Hotel Seville

Great for Ontario flight. Unassuming location and place behind gas station but the room was cozy, new, and comfortable.

We only stayed overnight, but it was a nice stay

We utilize Hotel Seville for the last two or three times we came to California and they’ve always been very nice and kind and friendly. We will always use Hotel Seville if we come to visit Family in that area. Thank you very much. I was very pleased.

The hotel was fine the staff was great and helpfull the aircon was old and some guest was kinda unruly. The breakfast was not bad but a little variety could improve it.

This is my favorite little hotel. Rooms are nice and love the jetted tub. But I did have a complaint..I filled the tub up and added vinegar and turned the jets on..instantly black pieces came out of the jets. I have no clue what that was but it was disgusting and I didn’t even want to soak in the tub. And I paid extra for the jetted tub. So I was disappointed about that. Other than that the stay was good. I just recommend they clean the jetted tubs WAY more thoroughly.

The property itself was decently maintained and was pretty quiet, even though it's right by a gas station and right off of a main street running through Ontario. Easy freeway access, which makes it a convenient location. There was sufficient parking, and the rooms were also pretty decently maintained, if slightly outdated. I'm not sure if I would stay here again; the main reason that I booked here was that I was in a pinch and it was the closest and most convenient option that I had at the moment. Overall, the property itself isn't bad, but the staff (especially the manager) could provided better customer service.

Room was clean and all the pictures were accurate our issues was that the walls felt thin and all the noise from outside came into the room very easily. The main street near by was very noisy so it was a little bit difficult to sleep with all the noise.

This was definitely well worth the cost, which shocked me most. It’s a touch loud at night because of the proximity to the freeway, and a few of the guests down stairs, but all in all, I’d happily stay here again.

Couldn’t get extra towels late at night. Swimming pool was infested with bugs unfortunately. Staff was super super helpful! Breakfast was not the best. Parking always available.

Parking was easy and secure, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was clean however it’s very hard to get of the parking lot it’s a busy street and you can only make a right turn. It’s noisy next to the freeway also the air planes pass by and it’s loud. I asked for an ironing board and it was like 3 feet and the leg of it would stay up. It’s clean shower was great with a nice shower head.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. I had several people knock on my door looking for someone else. At first no big deal , however, 8 th time it was annoying.

This is pretty much what you would expect for a motel. Everything is modest but clean. Nice and helpful staff and fairly modern and well kept rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. The free breakfast is okay and includes toast, pancakes, muffins, yogurt cups, and pretty good coffee. The proximity to the freeway and a gas station makes it loud at times. Easy walking distance to stores.

Nice hotel, simple but very clean room with comfortable bed, clean sheets, quiet and located in a safe area. Staff is very friendly a welcoming. Not fancy but perfect for getting a good night's sleep and hot shower! Restaurants, gas station at walking distance. Would stay again.

Very basic motel but very clean. Even offered a complimentary breakfast with muffins, yogurt and pancakes. Very adequate if you’re looking for a place to sleep at night but will be out and about during the day. No frills but well maintained. AC/heater worked well. Nice water pressure in shower.

Staff was great got me an early check in and a room on the first floor. Everything top notch and i can really see the upgrades they have done.

first off the hot tub didn't work, they didn't have towels and it's was soo loud there . this place sucked.

My room TV cannot connect to my cellphone and does not have entertainment apps. Some of the rooms can connect to a cell phone app. Called the front desk but she was not willing to help. “TV only has channels, that's it” and hung up on me

If you end up with a smoking room it is heavy, thankfully i just ran like 2 candles the whole time and it killed it off. They were sold out of normal rooms. The street to pull out and come in was a nightmare, its like busy 24/7 for some reason.

The room was great, they had plenty of outlets and usb outlets, a shower with soap dispensers and a pretty decent breakfast. Only thing that was kinda lame was getting into the hotel. The street is ridiculous to drive into so I had to run a few lights down then u turn to give me enough time to merge right 3 times. But will stay again

You know what went wrong, you are the most incompetent company in the business. I spend a lot of time and money trying to fix my hotel reservation. I lost my money, my friend couldn’t stay at the hotel and YOU didn’t send the email, not even call the hotel to help me with the situation. So, I’m going to think about booking another trip with you! The only negative, and not something that can really be helped, is that their driveway is on a busy thoroughfare, and you have to turn right out of the driveway.

This place is right next to a freeway on ramp. You hear every single car/truck passing by all night. It's also very close to an airport. You can feel and hear when the planes land or take off for also all night. AC units in rooms all make a different noise. All of which are pretty loud. There isn't much around the hotel. A good amount of homeless wondering around. The place is $59 a night. The type of people you'd imagine staying here is exactly what to expect. Loud and inconsiderate. I was going to say the walls are thin, but it's more than that. I have hearing issues and i was able to fully and clearly hear the conversations going on in the rooms next to me. Lesson learned on cheap hotels. Wouldn't recommend bringing kids. Smelled like marijuana most of the time. Great service, but i think it's in a bad location.

Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. I had my 15 month old son and had accidentally locked the keys to my rental in the trunk when I pulled out his stroller budget rental car sent emergency assistance and the alarm had gone off a few times during that time, the manager of the property had spoken to the man that was trying to get in my car and got upset. He then came inside and said I’m calling the police you have to leave because the alarm is going off. I said I am experiencing homelessness for my 15 month old son and then when the police arrive, please go to him and he allowed me to pay two additional days, but then said I could no longer or extend my reservation. Or my son did not deserve such a stay

When we travel to SoCal we have been staying at Hotel Seville with great frequency. They have really improved the hotel and the room are very comfortable. They always have a great rate and easy on/off the freeway. It always meets our standard and would definitely recommend.

Albertson's, two miles west of this hotel, offers healthy food for a lower cost than eating out. You need your own cutlery or picnic gear in the hotel room. A pizzeria is next door. For seniors, pizza has too much salt and fat. Actually that's risky for all ages.

Place was very nice. Unfortunately ony rooms available was smoking. Was hoping it wouldnt be too bad. Just bought some air freshener and was ok. Staff was professional. Rooms are ok. A little outdated but you can see its better that what it was from what it was. Over all it was nice. The only issue i had was someone kept playing loud music with alot of bass. Other than that place was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Average motel experience. I appreciate the property for the price I suppose. I wish I could have gotten a non-smoking room. That smoking room smell is bad. The mattress was terrible and there were burns in the comforter.

The manager was so nice she noticed I have an issue with my leg and apologized she only had upstairs and I appreciated her asking if that was ok. And it wasn’t a problem.

We had very loud people next door to us we were in room 122 the people hung out by our door baby was crying all day and night and they were loud the whole time day and night.

We are really happy with everything here. They are really nice and rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping is really awesome great women. I stay here every 6 weeks when i come see my husband.
