They staff was great. They pool closed at 8, the room had no towels or wash clothes. The fridge in the room did not work. The bedding was also not very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic. Saved me from a horror trip with the family at a different place. Let us check in early and still made it to our event on time. Completely saved us. Fantastic staff met all our needs. Great location. Thank you again

The refrigirator and thr freezer dident work. There was not way to get hot water. Not in the lobby and not in the room. There was no breakfast. It was just not a great stay for the price.

Great price. It was a basic no frills hotel which should be expected for the price. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the clerk was polite and helpful. It was a little hard to find. There were not any places to eat or even pick up a snack in the area without having to drive. They did have vending machines. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. It was run down and filthy. There was hair in the sink, no toilet paper, a loud speaker was blasting from the property next door. We didn’t stay. We couldn’t get in touch with management. The person at the desk refused to refund my money. No one from Bookings.com has responded to me. There is no phone contact. Very close to the event but just not quite a family friendly area yet but seems to be getting better with new apartments nearby. It was ok for a night but definitely not a hang out family place though they do have a pool. Out of 3 nights, all was quiet except one wild outburst at 4 in the am on one night. Staff is friendly and I believe are striving to improve their game. There were not people hanging around or any of the things you sometime see in high traffic areas of the city. Though I dont recommend for most people at this time I do look forward to seeing the colonial area keep improving. Again, everything worked out ok. Just wanted to give a fair and balanced review to help the hotel and future guests. The outside needs a brighter color to cheer things up a bit. Just painting the place a lighter color would help. The room itself wasn't bad and has been updated some along the way..

Within minutes of checking in to the room and putting some food we brought with us on the table multiple cockroaches came out and crawling all over the food. It was disgusting!!

The room was clean and the welcome bag of goodies was a nice touch. We weren't at the hotel much as we were attending a concert downtown Orlando. The hotel was close enough to the venue for our uber rides. The price was high for a night but there were two huge events going on and everything was booked so it was affordable once split 4 ways. We didn't use the pool. The other guests were nice that stayed there so no issues.
