Aloft by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The property location is perfect, for shopping, entertainment, relaxing, food, spa this area meets the need of every traveler. The staff is always amazing, property is well kept and its consistant at all of the locations I've visited.

It wasn’t a terrible stay but it wasn’t the best place I’ve stayed at in Orlando. It was a quick one night trip. The room was ok, it was very noisy everytime someone would open the door and it would close I could hear it. I know this wasn’t the persons fault it was the doors, needing maintenance because my door was horrible we had to close it hard to even close properly. I also want to add the lights in our hallway were not working it was very dark to get to our room. The room itself was an okay stay. I found a towel with some stains and the shower had some hairs in the shower floor. I’ve stayed previously at a diffenrt aloft location and didn’t experience any of that which is why I decided on this aloft. Next time will stay somewhere else.

The greed, forcing all guest to pay $26 per day to self park in the normal free open parking lot is just disgusting. The pool is extremely tiny.

Aloft was a clean hotel with a modern feel. The bed was comfortable and it seemed like everything was well kept. Parking was not free, instead you were charged $26/day. What was advertised as a reasonably priced stay for a well reviewed hotel ended up being a little more than I had bargained for.

We stayed at this property for our Disney vacation and it was conveniently close to the parks. Price was great and the hotel was great as well. Staff were super sweet and helpful! Our room was clean, as well as the property. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was nice and clean. Had a faint pet smell when I got off the elevator to the room floor but it was completely gone by morning! Nothing but fresh scents throughout! No complaints!

Had an issue with my bedding in my room called down for clean sheets and were never issued any. Once I left out to enjoy my day I came back to my room being entered without my permission on a separate day from me requesting bedding. Upon arrival I was not informed that there was shuttles that take you to and from parks but told during check out that’s something I could have found on my own on the website. I went to the 24 hour cafe and was charge different pricing for the same item separate times. I think the property has potential and is not too far from the parks. Once I return in a couple months I will make sure this is not the hotel I choose to stay at. I watched my Lyft driver drop me and off and walk directly past the lobby to use the restroom which made me feel uncomfortable

This was such a fun, unique, cool looking hotel inside and out! Cleanliness was 10/10, rooms were decorated with fun wallpaper and decor, bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating and friendly after our late night arrival! I will seek this hotel brand out again!

Property is clean and kept up well. My stay way very good. What i didnt like was, on my way to the hotel to check in, I called the hotel several times and no one picked up the phone. Also, after visiting one of the parks, the shuttle didnt return for the pick up. I called the hotel over ten times, and again no one picked up the phone. That was the only issue I had with my stay.

The rooms are nice and clean and a great size for the price. The only thing is I wish parking was included in the peice but they had good amenities like a crib for my child and they brought it up right away.

There was no breakfast you had to pay for it. And charging 26 dollars to park in their parking lot is outrageous.

We checked in, the staff was great and fast. We get intobthe room was fine until i saw the toilet seat has a pee stain on it, i wiped it off and then told the staff he said he will let the cleaning people come and clean it later. Before we left the room, i notice on the toilet seat cover has the strand of my daughter's hair on it. I said in my mind i want to leave it to see if they really clean it. We left the hotel, come back later the room look like someone come in and clean it, i went back and check the toilet, my daughter's hair still hanging on the cover. So im not sure that they really clean it or not. Another things that we have was the towels not really clean, there is still have stain on the towels, its a red stain.

Room was very clean and spacious. Only issues I had was I had checked out prior to check out time and received a call that I did not. Issue was resolved but I did see unexpected charges on my card. Wrote an email but no one got back to me. Otherwise stay was nice stood for two days.

nothing I showed up and they overbooked so the sent me to a hampton inn up the street. I still have not received a final invoice after a month of back and forth. They had zero empathy even though I noted when I would arriving down to the exact time.

Paying $27 a night for parking. There are no other convenient options. We are already staying at the hotel, charging parking is like ultimately charging an additional entire day if you stay 3 days or more. Makes it not economical or as money saving as they "sell you on"

Parking charge is a scam. All the hotels are the same but what a joke. Any savings you think you are making you end up loosing when parking adds up.

Beautiful hotel— our room was huge, the view was amazing (we could see the Disney fireworks), pool was clean and we really loved that there were games available to play in the lobby. We stayed on a Sunday night so the only thing we were disappointed in was that the bar wasn’t open.

We have booked at the Aloft hotel many times. And have always had a nice experience. This time we arrived and were told that they were oversold and we’d need to go next door with our luggage and stay at their sister hotel, the Holiday Inn, which is not close to be comparable in upgrades. We were very upset and won’t ever stay at Aloft again.

He made it seem like an imposition to have to speak with me and was rude when I asked to wait in the lobby as I took an Uber and did not have a car to drive anywhere—I arrived 20 minutes before check in so my room was not ready according to him—he replied that I could do whatever I want but the room wasn’t ready in a rude tone. When my room was ready—I had to check back in as he did not let me know— he merely gave me the key without saying anything. No usual explanation of where rooms or elevators were located nor did he mention any amenities or services. Later, I received multiple charges and discovered from a different and much more helpful staff member that I was charged for parking despite my explanation at check in that I had no car. This morning staff member was professional and helpful. He was able to remove the parking charges and explained there was complimentary coffee. I would rate less based on the first encounter, except that second staff member was great and his help was appreciated.

My room was very clean, but I had a very stinky smell in it like stale and musty. The last night I was there when I had to be at school that morning the fire alarm went off the fire department had to come and we had to wait outside. It was like five 5:30 in the morning. The only thing I really had an issue with was the smell of my room. It was very clean as I already stated, but it just was very stinky.

The worst part was the AC that made a loud squeaking noise and kept me up. I called the front desk and they said there were no other rooms, which I highly doubt, and that maintenance would not be there for two hours. Parking is $26/night which is ridiculous for just a regular open self parking lot.

The location of Aloft Lake Buena Vista is convenient, especially if you’re visiting the theme parks, and the staff was generally polite. However, the property itself needs noticeable upgrades. The room felt dated, the air conditioning was old and not very effective, and the bathroom clearly needs maintenance. Breakfast options were very limited and did not meet expectations for the brand. With some renovations and better food choices, this hotel could be much improved.

Staff was pleasant upon arrival and conversational. Ambiance was festive and the aroma was pleasant. Room was clean. Second time staying and I would choose it again.

The hotel was overbooked. They told us that tge rooms published on Expedia didn’t exist. They finally solved the problem after fighting for 30 minutes. I am not happy neither with Expedia nor with Aloft!

The location of the property is a very big factor when deciding where to stay. This was our second time here and I must admit, it was much better than the first time. The staff we encountered throughout our stay were engagingly friendly and very helpful. This was an awesome stay! In addition to location, cleanliness and staff, I really like the fact that the property is pet friendly. We are a Fur-baby family. He (Toy Schnauzer) is comfortable there and we feel he is safe when he stays in his kennel while we are out and about. And I cannot leave without saying…the weather was perfect!!!

The woman that helped me check in, simply excellent as always! Thank you for not having the young male with the glasses that wore the tight muscle shirts and had a rude demeanor with guests. He was always on his phone and seemed too busy to address things properly the first time (as we had on a previous stay).

The place overall was decent but the breakfast was not good at all assuming I had paid for it. There are only three items for food and they are not fresh. There are other snack options and plenty to drink but it’s more like food service not breakfast. The staff was good for the most part but don’t call the front desk because they’ll never answer. The air conditioning was good. The room itself was clean. The parking was good and easy. I’m not sure I will return only because I looked for a hotel with breakfast included (not just continental breakfast) and that’s the reason I chose this hotel. Unfortunately for that reason I fell I got duped. It wasn’t a bad hotel but…

This was my second stay at Aloft and it was great. The room was tidy and fairly clean but as someone who travels with cleaning supplies, I still cleaned before using the bathroom and getting into bed. My complaints werenthat there was no microwave or iron in my room, Breakfast is not free and unfortunately, you do have to pay for parking. For the amount being paid, I strongly believe microwaves should be in each room but I was informed that due to high theft with microwaves, they removed them out of each room. Aside from these few things, I honestly enjoyed my stay and would go back again.

I love the Aloft Orlando Lake Buena Vista. This is my second time stay at the property. My only issue was that the wifi don't work. I was told by the staff that Android have something block my phone. With all that money I paid to stay wifi should work.

In my opinion it’s not kid friendly but it’s definitely a couple or grown up vibe. There’s no actual closet or even an iron in the room. The biggest draw back was no microwave in the room. You had to go back downstairs to warm up anything.

This is an ultramodern property. I am really annoyed by the fact that the double suite with pullout sofa has no bathroom door. There is zero privacy at all. Anyone in the bedroom can see the person in the bathroom in the mirror. Not having a door on the bathroom is literally insane, unsafe, not sanitary.. these are rooms designed for 6 people.. next issue - the shower is TERRIBLY designed. The floor drains do not work and the floor gets soaked. The shower presents a serious safety issue.

The service was terrible! The room was dirty, with food all over the floor. I called to ask for new towels because the ones in the room when I arrived were dirty, and they never brought them. Later they told me that service wasn’t available at that time and that I had to wait 3 hours for them to bring them.

Why the hell is parking $26 for a hotel that is not near any attractions or high traffic areas?

The staff is amazing! This hotel is very clean, close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores, malls, outlets and more).

The hotel is not well maintained, not very clean, the halls are poorly lit, outside doors propped open, etc.

Staff at the resort was great! Very friendly and they helped make the check-in process easy! They had a bar onsite which was a great option for a quick drink. The room was spacious and clean! I throughly enjoyed my time here!

The room was musty and hot with a bad smell. The hallways look dirty and are dimly lit. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights. We left after the first night and went to another hotel.

Good easy property to stay at close to everything. Pricing was good. Rooms were just either freezing cold or burning hot. No in between. But I would stay here again.

I arrived at 1:30 am after being in the park all day. The staff at check in asked if I had the marriott app because then I would eligible for a 12:30 check out and 2 free waters. I didn’t have to request those things they were offered. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great and clean. The shower had great toiletries.

Everything was well until the housekeeping came into our room while having the do not disturb sign on the door. Not a good at all feeling and I will bring up to management.

Beautiful room very nice staff

I booked Alfot for one night September 21-September 22 before our Disney cruise. I choose thise hotel because we stayed there in Jully while visiting Disney world, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. After checking out i received the folio showing the parking charge while is high considering we were only were less than 24 hours. When returned from vaction i checked our cc statement and dound a 11.25 charge that was not on the folio. I called the hotel and the front desk said it was for additional guests. On my reservation 4 guest we selected when i booked and when we stayed in July 4 guest were selected so the charges are not vaild and the front desk said i would have to talk to the GM. I find the inexcusable to charge a person for something without explanation and for it not to be listed on the folio.

The lobby was wet from the pool area, and I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Once helped, check-in was fine. The room was clean and the night was quiet, but the $27 per night parking fee feels like a scam given the amount of space available.

We got two rooms. My brother-in-law was great. Ours had a strong ammonia/mystery chemical scent. There also seemed to be a good amount of moisture in the room, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep in. We checked in a little later in the day, so it's pretty possible that is the reason for the hallways having little bits of trash. It's pretty modern and has fun boutique elements. We loved having the couch, and the bathroom layout was great. It was a decent experience, and we probably just got an exception to what it's normally like.

Experience is always amazing. We stay here frequently and the front desk associate Gio always makes sure we have a comfortable stay.

In addition to that, when I got to the room and went to make myself a cup of coffee, I found an old filthy coffee bag used in the machine. Apparently housekeeping did not clean the machine.

The hotel area is great! New restaurants near, gas station close,easy access to I4, near the outlets, emergency care unit and hospital. Great location! We went for a weekend and had to extend our stay for a week because of a medical emergency. Thanks Aloft and Advent Healthcare for everything!

Unfortunately, the shower was slippery and my mom felt on the shower, but she is fine. No problem at lot. We just want to report, so you could pay attention to this matter.

I recently stayed at Aloft Orlando Lake Buena Vista for a little staycation with my child, and what started as an accidental booking turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I was greeted by Bryannz at the front desk, and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment we checked in, he went above and beyond anything I could have expected. To my surprise, he upgraded us to a room with a view of the Disney fireworks—something I didn’t even know was possible from this hotel. My child absolutely loves fireworks, and this thoughtful upgrade made our stay extra special. On top of that, Bryannz also provided complimentary parking, two drink tickets, and a $25 breakfast credit, all without me asking. His eagerness to extend courtesy and create a memorable experience was refreshing and truly stood out. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is a vibe—stylish lobby, relaxing pool area, and a beautiful room with a lake view. The atmosphere felt modern yet welcoming, and the pricing was very reasonable for everything included. While Bryannz was the highlight of our stay, I have to add that the rest of the staff was also wonderful. I left feeling impressed, grateful, and eager to return. What started as a mistake in booking turned into the best mistake I could have made—I’d happily stay again!

This hotel is unique in that it is so close to main places, night life, I-4, and so much more. It feels like it does not take too long to get to and from. My only complaint is the fire alarm testing from 4 AM - 7 AM that kept waking me up and I did not get any rest. It ruined my experience.

On the second night I needed an extra key myself as I had forgotten it, I had booked two rooms the other being for my daughter. They keyed me my daughter’s room without checking ID from an employee that I had not seen before. The hotel is fine, the room was large, carpets do need changing. But the lack of security process is unacceptable. I’m glad the room entry didn’t happen to my daughter but easily could have.

I liked the lobby and pool area. I was there for my birthday. The bar hours were not convenient but overall i had a nice visit.

Easy and fast check in, clean quiet room

Camila was very kind during check-in, and our room was very clean. The staff was highly welcoming, and as someone who works at a hotel- it was beyond appreciated to feel relaxed and at peace. We had zero issues, and I’ve found this a rare occasion at hotels. We will definitely return!

This property was centrally located. There were plenty of restaurants and endless shopping options with walking distance.

This was my first time staying there and I was pleasantly surprised at how aesthetically pleasing and clean it was, as well as how new it looked. I will definitely be coming back.

Floors and rug dirty pull out bed dirty. Bathroom door off rails. Promised iron over and hour it never came. Needed sheets blanket for dofa bed booked for 5! Housekeeper asked is to checkout at 9 am!!!!!
