it to use it. Lets not forget the toliet thats in the middle of the floor. You can prop your feet up on the bathtub and relax during your bowel movement. The shuttle is just the shuttle bus for Orlando so it made many stops to get to parks and only pics up and drops off at a certain time. It was a very rough ride so we took a uber back to hotel. If your looking for just a clean bed and shower this is for you but not worth the money.

When we arrived to check-in Clarion our experience was terrible because of Gabriette’s horrible attitude, belittling personality, and inappropriate behavior. This was my family’s 1st experience staying @ this Clarion Hotel on International Drive Orlando. Gabriette was the only front desk agent that afternoon and we were the only customers on the entire lobby treated us unfairly delayed our check-in for almost 2 hours

So moving forward you assume all is good. We were all there for working an event and do not live in the area. Well one of the 2 were able to use the room and my third person got off earlier then. i did and I gave her the reservation number and everything even my cc last 4. She got there went to front desk and they told her they could not give her a room key so I understand for security but then I called them had to leave my bar to do this and still even with me being able to verify they said no. I asked to speak with a manager they were not available and she said to call back in 20 mins which I am not able to. So my friend ended up having to find another hotel which cost both of us more then expected in travel expenses. The staff needs to be able to verify and assert the needs of the guest as the whole point of getting a hotel while you are working is to be able to relax and start your next day stress free. I will not stay there again and I travel all over the country for work and have never had an issue.

Had a nice 2 day stay

If you only need somewhere to sleep and don’t mind metal on metal scraping during the night due to the horrific beds, and only care about the convenience to be able to walk to Icon Park then this is the place for you. Even after requesting a refund on our remaining nights and having photos of why we no longer wanted to stay there, the manager continued to practice bad business. We got in really late, and the only thing I can say is they had to have put us in the worst room possible, even though I booked a month before arriving. We finally got moved to a better room, but just knowing how the manager chooses to do business, we would not stay here again. Maria at the front desk was as helpful as she could’ve been, but she does not make any of the decisions. The right thing to do would’ve been to refund us the remaining nights and let us stay somewhere else.

I am giving this place three stars because the check in was easy, the room was clean, the location, top tier and the price for booking it was last minute it was great. However, this hotel is on the older side and you can see that they are trying to remodel but it's being done by someone's uncle. For example the patch work for some old holes just painted over instead of being replaced. I will also say the walls here are very thin. You think people are outside getting to their room but no one was out there so it must have been coming from another room. The bed was a little on the firm side but pillows were amazing. The towels were scratchy as hell so bring your own. Overall if you're expecting something fancy this is not the hotel for you. If you are trying to live it up on a budget then this is the place to be.

An absolute ATROCITY. My first room wasn’t even made and the room was dirty. It was so gross. The second room, when I took the covers off, there were stains on the bedding. The employee personally came up to take pictures and was equally disgusted and embarrassed. Parker, the front desk agent was a gentleman and was really out of his control but, the property, I wouldn’t let my pet ant stay there. Just because it says on International Drive, don’t let it fool you. It fooled me.

My stay at this clarion inn Orlando international drive hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty and had a bad smell. The refrigerator and air conditioning didn’t work, and the floor was stained and unclean. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, and I would not recommend staying here.

The central elevator doesn't work. Some staff seem genuinely unenthused with life or something. Aside from that, the room was decently clean. There was a working fridge and microwave. If you're in town and looking for a cheap place to stay, this will work. It's not a five star resort, but it's fairly quiet, and a this place to get some sleep.

Cristal at the front desk is truly amazing along with Gabriela. The rooms had roaches I had to move 3 times. There's a water leak from the sink in the bathroom coming none stop in room 220 which I reported. I was deceive by the website that stated washer and dryer in the facility which was fale. Deposit waiver as well amenities fee waived as long you from different states or county. The company has misrepresented themselves. I would truly appreciate to obtain the full $85.80 along with two days out of the 4 days stay. Which comes to $109.28 plus the $85.80 a subtotal of $195.08 would be greatly appreciated.

This is a location hotel. Don’t expect fancy accommodations. Everything works, nothing is broken but lots of things should be upgraded. It worked for us because all we needed was a place to sleep near to all the attractions.

Clean, Neat, eooms.Walkable area,Transportation was always close by and ran all the time. Great entertainment and lots of things to do was instantly available. I recommend and encourage others to book at this hotel.

Hotel was very clean, however, the phone didn't work, there was no ice in the ice machine, the a/c didn't work properly, it was warm in our room the entire stay, the person at the front desk that checked us in, acted like she hated her job. The pictures showed there was a bar on the property, not true, the bar is located at the Holiday Inn next door to them, it's not far to walk, but definitely not on property like the pictures said. We asked to be by our family that was staying there too, that didn't happen, not sure if the hotel even read the email request.

Had to check out a night early. Didn’t feel safe. Stained sheets, stains on furniture, stains on towels, no hot water, drug addicts everywhere, huge gap under the door for bugs to get in. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

The place is very poor in cleaness also They advertise Laundry in amenities but the truth is that they do Not have a working Laundry facility wich is very missleading and inconvenient. I do not recomend this place will not go back.

Didn’t really feel safe, I stayed for 10night the first few night there were people trying to break into my room. I took the staff they say they will keep an eye out. It happened for 4days. It’s was just me and my stay and I didn’t feel safe with my 6 year old with me. They need to put up more cameras. I left a day early because I no longer enjoyed my stay due to not feeling safe.

This location was perfect. Icon Park is across the street from Clarion Inn at Icon Park approximately a 5 minute walk.There is plenty to do in this area including attractions, shopping and restaurants. Check out The Yard House for great food, awesome atmosphere, and tasty drinks. We will definitely be returning soon.

First of all you must a have credit card to use as a deposit to stay here, which i didnt know until we got there. I've just used my debit card. The lady behind the desk was very rude. Then was told I could cancel my reservation and go some where else buy i would have to till the manager got there is the morning. The ac was barely cool. But after the whole experience at checkin I wasnt about to complain.

my stay was good , everything was clean but when i walked in the bathroom there were big cockroaches but there was like a hole behind the toilet which is maybe where they came from and the room was very warm when I walked in so that could be a reason also. Check in service was great simple easy.. it was like rust around the fridge it’s not the best but it’s not the worst the room is comfy and large very spacious with a desk I had a king size bed room and they allowed me to choose what floor and where my room faced. Inadecuada

The room was very unsanitary, Bed frame rusted, Mattress Hard uncomfortable and makes squeaky noise when turning in your sleep, sofa bed was dirty and smelled like mildew, also when I opened the sofa bed the Mattress was very old ripped up with stains and Blood stains as well. I have pictures to prove!!! Also the TV not working with No Signal at all…I will never stay there Again or, recommend anyone to book at that Hotel!!!!

Rooms were clean, beds clean. nice quiet area, can walk across the street to icon park and all the restaurants. Perfect area for the price. free shuttle to the parks also. Swimming pool very clean.

Wonderful for our little family with a small child! Staff was helpful and accommodating when we needed extra bedsheets due to our baby. Room was clean and comfortable as well. Overall a great experience

I’m sorry and I never do this kind of review in my whole life but that hotel need to work to get better. I swear to God it’s really bad. I don’t recommend anybody and I’m sorry for this comment but I hope you guys will do a better job soon clean up the rooms Make it better.

But. The beds were very noisy just for small moments the bath room looked like someone got stuck inside and had to bust their way out. You can’t get an extra blanket or pillows. The staff was friendly though for all they could not provide.

The staff was so angry all the time! The room stank! The room is dark! The bed is old. It sounds horrible all the time! Everything bad! Don’t recommend it! Specially the terrible odor in the room! I couldn’t stand the smell!

Our stay was horrible. There were roaches crawling in the bathroom. There were roaches crawling in the sleeping anrea under the table. There were stains on the chair in the sleeping quarters. Looks like someone may have used it for a urinal. There was blonde hair stuck on the bathroom shower wall. Rust was throughout the refrigerator as if it hadn’t been clean for quite sometime. My husband and I was placed on the backside of the hotel by the pool and I think we were the only ones back there. This place is horrible. I can see why they hardly had any guess there. We wound up checking out @3:45am in the morning because it was too disgusting to stay there. Hubby and I stayed up until 8:00am that morning until this nice manager @Grand Hotel allowed us to do an early Check in. We will not stay at the Clarion on International again .

The over night front desk man was extremely rude with poor mannerisms. The room had a oversize cockroach which was about 4 inches in length. The room had no hot water plus there was a water leak on my end of the building, so I was asked to switch rooms and I was never refunded the resort fee for the inconvenience. Do not stay here at all cost!!!

The staff was very rude. They invaded our privacy several times. They made false accusations. No one spoke English. Trying to get a refund. Will never step foot on the property again

Room I was in was rundown. Other reviews seemed ok. Maybe my room just hadn't been started/completed yet. probably won't stay here again. This was a $60-70 room not a $120 room.

Low pressure shower, loud a/c unit that didn't work well and uncomfortable bed made our two day stay not the best. If you're on a budget and not expecting much, this place is for you.

TV did not work in my first room..had to be moved. The only positive was the great location

I wanted seclusion, rest and privacy. I really liked the room I was in. Note: I will be requesting the same room everytime I visit.

Las camas eran muy incomodas, eran ruidosas, las corchas rotas, las luces de la habitación fundidas. El servicio era muy malo. Tratamos de cancelar el mismo día y nos dijeron que se iban a quedar con 2 días de depósito como penalidad, nosotros accedimos y cuando hicimos el check out, nos dijeron que no iban a devolvernos nada, ya que por separar los 5 días no pudieron venderle a otra persona hospedaje. Era mentira, ya que estaba vacio el hotel, conocimos algunas personas que estaban cancelando por la misma razón que nosotros. Fue el hotel mas desepcionate que he visto. No lo recomiendo.

I checked in and went to my room to find fixtures on the floor and a huge hole in the bathroom where a sink should be. Went back to the lobby and got another room. This room had a sink and everything so we went out for the evening. We got back around midnight and realized the toilet didn’t flush. I didn’t want to change rooms this late so I poured water in the back of it and it flushed. Next morning I tried to take a shower and water just trickled out. As I only had one more night there and everything was unpacked I decided I would deal with it for that long. When I came back that evening the keys to the door wouldn’t work. I went back to the lobby and was told a leak was found in the room so I had to go to another room. We packed everything up and went to a third room. This room was all good except for the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. I am not one to complain because I work retail and get stupid complaints all day. I just wanted to share my experience so other who won’t be as forgiving don’t have the same experience with this hotel

Room was clean, pool was nice. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels by day 4.

Management puts no effort into this place! Everyday we found another bug in the room crawling on the floor. Overpriced even at the nominal rate they charge per night…..what a mistake in choosing this place!

It was very good place to stay for the time i was there!

Front desk was not professional. Rooms were ok. The remodel was not done lights/vents/ac falling apart or broken.

En general muy malo habitacion nada confortable

The bed made a weird noise every time we moved in our sleep. Other bed had hair on the white sheets that was there before we checked in. After i cleaned myself it was better. So many others things in the room were left unfinished after what looked like a remodel. They got about 90% done and just a few gave up on the other 10%. It definitely is in a great place and the pool was nice.

It was very quiet and safe. It was comfortable and a pretty good location. I loved the dinners at Carraba's. Unexpected $50 deposit, but it was returned in 3 business days. Overall, it was pretty good.

Recommended only as a last resort if you need a place to lay down. It is currently being remodeled so the only rooms available are in the 4 th floor and those are also outdated. Lobby is empty with just computers and some old chairs tvs are just sitting on property outside. Ants and bugs were in the sink

Bed made lound noise every time we turned positions, paid for ground floor and room wasn't on that floor, hair dryer broken. Great spot with everything right there but not the cleanest place.

They have lots of rooms but stuck me in a room with a mini fridge stuffed with towels. At least other parts of the room were clean for the most part. No one at front desk to check in, had to wait a few minutes so I have no idea what the resort fee was for. This place is dated and definitely has a motel vibe. Also there was a bad sewer smell in the air that was offset by the lady next door smoking weed ☹️

The closest to Icon park which was across the street. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay.

Stayed one night, it’s an old motel and it was a cheaper option so that being said you get what you pay for.

Its is basic and very run down the toilet was in the middle of the floor with no sink in bathroom , tiles are off all over the room , mini fridge was rusty and didnt work . Good was the pool and location
