I put a note on the reservation that I’m coming with 2 service dogs and also called to confirm it’s ok. We arrived 7:40am and the guy on the reception told me that the dogs can be only in the room but not in the reception area! What the ****? In which World I’m not able to go inside a please with my service dogs? So we waiting in the car while my husband Doing the check in. Around 8:30am we got room that it was early then expected (3:00pm) it was good. But when we walked in we was amazed how the pictures on the website are not as realty. Poor quality, small like sh** and the shower? OMG! Thanks got I’m only 1 night here. Not recommended.

The guy that was working was very helpful, somehow my reservation was under a name but he helped me get it done via confirmation number. Got me in and out quick after a stressful day of traveling. Room was in clean and cozy. Parking is super close to room incase of rain. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to save but get a reliable spot

Location The manager Liz was extremely offensive, after staying at the hotel for several days while working, woke up this morning and was on Our way to My Fiancé very important doctors appointment and I was told that I had to leave the premises because of my criminal record. Wow I haven’t been in trouble in the last 25 years and this woman insulted Me said that they do a criminal background check on 5 of their guest every night at random. I have stayed at many hotels I travel for a living I’ve stayed at 5 star resorts to Crack Shack dumps like this 1, I have never had a problem with law enforcement never had a problem because of anything I have done or been involved with. This is extremely disturbing and disappointing. Why did I grow up and mature only to have my past brought up and thrown into My Face. She continued talking trash about Me to my fiancé telling her that My criminal record is why She had to leave the city property. I didn’t sign anything that gave her permission to do a background check !!!! I hope that Booking.com helps with this situation I had to find another hotel plus get transportation to the hotel. This is extremely frustrating. I have already called Americas Best Value Inns corporate office to let them no about the situation. I have got No response Yet !!!!!

I did like plenty of drawers and places to put your clothes and space. And I did like the piece of quiet but I was only allowed to stay a few hours for overpriced charge. I didn't like the fact that the blanket looked dirty, I seen roaches and little bugs. They did a complete background check on me my driver and my child and kicked me out the next morning when I was getting ready to extend and go pick up my child. They judged me over a 20 year-old record from when I was a teenager. Now I'm a mother and being judged over this record. We stay in hotels, I'm glad I did not bring my son here because I did not even feel safe. they were very rude to me. They started beating on my door at 10:00 a.m. and check out wasnt even till 11:00 a.m., They wouldnt even let me get my last hour of sleep ;very rude and judgmental. They acted like it was the Hilton or something. I did not feel safe there all night, there was no security I had a error feeling like it was a very creepy scary place.I did not even want to come outside the room at night. I was wondering why I got cold stairs whenever I woke up, the staff were talking about me and staring at me;Not to mention they don't even have a pool. They act like they're a high class hotel, it's a hole. Then they got the nerve to say it's 299 a week on the sign for like a year and they don't even charge that it's like $440 a week, that's false advertisement ,just to draw people in and overcharge them for the roach infested dump. It's raggedy and out of date. Maybe we should do a background on the management and the staff and the whole hotel. They probably are the ones we need to worry about. I was only trying to find a decent place for me and my child to stay. God don't like ugly! Give a single mom a chance for god sakes you evil people my God has been 20 years since I had those charges. And they were Petty misdemeanors from when I was a teenager. God don't like ugly nothing good will come their way I believe in God's karma. I put it in God's hands.

The lobby is closed full time so there is no breakfast they advertise they have and the floor in the room is dirty. It needs to be moped with a clean mop. For the price it was what we needed which was a bed to sleep. The beds are nice and clean.

The front desk gentleman was great. The room was horrible. It smelted like an ashtray. I could not stand to be in the room. The cleaning lady was still cleaning rooms at 7:30 at night with a cigarette in her mouth. The front desk did change room which was a little better. They stated they had grab and go breakfast which both morning they did not have anything. I paid for two night almost the amount for a week. Would not recommend this place. Will not be going back.

I take this hotel because included breakfast...I stay 7 days and no coffe and only a bag with one cinnamon roll...that why today a moved to another hotel for the other week...and the AC dont feel any cold...I never will back to this place...Expedia have is good but that hotel is awful

The room was not ready at check in time we had to wait 45 minutes after driving there from out of town the room was unsanitary the sheets was dirty with blood on them there flies in our room the outside environment felt unsafe save your money.

The stay was pleasant staff accommodating and the grounds were clean. Best part animals are free! Noise from the street in the early morning

I checked in a walked out. The room was disgusting, smelly, and I would not walk barefoot if you paid me. There was many homeless around the building. The bathroom was horrible. I immediately walked out and drove to another hotel. I didn’t even try to get a refund and I wish I had.

That's close to the airport. very sketchy they make you sign all kinds of wavers, like if they know something was going on to happen. Didn't feel safe at all, The door didn't lock correctly there's people out on the stairs at 2-3 am being loud . Never again

Room smelled of smoke. Listed as including breakfast, only had two doggie bags with granola bars and fruit cups. A truck and trailer were allowed to take up 5 parking spaces that included 2 handicap and two veteran spots, although other areas were available. On a bright note, Liz was friendly and did what she could to help.

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm because I landed from a flight at 9pm. I called in the morning to let them know it was going to be a late check in. The man at the night shift said he gave up my room but had a handicap room available. Which was ok I took the room anyways because I was tired from traveling all day. I get in my room to find dirty stains on the sheets. And also someone walking in my room while I’m trying to sleep. I didn’t think nothing of it because I was so tired from traveling I couldn’t even get myself to get up. Once I woke up I seen my door was unlocked and someone did try to come in my room. When I told the manager Liz she stated that no one walked in my room they are the only ones with keys. I told her my door was unlocked I have a laptop and a lot of belongings. Also, I am a female alone for someone to walk in my room while I’m sleeping is crazy. I pointed out the stains on the sheets, and the house keeper jumped in our conversation and stated THIS IS NOT NO 5 STAR HOTEL.
