Absolutely loved staying at the Castle! The he staff were friendly and the service was unmatched! I would give them 11/10 stars if I could! We will most definitely be back in the future.

Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that.

Centrally located, just off of I-Drive with easy access onto the strip. The hotel is well decorated, modern-feeling and superb value for money. There is no courtesy room - so if your flight is late, make sure that you’ve made prior arrangements or booked late checkout.

Overall, the hotel is in good condition; however, the room was not 100% clean, and they did not come to clean it during our stay.

Great place warm welcomes with a tiara for the little princesses! They had fresh cookies and doughnuts for Memorial Day weekend. The pool was perfect! Was so clean and nice!

Staff were really helpful and friendly, bar was excellent, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were perfect and the towels around the pool were changed regularly. Overall an excellent stay. Cannot fault the hotel, the staff or service.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming The hotel itself felt very outdated, and the room was not clean. The breakfast was very limited with few options, and the service during breakfast was very poor. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

It was average for the price. Our room was not ready until an hour after our check in time. I was supposed to receive a call/text/email when it was ready and never got it. I luckily checked the app and saw a room number had been assigned.

They also tried to charge me a $300 deposit when the reservation clearly indicated it would only be $100. This was completely different from what was advertised and felt very misleading. Because of this unexpected extra charge, I decided to leave and not stay at the hotel. I do not recommend this property due to the lack of price transparency and the surprise fees at check-in. Travelers should be careful and confirm all charges beforehand.

The location, the design and decor, the comfy beds and great shower with good water pressure The floors had crumbs on them, didn’t look clean and the body wash and shampoo in the bathroom were completely empty. No one checked to make sure they were refilled properly

Also has plenty to eat and do walking distance, even on a weekend night the area is lively and safe to walk. Our room is a good size, clean, and fairly updated. No major complaints. Maybe better pillows but otherwise we were very happy with our stay. Staff were good, and the hotel is well kept and clean.

Very courteous staff, room was very clean and the food was delicious. While my burger was over cooked, I asked for Medium and received well-done, the flavors were tasty. My veggie omelette at breakfast was scrumptious. Walking distance to the activities at ICON Park and dining nearby. Good stay all around.

This was the perfect place to stay for one night in Orlando. The room was comfortable, parking was easy (although not included), and we enjoyed a drink at the bar (which was pricey but had good options). I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for parking, but was charged after check out.

It felt like you had to pay extra for everything. Water? They don’t provide it for free—you have to buy bottles in the lobby. Tea? $6 for hot water and a tea bag. It’s supposed to be provided in the room, but they only give it to you once, even if you stay for a week. Breakfast is 5/10.

The room was very hot, ac was not working the second day the maintenance came in early in the morning to check all he did was move the thermostat to the coldest setting. It worked a little but room was not cold as we wanted it to be, for some reason it was hot in the night.

The location, the decor, the rooms and facilities were all outstanding! The property itself was fantastic! The girls upon checking in were OK at best. I felt I was putting one out by asking several follow up questions to the building access and parking access.

The room is clean. The window cannot open. The breakfast has continental and full breakfast two choices. When I order the hotel, it was not mentioned. I did not know which one was included and paid.

I've recommended this hotel several times since my stay. It as so welcoming after my encounter with Ryan Urban, and the service at the bar especially during Thanksgiving was above and beyond. They have a good breakfast, the temperature was awesome to go to the roof and watch the distant fireworks, the tiara I received (as an adult) at check in, the robes at request, the outdoor games and "at your service" approach during the holidays was perfect. Thank you! We had 3 rooms and multiple families, and will come back.

We went from the worst stay at another hotel to leaving and finding this one. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice, the room was amazing in every way, the hotel is so beautiful. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to Orlando!

However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The meal, which included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and a cappuccino, cost a staggering $74, including the tip. This felt excessively overpriced. Additionally, parking was charged at $35 per night. Considering the overall cost was nearly $300, I would advise searching for a hotel that offers better value.

Cute, clean and affordable bit unfortunately offset by the expensive parking and breakfast. Beds were just ok, not the most comfortable. Our room was on the second floor 2 doors down from the fitness area and we got woken up at 7 am by the most obnoxious banging of the weights for an hour. straight. Did not use the pool.

I rent a Tower room on dec 16 2025 a week in advance to my trip and I call to check to make sure everything was good the morning of the trip drive 2-1/2 hour to the castle hotel to find out they sold out all the tower rooms then I got stuck in a dirty standard room with no room for three people will not stay there again

The positives, Great Staff, Location ($8) to Universal via Uber. Negatives, hidden parking of $35 a night. Not great. We booked a suite for 4 adults, but breakfast included was for only 2 people. Had to pay $25 per person extra, not great. We did have other options as parking was included. Overal a great experience and themed hotel.

Was very clean but someone stayed before us stick a gum on the lamp next to air bed. The clean personal miss that and is nasty. For the rest was very clean room.

Heated pool, everyday housekeeping and free Starbucks coffee in the morning are outstanding. The tower room has an additional cute corner which is my girl’s favorite place. Good location, close to Epic and other universal theme parks.

Is always a great experience to come to this hotel. I am not giving excellent review only, because they put my daughter's birthday surprise in another room. But the staff are very polite, great customer service at the restaurant and clean rooms.

staff, amenities. The staff in that hotel is not really well trained and they took like 30 mins to check me in. And I guess the owner of the property is not paying them enough they are always with a sad face as if they are being forced to do the work. There is no good hospitality no guidance, no welcoming. Overall the room I stayed was good but not as good for a 4-star rated hotel atleast that is what they say. This hotel should not be marked as a 4-star rated 3-star rated hotel will be good for there standards.

There was only one working elevator that took extremely long to enter. I paid in advance to have cookies in the room before we entered but that didn’t happen and instead they asked if we wanted to bring it up but instead.

Although the ice machine was out of order on our floor, this was a really nice hotel. Mauricio the bartender was FANTASTIC. He was very personable and gave amazing service. This is actually the 2nd time we stayed here. I would definitely recommend.

I reserved a tower room weeks in advance and when I checked in the front desk gave me a regular room. The lady was extremely rude and told me to call orbitz since I paid orbitz. When orbitz called the hotel the lady would not authorize a refund for the difference in room prices. The room was run down, musty, mirror coating was peeling off in the bathroom and the room had a weird high pitched humming noise in the wall that sounded like faulty electrical wiring. My daughter couldn't even sleep between the high pitched noise, sound from the ice machine in the room next to us and the gap under the door allows all outside hallway noise to come in.

I really like this hotel. I have booked here twice. The location is great for nearby restaurants and attractions on the strip. My only issue was with the checkout. Checkout is at 11 and housekeeping knocked on my door twice before 10. Then around 10:30/10:45 they sent a different guy up to knock again.

Had an amazing time there, love the castle look, love the room interior, love the pool. Everything was so cute! Staff is super friendly, they put me in a wrong room at first but was able to fix it for me fast. Very close to Universal and Disney. I would definitely come back next time!

Had an amazing time there, love the castle look, love the room interior, love the pool. Everything was so cute! Staff is super friendly, they put me in a wrong room at first but was able to fix it for me fast. Very close to Universal and Disney. I would definitely come back next time!

I have always wanted to stay at Castle Hotel! Very clean place with ample parking, and mere minutes from International Drive/restaurants. Friendly staff/courteous services!

From Check In to check out the staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. This is a well-run, clean upscale Hotel that welcomes you with nice decor and convenient amenities. The pool area is both private and inviting with outside bar area. The Food is 5 Star from a nice Club sandwich to a wonderfully cooked steak. I highly recommend Castle Hotel as you will not be disappointed!

The Castle Hotel on Universal Blvd was the perfect location, with plenty of restaurants, lounges, and shopping within walking distance. We felt very safe walking in the area, even at night. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our family and friends.

I loved being greeted in the lobby with a Mimosa! Besides that, the staff have been welcoming, the room is so comfortable, the pool is amazing, and the gotel is within walking distance of nice restaurants.

We arrived 10 AM and the front desk host was very courteous, held our luggage until able to check in and gave us a call about an hour later when our room was ready. We were able to get a very early check in for no extra charge. The beds were so comfortable, and hotel was walking distance to many activities and great dining options.

A clean and pretty hotel with lots of amenities but they charge $35 per night for parking that was not advertised on Expedia when I booked the reservation. I left after 2 days and moved over to Avanti. I would have done that from the start of my trip if I would have known.

Best location for if you are flying into MCO or just in town for business. Easy to all major roads and theme parks. Nice decor, and staff extremely friendly.

I didn't like that you have to pay for parking. Your guest already pay to stay, it's not fair that they have to pay to park on the property and also pay for breakfast that should complimentary.

Very nice boutique style hotel with terrace to view Disney fireworks. They give you complimentary water at checkout and have an onsite restaurant with plenty of parking. The staff is amazing! Super clean. Loads of activities and restaurants in walking distance. Room decor is elegant and modern but the foundation shows it's a very old property, the hinges are crazy rusted like literally red and the doors and walls look thick with several layers of paint. I will likely never rebook however because of two reasons the mattress is like a $70 mattress very very thin and springy, as if it just popped out of a couch. The cheapest mattress I've ever slept in at a hotel. Then the hard water, I've never noticed water hardness before but this is another level I had to literally pour one of my water bottles thru my hair just so it could feel semi normal after washing it. If the mattress and water weren't an issue it would be an Orlando favorite.

We paid for a room with two queen beds for 3 adults and when we arrived they gave us a room with one bed. That's very annoying. Parking is very expensive.

Property was awesome but the staff was okish. The flush needed repair, the toiletries needed replacement, they won't do anything till you ask them to. Room was beautiful though.

The hotel is clean, the beds are good and the staff is very attentive. I didn't like the breakfast buffet, the choices available. But it was decent for the price.

We could hear what we believe was the ice machine under our room running at random times. House keeping was upon request, and towels/toilet paper were things we regularly had to ask for. Over all it was a great stay and the hotel itself is beautiful!

Room was clean but beds aren’t very comfortable. No draw-fan in bathroom. A/C was kicking (a positive for most, I’m sure, but not for those of us with low iron). Overall just not impressed.

We booked w Breakfast but upon check out we found out that it included only adults and was not explained upon check in or Check out. Staff at breakfast provided good customer service and front desk was nice too but nobody did not disclose details of charges of the breakfast even when asked. $25 per adult for breakfast but the quality or selection was not worth. Overall you pay only for area - I would not stay again.

The staff were friendly and they helped us with our questions and concerns. Pool area was clean and we enjoyed a lot. Location is very good and it’s walkable to so many different restaurants and attractions. We’re very satisfied with the service provided and we can’t wait to come back. Thank You!

I want to say, I don't ever mind paying more, for good service/quality. This place, however, makes me feel like I got scammed! The Castle hotel is waaay over priced for the service you receive. I will literally NEVER stay here again, nor would I ever recommend anyone else does! 1st: they charge an additional $100 per night of your stay. ON TOP OF the room rental (i.e 3 nights, $300 extra!) but dont even offer free breakfast. No, that's and additional $25 per! 2nd: Down the street from UniversalStudios, but offer no shuttle transportation. 3rd: and most importantly, I was going to put our pizza up that we didn't finish, but found that it had to be shared with a roach first. Running around in our food. So disgusted because I dont know what else was crawled over before the discovery (Video/photo proof) Terrible experience. Springhill Suites near the Orlando airport is sooo much better! Hell, even the Ramada had them beat.

Rooms were noisy and the bathrooms were not as clean. They do have three Tesla charging stations which is why we chose this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful! It kinda has a vintage luxury feel to it. We especially loved the pool and the bartender Louis was amazing! The only food we tried was the flatbread pizza and it was beyond delicious. Drinks were great! I will say that I was a little disappointed in the room itself. There was paint chipping in the bathtub, and I also had to jiggle the handle on the toilet every now and then to keep it functioning properly. Another thing I didn’t like was parking was an extra $35 a night and I wasn’t aware of that in the details. The rooms are a little cramped, hallways are loud when kids are present. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would return again. Hopefully with a better room next time. And you gotta check out the rooftop view! It’s truly breathtaking!

Nice hotel only issue i had was no parking ever.

We loved the staff and property. There was loud music played somewhere til about 0400. I cant say that it was from the property but it kept at least 1 member of my party awake most of the night.

Stay was good for staying a night great location to many things near by.

Shuttle running from/to hotel to convention center was very helpful. Dining at the hotel was great; friendly staffs. Did not find any to complain about my stay. I had to shorten my stay at the hotel due to business reason, received not even a partial refund from Expedia - that is not related to the property.

Castle Hotel was nice, pool area was pretty, our room was nice. While at the hotel we had lunch and food wasn't great. We also were told while we were there we could see firewrorks from Disney on the rooftop. You can't see them too far away. We did have a really nice experience at breakfast, servers were fabulous, Yosep i think her name was.

Receptionist offered me free tea while I wait for my room to be ready.That was sweet

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, but my recent experience was truly disappointing. The customer service has significantly declined, and the upkeep is simply deplorable. If you plan to stay here, please make sure to check the bed linens before unpacking. It’s unfortunate to see such a once-great hotel fall short of expectations. Stay safe out there! 🏨💔

My room did not get a cleaning service as requested, and my room did not have body wash available in the shower. The bottle was empty. This was requested to be refilled but this did not happen.

The staff made my stay very enjoyable. I do not have a single complaint but many compliments to offer. I plan on coming back in a few months.

Staff is very attentive. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spent my wedding night here and it was magical. I got the romance package and our room was beautifully decorated. The staff even left us a beautiful card and a bottle of wine with glasses.

We enjoyed this hotel tremendously. The staff went over the top with kindness, especially the breakfast staff. The buffet was excellent, and the pool was well kept and great temperature, the decor was well done. They had construction going on but were very accommodating. The fitness areas were clean but left a little to be desired - pretty typical of a hotel gym. Location is excellent for visiting universal studios. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Nice and quiet hotel. Was pleasantly surprised. Great location and easy parking but the self parking daily cost is a bit expensive ($35/day) as it’s just an open parking lot and not even secured like with a gate or garage.

The rooms kind of small but the bed had some bed bugs. Nice pool. Staff took forever to take my order and bring my food at the bar on property.

Not so good. The coffee was lousy surely not Starbucks. The breakfast was a rip off, the food was hospital grade or worse surely not worth a fraction of what they charge. $35 a day not quoted in the price for parking is a ripoff. Do not like places that try and nickel a dime you. Overall Spot X much better and price also.

Best sleep

This is our second time staying at the Castle. The first visit was definitely better than this last visit. And other than the barking dog that was left in the room all day by its owner inconsiderate owners while they went to do the all day Disney thing, or the fact that the pol was inoperable in 90 degree weather. The hotel is pretty decent. On site pay self parking ( which I'm not a fan of) it's an outdoor parking lot!! Im already paying to stay at the property, I also have to pay t park in the parking lot?? The employees were top notch, the rooms a clean and well presented. It's also a nice location to get to where you need to be.

If a room is available for early check in, you shouldn’t have to pay and additional $30 for it. If I was late to check in, would I get a prorated amount? Pool was closed and I was told I could use the one at LaQuinta. I would have paid less to book a room there for the night!

Upon arrival we were informed that the pool and hot tub area were unavailable.
