Good location but I didn't even stay here. They would not accommodate me when I went to check in. They told me they canceled the reservation and I wouldn't be charged, but they lied. I was charged and its such a hassle disputing it, trying to get my money refunded. Bad communication with booking and the motel. I didn't even stay here. Im trying to get a refund because they canceled my reservation. They lied right to my face saying I wouldn't be charged. I was charged, and although the motel said they canceled the reservation, they won't respond or communicate with booking to confirm this. I need a refund ASAP. I paid for a service I didn't get to use. $190.56!

Alway very clean, affordable, conveniently located by everything and easily one of the best Motel6 I’ve ever stayed at. Anytime I’m in town I always book my room here because I know I’m getting a good quality stay. I will definitely be back again.

It is clean and comfortable. It was a bad timing, they were in the process of fixing the hot water because they have none during the time we check in. They were fixing it and it got fix.

Because it was Valentine’s Day weekend and everything else was sold out, I had no choice but to rebook the same room on the spot for $50 more. Completely unacceptable. The room was labeled non-smoking but smelled strongly like smoke. The room itself was dirty, the AC unit was broken, and there wasn’t even an iron in the room or one available to borrow from the front desk. Basic amenities and cleanliness should be standard. On top of that, the staff was not friendly or helpful. Overall, this place was gross, dirty, and unprofessional. I will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.

This room was dirty, I didn’t even have a blanket for the Customer on the bed. We requested an extra pillow and they couldn’t accommodate that. The television didn’t even work it had lines throug it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone one of the worst I’ve stayed in.

210 mirror needs repair gas craved graffiti rubbish on it . The shower needs to be replasterd with stucco and paint with a better shower head ,the outlet to charge USB or phone charger doesn't work but it was okay for the night but the traffic construction in the front is very loud early in the morning

Front desk was chaotic during check in. Employee’s English was very difficult to understand for us and other guests checking in. Hotel priority is not well maintained. Room was sub-par and had a dingy odor. Mattress was uncomfortable. AC unit was too loud.

The daily cleaning was excellent. However on of our rooms had cockroaches. The other one had black mold in the tub, the sink was cracked, and the air conditioner was missing buttons.

The property was good, however, the staff in the lobby was excellent. My first room I noticed scratches on the TV. When I went down and told the lady in the lobby, she was not hesitant at all to offer me another room immediately. I was very impressed that I did not hear a bunch of excuses about how I can't change rooms. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a nice clean place for a very reasonable price

Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom wall had holes and patches missing & bed frame was a small piece of wood. The floor was not swept and so much dust everywhere! I don’t think the wipe down anything since there was stains on the counter before we settled in. They said they could not change our room nor bothered cleaning it.

You get what you pay for but I was happy to leave. We relocated to another hotel nearby because this one was not a good place. No drawers to place belongings, smelly rooms, bedding is very old and was dirty, noisy, sketchy area, no microwave, it was literally a place to lay your head and roaches... Baby roaches.. omg. The staff were nice but for what it's worth, I'd rather pay the extra money to stay somewhere better.

There is what is normal and adequate for different levels of class or just right for who it's meant for, is the human perspective, but I can say it's not normal at all inadequate and below its average level of class young lady at the front no need to be hostile or shout when the person's right in front of me and behind a glass not everybody's a kid out here and try not to forget who the adult is in the conversation in your place in it you cannot talk to grown adults like you would and for the gentleman one thing is that we choose to respect your beliefs and ways and another is to go along with it for your comfort and not ours the only man that I will obey and submit my full attention and be still for is for my father your God just cuz you can stand inside the business does not mean you stand on business with God or me you will not push on me your beliefs or ways to make me a woman feel inferior than you I might be superior then you but not inferior. Obviously it's just my thoughts of my experience not what I expected or had in mind

When you lift the mattress to inspect for bedbugs which I always do upon entering a hotel room I'm staying in overnight, I saw the mattress was moldy, and had hairs on it. Ugh. Brought it to the attention of the night manager who took pictures.

The room was clean but it looked beat up. The door to the room had dents in it from someone beating on it. There were people begging in the parking lot cigarettes buts and wrappers near the steps as well as dog dropping on the walkways

I checked in a couple days ago. U would think cause its so close to the airport it would b load but its was not. The staff were very helpful and everything is in walking distance from the hotel which was good. I would recommend this hotel and if i need a hotel again i would use this one.

There was a VERY LOUD noise that happened when I turned on the water in the bathtub. There was an hole in the wall and scuff marks on the door jam. Other than that, it was alright.

I like that it's right next to a shopping center, with good food options. It's right off the fwy, so that's convenient and why I chose the location.

The rooms were not very clean or accessible. There were bugs in the rooms and it was noisy. They did move us to different rooms to accommodate us after we let them know of the bugs and cleanliness but the next rooms weren’t much better.

The shower head was broken and couldn’t even stay up, literally next to the wall trying to take a shower. The water pressure was weak & not even steady & strong. Stay at your own risk. Neighborhood was fine, just the rooms itself that wasn’t good.

The people in the room next to mine had babies that just screamed and cried seeelmingly all night... Id called the front desk a few times for some help like moving me rooms or something to help with the inconvenience as it felt like the entire motel was pretty empty except in the part of the motel that we were in but got nowhere. I stay here a lot so I'd expected SOME help but.... unfortunately not

Check in at night is done with you standing outside a window just by the road. They requested photo I’d for every adult in your party. They charged another $40 claiming it’s refundable which other hotels just have a hold on your credit card.

I honestly cannot say I liked it or disliked it .. because I never got to actually check in . The dude at front desk was rude .. and couldn't find my reservation Expedia had to contact them to confirm the reservation . And the dude refused to honor our reservation .. it was evening and freezing cold but he still made us go to night window instead of allowing us inside.. did I forget to mention we were the only ones he made go to the night window everyone else he buzzed into the office indoors .. and upon speaking to the Expedia agent he decided he didn't want to rent a room to us . Don't know exactly why all I can think was because we couldn't hear him thru the lil slot in the window .. so we kept telling him we can't hear u and he yelled at us to get away from the window until we figured out are reservation situation might I add upon me contacting a Expedia agent they said the property has already confirmed the reservation .. but yet the gentle men aat the window states he couldn't find our reservation. Wow . So yeah they are rude . My disabled cousin had the same issue with them weeks prior to this and he's in a wheelchair. Amazing horrible customer service

The female worker was extremely rude and wouldn’t give her name. Came to our room at 9-10pm both nights and wanted to see who all was staying and even said to “make sure to keep my child quiet so no one hears him”, he is only 2 years old. Had the maids coming to the room every 2-3 hours for a “cleaning”. Called the morning of check out at 7am because we woke up to ants all over us and the beds and she said “maybe if your child didn’t stay up eating candy and screaming and crying there wouldn’t be any ants” when we kept my sons candy in the car cause we didn’t get back till 10pm the night of Halloween and he was already asleep and didnt wake up till 7am due to the ants.

i forgot my necklace in the room and now where extractly where I left. it is $1000 necklace. When I called back, cleaner room took it and say nothing in the room

For $94 a night I expected to be comfortable and cool but the rooms were hot ASF and stuffy because the window didn't open. We came from Ohio and it was very underwhelming.
