My stay when very well, quick night stay to take a cruise the next morning. Friendly staff, great breakfast. My only. Evasive was theAC not working properly, I set up the temperature at 68 and the room was very hot, other than that, everything else when fine.

The whole place was clean and had a fresh feel about it. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Free car parking always a bonus. There is no sound proofing so For those sensitive to noise, ask for a room at the rear. Rooms at the front have noise from busy traffic and the airport - then again if you don't like aircraft noise, don't book an airport hotel ! Gas station directly next to hotel car park. Would certainly stay there again.

THE ROOM ELECTRICAL CONNECTION PLUGS FOR MY CPAD MACHINE DID'NT WORK NOR ABLE TO CHARGE PHONE, THEY GAVE ME A ROOM CHANGE DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE I HAD WHICH WAS SMALLER. MOVING WAS VERY INCONVIENENT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED WITH MY VISISTS.

Ice machine and water were in the lobby so that was slightly a pain, and breakfast was very light which was slightly disappointing. The property was pretty decent, with the exception of an outlet not working in my room, and staff however were very helpful.

It was a comfortable stay. I was not there long, so I didn't get a chance to experience all of the amenities; however, my sleep was pleasant, and it was a convenient location as I flew out of Orlando the next morning. N/A

It was a very new and nice place, you can tell it’s well maintained with very nice staff, the receptionist even helped us get breakfast even tho we didn’t have time for it and we are very thankfully, would definitely recommended.

I won’t be returning to this hotel. The room I was initially assigned had a roach. To the hotel’s credit, they moved us to another room, which was nicer. However, I found what appeared to be insect droppings in the second room as well. While I appreciate the staff’s effort to accommodate us, the cleanliness issues were unacceptable and left a very poor impression. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations. This was not it.

We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle.

Being stranded in the middle of the night with a young child after paying for a confirmed stay was completely unacceptable. NEVER STAY HERE IF RELIABILITY MATTERS.

The room I got was big and super comfortable. Simple, minimalist, clean, very much how I like it. Parking was super safe and easy. I feel like it’s understaffed although it’s a small hotel. Breakfast was very very simple, and I feel lacking options a bit, but if you’re staying 1-2 nights shouldn’t be a huge issue.

The beds were fairly comfortable. And it was updated hotel, reasonable price for a last minute place to sleep. There is a cockroach in room 301. It came out when getting settled in. Didn't say anything because previous reviews said they told the staff about this and nothing was done and the staff called the guest a liar. So didn't bother to say anything. We stayed bc we had no where else to go at the late hour we were at.. so dealt with it.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast is as good or better than any other inclusive type of offering. If you use the airport shuttle, (to get to Avid, Even or Cambria hotels) Just make sure you understand where to go. We landed Terminal C and it appears that it doesn’t call there. We stood there for ages before we were enlightened by a Good Samaritan who called the hotel for us. We had to take the terminal shuttle to terminal B then walk through to terminal A. And if you think that is a little inconvenient just try doing it!! we are over 70 and with full size bags it was challenging, so be prepared. Because we didn’t realise what was happening it took us around 1 1/2 hours to do the last 1 mile to the hotel. 😂😂 Not the hotel fault, some website suggested that the bus stopped at TC.

Very modern and comfortable hotel just minutes from MCO airport. Breakfast provided - tasty but very limited. Good for when you need a quick bite before heading out. Good stay except for the check-in. Only one person at the desk leading to a slower-than-expected check-in. Also, we got up to our room on the 5th floor only to find that the room key was not programmed properly ... ugh!

We booked and CONFIRMED with a call to the hotel about extended parking for $6 a day. The morning we check out and wait for the shuttle, we go to the desk to pay for the extended parking. AGAIN we called and confirmed!!!!! The guy on duty April 7, 2026 proceeded to tell us that parking like that wasn’t a thing, AFTER we me of our rooms already had a ticket for their window with the correct dates!!!! Needless to say we will NEVER stay again and we will also steer any other travelers away as well. I am a long time member of IHG and I have never had such trouble. So now instead of the $6 a day for parking we were forced to pay $38 a day at the airport. Never again!

Very new and clean property. Airport shuttle was convenient and efficient. Front desk staff was kind. Only complaint is the property is in a bit of a food desert - you need a car/uber to get to good restaurants or be willing to walk a long way.

Room had a sewage/musty smell. There were 4 rogue hairs on the floor in the bathroom. I have blonde hair, they were black. Stayed for one night and was glad it was just a night. However room was upgraded and new. Shuttle service was very convenient and easy to use.

We have stayed here several times before going on a cruise and we will definitely stay again. Everything was great from the staff to the convenience of the shuttle to transportation to cruise ship and the breakfast is perfect or a quick morning meal. I would definitely recommend

This hotel was very accomodating to let us sit out front after checkout until 5pm due to flights cancelled, set our luggage aside so we could go next door to eat, and overall helpful. Room was quiet.

The staff was very accommodating when we asked to be moved to another room. They also allowed us to get into our room early when we arrived before check-In. There is not many restaurants within walking distance.

Staff friendly, helpful. Shuttle to & from airport much appreciated. Complimentary hot breakfast in the open spacious lobby was much better than a few stale muffins. I also was grateful for the many varied vending machines to grab snacks and beverages after hours. A perfect hotel for a night before our Disney vacation began.

Everything was wrong with this stay. The hotel is very old, with only a superficial cosmetic renovation that does not hide its poor condition. It is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The breakfast was very poor quality and not worth the price at all. The rooms are very small, dirty, and poorly maintained. Overall, the stay was terrible and far below expectations.

I thought because it was a newer hotel it would be nice. I was wrong. The room seemed fine. What we didnt like was the guy sitting outside at night for hours asking people for money and smoking. Also didnt care for the marijuana smell in the hotel. I read reviews saying the breakfast was good but it must of been different than mine. I had a poor experience here.

Also, I requested a one bedroom room, and instead got a room with two single beds. I called and asked about that and the person said that since I checked in late, my original room was given to someone else. That is not appropriate at all. There should be no deadline for checking in

Alam at front desk was terrific. He handled each customer politely and quickly. It was clear that guests had long travel days but Alam was respectful and kind … dealing with calls and people perfectly.

Do not recommend if you are a female solo traveler. Someone was trying to break into my room all night. Literally had to sleep with the chair next to the door. Once I notified management she said “ok so you want to do an early checkout” and I did. There was no surprise factor that this could happen. At check in the staff said my room number so loud and there were multiple people just sitting around in the lobby. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!! Went to the Hilton and had the best stay for the remaining of my trip.

On 1 of the coldest days in Orlando, FL…. The heat was not working in our assigned room. After 90 minutes of maintenance in our room…we were moved to another room. If we hadn’t needed the heat…everything would have been fine.

This place was amazing for a quick stay near the airport! The room was spacious and very clean. The property staff was over the top friendly in all the best ways. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again ourselves if needed!

I love how house keeping cleaned the room everyday. The facility is super clean. The breakfast wasn't much but filling. Not much walking distance but a 7/11 which worked for us. Staff couldve been a bit more cheery but we all have our days.

Jose picked me up promptly from the airport and was very friendly. They allowed me an early check in, had a great breakfast and the room was clean. All of the staff have been kind and professional.

Solid airport hotel for a few nights. Really nice and professional staff. I left my Bose headphones at front desk around a midnight check in while in a travel daze and they kept them safe in a drawer for me to grab the next day.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only matter was the loud noise from the trucks behind the 7-11 store. Not sure if those trucks are always there but it truly was difficult to fall asleep. I am not a light sleeper. Will not be booking again with Avid.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice, clean and updated. Love that there wasn’t carpet! Great location, used the free airport shuttle for an early morning flight, it left on time and we got to our terminal with time to spare. They don’t offer parking so I’m glad i paid for a spot during our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a shuttle to the airport. Our driver was friendly enough, but drove very aggressively and we nearly got in a collision on the short drive to the airport. Everything else was good!

Needed an inexpensive airport hotel to rest for a few hours. We didn't want to break the bank because we weren't even staying all night. This place had a good user rating and was priced well. Rooms appear to be pretty utilitarian but they were clean. The best part was the bed. It was one of the most comfy hotel beds I've experienced-nice and sodt. Would definitely stay a gain.

Picked the hotel for its services for shuttle and breakfast, however wasn’t able to use either due to flight issues (delay and changes). To start, flight was cancelled and ended up finding another flight with a longer layover in Orlando, which was a he reason for booking a stay at the hotel. As it turned, flight was delayed, arriving after the shuttle service stopped. In all, appreciated the last minute accommodation and having a clean bed and shower. Unfortunately circumstances prevented ability to use the shuttle and or have a breakfast.

Room was fine staff was ok. Shuttle service should run 24 hours especially on a holiday. Had to pay an uber almost 20 dolars for a 5 min ride.

Towels were scratchy. An elevator was broken. USB power by the lamps did not work. The sparkling water dispenser only put out still water. And none of these has notes to tell people.

Room was clean, check in was fast, hot breakfast was very helpful before leaving for the cruise shuttle to the port. Hotel shuttle was quite delayed after missing out on seats at the airport, they quoted 40-50 minutes because they cover 3 properties. We had to pay for a shuttle to get us there with tired, irritable kids which was a disappointment.

Airport shuttle was an ease. Shuttle driver and hotel staff were great.

Originally my family and I had booked another hotel also near the airport and unfortunately it was disgusting. Came into this hotel and was greated and treated so well. The hotel was very clean and well designed, the hotel airport transportation was such a great bonus which was very needed. Highly recommend staying here and definitely will use this hotel again.

I DID NOT request a room for a wheelchair. The bathroom floor is FLOODED after I took a shower because there is no where for the water to go. Front desk wouldn’t change my room saying they were sold out HOWEVER person before me requested a room change and was given a different room.

MINUS 10/10 for completely failing to carry out requested alarm call 5/10 for failing to join two separate but consecutive bookings despite note on second and telling original checkin 2/10 for sleeping cos the room has a drone like a diesel generator even with aircon switched off, bathroom fan never switches off and smoke alarm flashes like a meteor in dark 10/10 for on tap decent Costa coffee 1/10 for an iron but literally nowhere to iron (no board and if u use marble tops everything sopping) 2/10 for who ever designed the shower door at the wrong end 6/10 for breakfast offering 2/10 for shuttle driver who seems to have anger management issues and has no consideration for hoe his passengers might feel with violent lane changes 10/10 position 10/10 parking availability 9/10 for wifi And a vicarious 8/10 for bar/food for whicb you have to go to the next door hotel Overall this hotel could have been SO much better but is clearly designed for people that just want an overnight b4 a flight and are probably getting up early anyway

The property was well taken care of and seemed almost new. When I called for a shuttle, the front desk person told me to hang up, go to the spot, then call. When I called back, she initially did not answer. When we got to the hotel, 3 of us were waiting to check in. She was in the phone and did not acknowledge us. She checked me in. When I went back to the front to ask a question, she was on her phone and did not look up to help me. Everything else was great!

We arrived at the hotel on a rainy evening, and unfortunately there was no canopy or covered area at the entrance. We had to unload our luggage in the pouring rain.

The Avid hotel itself was amazing! However, the only issue my friend and I encountered was the shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel itself. When the shuttle arrived around 3:15 at the airport to pick us up, he did not even get out of the shuttle to announce where he was from. My friend walked up to make sure it was ours, since we are not sure if there was more than one Avid shuttle, and he told her that it says Avid right on the side of the van. He then drove erratically around cars doing 55 in a 35mph zone. Thankfully we made it to the hotel safely but it was definitely an unsafe shuttle driver.

The lady at the front desk had her earbud in and when I would ask her a question she would answer me something different. She was too busy selecting music from her phone to listen to my question. Honestly, earbuds shouldn’t be allowed when you are providing customer service. It’s very unprofessional and rude.

The staff was really friendly. The hotel was very accommodating for our return from a cruise with early check in.

Great place for a short stay, not a lot of amenities but clean and sufficient and great for the price. We just needed some place to stay before catching the flight out.

Only complaint. The floors and furniture in the lobby were dirty at 5am when barely anyone was around. Seemingly as if it wasn't cleaned from the night before.

But the hotel was able to give us an early check-in which was excellent. It’s an airport transit hotel, so don’t expect much option for dining. Also airport shuttle only begins at 5:00am. Fortunately Uber is always available.

Overall, it was a very comfy place to stay with everything I needed for one night and a day. The chopped bacon they serve for breakfast is so cute.

There no AC in the gym which was bad. It’s super hot! We asked them to turn it on. The staff’s response was they had to call someone in charge to come. No one came that day. We left next day. So not sure if that problem resolved then!!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was prompt, breakfast (eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, muffins) was good, and Alex at the front desk was an absolute gem. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. Will stay here again when we fly into and out of Orlando.

Very convenient because it is so close to the airport. Rooms had vinyl floors and it was not very clean. It was sticky to walk on. Rooms overall was very clean. The hotel is an upper class motel 6. For few dollars more, better to stay at a holiday inn express or later quint

It’s a quick stop for sleep and rest. Room is spacious and staff are friendly. Breakfast is good but can be improved for sure. Gym is small! I would recommend it if you just want to have a quick stop for recharging.

The property was extremely clean i thought it was brand new. It is actually 4 years old. The bed linens were silky soft. The shower was excellent, had great water pressure. The breakfast was ok. Airport shuttle was great.
