We had a one bedroom suite which was perfect for our needs, but it was a little bit of a problem for me being light sensitive , because there wasn’t any light anywhere that wasn’t as bright as the sun, especially in the bathroom area. Also the location of the bathroom is out of the bedroom across the living room and next to the door. It seemed like a long way to go. There was no nightlight type of situation and I had to bring my cell phone to the bathroom whenever I went turning on the light was not an option, I would’ve never gotten back to sleep. .

We were there for a concert. Location of hotel from concert venue was good. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The carpet on our floor was being changed out so the dust and smell of the glue caused some me some asthma issues and glue made floor sticky to walk on but overall, the room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival.

Everything was exceptional, when i got there the gentleman at the front desk assisted me with giving me an upgrade to the room i origially wanted and also put me in the room with the best view. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. That includes the people at the front desk and in the restaurant. Whoever cleaned our room after our first night did a great job too. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was good too. The complimentary drinks at check-in was a nice touch The toilet paper was cheap. Not the best place to save a buck if you’re trying to make a good impression

Awesome…. Biggest and cleanest Holiday Inn I have been in.

Extremely pleased with the Holiday Inn! The room was spacious, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, they changed it up a slightly every day, strawberries and blueberries were ver fresh and sweet, the bed was extremely comfortable. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back!

All the staff were great! The restaurant food was good and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Family members thought the drinks from the bar were good. The room was clean and adequate. Having a fridge was nice but it was noisy and woke me up in the night. Our room was on the street side and we heard the traffic so I would suggest a room on the back and up on the 6th floor. The carpet in the hallway looks old and was not smooth. It is not a trip hazard yet it could be soon. All in all we would go back again.

Their property and room was clean and accessible. Breakfast was really great. The server at the breakfast was very polite and helpful. All the staff was very friendly. I can recommend to my friends and family. I literally can go back there again

The hotel staff are superb. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the food offerings for lunch and dinner and the affordable drinks at the bar. The bartender was amusing and friendly. I plan to become a regular patron once I move to the area.

The suite we stayed in met our needs of having separate sleeping spaces but still sharing a room. The room was nice overall. The toilet did not flush well. That was the only issue. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. Good breakfast and nice staff....

I don’t know what I can say that other people haven’t. The rooms were cozy, the appliances worked very well, the WiFi was great too. The staff here were very friendly. Special thanks to Naomi Sanchez for making our stay cozy and well informed. And many thanks to the restaurant staff for preparing and serving lovely breakfasts and quality customer service. The servers were very attentive and friendly. My only real gripe is that there was no bacon for breakfast throughout our stay. But that wasn’t such a big deal to me. Only a very minor gripe that had no effect on my overall Holiday Inn experience. All in all, I’ll gladly stay here at the Holiday Inn on future visits to Orange Park.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This is the 2nd time staying here. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk Naomi was very polite, friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the breakfast was delicious. We definitely will be booking again.

Very nice hotel. Loved the staff. We traveled around the time of the storms so it was mostly rainy off and on. The breakfast food was delicious and the hospitality of the staff is amazing. What I didn’t like about the property was that I booked my room through booking.com with breakfast included but when I checked into the hotel, they did not have the breakfast included with their rooms so that was a total mishap and I had to end up paying five dollars for breakfast every morning. Just an inconvenience.

I thought I booked a room with free breakfast, but we actually had to pay $5 each. Also, there was a waitress (for a buffet), so we felt obligated to tip. There was an up charge if you wanted juice, and the food from the buffet was adequate, not great.

We had a crew of guys onsite doing construction work. While working overnight, the trailer and truck were broken in to and robbed. The hotel has decided they have no liability (of course) and they could really care less. The parking lot is not lit enough, and they have no security here. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. You will get no help when you get robbed, and it s a little shady since they knew when we would be gone.something isnt right here.

I’d rate this hotel a 5 star if the manager wasn’t so rude and disrespectful was traveling because my mother passed away got into a verbal disagreement with the manger because she refused to allow me to check in with a copy of my DL then after paying 200 for the hotel I had to pay an additional 100 to change the name to my husbands the entire time your manager was rude asf talking down to us etc! The morning staff phenomenal the staff who came in after your manager fantastic your manager herself not great at all

We stayed overnight. We went to the on premise restaurant and enjoye a delicious meal. Room was exactly what we were looking for. The next morning we got up, had a great breakfast in the restaurant buffet and we were on the road.

Check-in was hectic (understandably it was rush hour) and the front desk staff looked overwhelmed. Bed and room were clean but the microwave and shower door were broken. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent, ask for Jason.

It was a good stay. I would like to receive credit for this stay as well as my stay in Alexandria VA on the 14th of September.

4 night stay and woke up two days with no hot water. The second day without hot water I preferred to leave the hotel. I was informed that because my room was prepaid through a third party (Expedia) that I would have to contact them for a refund. Unfortunately, I had no desire to contact Expedia, so I opted for a different room. This little hiccup reminded me to never use Expedia or any other third party service for travel. You end up giving up control.

I know bedding is subjective, but this bed was very comfortable, unlike so many others lately. The bathroom was clean and well lit. Furniture was clean and not falling apart. Appliances actually functioned as they should. There is a lovely bistro on site with spacious seating and a decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. To be fair I believe it’s newly renovated. Here’s to hoping management keeps the property as great as it is now. “You ain’t seen nothing , till ya been, to a hotel baby, like a Holiday Inn” (Elton John)

Everything is easy accessible in terms of amenities. The hotel is minutes away from major eateries and parking lot is well lit.

My stay at this Holiday Inn was disappointing. The shower leaked flooding the floor of the bathroom. The room was quite small and the environmental controls did not keep the room at a desired temperature.

This hotel is very nice and new. The beds are comfortable. The brunch was good. I would recommend staying in this place.

This place is really nicely redone and the staff was very friendly. I'm really glad that I picked this place to stay and if I need to stop in this area again on my travels I would be happy to stay again. I'm only bummed I didn't get to stay long enough to use the beautiful pool.
