Great for one night for what I was there for and for the price. Our room had no fridge but when asked they did offer us one. Main reason for 4 stars was it was hot. The ac did cool the room very well.

Handicap rail in the bathroom was held up with one screw and dangerous. It would slide around and was disgusting underneath. The floor was gross(wear your shows at all times). TV didn’t work, not even local channels were clear. The comforter was dirty. The elevator was so scary sounding that we took the stairs. The deadbolt on the door didn’t fully engage and had to be slammed. Apparently Wyndham purchased this property and “remodeled” it but they should be ashamed to put their name on it. It is a no smoking property but the smell of weed is enough to get you high. Everyone was nice though. Lol .

The hotel itself has no signage telling you the name of the hotel. I don’t know if they are in transition from an old owner or not. Sketchy deposit being put in my credit card along with a physical copy of my license being taken. The beds were comfortable, but the furniture looked like they picked it up at target. The shower curtain smelled like dirty dishrag and we found a roach on the floor. Will never stay here again.

I was asked to pay a resort fee (for what exactly?) & a refundable security fee. OK but they also charged the room fee again. I asked front desk & was told that was a pre-authorization that would be refunded on checkout. That was a lie - they charged me twice. The shower water was lukewarm to cool - unexceptable. The electric plug points by the bed did not work at all - unexceptable . Location & breakfast are good. Staff are polite to your face but lie & are hopeless- unexceptable. Room was clean.

The pool area was beautiful. The various toys were a nice touch for my family. Breakfast was solid, location was good, and the room was comfortable. Considering the price, this was a great stay for my family of 4.

Worst hotel ever stayed in US. No microwave or ref in room as advertised. Corners, edges of doors, caulk on toilet & tub, disgusting with years of accumulated dirt. No Kleenex in room, asked front desk for a box and they had none - "waiting for delivery". No hand soap in bathroom, had to step into shower to use body wash just to wash hands. No stoppers in drains. Elevator disgusting, floor dirty, fan useless, lighting poor. Towel holder coming off wall. Room surfaces clean but many things from the original hotel weren't changed such as light switches, outlets, and the toilet paper holder - all old and disgusting, multiple layers of paint on them and lots of dirt. No lids for coffee cups, so you spill it while walking back to room. Breakfast was quite good, but no cream for coffee, staff said they put out whatever is in the refrigerator and all they have is milk. Spoke with front desk, they eventually sent somebody to grocery store and they brought powdered creamer, not cream. Ugh! There is no way to get to lobby and breakfast without going outside. Weight bench unstable because it had screws missing on main foot. There is no way to get to lobby and breakfast without going outside at some point. Constant traffic noise, next to I-4 Expwy, all rooms open to the outside. Worst hoteI ever, an embarrassment to the Wyndham name. In fairness to staff, Wyndham just took over this property but did a horrible job with the process.

I want to add that some of these reviewers are a bit unrealistic. There are plenty of luxury hotels to choose from in and around the city and attractions, so temper your expectations accordingly: this is a budget travel motel.

Decent, probably not great for families, but okay for solo travelers and short stays.

Pictures look nice but in person was totally different. Rooms are dirty (dirty marks on walls, dead bugs, crusty floors). Hotel is in a sketchy area and right next to a jail, weird people hanging around the parking lots every night. Understaffed front desk- expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to check in. Keys stopped working on day 2, had to go back to lobby (far from room) and wait in long line AGAIN just to regain access to my room (it was 10pm at night, kids were tired after a park day and had to wait to be able to get into the room).

First room had a strong smell. I would say, they tried to get rid of something using naftalin or another chemical, not far prior our move in. We had to ask another room, couldn't stay there. The manager agreed to switch a room. While we came there we saw a cockroach in this new room. So, we just cancelled the stay and left. Staff was friendly.

Staff was amazing, didn't get to have breakfast, I had to leave early, parking is easy, room was very outdated but was very clean. The shower needed a new shower curtain. When taking a shower the water would get on the floor. The bathroom door needed replaced, along with the bathroom tiles. The phone didn't work, the ice maker didn't work. I had to ask the front desk for ice which she was happy to help. Stairs were a bit sketchy but it did rain. All in all it was a good property to stay for the price. The staff definitely made the experience a lot better.

Did not feel as if I was staying at a “Baymont” - this hotel was below standards. A part of elevator was coming off in the elevator, there were dead roaches everywhere, the bathrooms had stains/mildew, and there were buckets along the walkways to catch water due to leaks in the ceiling. Sorry, but this property needs a major investment and good management to keep up with the maintenance of the property.

So was not able to try to breakfast nor the pool, staff was very helpful and assisted to the best they can, as far as property not good, can see it has age on it and it needs to be maintained, the saying you get what you pay for is pretty much how it is. As far as my room its definitely not the best, you can see that they ate trying but just the general condition of the property isn't helping, especially when I woke up and went to use the bathroom to see a on its back next to the toilet that was it for me, it probably came in thru the small openings under the main room door which you can clearly see, reported it to front desk that morning and was told they will get house keeping to do a VIP clean of the room, came back to my room that evening and noticed my bed was made, they got rid of the dead roach but that was it, there were things in the room that I noticed before the so called VIP clean that was still there and un touched after the so called VIP clean so that was very disappointing especially telling them I'm not trying to make a big deal of it I just wanted my room cleaned. Also the hotel is literally behind the County Jail so really not the best location to be in at all so all in all I give this place a 4 outta 10 and will not be staying there again.

The cleanest part of the hotel was the lobby. The room was musty smelling and needs some updates to grout/silicone in bathroom and sink area.

There was hole in the wall made by someone either repeatedly opening the door too hard or opening the door so hard it made an imprint on the wall. The shower was TINY. I don’t understand why there was a handicap bar on the wall, right by the shower head making the shower that much smaller. The bathroom door was deteriorating from the bottom corner, upwards and your knees were bump d up right against the door as you sat on the commode to do your business. It was loud, noisy and quite disruptive outside. Not to mention how dirty and run faiem the property looked.

Nothing If I could give negative stars, I would. First of all, when we arrive the staff at the front desk mentioned their system was down and they were not able to charge the card used for the reservation, so they needed a copy of my ID and a copy of my credit/card. I asked how would I know they do not keep this information and they said they will shred it at time of check out. (Which did NOT happen either). After we checked in at 11:30pm, we parked and went to our room. We were tired and were about to go to sleep around 11:45pm when someone started POUNDING at the door saying HOUSEKEEPING!!! We looked at each other with my husband and said who does housekeeping at this time??? We said NO THANK YOU!!! And the man yelled ITS THE FRONT DESK!! OPEN THE DOOR, WE NEED TO CHECK WHO IS IN HERE? - I was so scared!! I asked my husband to put open the door, because if I was alone THERE WAS NO WAYYYY I WAS GOING TO OPEN THE DOOR TO A MAN POUNDING ON MY DOOR LIKE THIS. My husband opened the door and the guy asked who is the guest staying here - I said my name and he said OK OK - it was the weirdest thing. IF I WAS ALONE I WOULD OF CALLED 911 IMMEDIATELY. Thankfully I was not alone. But the rest of the night I had an uneasy feeling and didnt go to sleep until it was 1am. Needles to say in my whole 44 years of life traveling - I have never experienced something like this. Front desk POUNDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO CHECK THAT YOU ARE THE PERSON THAT CHECKED IN WHEN YOU GAVE ME THE ROOM KEYS - 15 mins before. UNBELIEVABLE… The floor was dirty - thankfully i carry flip flops everywhere to avoid catching any fungus. THE BATHROOM SINK WAS CLOGGED. The place is old and outdated. The hallways are disgusting and unkept. (I ATTACHED PICTURES) The whole vibe of this so called HOTEL was awful. I can not speak for the breakfast because I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!!!

They charged an $8 resort fee, which felt unnecessary since this is not a resort, just a basic hotel with a pool. Breakfast was very simple, normal. The main issue was housekeeping. Staff entered our room without permission. There was no door hanger in the room, so we had no way to indicate whether we wanted service or not. Even so, they entered and removed all towels and bath mats, leaving us with nothing. My husband went to the front desk to request towels. They said someone would bring them, but no one came for a long time. He had to dry himself with his own clothes. Eventually, someone brought replacements. The bed was made again, but the sink remained dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, and the shower was not cleaned. It makes no sense to enter a room just to take towels and not replace them promptly. Three days have already passed, and they still haven't returned the mandatory $100 deposit.

Came to Orlando for a music festival and was looking for an affordable hotel. This was perfect for just me to get some sleep between each day. Breakfast was good. The staff was the highlight. Always accommodating and happy to serve guests.

Absolutely nothing!!!! NEVER EVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!! NOT A SAFE PROPERTY!!!!! Around 2am an older gentleman opened up our room door with a key, he was another guest!!! He was constantly trying to get into our room. It was only me and my 2 daughters sleeping when he was trying to bust into our room!!! To say we was absolutely terrified would be such a huge understatement!!!! It was not the guests fault that the front desk staff gave him a key to our room, it’s the front desk staffs fault. I went down immediately to the front desk cause god forbid the phone in the room actually worked cause it’s didn’t! I explained the whole situation to the front desk and he said well I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can. So the next morning I went to the front desk and spoke with a “manager” named ROSA. She literally acted like she couldn’t care less for mine and my daughter’s safety at her own hotel. I also informed her that I have PTSD and she’s lucky that the guest trying to bust into our room wasn’t hurt. Rosa the manager told me that the systems was down and sorry it happened. I told her that we didn’t feel safe whatsoever staying there and asked her for a refund. She said well if that’s what you want then please check out by 11am and to call booking.com for a refund. I am completely disgusted with how all of this is handled. My 2 girls were absolutely terrified and none of us could sleep at all the next few nights even after changing hotels because we was still in shock that this happened and scared somebody was going to bust up in on us again. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

Great place to stay for a one-day stopover, if flying in from Orlando and going on a Cruise at Port Canaveral.

The room had everything we need to stay for the weekend in Orlando for a cheap price. The bed was made with clean sheets. Hot running water from the shower (unlike a different property I went to) was working. The breakfast was just an average hotel breakfast which was fine. The staff were friendly as well. The hotel in general did look old and bit run down in some places though, but it did the job for the price we paid.

Do not stay at this hotel. Someone claiming to be house keeping banged on my door at 8pm (i checked in at 7pm), I told them no through the door, he continued to bang and rattle my door handle. I yelled no, I dont need anything again, but then he unlocked my door and attempted to enter. Thankfully I had the upper latch locked too which prevented him. I screamed for him to leave and shut the door. I tried to call the front desk but my phone didnt work, and my cell phone kept getting disconnected. I had 911 dialed and ready to call when I saw that he left, so I quickly gathered my items and went to the lobby to check out. The front desk woman said she didn't send anyone to my room but didnt seem to care. She said Expedia would have to refund me which they havent yet. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is unsafe! I don't know if that was an employee or a random man trying to get into my room, but if it was an employee, they should NEVER enter an occupied room without permission. And I yelled multiple times "NO"

Now called the Developer Inn, we found this motel to be quite nice albeit near a prison and the freeway. There was a little gas station food mart across the road but any other stores were very far away. The motel itself was four floors with exterior doorways and we had the top floor with a great view of the area as well as the sunrise in the morning. It was quite peaceful and quiet. The outdoor swimming pool was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning with a very good variety of quality foods, including hot scrambled eggs and a waffle station.

No clean towels for 2 days. And per hotel staff it was due to being booked. Loud moaning next door. The door and walls are crazy thin and you can hear everything outside the door. The door had to slammed just to close. The shower was missing half the door and wasn't sealed properly and flooded the floor anytime we tried to shower. Strong bleach smell when we arrived almost nauseating. Floor super sandy and dirty. Cracked shower pan and incorrect seal causing water to leak from the poorly made shower onto the bathroom floor and spread everywhere. So we used out room towels to mop it up and they were never replaced after asking several staff members

My biggest issue is the level of communication. I reached out to the call center and the location specifically for two days straight and the call center just leaves you on hold and the actual location routes to just hung up on you. I then, also send a text msg to which I never got a reply. So, if you need to change your plans or anything like that, don’t rely on this place, otherwise a decent stay at a decent cost.

Each time we needed something that was included in our room we were forced to walk down to the lobby and request it. We had to do the walk at least 4 times when all we wanted was to relax on our trip. On top of this, when you went to the bathroom the door did not close. It was literally made incorrectly so the latch and handle wouldn't go into eachother. The next night, we saw the largest roach I've ever seen crawling up the wall. We were moved to another room, where we found blood on the wall and semen on the pillows. And on top of everything every morning when we woke up we had tons of bug bites. When we talked to the manager about getting a refund, she was extremely rude. She was very unhelpful and told us, since we didn't leave--at 3 am--we couldn't get a refund! Never staying here again, sucks since we will definitely be staying in the area again.

When we first arrived, we pulled up to the entrance and the valet staff completely ignored us. No greeting, no instructions nothing. I ended up going to the front desk to ask what was going on, and that’s when I found out the valet service is outsourced to a third-party company. Apparently, you have to go inside and pay for parking at the front desk before they’ll even take your car. That was already inconvenient, but the worst part came when we had to leave at 3 AM. We requested our car and ended up waiting an hour and a half before we finally got it back. There was no clear communication, and honestly, I have no idea where my car was or what they were doing that whole time. To be fair, the hotel itself is fine. The room and overall property didn’t have any major issues. But the valet situation is a serious problem and completely unacceptable especially if you’re on a tight schedule. This kind of delay could easily cause someone to miss a flight. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with major parking headaches.

The location next to a major highway and the fencing of a large prison was unacceptable. The lack of sufficient staff to service such a large facility. Looks like Wyndham just bought the place. Now they need to step in and spruce it up. It has a lot of potential. But, for our stay, I'll start with the good points. Reception was friendly and check-in was easy. The room (besides needing updated) was convenient in that it had coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good with many choices, except if they had pastries, they were gone. Now the bad stuff. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it. The edge of the night stand was broken off. The tv didn't get a good reception and the remote probably needed new batteries. We needed a quick, cheap, place to stay, and it worked.

You get what you pay for. The property is pitch black dark at night walking back to your room. Internet and phones are down, how are you suppose to reach anyone for assistance ??? Dirty rooms, run down property, sketchy environment. I was given a key to a room with someone else’s belongings in it. Staff said well I told you the internet was down that’s why there is a mix up.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, and very courteous, with the computers down he was as helpful as he could possibly be. The location was not accessible to anything except the jail next door. The rooms were outdated and not that clean, my bathroom don’t even have a door that shut all the way.

They didn't clean the room at all during the 3 nights and even when I asked the cleaning stuff to give me new towels she said I don't have a new towels. Breakfast was same every day and the juice was funny one day is so concentrated and sugary other day is so diluted.

The property was nice, clean, a bit outdated but nothing to complain about. I didn’t use the pool but it was a nice size and if I had time I would have used it. The room was clean, smelled clean the second I walked in. The bed was comfortable and the blankets and pillows were so comfortable! A/c worked as expected and the room had a mini fridge (no freezer), a safe, a desk with chair and a good sized tv. There was an ice machine that we used frequently and there was an elevator as well as stairs. We had breakfast 3 out of the 5 days we stayed and it was good and saved us money on buying breakfast. There was a good variety of stuff to choose from to eat as well as drink. 10/10!

It's located off a major highway I-4, there are alot traffic noises. It's also next to a correctional facility which was not a pleasant sight. Rooms are ok, services were minimal and sometimes nothing on somedays. Cleaning staff don't speak English and misunderstood our requests. Our goal wasn't to enjoy the hotel room as we were out all day most days of our stay, but would appreciate a descent clean room. Definitely needs upgrades as things are falling apart or rusted. I will not be returning to this Inn in the future nor recommend to anyone.

Price Very old property that Wyndham is trying to dress up. No hair dryer. No bath mat. Bed is way too soft and caused leg cramps.

Now for the downsides. We found a large palmetto bug (American cockroach) in the bathroom, which made us avoid keeping any food in the room. The sink had a constant leak, and the bathroom caulking was blackened with mold. Some of the trim and fixtures were damaged—bent and sticking out—clearly in need of repair or replacement. Lastly, the hotel is located right next to the Orange County Detention Center and surrounded by multiple bail bond offices, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Nice stay and room!! Will stay here again. We were here for 2 nights for a Plant DNA Supplement Conference and SeaWorld and the room was amazing to go and crash out in!!! Thank you! Oh and staff ran a tight, clean, and friendly ship!

A daily fee that wasn’t mentioned during the booking. Very old inn. The drywall is terrible. The TV channels are all static. Generally, an old motel that charges like a good motel.

Room was nice, but no counter space in the bathroom. The shower curtain was awful, didn't stop the water from getting on the floor. The breakfast buffet was ok.

There were no towels, but they brought them after we asked. The refrigerator was leaking, and when we entered the room there was a puddle of water on the floor. We had to walk around the room in our shoes because the dirt kept sticking to our feet. The bathroom was especially uncomfortable because there was so much hair and dust that it felt unpleasant to stand there barefoot.

I was there with my family and my little ones enjoyed the pool a lot. The only reason I am not satisfied is we did not find the bathroom in perfect conditions and the stairs and pool space was not clean at all. Parking is convenient and spacious.

The morning manager discussed in front of and to narcissist and independence who works the night shift. His name. Is Juan she didn’t care for him and she thought that was in adequate. Personally, this is very unprofessional as a manager talking to guest about employees. Also, I was going to extend my say another week and they canceled me that nose because they said that my dog was destroying the room which was untrue. My dog is 5 pounds and I had to do not disturb sign on the door at all times, so they never went into the room until I checked out. The property has a very moldy and stale smell to the room. I would not recommend this property to any rental family

My check-in process was started before I even went to the property to check in and I lost out on the money because I couldn’t get it refunded. The pictures on the website are a fraud. This property should not have five stars. It looks more like a motel than a hotel.

Our room didn't have a refrigerator when we got to it. They ended up bringing us one. Everyone very nice. Can't wait to see it all finished.

I ended up not staying we left and looked for another place. There was a huge line in the lobby and outside looked concerning to say the least. Hopefully I did not get charged for the night since I did not stay.

Room renovation is needed as the toilet lock was broken. Staff were working very hard — only one staff handling a long queue, with about 30 minutes waiting time. They deserve a raise. Breakfast was organized, but adding bacon or more fruit options would be appreciated. Parking was not crowded during my stay. Overall, the stay was good, mainly because the hotel location is close to everything.

Room wasn’t clean, dead roaches on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor and our sheets had blood stains on them. Staff was absolutely phenomenal though. Hot water doesn’t get hot in the shower either. No lights in the parking lot by the pool. Breakfast was ok. Only 1 waffle maker and 100 people trying to use it at the same time.

Overall it was fine for an overnight stay. The staff was pleasant, parking was easy and free, breakfast was limited but it was what you would typically expect from a 2 or 3 star hotel. Outside the room was sketchy and not as clean. Our room was fine but felt a bit musty. The bathroom was a bit dated but was enough for our stay. We didn't use the pool or any of the other amenities. Overall, not too bad, but not somewhere I'd look forward to come back to.

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Note, I don't typically do reviews but I was very compelled by this experience. No fridge in the room, the door to go outside does not reach the ground, so pollen and bugs can get in. My allergies were triggered every morning!! Eventually had to use a towel to cover the opening, no curtains just blinds so the light was coming through the sides of the window through the night, The bathroom door doesn't close due to toilet blocking it, so hold your nose when others are doing their business, I tried to call the front desk but the phone states not registered when I picked it up, internet does not work so I had to use my mobile hotspot to use my ipad, room not so clean, no dresser to store clothes and belongings. Horrible stay, I left a day earlyNo fridge in the room, outside door does not reach the ground, bathroom door doesn't close due to toilet being in the way, phone states not registered so we were unable to reach the front desk, internet does not work, room not so clean. The only upside was how close it was to the Kia Center. Horrible stay, I left a day early.

It was a great place to stay

Room was clean when we entered but certain outlets were not working, conditioner was out, and there was no microwave in our room as advertised online. In addition, the paint job and the plaster around the bathtub is quite squishy which could be due to water leakage. Check-in and check-out was a simple process with no complications. However, room walls are paper thin. It was incredibly hard for us to sleep because our neighbor kept his ringtone on with calls throughout the night at 3AM which was very annoying. Breakfast had solid amount of options. The price was not bad for a one night stay and conveniently next to the highway, but if you're a light sleeper I would not recommend.

There was hair on the floor, hair in the bathtub, the whole floor was dirty, walls are dirty, room service is every 3 days so no one will clean your room or do anything, no soap, dirty towels. Bathroom door doesn’t close. I don’t think they clean the rooms at all, they might clean bed sheets but that is unsure. Breakfast is ok. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I read here that they reform the hotel, I can not imagine how it was before.

Do not stay here. It is not good. They do not mop the floor, clean the toliets, have busted doors, walls with cracks, flies and bugs everywhere. Worst part cockroaches will be on the the bed, furniture, on you and your belonging. Its is so disgusting and dirty. We even went to change rooms, both rooms were bad! They charged us 130$ just to stay in the first floor if you want 2nd floor or 3rd floor they charge you more, like if they are best, this hotel is the worst me and my family have ever stayed at. The pictures are not what they are. It is bad here do not stay here. We ended up checking out and going somewhere else and they didnt give us our refunded from how disgusting the place was.

The room floor was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing. My biggest concern was that the connecting door was not fully locked, which felt like a serious security issue. Even worse, the staff did not seem to know about the problem. We were 3 people staying in the room, but housekeeping only left 2 towels each day. The toilet was also very loud every time it was flushed. Another inconvenience was the ice machine, since it was not always accessible and we had to ask employees for ice. Breakfast was very limited and had almost no variety. It was basically the same every day: eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, bread, juice, coffee, waffles, shredded cheese, and cereal. Sometimes they had yogurt, butter, or cream cheese, but not always. I do want to mention that the staff was helpful and friendly. The laundry service was easy to use, costing $2.50 per wash load and $2.50 per dryer load. You can pay with coins or through an app, but the app requires a minimum balance of $10. There was also a lot of noise from the surrounding area since the hotel is close to a main road. The area did not seem the best either, with a detention center nearby and many bail bond offices around. The room QR code information said that pool towels would be provided in the room, but I never saw them, even though I did not use the pool. Overall, I expected much better quality

The property has decent photos, but the place itself was pretty run down. Like the slapped a fancy sign on a roadside motel and felt it justified the price.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Cons: the biggest con...lack of towels. It's the most basic of amenities, and for our 12 night stay it was a battle nearly every day. Night one we only had one single towel. Had to ask for towels each of the next 3 days. Twice they took towels but didn't replace, thus another walk to the main desk. Couldn't call the main desk, no one would answer. But it was always staffed. This is an outside entry to rooms, which is deceiving based off the photos on hotels.com and their main site. It's right off I-4 and next to an Orange Co. Sheriff's office, so many a night we could loudly hear their sirens. Despite hotels.com and their website saying rooms had fridge and microwave, ours did not. Apparently you have to request it, which is wild because both sites clearly say they are in every room. For a 12 night stay, it was a struggle. The AC unit kinda worked, it actually helped it was on the louder side to keep the noise outside out. TV feed was awful, and only 20 or so channels. There was a bucket for ice...but no ice machine. Breakfast was the same every day, no pastries and the line for the single waffle machine was long. Our last morning there were not enough seats, we got there around 7:30 am. We had 3 different rooms for our employees, two had toilet running issues. Shower had one of those half glass walls, which is popular now in newer refurbished rooms but is annoying for people using it.

The parking lot was smelling like sewer and a lot of noise until 2:00am. Our last night there were police car with the blue lights on for 20 minutes. The last drop, we found out it’s a penitentiary close to the hotel/motel. Very disappointed.

The room was fine but on arrival we didn’t have a chair, refrigerator, hair dryer, or iron. They were prompt on getting those things to us. Also the tub water took a minute to go down after use. But overall the service was great, the bed was comfortable, breakfast great, and room satisfactory. I give a 3.5 I would stay again.

Very good and friendly service, easy check in/out. Unfortunately we found a pair of leftover clothing hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous guest but otherwise the room was spotless and in a quiet atmosphere.

The room was terrible. The door did not lock and they had no other rooms available as our flight got in late. We had to use the ironing board and mini fridge to block the door. I was unable to sleep as I was traveling with my daughter. We were supposed to check out Sunday; however we opted to just sleep in the airport as we did not feel safe. Oh and the fact that it was surrounded my a prison. Expedia this was a disgrace. Should not even be a property that you stand by. If I could add pictures I definitely would.

I was there 4 nights, and maid service never brought clean bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels. The made the bed once, and took out the trash daily. That is it. I guess you have to request service, because they do not perform them regularly as you would expect. Elevators out of order. Breakfast was unappetizing, powered egg, some type of grey sausage. Only good for coffee, milk, cereal, yogurt, waffle maker. The pool looked nice.

Nice comfortable room

Location was reasonably close to Universal parks so we booked a multi-night stay. On the positive side, front desk staff were cordial and friendly. Breakfast had a decent variety. From a distance, the exterior looks colorful and inviting. However, the room interior was old and I found some bugs in the room. One evening, there was a half inch cockroach. It took me by surprise so I couldn’t catch it and it crawled away. Another evening, I killed a mosquito. Over the course of several days, there were some minuscule ant like bugs in the bathroom and sink area. I wouldn’t have noticed them if they weren’t moving. What I found most frustrating was the inadequate housekeeping. Most places I’ve stayed at had a code that towels hung on racks would not be touched but towels in the bathtub or floor would be replaced. Also, places which state housekeeping is done every 2 or 3 days would not have anyone coming into the room on non-housekeeping days. At this facility, housekeeping came in every day to take out the garbage and remove all used towels including those hanging on the racks. However, they didn’t replace the towels. We booked a room for 3 adults and paid the extra person charge but when we returned at night, there might be 1 or 2 bath towels. One day, I left word at the front desk to give us 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels. We found 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. We stayed 5 days and the beds were not made even once. Suffice to say I gave up on housekeeping.

The room was clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was included. My door was raised a little from the bottom panel which allowed room for a couple of night crawlers to roll in under the door. But other than that I had a good stay.

Location was clean, quiet, and felt safe. Room was good, although it was clearly older and had a number of repairs. I stayed here because the room was far less than the others in the Disney area, and would stay again if the price was way lower. Issues - my room and another had no towels. Only one waffle maker for everyone eating. 4 would be standard. Tiny tables for the breakfast area. Coffee not available 24 hours as in competitive hotels.

Support lacking

The staff was not very attentive and not very decisive. According to the staff my reservation was canceled and I asked him if there was any way to re-book and the agent sarcastically told me "swettie we can't do anything" he left me with the word in my mouth and I left. Because he could not continue a conversation in which it was noticeable that he was really not interested in helping because of the sarcastic tone.

The room was great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The clerk Rosa was so sweet and respectful when we checked in we told her we had guests joining us the following day and she made sure to put their rooms right next to ours. Awesome lady ❤️

Beware. Bathroom and room dirty. Room description and photo showed minifridge and microwave. My room had neither. TV is ancient and not hi-def. Shower is tiny as glass not in good placement and the awkward position of tge disability bar. Towels had other peoples hair in it. Blackout curtain pull string was broken. Check-in process took 25 minutes. The ice machine and elevator were also broken. The only good thing about this hotel is the price. Though it is likely inexpensive as it overlooks the local prison. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially not families.

Well a lot happened. We arrived and payment was all wonky. Got that figured out, got to our first room and things went down hill. We had no toiletries, no towels or fridge and the toilet fell apart. We moved to our second room. Everything was going good until we noticed we could not shut the bathroom door due to the toilet being too large. There was a 3 inch gap under the front room door that we had to block with a towel so the cold air didn’t flow through. On our last night we lost half power in our room and no one knew how to fix the issue. Housekeeping never brought us new towels the whole week, we had to hunt them down. We also tried to contact the hotel after we had checked out and called multiple times with no answer. Overall this was a place to sleep for us but could have been better for the price.

I tried to check in around 11:00pm. It has been a long day and I was a little under the weather. When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't see any signage referring to the hotel as "North Milenia," so I went in wondering whether or not the GPS had taken me to the wrong venue. When I tried checking in, the front desk could find no record of my reservation. I asked if I was at the North Millenia location and the person checking me in had no idea what I was talking about. I was given the address to another Baymont 15 minutes away and told to try that location. After making my way there and back (30 minutes of travel), I tried again and insisted I was at the correct location. The young man who helped me this time, went into the emails and found my reservation there. Even though it had been made a few days before. I had to wait another 15 - 20 minutes while the reservation was manually entered into the system and was then finally able to check-in. The room was fine apart from a significant gap in between the blackout curtain the window which let in a fair bit of ambient light from a very bright parking lot.

The rooms were extremely filthy, from the brown stained bedding and pillows to dirty/sticky floors and disgusting bathroom. The toilet seat was not even tighten. We saw staff using the same broom/mop to clean inside and outside the rooms. Carts were left unattended in front of rooms, blocking us from exiting our room. We also had an instance where our door was opened when we had our do not disturb sign up. Luckily enough, I was awake and shut the door as we observe and were not properly dressed. The room were not properly insulated and we were freezing for the entirety of our stay. This was not a good stay at all. Unfortunately, I would never recommend. Thank you.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, professional and assisted me when my bank declined because of suspected fraud due to traveling. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, it has been updated, the shower mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great products. There are some minor wear and tear issues, but overall it was a quiet, comfortable hotel. The price we paid was excellent, I’ve stayed in other hotels for a similar price and this one was better. The breakfast in the morning was great: waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, English muffins, cereal and assorted beverages including milk, OJ/AJ and coffee.

It was ok, but the door of the room was hard to open and close and the door of the bathroom doesn't close. The personal was kind. They always forgot to leave clean towels and We had to asked for replacements in the laundry!

I honestly have to say that the reviews that were online prior to me booking this hotel are very untrue ! Otherwise I would have never stayed here . once I arrived to my room the sheets had stains , when asked to have them changed they said that the other ones were also stained. Bathroom was filthy and so was the floor .

The rooms were alright for a quick 2 nights. They were clean and smells newly sprayed with Lysol, and I couldn’t complain about that. However on of the rooms Rm.126 had a leak in the Bathroom ceiling like literally abouvebthe toilet seat so it was impossible for you to do your business there with out having “watwr” dripping on uour head. So we just had to go to the 2nd room we had to use the toilet.

Terrible place to stay, definitely not safe for people with families. Unclean, water dripping from tub faucet unable to shut off, hair balls on floor and towels, massive gap under the door where critters could definitely crawl under. Not ideal. Not safe. 0/10 recommend.

Now the exterior. This seems like it was built in the 50's or 60's, and for the most part they slapped a fresh coat of paint on the concrete in a few places, but not everywhere and you have a rough bumpy walkway that many suitcases are ill equipped to roll on. Push the button for the elevator, it doesn't light it. Later figured out it worked, just some sort of deferred maintenance. You know the various members of the staff of this place have to push that button daily, but its ignored. That is a metaphor for this whole place. The rooms were redone it would seem recently and are decent, but either my sheets were dirty, or had stains on them that didn't get washed out. Either way, it was a bit gross. Is it worth what I paid? Maybe, but I don't think this place is up to standards of a Baymont, based on my other stays. Its not even up to the standards of a Motel 6.

- dead roaches everywhere (at least they’re dead) - Check in staff was rude and dismissive. Made a copy of both my ID and credit card which I don’t like. Refused to check me in without making copies of both. - Room smelled very strong like bleach. Glad it’s clean but had to leave the door open for almost an hour to let the smell air out enough for my lungs to not burn. - Mini fridge is MINI. Like soda holder mini. Brought food for my 3 day stay and had to unbox and scrunch to get things in it. No freezer. - Next door to a federal prison. Can see the barb wire fencing that separates the parking lots and even see into the prison yard from the 3rd and 4th floor rooms. Very unnerving. Heard gunshots coming from it my first night. - No coffee maker but provided coffee pods and cups. - Attempted to call front desk from in phone room and it took 25 minutes to get through. - VERY loud. Right next to a freeway. In a rough area so sirens going off constantly. Door seal was degraded so having openings to outside meant significant noise increase. - Walls are very thin. Anyone talking outside sound like they’re in your room even when they’re 3-4 doors down. Bags and carts wheeling by are amplified by all the concrete around and are loud enough to wake you from a dead sleep. - Neighbors smoked weed and the smell was so potent in my room it woke me from a dead sleep. - House keeping took dirty towels and never gave clean towels leaving nothing. - Any request to the front desk took ho

The best thing about that place was Juan. Lot of smokers smoking in non smoking areas. Three blinds were broken and difficult to close, the light was pretty bright coming in the room and the people living/ staying there were loud at the pool until late. There were no towels, but Juan had them brought QUICK. The breakfast was pretty big. The bathroom was not very clean and the rooms/grounds could use some TLC. Convenient to I-4.

We were able to check in early and the room was clean. Only issue we had was there were no towels in our room and it look over an hour to get any.

Staff was great however the room was incredibly dirty, mold stains on the roof, dirty walls, floors were so dirty looks like they are rarely ever cleaned. We couldn’t walk around without shoes or else our socks would be black within minutes. Disappointed to say the least.

Room was alright. Checked in later in the night. We realized our room didn’t have any towels so I went downstairs to the front to ask for some. The guy that was just started his shift stated there wasn’t any more towels that he didn’t know what was happening. We both walked to the laundry room and they said the same thing and one towel popped up… told them my room number and within 10min, got a whole set of towels.

The room bathroom did not flush, the door did not close and the hair dryer did not work. I had to leave early in the morning and when I called about things not working, the front desk said that they do not have maintenance staff available and was asked to go down to get the key for another room. The other room bathroom door also did not close.

The staff was great. The noise level was very high. Especially in the early morning. The morning breakfast: Burnt scrambled eggs, hard cold pancakes, cold hard potatoes, warn stiff sausage and warm milk. I will never stay here again.

I gave them an estimated time arrival which was a little past 10pm and tell me why the room was not ready. Only one bed was made, the trash cans didn’t have the trash bag ready, the restroom was dirty - no towels. After a long day we just want to get to the room shower & rest. But no. Still had to call the front desk (after multiple attempts) until finally someone came & gave us towels. This will be the first and last time I stay here.

There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the sink. There was also a previous guests hair on the “clean” towel. Shower didn’t drain well, mattress was old, and there is a correctional facility/jail right behind the hotel. This was just not the location for me. However, there was a gentleman that came and re-cleaned the room, he was very kind.

Interior of room and lobby nice. Big full breakfast. But very busy and very loud. Right off the highway and a rather large prison/jail is next door. Halls and exterior in the works but still has basic services to do. Towels were kinda thin and rough. Lots of good but still some old and worn out.

My husband insisted on trying this property. The room didnt have any hot water. They switched our room to one without a microwave and deactivated the room key before we could retrieve any of our belongings. The eggs were burnt for breakfast. I was looking for a dining area assistant and knocked on thw kitchen door...Lets just say no thank you for the breakfast.

It’s a shame, there isn’t soap in the bathroom, neither towels, we needed to request in person because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Afterwards a guy very impolite comes with the towels and soap and wanted to come in without permission, we let him know that there was someone in the bathroom and he still was rude and said that he had to come in to put soap.

Not a perfect location, the breakfast was also not up to mark. Mostly empty out early, location is noisy and not pleasant. Fair stay but you would get some other nice options nearby.

The room I was given was not great, cleanliness wasn’t on point, dust on the floor, hair in the bathroom, shower broken, breakfast a total disaster. Would suggest any other option for your booking.

I traveled with family and pets. The hotel room, lobby and dining area were clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. And the staff member Rosa was great! She was very professional and patient with my travel needs. Sadly, the area outside the hotel is not quite. We heard police sirens the entire night.

Room was clean, but the hallways were too dark and my girlfriend didn't feel good about that. The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast was warm and varied.

Felt very run down. A/c was lound and clunky. The chair was broken, the bathroom sink was broken. The tiles and wall in the restroom were in disrepair. Stains on nearly all of the towels and even a stain on the comforter.

Pictures are deceiving. The place aint night with very low quality . May be that’s how all motels are but this was far downgraded. I was also given the worst room. I checked out quickly after staying for an hour. What a waste of money.

The problem was I pre-check the day before and I was not on file had to redo it again then they gave us room 129 and it was not clean. Everything was dirty mirrors floors bed was not done then they switched us to 118 and we didn’t know or realize until we’re ready to go to bed that the bed had bedbugs. Very frustrating nasty no trashcan either in 118. Very sad. They need to do better.

The breakfast menu was fresh and appealing. The bathroom in the room was uncomfortable with lack of counter space. There was no mirror in the room, just one in the bathroom above the sink. The air conditioner was fine. The corridor was dark, as was the parking area, giving a feeling of dread and lack of sense of security.

Beware! The photos are very misleading! It looks like they started renovations in some areas and stopped before completing them. In my sister's words, "It looks like they tried to polish a turd." I could feel the springs in the bed. The bathroom had cracked tiles and an old, stained toilet. The breezeways to the rooms were dark, dirty and felt unsafe. The only good part was the nice guy that checked us in.

I wasn't expecting a run down, old hotel since it's owned by Wyndham, but that's what we got. Old plumbing, old lighting, old mattresses. The toilet didn't flush properly. Hated it. The people in the front office were not friendly. It's right next to a jail too. Was not happy with this hotel and I'm so glad it was for only one night. ICK!

Overall I had nothing bad for me personally about this hotel. The location isn't too far from Universal which was the main reason I picked this place. If you're going to Disney it might be a little far for you. The bed was comfy and the room service came every day so the room was clean when we came back. The elevators definitely are a little o nthe older side and maybe need replaced. Never got stuck or anything but on one of them the doors were slow to close and the other elevator seemed a little run down. Overall if you're not looking for more than a room to sleep in and don't mind the location I'd stay here.

To be honest, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, we found that the bed sheets were not clean, and when we asked for them to be changed, the staff just handed us new ones instead of changing them themselves. On top of that, the bathroom door didn’t work properly, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the facilities were of very poor quality and did not meet our expectations. Even tho, the personal was very nice!

Really loud at night, A/C was banging the whole night. Most facilities were under construction and kind of gross. Second bed had stains on sheets. Only good thing was continental breakfast and pet friendly.

The rooms are cheap, clean enough and close to highways. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. The rooms are very damp though, not regular Florida damp. Our clothes were damp in the morning. And the transition to Baymont is not complete. You are not staying at a Baymont hotel yet, its still the Developer Inn. Its a bit deceiving, but it is a cheap, clean room.
