    Original price That upon checking in the clerk seen the 2small children and decided to charge $15 per kid and decided to keep the $20damage deposit and convert it into a child fee but nowhere on anything said children are extra only a pet or extra bed and the shower was broken. Where does a family with 2young girl daughters get a double bed room and then be told it's extra for the kids ghetto and they don't open office until after 9so good luck getting ur deposit back in a.m if they don't steal it from u

    Carpet in room had stains all over it. Bedspread had cigarette burns all over wouldn't even sleep under the covers. Have to pay$20 deposit for 1 towel remote control and key. Drug addicts hanging out at end. People sleeping at pill area. Pool was nasty looking. Wifi never worked the whole time I was there. Room smelled of mold and mildew. The tv microwave and fridge were all unplugged. People walking throughout day and night. But it was the last motel I could get. I kept Lysol spraying and candle burning. Ac smelled reschedule it came on.

    Roaches in room. Sign in sheet for limited towels and toilet paper only given to name who register. No WIFI at all. Claimed it was not working, I paid for two homeless but clean people to stay there for a month I had no idea how bad this place was otherwise I would have looked elsewhere Shame on Hotels.com or any other site that advertised this facility.

    On top of that, there were extra fees that were never clearly explained beforehand—and to make it worse, they were nonrefundable and had to be paid in cash. That felt very unprofessional and misleading. The room itself was disappointing. Basic amenities were lacking, and they provided only one small mini towel, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. Overall, this place feels poorly managed, disorganized, and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared for frustration and hidden costs.

    This place is the worst that I’ve ever been to. They give u 1 filthy towel at the front desk charge you $20 deposit for the room key until u bring it back the ceiling is falling apart the walls are dirty and got holes in them. The song is rusty the carpet smelled like mold and smoke. It doesn’t look nothing like the picture they got posted. Shame on the people in charge of this place.

    DO NOT stay here. I booked for 1 night, and then called to confirm what time we would arrive. The person who answered very rudely told that I could not be accomodated (even though it says I could check in by midnight), and then hung up on me. When I attempted to call back and even get help from hotels.com, they would not answer the phone! I can not get a refund. To make matters worse, when I disputed it, they lied and said someone was waiting for us to check in until 1:30 am and we no showed! HORRIBLE.

    I stayed here over Presidents’ Day weekend since we decided on a last minute trip up from Miami and everything else was full. Run don’t walk run from this place first thing was you have to pay a $20 cash deposit. Who carries cash anymore. When I didn’t have cash on me the front desk person got extremely rude and treated me like an idiot. He was treating everyone in line very poorly though… Once we Finally got into our room it was discusting. Bathroom counter looked like it was about to fall of there was drawing on the walls and holes in the walls and spears to be very poorly cleaned.. To top it all off when we went to check out no one was there and there was a sign that said come back later… no indication of when it could be an hour maybe three… but I didn’t have time to wait around to see how long it was to get my $20 back so I just left the towels remote, and room key by the front desk and had to eat my 20 bucks Run far far away from this place it should be condemned

    Nothing Disgusting, Filthy, Holes in the walls and patches, cockroaches roaming the room, Holes in the curtains, Nasty smell in the room, Towels were disgusting and stained, weird people roaming the place back and forth all night and day suspected drug dealers, had a random knock on my door at 4am, check-in was terrible as well as check out had to wait a very long time, I had to return back to hotel after eating breakfast because the office was closed when trying to checkout so I could return towels, tv remote and room key and was worried I wouldn’t get back my deposit

    Nothing. The heater didn't work only blew cold air. No extra towels. No hand towels, no face towel. Bedding was literally a thin blanket and it was freezing cold without the heat working. Room was dirty, ripped carpet, stained floors, pillows were flat like paper. Not worth the money at all. Wish I could get a refund becuase I didn't even spend the night ended up leaving and booking something else.

    At check-in, they handed me a remote, a key card, and one towel, and then demanded a cash twenty dollar deposit that you only get back if you return everything in “perfect condition”. I brought all items back in the morning exactly as required, and the staff suddenly pretended there was a “problem”, acted like I never gave them a deposit, and told me to come back at four. I wasn’t even going to be in town. It was very clear this was an internal issue between employees, but they put it on the customer, and honestly it feels intentionally dishonest. On top of that, the room had roaches, rust in the tub, stickers stuck to the mirrors, cigarette burns on the blankets, and constant noise all night. I ended up sleeping on my own blankets because nothing felt clean or safe. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This place needs serious work, transparency, and basic cleanliness before it should even be open to guests.

    There were two TVs in the room two microwaves in the room and a refrigerator in the room none of them worked it wasn't until 24 hours later that I was able to get one of those items to work one TV was replaced and it worked. The rest did not work ever. The manager tried to help me he was very nice his name was ron. But the people that ran the hotel the Patel people were very very lax s and did not care

    Property is very dirty , smells like urine. Very unsafe. Homeless camp behind property , highly drug trafficked area , police are there 3/4 times a day if not more. The rooms are dirty , mattresses are stained , AC unit was full of nail clippings and ramen noodles , Outlets barley worked , lightbulbs missing , No towels , if you need any towels , toilet paper or anything you have to go to the front desk where you’ll be charged for these items. Staff is unfriendly , that’s if you can understand them. All together this property should be shut down and taken off Expedia.

    Terrible place, I wish to never go there again, bad service, I went to checking and the computer wasn’t working so they spent almost an hour to check me and, the room they provided there was no light so I had to use my phone flash light. They don’t clean the rooms , there is no towels inside the room so they give everybody 1 towel at the front desk and tell them when are checking out , bring the towel in order to get the security deposit. It was so horrible I had checked out 5 minutes after I checked in and I went to another INN.     Terrible place, I wish to never go there again, bad service, I went to checking and the computer wasn’t working so they spent almost an hour to check me and, the room they provided there was no light so I had to use my phone flash light. They don’t clean the rooms , there is no towels inside the room so they give everybody 1 towel at the front desk and tell them when are checking out , bring the towel in order to get the security deposit. It was so horrible I had checked out 5 minutes after I checked in and I went to another INN. The INN is also in the hood, if someone has a nice car or something expensive, I don’t recommend them going there.

    With the traffic we missed our flight and scrambled to get new flights and a hotel. Took an Uber to the hotel. The initial impression was not good but we always withhold judgment because some facilities can surprise. We were given a 2nd story room but no elevator was available. The fridge and microwave were not plugged in. After 15 minutes, we were able to get to the “office window “, as the door was locked.We were charged a deposit fee after having paid everything on line. We were issued a room key and a remote and told that if the remote didn’t work to come back and have it reprogrammed. The floor had a coating of a black oily grime. The bathroom had no towels. When I asked for towels, I was told to check back in a couple hours. After checking for 4 hours, the office line went down enough to wait for service in the FL heat. I was issued 2 towels only and they reprogrammed the remote. The furniture was badly damaged and the entire facility was very dirty. If I had another option, I would have taken it.

    Everything is filthy- switched rooms twice only to get the next room in worst shape than the other . I can understand loose hairs maybe here and there but when I say chunks of hair balls in the tub indicating the tub was not wiped down at all. The side of the toilet had blood and poop stains.     Worst motel I've ever stayed at, for a quick out of town stay. Everything was broken, dirty, ripped or torn. We literally slept in our clothes and didn't even feel safe taking a shower. Front desk guy took $20 cash for a deposit for the remote control and plastic key card but never said at the office wouldn't be open in the morning until after 9:00 a.m. which was also b******* because I called all morning from 7:30 to 10:30 before someone answered. Long story short I needed to check out at 7:30 and couldn't wait around so that I can get my $20 deposit back I had to make a 45 minute out of my way trip back to the motel in the afternoon to return the remote and key card and get my $20 deposit back. Of course when I got there in the afternoon at 3:00 p.m. the office had signs that said open but there was no one to be found for 30 minutes. The girl was polite and told me that she went to go get something to eat.. absolutely ridiculous experience they need to shut this place down and tear the whole f****** thing to the ground!

    We came here to evacuate from hurricane Milton. As soon as we got into our room there was a terrible smell of mold and cigarettes. There were disgusting stains on the floors, walls, and beds. No towels or toilet paper. Large, noticeable cobwebs in the corners. As we were walking up the stairs there was a couple standing at the top and the man was saying how it was the worst place to stay, which obviously made me weary, but I realized it once we walked into our room. We immediately turned around and checked out. The owner asked if we wanted to switch rooms but we declined since we heard another person complaining.

The Front desk informed us that we must check out, wait till 3pm to check back in (Hotel was mostly empty by the way) and if we wanted to check in early (nevermind we had stayed the previous night) we would need to pay 30 dollars..cash. Then I informed them of the condition of our previous room and what we found, the gentleman (owner) then reluctantly allowed us to check in "early" (around 1230pm) Later that day the gentleman asked us what price we payed for the room online, he then offered us to pay him directly..cash. . next time and he would give us a 10 dollar or so discount...yeah, there will be no next time. Stay away folks. I should recognized the first red flag when we pulled into the property and it was mostly vacant while it competitors were mostly occupied.

The lamps in the room were falling apart and didn't have any light bulbs. The beds were not properly made and the sheets were filthy and stained. The sink barely had any running water. The shower had quite a few cracks and holes and wasn't clean. The shower curtain was torn and barely hanging on shower curtain rings. Behind the bathroom door was a massive hole in the wall.

    The room was so gross we couldn't even sleep under the blankets. There we ink stains on the sheets. We got 2 stained towels and no wash clothes or bath mat. The room was dirty and dilapidated. The office was supposed to open at 9am but by 920 no one showed up. I couldn't turn my key or remote in so i had to lock them in my room and leave without my cash deposit.

    The two staff members we interacted with were good and tried to do their best to make the stay pleasant. But I will say this...if you are looking for a place where you are not going to hear racing motorcycle engines, cars with little to no muffler and boompity-boom music half the night...this is not your place. Worse night sleep I've had in a long while. And noticed a couple cars driving through the lot over and over without appearing to be staying at the motel. Other folks just roaming thru the property to get to an adjacent neighborhood. So halfway concerned about finding vehicle broken into the next morning. Add to that...don't think there is any of the workers available in the office after midnight. So no one watching stuff. The motel room was horribly outdated, chrome corroded, sink near stopped up, no hot water in sink...if we didn't have a very early flight out, would have went somewhere else. The hour or so of sleep I got made that decision less rewarding.

    I reserved just for a night with my family and we couldn't stay. First the guy at the check in was trying to get more money from me just because we got early there. Second This is the dirtiest place ever They told me they finished cleaning the room, when we opened the door there were cookies and food all around on the bed, and the badroom floor really wet and bad smelling... HORRIBLEEE!!!

    They have the lowest deposit in the area , only $20 . I stayed in 2 different occasions and there was no towels in the room. Other than that everything is fine.

    One rm 124 decent. And I will tell service treat you like it's your apartment treat everyone like bums on the street. Try to take everyone's deposit without a supply and service for the room blame you for clogged toilets decades old carpet and mold and mildew roaches roaches and more roaches

    Literally the worst most expensive "hotel" I've ever stayed at. No hotel service, towels, cleaning or maintenance so if you locked out after hours you just stuck. Not only that if you lose/gets stolen or whatever reason you don't have it they charge you the WHOLE 20.00. Ridiculous.

    I understand the concept of getting what you pay for but this place was disgusting. The room felt disgusting, there was someone's dirty underwear in the bathroom, and everything smelled. There was no toilet paper, no towels, and the TV does not work. The staff was apathetic to concerns but commited to enforcing their rules and requesting cash deposits.

    The staff was friendly and informed me of an $8 card fee which I wasn’t aware of. Also if you’re in a room and are renewing your reservation you either have to check out the room or pay a $30 early check in fee. That rule needs to be changed asap
