Very convenient location on International Drive. We enjoyed shopping, dining, and entertainment all within minutes of the hotel.

We were impressed by the hospitality shown by Alexander. He always took time to make sure guests were satisfied.

We loved being so close to Orlando Premium Outlets and all the entertainment on International Drive. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance. Manager Alexander provided outstanding customer service and made our stay memorable.

I have been going to this location about 3 times already and plan for the 4th because of how home it feels when I am at this hotel. The rooms were always clean. I love the idea of being eco friendly with their reminders to turn off lights and the ac once we leave. They provide many towels and necessities like soap and a coffee maker and a tv. The staff are very friendly. The parking is good with ample amounts of spots. Being here will have you at the best location of Orlando with many parks near you and food areas. Hands down my favorite hotel and will be back for more!

Clean and nice, and most importantly, conveniently located next to the Tesla charging station.

The shower is awesome and you won't run out of hot water. I initially thought it would be a noisy area because it's on international drive, but it wasn't, nights were peaceful. I'll stay again next time I visit.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to trolley service, buses, restaurants and entertainment. The immediate area is going through a bit of improvements but we had no issues. Breakfast is fine, good coffee, orange juice and waffles and a great staff.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean hotel and in a great location on international drive. Comfy beds, powerful air con, decent sized mini-fridge, safe, hair dryer & bathroom products included. Shower was also good! Complimentary coffee was also very appreciated. The pool is a great size and was great for the kids. Tonnes of restaurants within walking distance. Free car parking which is a massive bonus! Late check-out available at an extra cost which massively helped us out. 15-20 mins in a car to reach the Disney parks and less than 5 mins to reach universal. We found the staff very friendly & helpful. The only one downside we found was that the laundry room was being refurbed during our stay which would’ve come in handy with having young children. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Orlando!

The only thing that was not working properly was the shower door. It just didn't close all the way, so we had to place towels on the floor so it would not get wet. But it wasn't a big deal either. We could shower just fine. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were clean. It was a very comfortable experience. The shelf where the mini fridge and microwave were was also very spacious. You could sit there and place your luggage too. And even had a spacious place to hang towels or whatever you want to hang there. Of course, it had a seprate table with a chair if you need a desk space. I would definitely stay over again. I have to point out, it is also a very good spot. It literally has everything close, whether you want to go to the parks or you want to get food (plenty of food options). It has very nice places at a walking distance too (Monster Arcade, amazing spot, right across the street). The staff was also very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included. But it was 12 bucks and buffet type. Waffles, bread, fruits, sausages, juices, bagels, etc.

I booked last minute because I decided to stay in town another night. And honestly it was around really close to everything. Did not have to pay for parking and the room itself was super modern and really nice. I felt like I could hear everything outside the room like in the hallway but it really did not bother me.

This place used to be Florida hotel, or something like that horrible the only reason I stayed there was for the cockroaches everywhere. Now, B&B hotels. They did a 180. Way to go on changing beds the whole set up inside the rooms the bathrooms everything about this hotel was wonderful for the price, cleanliness, staff and overall stay 9/10.

I will say there were odds and ends here and there. Like: the dead bolt on our door didn’t work. There was tissue stuck in the peep hole. The shower door didn’t close all the way. These things didn’t affect out stay but were just odd things that we noticed.

The location of the hotel is excellent as there are a bunch of food options around with walking distance. The hotel is also close to the Universal Studios parks and to Epic Universe (more or less a 10 minute drive) costing only $8-11(Uber or Lyft) If I ever come back to Orlando again, I'll stay here again.

the room look nice i like the concept minimal comfortable but the bathroom really dirty drain was clogged with a ball of hair that look like it was there for at least a week, also hair in the wall and some other places in the bathroom, i check in at midnight i was tired and didn't complain but water overflow from the shower, when I ask for the manager it was absent and I ask for a refund I have to wait until the manager makes a decision, also the unexpected 100$ fee from nowhere withch they refund 3 days later or more, better transparency will be better, not coming back there again sorry, see pictures

The towels aren’t very clean, the rooms definitely don’t get cleaned properly before you arrive or during your stay. Front desk will answer the phone maybe 70% of the time if that. There were ants in my room and I asked for them to be cleaned and they weren’t and when I returned to my room, my belongings that were purposely placed away from the ants were right where the ants were. I was then moved to a new room with a hole in the window stuffed with silicon and I kid you not a piece of a plastic grocery bag. The rain water got in my room. This hotel is decent for the price but regardless of pricing, certain things shouldn’t be acceptable when playing for a place to safely sleep.

While the room was modern, there was long pieces of hair scattered and the bottom shelf of the shower was barely hanging on to the wall which was a safety hazard concern with our toddler. The hotel was quiet and well located next to a Tesla super charger. We stayed on the second floor which was a pain as there’s no elevator. When we first got there, the walk up to the stairs had puddles of water all over the floor with wet floor signs. And it stayed like that whole evening. Additionally the ice machine on the second floor did not work. So while reasonably priced… personally, I would stay elsewhere next time. Also the trip from Disney was with traffic was about 30 min, without 17 minutes.

Friendly reception both the young blonde & the young guy the next morning. I love the renovation in the room & very clean kept. I heard the hallways are next & that be a nice upgrade. Around the fence line I think it needs some plants to make it feel warmer more inviting to the public . The backside of the building towards the highway can be a bit noisy do to cars racing at night . So perhaps better insulation for noise cancellation .

There were ants all over my room especially the bathroom counter. I couldn’t get a full room service of changing bed sheets until Day 3. Which I put my room on their books for it and didn’t get it until Day 5. Which was basically more than half of my stay. Then, once they did do the service, they didn’t refill the soap/shampoo containers. It is a 2 floor hotel but no elevator and I had my baby with me. I had to go up and down with our luggage and him in my arms. Staff were not on the same page and was giving me different answers each time I asked. Overall it was a 1 out of 5 stars.

. Our rooms were in the corner. There is smoke smell in the corridors just outside our room. When attempted to call front desk, phone was not working. I travelled with kids and family and did not feel comfortable at all staying in this place. Price is certainly cheap! This is my experience. I vacated 1 day earlier than my intended stay. .

The hotel is wonderful! I'm delighted, the rooms and the territory are very clean, the room has new furniture, the pool is deep and clean, they give out towels by the pool ))) My advice is to add vegetables and greens for breakfast and make a bar with drinks by the pool

The room had an unpleasant smell when we first entered. The rooms weren’t cleaned regularly; it was something that needed to be requested, and the employee provided me with incorrect information a day before my arrival at the property. Consequently, I ended up paying more money.

Last month, I stayed on the second floor; it was very clean and comfortable. This month, however, my stay on the first floor was absolutely terrible—there was even feces left in the toilet, and the bedsheets were covered in hair and showed obvious yellow stains.

Really nice staff. Has been quick and easy to check in and check out both times me and my girlfriend has came. Rooms are clean, ac works great and the pool area was nice. Only complaint is the shower doors can let a little water through onto the ground because of the seal not being all that great but outside of that everything else was perfect.

The staff were polite and friendly, really help me a lot when I tell them about the problems that I have with my cancellation flight (SPIRIT) AND Jesus was the best to help me and my son to make that problem more easy to resolve. Really for me was everything more than what I expected.

We had a one night stay at the B&B Hotel. Recently renovated with a bright modern look. Relatively clean throughout the establishment. Although we did find hair on one of the beds and on the hand towel. No breakfast was included.

When I booked the nights, the listing stated that breakfast was "included," but that is NOT the case. They charge nearly $13 per person, and honestly, it isn't very good. Right across the street is the House of Waffles, and the breakfast there is delicious! Would I return to this place? Yes—absolutely.

Comfy beds and the area was great and close to everything I was told by one staff member I could check in early for a fee but when I arrived I was told that wasn’t sure. I had to pay for an extra night then the first room bathroom light didn’t work or hallway light. Staff could have atleast discounted the extra day to the false information provided from the front desk employee.

This was a beautiful very clean room the only problem I had was the breakfast was terrible and they charge you for it it was disgusting the potatoes taste like rubber and like they have been sitting there all day there was nowhere to wash your clothes they said it was broke down I'm guessing they only have one room for that they have no way to carry your luggage to your room if you lose your key when you go out of your room you're screwed you cannot get back in without your key and there was no elevators

The location and free parking was a plus. Our room had some hair that had not been swept on the floor of our room, and the glass shower door did not close properly or line up with the fixed glass part of shower, causing water to spray out onto the bathroom floor. I enjoyed the YouTube and Netflix apps available on the large tv in the room. A couple of the exterior doors was not functional when tapping our keycard room key, making it difficult to get around the property without being locked out. The staff was helpful and friendly, but often missing from the front desk area. The coffee by the front desk was good, but there was often no or low amounts of the creamer, and the paper cups available were small. We probably would select a different hotel off IDrive next time, but we did enjoy our stay. We asked for a later check out, which was appreciated when provided to us. We accidentally left some food in the mini fridge after checking out, and after calling the front desk, the staff had our food waiting for us.

The price and location was good The bed was dirty and I had to get the sheets changed, clean the toilet, and ask for towels and rags that didn't have someone's hair on them. Also there was no elevator and me and my wife had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs.

Felt safe.

Room was newly renovated, however, the main room light and bathroom light were not working. We notified the front desk, and were told maintenance would come take a look, but no one came to fix the issue and I have to do my makeup in the dark the next morning.

Nothing!! EVERYTHING. THEIR WAS NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO NETFLIX & NO YOUTUBE. IT'S NOT A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE YOUR FAMILY, NO BREAKFAST. THE ONLY PLUS IS THEIR ARE STORES SO CLOSE.

I had originally booked for one night. The place and people were so lovely that I increased my stay by five additional nights! Completely recommend this hotel!

Everything about this place was amazing. Easy to check in, the room and bathroom was so clean. Even got upgraded to a king with no cost! Theres breakfast in the mornings, and the silence in the room allowed me to slumber. Will be coming back thankyou!

The Room has a smell

The staff was nice. The room was really gross with a lot of other peoples hair. The shower leaked everywhere and the WiFi and tv does not work well. We were there for a short amount of time I’m happy we did not book longer. Also breakfast was not free like it was listed. More like a motel.

We get there and they tell us there is no cable in the tv which is cool u can still log in YouTube but in the morning we went to breakfast and got charged 27 bucks for the nasty breakfast

The first thing I was told was that you had no cable I asked why not? And the young lady replied because we don’t pay our bills! I checked in a little bit before midnight, so maybe you can determine who this person was, and train her how to talk to customersM Her hair was tied back. Really skinny. Anyways, I never been in a hotel that had no cable Even the cheapest of the cheap have cable But if that’s the answer that you’re gonna give. First impressions are horrible. The shower door doesn’t close all the way, so water gets out And it’s very, very difficult to navigate the hotel. There should be more signs. Especially going to your car. You literally have to walk 360° to get to the main office and there are no signs. Especially going to find breakfast there are no signsM So I guess the value goes towards the location, but nothing else Because I cannot imagine bringing a family for a few days and having zero cable Luckily, I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel, obviously, but if I did, I would’ve been very disappointed

Upon arrival I noticed that it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel with a face lift. Upon entering the room I noticed a hole in the window filled with a plastic bag! We left our room once to find painters painting the walls while we were there. There were no channels mind you it was Super Bowl weekend. The water was shut off for hours due to maintenance. Do not recommend!

staff was nice, rooms are clean, only thing was no Ice for us to use. all ice machines are gone. I had to ask the front desk girl and she did go to the breakfast room and got me a cup of Ice. But didn't want to keep making her get more for us, so we just did without.

Booked this room as a quick sleep after arriving at midnight before we transferred to the parks the next day. Location was close and check-in was fine. Was not expecting much since we only planned to sleep 6 hours and check out. The shower could have been a little cleaner but not a deal breaker. However, when i dried myself off I ended up with someone else's hair on me. I'm a blonde so it was very evident that it was not me own. Possibly a fluke but defiantly a deal breaker for me.

The room itself was beautiful however, it only had 4 hangers, the shower door did not close so when i took a shower, water went everywhere. I had to clean it afterwards so i wouldn't slip. The outside said newly renovated but there was maintenence going on so it was loud at times. Also, the hallways smelled. We received an email that the pool was not working which was fine but when we arrived the lady at the front told us that the tv's in the room weren't working but that we could cast from our phones. Lastly, my friend also got a room there and upon arriving they gave her a food voucher but they didnt give us one for the incoviences. This place has potential but I think I would stay elsewhere next time.

It was a great location, hotel was still being renovated during my stay. Nice rooms, nice pool, but the breakfast was not good.

The hotel is new, with pleasant and well-maintained common areas. The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always helpful, which is definitely a positive aspect. However, the room cleaning left a lot to be desired and significantly affected our experience. We were informed that towels would be changed daily and that a full room cleaning would take place every three days. Unfortunately, during our stay, this cleaning schedule was not properly followed. On some days, they only made the beds without even sweeping the floor or properly cleaning the room. Later on, even the daily towel replacement stopped happening regularly. As a result, the room became extremely dirty over the course of our stay. Sadly, this lack of proper housekeeping negatively impacted what could have been a much better experience.

They emailed me several weeks before my stay to tell me the pool and restaurant will be closed during my stay because of reconstruction. When I checked in they tell me the tv and phone do not work. When I went into the room, the 4 sconces next to the 2 beds have no bulbs. I go to the front desk to ask for bulbs, the girl checked a supply closet, no bulbs. I had to ask the front desk the next day for bulbs, they were installed sometime during the day while I was out. A few days later I asked where the laundry room is, it was out of order, the machines have not been set up to accept payment yet. I was getting annoyed with these problems so I checked for current reviews online for this hotel. People were commenting on how good the breakfast was from 2 days prior. Again, I head to the front desk to inquire, the girl told me the restaurant is open. Then I ask about the pool, she says it is also open. I told her about the email I got about those 2 specific things not being open, she said she does not know why I would have got that email. Day before I leave I ask for towels and toilet paper before I headed out for the day(they thought 2 rolls are enough for 2 people for 6 days). I watch the front desk girl write it down in a book, t back to the hotel, they did not put any more in the room. The people at the front desk were nice and apologetic, but their ability to problem solve is not good. The location of this hotel is great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We had no hot water for two days no cable service

Still under renovation. The room was as pictured but the TV and wifi were not working. I approached the young lady at the front desk and was told all the TV's in the hotel were broke. I explained my TV had no volume but I understood the cable was out. She told me she couldn't do anything they were all broke. After speaking to another customer I was told there's had volume just no cable or Internet. I went back to the front desk and explained I could use my own wifi but needed a TV with volume. She still insisted none of the TV's had volume as the one in the reception area blared music videos. I had to insist she move me. She finally agreed and offered no assistance to move and told me to bring the old room key back. All that said the hotel is still under renovation. The hallways are unfinished with drywall repair ongoing. I do the the hotel will be nice once finished but their description does not state it is ongoing remodeling but new remodelled. Hopefully as they move forward and complete renovations they also hire staff that understands customer service.

For the price it was definitely worth it there was no cable for the TV which I have no complaints about but the room was pretty nice. The only issue I had was the shower door would not close all the way so it was hard to shower without worrying about water getting on the floor.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this newly renovated hotel. The furniture, bathrooms, and spacious rooms were all impressive. It offered great value for a night in Orlando. I’ll definitely be returning.

Beautiful, spacious, clean new and modern rooms. However, they are in the middle of renovating so the TV is not on yet except you tube. They do have an outside pool and the pool area is nice, spacious and clean.

The other issue is the exit doors around the building, it would be very nice to see those doors, or at least a few of them around the building, have keypads that unlock via your room key to let you in, so at night guests dont have to walk all the way around the building to get in. Otherwise, staff was amazing and the stay was great, would love to come back.

After checking in and receiving the keys, I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied. The hallway walls all have patches that are discolored, needing a repaint. There was a leak in the hallway with no tiles on the roof. I was supposed to have a pool view, I had a view to another buildings back door with their beautiful garbage. Needless to say, this place is extremely ghetto and I will never be staying here again.

The hotel was renovated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and in excellent condition, and the shower water was super hot (which I really appreciated). When you have all these features, but in addition the staff treats you in a very special way, including the gentleman named Alex, the hotel manager, who introduced himself and gave us a warm welcome, it makes for a truly wonderful experience.

Everything was spotless, the room was really nice. But we were kind of led to believe that there would be breakfast provided. But I guess it’s a $12 fee per person. Also, we thought it was an 11 minute walk from universal but it’s actually a 30 minute walk so we just had higher expectations besides that great hotel.

Loved how updated and renovated it was. Only a few minor quirks. The windows in my room you can tell were not updating and cold air was blowing through them hard. The shower door also wouldn’t close all the way resulting in water going all over the floor and the little seat ledge thing in the shower was barely hanging on the shower wall. Just 3 tiny things but other than that I loved the hotel. As someone who frequents hotels this was one of the best and cheapest. The tv on the mount being able to move was amazing !

First, they gave us a room with the bed in the middle of the room disconnected 3 feet from its headboard. Then we got a room with a shower door that when you closed it was still 3 inches open so every time you took a shower, the bathroom flooded with an inch of water then it turns out the cable TV didn’t work in the entire hotel. Steph was nice and accommodating, but this place has a ways to go before it’s we’re staying at.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, lots of storage and counter space for bags/ getting ready, and comfortable beds and pillows. The A/C was also crisp and chilly (always a bonus). Amazing value for the price, especially in this location. Love that parking is free and no surprise extra fees added

The room looks renovated and new however, the TV was difficult to use since the remote was nowhere to be found. We tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and it said it wasn’t programmed. They don’t provide hand soap so make sure you bring your own. Lastly, to top it off, our door didn’t fully close. You could push it hard enough and it would open. I understand you get your moneys worth and this is considerably cheaper than some other hotels but the bare amenities and services are very poor. Would not come back.

Perfect for what I was looking for, such a lovely place. It’s true about the cable TV, but I was still able to connect my phone to the TV. The staff were respectful and very friendly. I would definitely come back

One downside was the TV situation. There were no regular TV channels available or cable. Once we figured out the Wi-Fi codes, we were able to stream, but unfortunately that wasn’t until our last day. The bathroom setup didn’t offer much privacy, as it had a sliding door instead of a standard door. We were also able to overhear other guests’ private conversations, which took away from the overall comfort. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or iron provided in the room. Parking was another challenge. There is only one entrance, and the parking spots are very tight, which makes it difficult if you have a larger vehicle. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance—Applebee’s is across the street and Dairy Queen is right next door. If you’re hoping for a view of Universal Studios’ Volcano Bay, you’ll need a second-floor room on the backside of the building. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with a great location, but a few amenities and privacy issues kept it from being a higher rating.

Clean hotel but no working phones, TV with sound or actually ability to watch TV or shows. Our security deposit was higher than our nights. Not a deal breaker but just something to note.

However, We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get assistance with it. Staff told us that the TV's are new due to the recent renovations and noone knew how to fix the issue. They said it applied to everyone's room. So no TV entertainment at this stay! That would have been nice to know prior to booking this hotel. Staff didn't exactly deliver that news in the most professional manner but realistically they shouldn't have to. Whoever is doing the listings on Expedia should have disclosed that there's no TV entertainment included in the stay.

First off, they charge a $35 early check-in fee, which already started things off wrong. On top of that, their phones do not work because they “don’t have a landline yet,” so you literally cannot reach the front desk if you need anything. Zero communication. The laundry facilities were out of order my entire stay, which is a huge inconvenience. Now here’s where it really went downhill: poop literally came up through the shower drain. Yes, actual sewage backing up. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Another major issue: the doors from the back parking area are locked, and your key card does NOT allow reentry. If you park in the back, you’re forced to walk all the way around to the front lobby just to get inside. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have luggage, good luck carrying everything up the stairs.

Everything was excellent! It's so nice when you find a place at a great price and then you're pleasantly surprised by a completely renovated hotel. Breakfast wasn't included, so I had to pay for it, but it was a full breakfast at a very reasonable price. This place is a gem! Congratulations to all the staff, management, and owners.

The property was fine. They renovated but they cut a lot of corners. The room was not swept well and the shower was dirty with hair. But the room looked nice. The headlight over the bed did not turn off at all so we had to cover it with towels and that was miserable. But other than that it has great potential
