Property is been renovated place is dirty not happy on

The property is undergoing renovation and is slated to be rebranded as a Hyatt Regency property later in 2026 The room was very comfortable. In particular, the beds and linens were outstanding. We had booked a property that ported to have food and drinks available, but when we arrived at 9:45 PM, everything was closed, with not even a gift shop.

I didn’t understand why you have to pay for parking if you are already paying for your stay at the hotel. It

My stay was a complete nightmare. I was not informed that construction was taking place during my visit, which made the entire experience extremely inconvenient. Parking was difficult, and accessing my room was a hassle. To make matters worse, the key card would not work at the entrance closest to my room, forcing me to walk much farther every time I entered or exited the hotel. The doors and key access system did not function properly, making my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here under these conditions.

The hotel is under renovation, can’t use pool. If I would have been notified of this sooner I would not have booked my stay here.

This hotel is currently being renovated but we were placed in a wing where renovations were complete. The bed was heavenly and the pillows were amazing. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning awesome as was housekeeping. Our room was on the first floor and had a sliding door that allowed us to walk out to the pool area. This is unusual in hotels today but something that we loved having. The area we were at was landscaped lovely. The bathroom was a little small but had everything that we needed. Our only complaint was that we were told at checkin that we could order complete meals from the counter in the middle but when we went to do so the gentleman there left to "see if the chef was serving" and returned to tell us the chef was busy with an event and was not offering a menu. This is something that needs to be worked out as offering food at the chef's whim when a hotel advertises that food is available is unacceptable.

Always a pleasure to stay here. It’s always friendly and quiet and close to nearby restaurants. The staff is always kind and helpful.

The bed!! Also the shower wasn't a stand-up shower but with a tub. I took a hot bath every night during my stay. Parking lot access to guest parking was blocked due to construction. You have to go around the neighboring buildings to get to the guest parking lot.

The place is under construction but we were not notified of that when we booked. There were no amenities other than the pool and hottub were accessible. No/little food options on site.

We were able to charge our RAV4 plug-in hybrid a couple times which we appreciated. The property is under remodel construction but we had no trouble using the parking close to our room. Our bedroom and bathroom linens were changed daily!

The hotel did not advertise that they are under construction. I arrived in the evening and they allowed me to check in without informing me. After receiving payment then they told me. An hour later once i viewed the place i told the desk i wanted to check out because i was not comfortable there. They refused me a refund, but I thought that the false advertisement allowed me a refund. I did not stay more than an hour but they received payment for 4 nights. This is just a fraudulent process and no customer should experience this

Very nice stay.. hated to get out of the bed. It was so comfortable. Rates very reasonable . Enjoyed the house cats who live there full time and are well taken care of every day.

Access to ONT airport Was given instructions by the check in agent to the room which was in an adjacent building. Access to the building via the route given was not possible due to a closed and locked gate with construction in progress just beyond. I had to go completely around the perimeter of the facility to find the proper building. The agent wshould have known about the construction and provided more accurate information.

Overall, the hotel is in very good condition. It was undergoing renovations, so we didn’t have access to the entire hotel, but the area where we stayed was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the beds were new, and all the furniture in the room is new since they are remodeling. The beds were very comfortable, and overall the room and our stay were very pleasant. I would definitely return.

The staff at this facility is superb. Extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Was impressed when the housekeeping manager came to check on my housekeeping needs on the second day. I have stayed at a number of hotels for multiple days and have never had that occur before. Impressive and nice to kniw he follows up on his emplyees work. Saw him the day before checking on his staff and the rooms. Made it a point to let him know how clean the room was and he was very appreciative of that. The facility is upgrading their rooms. Wished they had finished the upgrade in the room I was assigned. The poor carpet had seen better days a decade ago.

it’s nice it’s just that the elevator is not working. You need a key to go in and I forgot my key. It’s like a little uncomfortable, but I love the place.

It’s a nice place to stay but it was a little inconvenient this time because of the renovations taking place. We are excited to see all the new updates.

The hotel was closed for renovations and we were not notified nor did it state on the Expedia site. They stuck us in the back in a motel the room which gave you one 2x 2 sieve of soap and hair C and body gel that was so old you couldn’t get it out of the bottle. All in all there were 4 cars in the parking lot and ours was one of them. I will be calling Expedia customer service for a refund. The hotel is not scheduled to open until the end of the year

The hotel was closed down for repairs when we arrived around midnight after driving from Sacramento, Ca. No one including Bookings.com notified us that the hotel had been closed down by the city since September 2025. Therefore, we will not use Bookings.com or this hotel in the future.

The location is the only positive I can write in, close to the Mills and other restaurants. The Caucasian man who works nights at the front desk was SO RUDE. Our keys did not work, we had to get new ones printed each time we returned to the hotel. They are doing construction so I’m not sure if that had something to do with it but it was extremely inconvenient because the have you all the way in the back of the property locked out. The beds are sooo sunken in and our door room 150 did not lock properly. Not sure if these rooms are already upgraded. Hard to get a good nights sleep when the door isn’t locking properly. The air conditioning vent was leaking water, photo attached. Horrible stay here.

everything was just so nice .. no smell of drugs being smoked ,, no body wondering around the parking lot ,, nice safe clean place to stay .. i was so comfortable .. this place is great !! the new contruction there is temporary to improve !! no problem

I used to love this hotel, but the price has recently hiked up to practically double what it used to be. I think this is pretty disappointing, and if this is the result in the recent remodel, I can say with full confidence I will not return again.

Once in, our room had a mechanical knocking sound coming from the ceiling whenever the air unit came on. I finally went down to the front desk at 4:30 a.m. to complain (I even recorded a video to show them) and was told there was no maintenance personnel on site to fix it. We were not offered a new room or credit of any type. In the morning their coffee bar was closed. Just a BAD experience all around.

We were regulars here for awhile, we decided to come stay again, and even thiught theyre going through renovations, it was a great stay, friendly staff, peace and quiet, great food.

I wish I knew it was under renovation. I would have stayed somewhere else. They told me there was continental breakfast and there’s breakfast, but you have to pay for it. Light fixture in the bathroom didn’t work. Somebody tried to come and fix it. Two hours later I had to be moved to another room. The fact it was being renovated or upgraded. So you had to stay in a separate section I like convenience.

I had wait 30 minutes to check in 😞, there wasn't a staff member on site at the moment. I enjoy coming here but the last couple of times I've had to wait to check in and this last time was a bit too long for me. Hopeful that Management will hire more Staff, if there looking for anyone I'd be more than happy & willing to apply 🙂😉👌

My reservation was made in June for a September stay. I receive a phone call @ 2:40pm asking me to check out right away. When I had already let them know I would be out of the room by 5:30am the next morning. As of 9/13/25 at 7:15pm I have not seen the refund of the final day refund credited to my credit card.

One of the reasons I got this hotel book because it said that the pool opens at 6 AM. I think the only reason I got it was because of that when we got there, we were told that it opens at 9 AM. This changed our plans tremendously. additionally, the pool never had any towels. There was nowhere to get any water. Nobody answered the front desk at all after me trying to call a few times.

The entire property is very clean, including the room. I did not like that a Continental breakfast is not offered and that you have to pay separately (taken out of the $100. deposit that you have to give) for the offered breakfast items.

Then they put our room right next to the elevator. We're in our mid 70's, my wife could not sleep. As far as the hotel goes, it was very clean and neat.

The room had enough room to add a couple of lounge chairs. Complimentary coffee and water, hot water should be available for all your guests. Very disappointed, I will never stay here again.

The hotel is very close to a large mall, food, and dining. The property itself is not so great. The bathrooms are tiny, and we had water dripping from the air vent the whole time. Maintenance came and took a look, and the problem was temporarily resolved, for a couple of hours, then it started dripping again. We didn't bother to call Maintenance this time because we had only one more day to go. We resorted to timing the drips and dashing out the door in between drips. I was also not given a receipt on check-out. The lady at the front desk very nicely told me I would get my deposit back. I should have insisted on the receipt because I checked my CC transaction history online and saw the hotel billed an additional $50. Now I have to call them to find out what that was for.

Other than that the food was great. The happy hour deal from 4pm to 7pm is the best your find anywhere with lots of drinks and food deals . The wings, calamari and the Parmesan truffle fries are a must. I have friends in the area and if I visited again I would stay for the price, food and the staff.

In the lobby, everything looked great, but the bathroom in the room was a little dated. The bed was nice and soft, the pillows were great, and the white sheets were awesome. The staff was on point. Overall, it was great, just the bathtub was a little dirty.

ALL was well, younger associates could use a little more hospitality training, was surprised that the breakfast was not free Continental, was surprised that parking was $5 a night, the pool was a little greasy like urine was in it needs a little more attention daily probably.

I miss the people who use to work. Amazing employees and knowledgeable. I’m from Orange County my family lives in SB county and I stay at this hotel but not any more it’s come down a lot. It needs improvement especially costumer service it’s a plus

Went to a concert at the Toyota Arena and walked from the hotel, so convenient, close by and amazing prices. Room service is great and front desk plus service people super friendly. Definitely going back.

Do not stay at this property. I had to check out early, cut short my trip and return home because of the dust mite infestation in my room. I have to clean all luggage and the new clothes that I purchased for the trip. I am reporting to Expedia and the manager of the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. June, 2025.

I liked the lobby, it feels nostalgic and yet modern. The bedroom was clean and spacious. The front desk person is very helpful and fast.

This is the older hotel but with the right updates it’s quiet elegant, and classic perfect for a business trip or a staycation and the room was extremely affordable.

Excellent hotel - quiet and very clean - comfortable and great location. Safe area and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
