There was mold in the room so they switched us to another room where there was still a musty smell and hair in the folded towels, also killed a cockroach on the counter. Very disappointed.

Cons: The bed's mattress is stiff on the sides, but completely collapsed in the middle. Just looking at it you can see it's concave. There was also a large, light stain on the sheets. As for amenities, it was honestly bad. All of them were overpriced that you had to buy in the lobby. We stayed here for two nights because it was close to a friend of ours. If you're looking for a well priced, but mediocre motel then this will be great. However, I'm sure I won't be staying here again unless they fix the beds.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly . I was charged $30 for towels because I used my room towels for the pool and tossed them in the “towel return bin” at the pool. They said I should have left a note stating where I had left the towels… I didn’t know I needed to do that. But they ended up refunding me the $30 so it worked out

I rarely ever write reviews, but I feel the need to share our experience as the images and description online are extremely deceptive. This property is downright disgusting and unsafe for people, especially those with children. There is mold at the crease of ceilings and walls, all of the handles on the dresser and night stands are completely rusted from all the moisture trapped in the rooms. Water/chemical stains dripping all down the walls, roaches, and a strong bug spray odor, yuck! At $150/night, you would think the rooms would at least be habitable. We were in the room for 15 minutes before our family had to leave, and find another hotel for the night. Please save yourself the headache and do not boom your stay here.

Bathrooms need some serious fixing up.

We only were booking here for one night but the amenity of washer/dryer in room was in the room description (which has since been removed) so I chose the more expensive out of the way location to have this before we flew home. There are no such amenities in any room they offer. They have laundry on site but the was all continently down until the next morning at 9AM. The TV did not ever work, the maintenance man only gave us new batteries and I had shown & explained the connection issue the tv had on it. There was no hot water in our room at 4AM when we had to shower to leave for the airport. The rooms may be renovated but it was done in poor taste and the room smells musty/moldy. The air conditioner cannot keep up as someone else stated so it was humid. The light went out in the bathroom area when I flipped it on at 4 AM as well. I figured I had complained enough and it hadn’t done any good so we left for our flight. The front staff were kind, I’m sure there’s only so much they can do.

This property was disgusting, and I mean disgusting. Me and family didnt even feel comfortable walking on the floors without shoes on. We would not even sleep in the blankets an slept on top with our own blankets. It smelt like a strip club. There was debris all around, including Trojan wrappers. It looked nothing like the photos on booking and it should be removed immediately. The curtains were ripped to shreds. The whole place should be shut down as I know it violates so many codes of operation. 10/10 do not recommend. Please see above. It is absolutely disgusting.

the room smelled clean when I walked in but there was a bad onion smell around the corner of the bed and the where the tv is. I was never able to pin point where the smell was coming from. The traffic noise from the road was terrible, new windows will certainly help with that. . Seems like there were rooms on the other side of the building that would not have been so noisy so I am not sure why they were using the highway side of the building

I feel like I was ripped off- This was just a cheap motel. On par with a Motel 6. Filthy dirty outside. Room was ok. Water not hot. Not a good area at all. Breakfast was skimpy. If it had not been so late I would have not stayed there. Would be nice to get a credit or something to compensate.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and the pool looked nice. Wasn’t within walking distance of shops, grocery or convenience stores. No entertainment nearby.

One clerk was rude breakfast was slim and milk was in a kettle that was crusty looking and didn’t look good. Bathroom drains were kinda slow and backed up. But over all it was good for the price we paid for it. Neighborhood is a little questionable but we would stay there again for the price.

Not only a staff condescending, but the place has roaches. Not one or two, but I managed to see three by stay there. And also about a six or seven inch piece of hair that is clearly not lying in the shower.

Ants in the room and my husband killed a roach. Not to mention the smell. Had to get room freshener. Pillows very uncomfortable I think they gave us that room because we reserved through Expedia at a cheaper price? Went to eat breakfast and got back at 930am to a locked room a the keys were not working, we were supposed to check out at 11am but they had already locked us out of the room. They claimed it was automated. Thats bull! Not very nice experience but since it was a holiday weekend, nothing else was available. Very disappointing. You have been warned.

The property was run down. As soon as I walked into my room it smelled wet like mold. As someone who has seen and smelled mold before I know what I’m talking about. There was a gap under the door so the smell of marijuana from the smokers two to three doors down made the whole room smell like weed immediately. The bathroom was disgusting and had ONLY two small towels not even full sized towels. The sofa couch did not come with bedsheets or comforter to sleep or an extra pillow and none was found in the unit. The AC had rust in the vents and there was pieces of rust flying out. The floor was extremely worn out with major scuffs and cracks between the laminate wood. Looked like paper wood. The bed felt wet from the humidity. One of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far at any hotel stay. Only reason I made what I could out of it was because I was attending a funeral and didn’t have time to search for another hotel. I can say without a doubt that this hotel should not be part of the Wyndham properties. I will most definitely never stay here again.

It literally took 10 mins for the water to get to temperature. And the water pressure was horrible.

Room charge for what we downsized too - $130 for two queens. We booked a suite to accommodate five, but our son decided to stay home. We should have been able to got a discount. Pool was pretty good. Odd part was signing our pool towels and having to bring them back to front desk. Room was ok. Floor was dirty. After taking socks off we noticed dirt on our feet. Not sure if it hadn’t been really cleaned well or if stuff was blowing under the door. You could actually see more than just light coming from under the door. And we are glad our son didn’t come, because if he had we would have brought our dog, because the Expedia site said pets were accepted with a $25 nightly charge. So instead of paying anywhere from $86-$101, we prepaid for $130 expecting a suite. WiFi signal was pretty weak too. And signal kept dropping from my phone. Our room and several others had shredded curtains. BS in not being able to provide a receipt at checkout. They said I had to get it online ????

The check in and check out process were smooth. The breakfast was okay, not much option but it can help you start your day. It’s about 40 mins aways from Magic Kingdom and about 50 from Kennedy Space Center. It’s 10 mins away from Walmart.

I rated the staff excellent because the young woman and young man on the day shift were truly awesome. Kind and professional. However, i was there from Friday to Sunday and my linens were never changed and my garbage wasnt taken out. Also, when my family came to pick me up, there was a...used(Um...protection?)on the floor in the parking lot right where she parked.

Very disappointint stay. The room was full of dust and dirt. A poorly done paint job, a hole in the tub, huge dent in the shower, super uncomfortable couch and not much better of a bed. The desk chair practically fell apart when we sat on it and the TV was probably the smallest in existence. Workers hanging around outside the rooms smoking. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. Their bagels were extremely dry, fruit was old, and the rest was mediocre. We were staying since it was so close to UCF for a family graduation. We took every chance possible to get out of the room since it was so poor. We definitely would not stay again and it was no where near worth almost $200 for one night. Since we were committed and there were no other hotels available nearby, we toughened it oit. It strictly became a place to sleep. Would not recommend. If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel, I promise it's worth a further drive. Appreciated them "trying" to make it look more modern, however, they did a very poor job.

This was the only good option for an overnight trip to this side of town. I was able to check in early, was given the accessible room I requested and the room was clean. Good mini fridge! Call front desk about toilet overflowing. They told me to come up front to get the plunger and mop. Then sunk became backed up. So they put us in and room. Got to that room asked for towels. They never brought them. Had to get them from housekeeping as they were passing by. I guve this hotel a -10

Could not get the TV off streaming. The desk mgr offered another room, but it was late and already unpacked.

They didn't provide room service and we had to request clean towels repeatedly. The toilet ran constantly and the shower water temperature was like a rollercoaster, cycling between hot to cold to boiling every 20 seconds.

It's a no-frills motel that provides you with the basics for your stay. The floors left socks and feet bottoms black - might want to check into a better cleaning process for them.

Expected a higher quality room. They tried with some paint and newer flooring. Work done was very poor quality, lipstick on a pig. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Somewhat transitional facility, appeared there were some permanent guests whose only meal of the day was breakfast provided by the hotel.

Breakfast was good. It had eggs, sausage, bread and bagel, waffles, Juice and coffe. Room was clean and bead were confy.

Disgusting. I rarely write negative reviews. This facility is an absolute dump- cigarette butts all over, wet pillows & linens, pubic hairs, left over toothpaste. Rough looking guests and a policeman even cruised through the pool mid-day. Loud by freeway and airport traffic. The smell in the room was over the top toxic chemical smelly, the couch had stains and the freezer leaked- remote control intermittently worked and lots of rooms were under construction with junk stuffed all over. Staff was kind enough. Rough place, one of the worst stays in my life. I can’t how much we paid for such a sh*t hole!

Had a good stay for my purpose of settling my niece intoe College. Breakfast was included and made it more worthwhile. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

It is the old best western, still under construction, no lighted signage to find it at night. Heater didnt hold temp, we were freezing or sweating. Large gap under door allows in lots of light, sound and air. Very noisy due to non stop traffic nearby 24/7. room not cleaned well, dirt on toilet tank and in tub. huge rip in cloth chair. Breakfast 630-930 waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, danimals yogurt saran wrapped muffins, oatmeal packets, juice, coffee, hot chocolate.

The bed was atrocious all springs with huge ruts in each side. If you have any back or hip pain issues do not stay here.

Catwalk entry, check out at 11 while all other are at 12. Breakfast almost non existant and only until 9:30… hotel old.. no wifi.. had to jump into a Best Western (maybe them) clerk talking to his mom the wholetime on video call, need to run the water 3 minutes to ger warm, smells mildew, the worst I have ever stayed in..

Hotel sign outside was not lit up at night making it difficult to find the hotel at night.

and about breakfast of that. it was not highlight that in hotels.com website mentioned about that. one day there were not any bread and cheese. and all days just a few apple there as fruits. we had to stay in line for waffle.

As for the staff, the cleaning lady was very nice and the gentleman that checked me in the first night was nice. We barely were in the hotel because we were sightseeing. However, the hotel was in horrible conditions not cleaned cracks in the floor, the refrigerator was dirty not clean properly. Also, this morning I received a dirty rag that I’ve been asking for a day. We got replacement from the manager himself and there was blood or ketchup on one.I don’t know if it was fresh or dried, but he tried to lie and say that they were clean and I said no, they weren’t. They were dirty. There was a little bit of dirt on it too, but the blood is what really got me or the ketchup and he said I can show you cameras That it came out of a clean machine and then I complained to the front desk lady and she said, did you wanna talk to the manager which I thought was the cleaning guy. The cleaning guy was the manager cause they’re short staff and he proceeded to come to my car and say ma’am I assure you that they weren’t dirty and trying to lie because they were and then he shows me a dirty towel that was used in the motel and then I’m like OK (he was trying to deflect). I was like I understand that but I wasn’t talking about that it was about the rag. He just didn’t wanna take accountability for his actions and that’s what upset me. 0/10 if I could rate it. Don’t come here. Please take this off of Travelocity. People should not be going to this motel.

The breakfast was mediocre - 2 of 3 days they served scrambled eggs that seemed like they were made from a powder, and there are signs all around threatening to kick you out if you dare take more than 1 bagel. I needed a plastic fork to eat some leftovers in my room one of the nights, but found they put them away after breakfast, and aren't allowed to give you one on request. The room had several spots where the floor was squishy or cracked, especially in the bathroom. The water smelled faintly of sewage, so I chose to brush my teeth with bottled water to be safe.

Everyone has their own opinion and experience, as for mine, I probably won't be staying here again.

Price don’t match facility

The room smelled horrible. The shower was dirty. There were people arguing outside, people that lives there. The lady that works there during breakfast was rude and not very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

When booking the hotel I had the impression that it was handicap accessible according to my needs but for the room type I booked, that wasn't available. Otherwise check-in went smooth and stay was for the most part comfortable.

Bathroom was not properly clean. Had to pickup the remote that felt unnder the bed and it was Very dirty under the bed. Dusty and the floors felt sticky.

The staff needs to do a better job with those staying here. Not once was anything cleaned or replaced. Even when I put out dirty linens, nothing was replaced, I had to go to the office. Now, let’s talk about the double charges. I paid for everything through Expedia, but this place charged me a second time. That money has been refunded, but it’s the point.

Staff of the hotel was great, but property is in very bad shape. It looks like a Motel nothing like a Hotel. There was crack head looking people all over the place. People were smoking weed around the property and it looked very unsafe.

You get what you pay for. Not bad for $50 bucks a night though. Lights flickered every time you move the headboard and the shower would not get hot. Wouldn’t stay here for longer than a night but if your just looking for a place to sleep it’s not bad.

Staff was extremely unhelpful. Towels were dirty- sheets were dirty dresser drawers were broken and overall it was a horrible experience (stayed 4 nights)

change my room twice, the first one smelled bad and the AC didn't work, the second one the ACs worked but still smell bad, but not as bad as the first one, try to take a shower at night at the light in the bathroom won't work, so I called the front desk and the reply was I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this but we can't help until morning. Lucky me I had my own lamp from my car from a camping trip I had I use that. it's a really poor place, poorly run down, poorly managed, poorly everything.

It's about what you'd expect from a cheeper stay in this area. The property is perfectly fine for the price. The breakfast was passible, and the staff were courteous enough. The floors were kinda dirty, as in, in my room I would have gotten blackened feet if I had walked around without shoes on for too long. One of the lamps seemed to be on the fritz. The only real issue is the area and other guests, which generally felt unsafe. There isn't much short of a gate that they could really do about the location, though. If you need a cheaper stay in that area, it is what it is. The other guests seemed to do a lot of yelling later at night while I was there. I lot of this is just what you are going to get at this price point in this area though. Expecting perfection is unreasonable and unrealistic. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff of this location were very nice. However, the hotel and room felt more like a motel than a hotel. There were bugs in the bathroom and the A/C was very loud and leaked water all over the floor. The faucet in the bathroom had a large gap where you could see behind it. I only spent one night and left the next day even though I booked two nights.

Just ok. A clean bed at a decent price.
