Vending machine issues weren't handled so money spent and no snacks and no one ever got back in contact concerning the matter as I was told someone would. Won't stay again.

There is no carpets in the whole place so the echos are terrible. Doors slamming at all hours with nothing to muffle the sound. I could hear the people next door having sex as well which woke me up with the headboard banging into the wall. The floor was dirty and my feet were dirty from walking in our room. They would not refund my money for the 3rd night when I left. And they charged me the $5 fee AFTER I checked out. Very disappointed.

Had family in town so decided to stay there for the cheap price just to be close to family however upon arriving hotel room had a stench of smell however it was decent. I requested more towels front desk. Staff told me I had to come downstairs to get them, they would not bring them up to the room. They also did not clean the rooms the three nights I was there. However, the room prices were very cheap, but this was my first time staying there, and I will not be returning.

The room was stained and walls were dirty. The receptionist when we checked in was nasty, I requested to be closed to the elsvator or Ground floor ecsu6we have disabled vet and elder person and told him again during checking in and his response was "OH, well you're to late" he put us at the 3rd floor all the way to the end of the hallway room, and stated at least you can smoke your pot at the window, we don't even smoke. :-(

This hotel misrepresents itself on hotels.com. I will never stay here again. Stains on the sheets and on the towels. The bed was squeaky, furniture looked thrifted and old and the bathroom was not clean. I do not recommend staying here EVER!

Nobody made the bes and did not bring clean towels.

As for the breakfast, it was the basic, as we expected. One note there, there are very few tables in the breakfast area. We ended up eating in the reception area due to not enough tables available.

Smelled like fish but otherwise it was a pleasure staying.

Good location for tourist looking for an area with plenty to do. The restaurants around it are great. And there are shopping businesses in international drive where tourist can save lots of money.

I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times the hotel was clean, service was great and breakfast was very good. When I missed a connecting flight Frontier booked me at a "higher end" hotel that wanted $20 for parking my rental car as a guest at their hotel. Parking at Baymont was free with my registration!

This property is the worst one of all time. Dirty. Room sheets stained. Never ever will i book this. You shouldn't either. Run! Too late for me but save yourself.

This property is very old and shows no sign of updates. Furnitures are over 30 to 40 years old, the floor is falling apart in some areas, the elevator door reopens after you enter, the towels were old and dingy, and the building has an old closed up building smell.

The toilet had mold on it like it hadn’t been cleaned in months inside and behind the toilet. The bath tub was also dirty we showered with flip flops on. Had it not been that everything was expensive for the same day switch we would’ve canceled. Highly disappointed would not stay again.

I had to ask for toilet paper or I would have run out. They didn’t give decent sized towels. Their breakfast is only bread, bagel, or waffles. No protein. Only apples offered everyday. I would not recommend it and I would never come back. I spend over $300 in uber rides because of lack of shuttles.

To make matters worse I accidentally left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the bathroom. I am absolutely certain of where I left them. By the time I realized and contacted the hotel right after my Uber had already left I was told nothing had been found. That response is extremely concerning and disappointing. Overall this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Between the lack of cleanliness and the handling of my lost item I will be escalating this issue to corporate.

I was in town for a conference and the staff made my stay better. They were friendly and the hotel was easy to navigate and above my expectations.

Very basic budget hotel. If you’re looking for a hotel in an area close to universal then this is it. They have tried to do some “upgrades” to an older hotel with paint and some modern furniture. They have a pool and offer a limited breakfast for free, neither of which we participated in. The hotel was clean but their effort to dress (modernize) up the bathroom left it feeling less than spotless. Caulk over old caulk, paint over light switches instead of just replacing, aging fixtures are just examples. Like I said though if you just need a quick place to stop for 1 night or are looking for a very budget friendly basic close to Universal place this is it.

The room was filthy. There was hair in the shower, trash on the ground like they haven't swept in days, and lots of little roaches. I found one crawling on my toothbrush in the bathroom. It was also very loud at night. A fire alarm was going off in a nearby building, the mini fridge would turn on all the sudden and hum extremely loud, you could hear when someone turned on their water, and kids and dogs were making noise in the hallways. It was just very gross and an unpleasant stay. Would NOT recommend this hotel to family or friends.

This is my final straw with the Wyndham chain. From dirty footprints in tubs to being forced to crawl across unlit, icy parking lots in Cleveland due to zero maintenance, it is clear Wyndham only cares about collecting money, not basic standards of hotel hospitality

The staff is super welcoming, everything is clean . The room has more than I expected! Fridge, microwave, coffee machine with coffee and cups, Tv, hair dryer and even an iron with a board! They’re is literally a second sink in the main room next to the fridge and microwave. If you need to work, a big desk and chair are available. There’s an open closet too, with provided hangers. For such a price, it’s so insanely worth it. Safe to say this is the most underrated hotel, guys, actually

I only stayed for one night. It was a pleasant stay. The staff was welcoming, and it was an easy check in. The room was clenaed and it had a clean smell, it was nice and cool. The restroom was nice and clean, it had clean towels and stocked with amenities. The lighting was a little low. The bed was a squeaky when we layed and moved around, i could take it fornone night. The room had no heat when Orlando temps were around freezing. The next morning, I was moved to another room that was fine. There are clothes washers, dryers, and detergents but the machines only take quarters, and the front desk doesn't make change and there are no change machines.

The hotel has a good location for going to Universal Studios, and the staff is nice, but what’s unacceptable is the poor cleanliness. When we arrived in the room, we found other people’s hair all over the bathroom — on the towels and in the bathtub. The room floor was dirty, there was dust everywhere, and near the cabinets the dust was terrible. My son didn’t want to bathe there — this shouldn’t happen

Room was clean price is good. Very close to Disney and universal staff was helpful when extending our stay and universal ticket station inside same price as online but the man their was helpful

The downsides were that the facilities were old and the floors were not cleaned at all.The condition of the room is not exactly good. Although it was advertised as including a shuttle to the theme parks, it didn't go to Epic and some other park, and the timing of the shuttle to other parks didn't work out, so we couldn't use it.

The check-in process was very smooth and the staff on shift was very understanding with me when I checked in very late. The room was very clean and in good shape. The staff on hand allowed me to stay a bit later than the normal checkout time which I greatly appreciated.

Staff was friendly but the rooms were not cleaned. Sand under the sheets and stained, not vacuumed and shower head and nozzle were disgusting. Entryway mat was covered in stains. Would not recommend.

We’ve stopped at this hotel before so we were happy to return as we knew what to expect. The staff are all very friendly & greet you every time they see you. The place was kept spotless through our stay & if we needed anything we just caught the cleaner & got towels, coffee or got rid of the rubbish as needed, nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast is the normal fare, not great if you’re expecting a meal but more than enough to set you up for the day. We’ll definitely be looking at this place again when we return.

Good location. Very basic accommodations. Breakfast was adequate. Cons: Very limited staff on duty. We waited about five minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk. When the staff member did arrive, he was very short with us and made us feel like we were bothering him. Our first room had no blackout curtains—only a thin blind—so light from a parking lot shined directly into the room all night. It felt like trying to sleep with the lights on. We requested a room change the next day. The young man at the desk that morning was very friendly and accommodating, much nicer than the gentleman the night before. The new room did have blackout curtains, but the TV didn’t work. It was inconvenient, but since we weren’t there to watch TV, we didn’t complain. The advertised “free shuttle to parks” was very disappointing. Times were extremely limited (most routes ran only once a day), and service was not offered to the new Epic park at all. We tried using the shuttle our first morning. I made a reservation a day in advance as required and arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes early. We waited 30 minutes, called the number on the reservation (no answer), left a message, and never received a call back. After 40 minutes, we ended up calling a Lyft. Do not rely on this service! Housekeeping is not provided unless requested two days in advance.

Breakfast is ok but I definitely saved $, happy with Baymont. this was a great value. I would Absolutely stay again. 10 minute walk to the Universal city bus stop and only $2 as the hotel shuttles are very time limited, but the bus felt safe walking to and from Late in the night. And Cici’s pizza has an $11 buffet right around the corner.

This hotel is a bit off the beaten path however it was perfect for my trip, the price was right and the condition of the hotel was perfect. They have what used to be referred to as a continental breakfast, you can make a waffle, but other than that nothing cooked or warm. That also did not bother me and what was available was presented well, and was fresh. The hotel was spotless. I don’t write many reviews, but I would recommend this location.

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice. The room needed better cleaning. There was a dirty pair of socks on the floor when we walked into the room. I honestly think housekeeping forgot to vacuum the floors.

Our room get flooded, we were woken up at 4am. It took until almost 9am and for my husband to ask for anyone to provide any information. We were moved to a different room. We rushed out and as we made our way out we stopped at the front desk to let them know we were out but if they find anything we left behind to please bring it to the front desk. Later on we realized we forgot my husbands pillow in the other room, when i went to talk to the Front desk they called House keeping and we told the pillow was in the hall closet. When the Front desk went to get it, he opened the door and the pillow was thrown on the floor, he shook it for the dirt to semi come off and gave it to me with no apology. There was trash in the vending machine area, food containers and other not so good smelling items. Over all the stay was not good, the staff was unprofessional, the room smelled like it had not been clean, the sheets had yellow stains on them. I would not recommend a stay here not even to the Devil him self.

Check-in was at 3 PM I got there at 2:40 to check in. They told me I had to wait the 20 minutes until 3. There was an extremely long line at 3 o’clock for everybody to get checked in. That took about a good 30 minutes. When I got to the room, it was infested with fruit flies and you could tell the room was cleaned in a rush, whoever cleaned it left dead fruit flies that they had sprayed on the windowsill the whole room smelled like bug spray and being that my son has asthma. I had to go down and tell them what was going on They didn’t have any more suites available so I had to downgrade my room, which was cleaner, but very humid and moist. I definitely wouldn’t come back here again.

We had a great Christmas vacation stay at Baymont by Wyndham Orlando. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location close to Disney parks made our trip easy and enjoyable. Good value for money and a pleasant holiday experience. Would definitely recommend! 🎄😊

The room was comfortable enough. There were workers in the hall talking very loudly to each other. I had to go out and ask them to be a little quieter but they acted like they couldn't understand what I was asking for. Other than that, it was a pleasant enough stay.

Rooms were too small and not at all looked like it was on site picture. There wasn’t even paper cups and plates. It was all foam and that is very harmful for have food or drink anything in it.

Worst experience ever when we left our room to go have breakfast and came back. Our door wouldn’t open. We were told that the battery on the door has died. They came to check it. The door wouldn’t open. We had to wait an hour before we’re let back in the room.

I understand the saying “you get what you paid for” but this was ridiculous. I stayed here with my family for one night, would never stay here again! The pictures on here are a complete fabricated, our rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We saw and killed multiple roaches, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly there was hair every where in the bathroom. The pillows cases were stained I can’t even guarantee the room was even cleaned I feel like all they did was replace the towels and remake the bed. Furniture looked like it was from the 1970’s and did not match. This was a disgrace, I wouldn’t recommend roach motel to anyone.

The worst part is now they are not refunding our $100 incidental deposit because they said we smoked in the room but we are not smokers and absolutely did not smoke in the room! They never called to tell me I wasn't getting out deposit back. I only noticed because I was checking my credit card statement. This makes me wonder if the whole place is a SCAM!

Outside looked good. Inside very dated. Not super clean. Had little bugs in the bathroom. Highlight is the location which was close to everything we wanted to cover in Orlando.

Park is free. If you were looking you could find signs of past guest from things on the counter tops and floors and in the shower. The AC worked good and the Breakfast was basic with waffles, bread, juice, milk, but no fruit 2 out of my 3 days visiting. Based on price I would return to this hotel but for those who want to pay more I'm sure you could find another hotel in better condition nearby.

Very unclean. My first room had hair all over the bed, was filthy, and even had a dirty tank top left in the bed. My second room looked better at first but the floor was filthy and there was hair everywhere again. It was on the floors, bed, towels etc. Then i went to take a shower and rhere were no washrags.

The blankets are more like sheets. and the heater in the room was broken. So we froze the entire time. Also, the blow dryer didn’t work, and there’s a weird smell to the hotel.

The cleaning is only done by request and next day after you request the room service. And none of the staff speaks English except reception and even then it’s just bare minimum to get by. The back side of the building had a water leak from air conditioners spewing water to the outside so parking lot was flooded. Overall we made it work but it was not enjoyable experience basically only marginally better service than a motel.

The room was dirty. It was SO LOUD and disturbing all the way until 3 am. Them 4:45 am the dumpster was emptied. Again loudly. The beds had springs sticking you, and the pillows we pancakes. Would NOT recommend.

Hotel is outdated. Our first room had a moldy smell to it, and the shower pressure was non existent, and the shower drain was clogged. A/C was efficient.Parking was great. However the room floor was very sticky. The desk had dust all over. For a double room they didnt have a night stand onlt the desk with the one lamp between the bed which was inconveniences I stayed there 5 days and no one came to clean the room or take out the garbage give to towels had to go to the desk for toulet paper. However i liked the location.

We stayed here during our visit to Universal Park. The place is reasonable if you’re not looking for anything too fancy. The property seemed a bit old but overall clean. However, I’m unsure if the bed bug issue I experienced afterward was from this hotel or somewhere else, so I’d recommend checking the bedding carefully.

The condition of the room was subpar and housekeeping negligent. There was visible blood on the sheet on one of the queen size beds and the other the frame was broken upon check in. Was unable to have the situation resolved and had to sleep in a room with a blood stained sheet because when I went to the front desk to address the issue, I was standing in line for about 15 min waiting behind other guests to be assisted and had to leave because i had someplace to go.

Overall dirty hotel, giant roach in the hallway, old and antiquated bldg, floors were filthy, left my feet black just walking from bed to bathroom which I didn't want to do without shoes on, very unkempt, basic provisions provided...if you're just looking for a place to lay your head and not spend any time in the rm and are on a strict budget, only then would I consider it. It should be even cheaper really. They also put a $100 hold on your CC, apparently people tend to skip out on the tab. I wonder why?! The hallways dark and scary...rm doors left open with something between the door and the wall which was creepy #batesmotel. Staff not warm or fuzzy, help seemed overworked and underpaid. TV was a basic LCD panel, we never even bothered to turn it on, was not convenient to the bed. A sink and counter in the middle of the room which had leaked water underneath causing more concern for bugs. Woods located in the back of the bldg and saw 2 raccoons back there, probably foraging. Sorry, wish I had something better to say. I did get my $100 credit back off of my card.

The staff was very rude very unhelpful very dismissive. The bathroom had used toilet paper roll. There was an ant problem, the ants got into my very expensive cookies. The hotel reeked of cigarettes even though it says no smoking. A random man kept knocking on my room door. Would not recommend would never stay there again I wish it wasn’t to late to cancel when I checked in, I would’ve changed hotels.

I have a respiratory disease called sarcoid and the room was dusty. I couldn't sleep for coughing and sneezing. I was up all night other than that everything was lovely.

Hallway floors were soft, uneven and felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Bathroom was dirty. Hidden fees upon arrival.

Stayed here as it offer free transportation for the parks. However, the driver was late one night and to make up his tardiness he ended up leaving us 7 blocks from the hotel stating that "the road was closed". That was a complete lie since cars were able to get through the road as we saw them passing us by on our walk back to the hotel. Forgot to ask his name but he's old and bald so be careful he doesn't pull the same routine on you.

The staff are helpful and attentive. No problem checking in nice atmosphere. The room is clean, spacious but smelled moldy. The bathroom sink stopper wasn't working. I went to the desk told him the problem. Went back to our room and less than 15 minutes maintenance knocked on the door. I was really pleased he came and fixed the broken stopper. Problem solved. Other than that we're good.

Breakfast didn't have much in the way of healthy things, but the waffles were great and the cream cheese bagels were nice. Cleanliness was on the whole good. Main issue was hair and stains on the couch and lamp shade etc, but the fridge and bathroom and sheets and stuff were fine and so I wasn't too fussed. The bed was comfy though sat on a metal frame which made a noise in certain parts, but was fine. You can also hear a fair bit from other rooms, but I'm ok with this. I felt safe and was great for the price. I would stay again.

The rooms are in desperate need of a deep cleaning and updating. The shower wouldnt stop dripping. The headboard looked worn and painted over. The bathroom was dirty in the corners and grout lines. The breakfast was extremely limited on selections.

Room was clean on arrival, you need to book if you want housekeeping from then on, one day in advance. Staff were nice & friendly & seemed happy at their work. There is a self service laundry room with 2 washers & 2 driers if needed, $3 per use per machine, we don’t use them so I don’t know how good they are. Small ish pool, not used by anyone but us during our stay but good enough for a dip to cool down. Breakfast available daily with the usual basic fare, coffee, waffle machine, fruit, bread & juices etc. good if you have kids with you or if you want to save a few Bob, dollars, we used it every day. Overall we had a good week here & would recommend it.

I was very disappointed that a property carrying the Wyndham name would have 2-3' cockroaches falling on my person in the middle of the night. Horrifying!!!

I stayed two nights and my room was not made the next morning. The breakfast was only carbs, no protein. The bathroom sink was clogged. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, but the condition of my room was average to say the least. Oh, and one more thing... there was a sign saying you could purchase tickets to Universal parks, but I approached the "sales person" he was really a "timeshare" sales person. Very deceiving. The area were the hotel is located is nice, so that was a plus.

Not one time did a cleaning staff come to the room to pick up trash, or give more towels or toiletries during our 5 day stay at the property. The toilet was clogged and had to call maintenance to fix. The tv was set on demo mode and no matter the channel, it had the menu on screen, the volume shut off every 15 minutes. I knew booking the room at the rate would lend for opportunity but the amount of items for this property, I would never recommend this to anyone.

The sheets weren’t clean. The staff was very unfriendly They had a problem from the start because I had a service dog. They tried to say she wasn’t a service dog When I proved she was they gave me a hard time the whole time. The said she barked all night. She sleeps by my head so I know she didn’t. She was only left by herself twice when I went to grab something to eat. I ate my food in the room so I was gone maybe a half an hour each time. The second night she did barked quite a bit there was a group of people smoking dope outside my room. The front desk would not answer my call.to complain. I had to wet towels and put them by the door to keep the smell coming in my room. My dog did bark a lot until they went to their rooms around 2am. They then kicked me out and told me they were going to call the police on me if I didn’t leave immediately. I finally got them to give me a half an hour so I could pack up my room and call and find another hotel. This was at 9am

There is a no smoking sign and policy but it smells like it is definitely not followed or there is another foul smell throughout the building. Also the beds are very uncomfortable and the mattresses feel like they are older than you Also all of the amenities listed are either subpar or not as described. The shuttle to the parks only had two options to get to the park, however the first day we tried to use it it was delayed by a half hour from the quoted time. The wifi is also slow and unreliable. There is a swimming pool that is only open from 7a-7p so cannot be used after coming back from the parks if that is what you planned do on your vacation. There is also a fitness center but walking in it is a room smaller than the guest rooms and is dusty and clearly never used. There is an old treadmill and maybe one other machine. The free breakfast is just processed sugars and old fruit.

I have stayed here many times it’s well worth it.

Great smell, friendly staff

This hotel was perfect for my bf & I. It was 5 minutes away from the parks which was a main reason why we picked it, big spacious king room with a comfortable bed/pillows. Having free breakfast was a big plus I didn’t even know they had! It’s also around a Main Street with lots of things to do. Also the owner & his wife were very sweet. Would definitely stay here again!!!

TJ is the best! He really made us feel right at home. This hotel is soooo close to Epic Universe but without the EU pricetag! The rooms were very clean and the waffles at the free breakfast were actually amazing. Always coming back here!

Wasn’t as modern in person as the pictures shown. There were also a few bugs. Other than that, it was affordable.

Well, I wish I could have a positive review, but that isn't the case. The front desk staff was good, but that's as far as I can go. The room was deplorable, not clean, and seriously needs updating. The pictures speaks for themselves. I DON'T RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. There was also a meldew, moldy smell in the room that was coming from the a/c.

Staff was very nice. Rooms are older but have wood floors. Beds were very comfortable anc air conditioner worked well. Small refrigeratpr/microwave and coffee maker in room. Breakfast was disappointing. Bread/belgian waffle/cereal with no protein available other than a tub of peanut butter. Not good for a diabetic.

Rooms and lobby were clean. Good location close to the parks. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall my staying was good.

It’s convenient, the staff are nice and professional, room was very comfortable. The mini fridge kept my beer very cold, and that’s a first for me, they usually don’t.

This was a great option for the price and proximity to Universal, thats why i chose this hotel. The room was good but the bathroom was really bad. Small, old and dirty. No mop has ever been used. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was fine. Just wasnt expecting it to be so old and a little run down.

terrible condition

The breakfast only have waffles, bread items, cereal, apples, oranges and juice. It could add few more items like eggs, sausages, yogurt etc...

Only thing clean was the sheets and towels, everything else was poorly maintained floors walls especially bathroom. doors slam very loud. neighbors sound as if there in the same room because of connecting doors.

Breakfast does not include eggs and bacon. Besides that is a nice cheap place to stay a couple days in the heart of Orlando outlets and malls, perfect for what we were looking.

The staff was nice and helpful. I also liked how clean the room and the bathroom were. It was a great room for the price. Will stay there again.

I stayed short and it was good

House keeping never came to clean up room or take out trash. Only thing I enjoyed is the pool. The heat didn’t work when needed. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay here. It’s out of date and need some renovation to modern 2025. Old furniture.

I really like this place it’s clean and in a great location. The employees and nice and the GM is a very good guy that will help with any problem.

Excellent attention

Found a cockroach in our room. Water damage on walls, dust and grime in shower, dirt on floor and garbage under bed.

It was ok until I seen roaches in the bathroom. I did not take a shower I packed my things and left

Insects all over the bathroom and the bedroom was extremely dirty from the floor to the bedsheets. Do not recommend this hotel to any body with all honesty. Huge regret staying at this place.

First room had a broken toilet, remedied with a new room but new room had a head cockroach in it

The breakfast don't have egg only waffle. Put more variaty. Anything else was good.

Property not welcoming, room very dirty. Showers dirty, AC has rust and mold. The room smelled like mildew. Room very outdated, headboard was peeling. Just not a good to stay for more than one night. We left the same night we couldn't even shower. Asked to switch the rooms and we were accommodated, but it appears all the rooms seem to be the same.0/10 do not recommend

Big Room

The hotel is at great location, staff are nice and accommodating. Descent swimming pool and continental breakfast.

it just seemed like it wasnt cleaned properly old hair everywhere and restroom sink drained super slow. we complained about how the tv had mainly channels that was just audio with black screens. nothing was done

Room was dirty. Facilities antiquated.

The musty smell could knock you over when you walk into the room. So unless you can get rid of the smell and update all of the furniture; Tearing the place down is the only solution.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hallway floors need to be cleaned more often. The property had a lot of wear and tear.

Great location and clean room with good amenities. I didn’t like the breakfast, all they served was bread and waffles. They also didn’t clean the room or freshen anything in the room for my whole stay.

The facility is very old and outdated. The walls, floors and elevators are stained and outdated. There was hair in the beds and towels. The furniture is old, and chipped. House keeping is only by request. Will not stay here again.

Number one I have not received my deposit back is not pending in my account, but it’s not in my account either now my sister room room 218 had bedbugs number two the room we was in me and my daughter and granddaughters and grandson. It was hot in there my grandma room. It was nice but y’all need to do something about them bugs. They had big ass roaches, the elevator it was hot in the elevator. My room only had one washcloth housekeeping did not come in and take out Trash change out our towels all rags the stair floor carpet need to be ripped up or shampoo The breakfast the bananas was brown. The apples taste old.

It was good but I didn’t get my 100 dollars deposit back

Out of 5 days I never got a service, apparently you have to request it, which I did and still no one bothered to go clean the room!

GeeatbPlace at a great Price

The staff were nice and the room was clean. It was definitely a good deal. It should be noted that the walls are thin and the doors to the hallway have gaps, so you can hear conversations from all the way down the hall and doors opening and closing at all hours. That said, I would stay again

Safe area close to everything

It was ok just surrounding area in the back maybe if they had playgrounds for kids or a green area fro adults it will make a huge difference

The staff was amazing. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and I asked for the room to be decorated prior to my arrival and check-in. When we opened the door it was all decorated with balloons and decorations. Thank you

Just only so dirty

This is a good hotel for the price, in a good are near all the parks. The shuttle to parks has to be reserved 2 hours prior to departure so kind of misleading. Well lit parking area and clean.

Overall the experience was great! Nice staff, quiet, good location. The only problem we had was the bathroom door. The handle is not good and really hard to close the door. Other than that. We were very happy

Clean property

The room was filthy and the linen was soiled. I immediately began sneezed as I entered the room. It was dusty and amelled old and moldy.
