The room was clean it was just the restroom floor that was a little dirty, breakfast is convenient but if you want waffles you have to wait in line to make one bc there is only one machine.

Room was very clean and appeared néw and breakfast was wonderful!

It’s an older hotel, their remodeling and so it’s good.

The hotel was great and I love the remodel. I booked the conference room but found out the day before arrival that the room was double booked and I was left scrambling to find somewhere else to hold my meeting. This is not the first time it has happened.

Excelent services

1. Room: I arrived around 730 and they had given my two queens bed room away. When asked how it happened, she said they overbooked them and I just happened to be a later check in. Not sure how you overbooked your rooms. They did have the sofa bed and roll away bed in the room, but, I was hoping for the two queens as the sofa bed and roll away are not the best options. 2. There is not enough parking around the hotel. We had to park across the way in the mall parking which did not feel safe. 3. Breakfast was very basic, and they did not have enough sitting space nor food. They only had one waffle maker for 15 people and the eggs were all eaten and they did not bring out anymore while we were there.

It was a short walk to the outlet mall and a short drive to Toyota Arena. Because our flight from the Central Time Zone was early, we arrived before check-in time and were charged an extra $50 for early check-in even though the room was ready. The carpet was dirty and in the elevator was peeling up in the middle of the elevator posing a trip hazard. The breakfast was minimal compared to other Hampton Inns. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and both times noticed that the elevator inspection was 4 months overdue. In the room, the bathroom door latch would not open from the outside causing it to be continually locked from the outside. The automatic exhaust fan was irritating at best and would not stay off. I'm glad we didn't have to stay any longer.

The location was good for our needs. It is near a mall for walking in the A/C and near Toyota Arena for an event we were attending. Because we had traveled from another time zone, we were sound asleep when the person at the front desk called us at 10:30 p.m.. and told us we were making too much noise and questioned whether we had children in the room (we did not.) The person should have investigated before calling our room so late. In addition, we had only one towel and one wash cloth in the room for the two of us.

I needed to check in a little early and I know its not always possible but the were very accommodating. I requested a room on the bottom floor and they gave me that also. I didn't have breakfast in the morning as I got up to late but I have stayed here many times before and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff they always greet you when you come in.

Renovations were underway however the room was great, very nice and clean. Breakfast was good for it being a cold breakfast. Had to park in the mall parking lot but there was cameras all around so I wasn't worried about it. The only problem with parking in the mall parking lot was crossing the busy Street with the kids. Overall I feel like once the renovations are done this place will be a pretty great place to stay.

The location is one of the best attributes of this property. You only need to cross the street and walk up the adjacent parking lot to enter into the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall. The hot breakfast buffet was offered at a very reasonable 6 AM to 10 AM time frame, benefiting early risers as well as late risers. Parking was less than a 100 yards from the hotel lobby. We will most definitely book this property again if we are in the area.

Also close to many food options - the Hot Pot place nearby was a fun experience, and we tried Raising Cane's for the first time. The lobby had a ton of construction going on so there were also parking spaces taken up by supplies/equipment. We had to park our camper van across the "street" in the mall parking lot, but we parked directly under a bright lightpost and had no issues.

NOTHING, They did not have the type of room I had reserved at that location, which was a “two bedroom suite” . Booking.com should immediately change that. They were also doing massive reconstruction in the lobby, which was noted. However unfortunately they were ripping out a tile floor,right by the only elevator, with a jackhammer, which was brutally loud. There was also a massive cloud of toxic dust and they provided no masks to protect their guests, nor did they have a fan and exhaust system in place. The workers were all had respiratory masks. One day after leaving I had a horrible runny nose with constant sneezing and I was nonstop coughing up green balls of flem for over 6 days, which really affected my sleep and the rest of my vacation.

Hotel is conveniently located, smelled good outside due to the jasmine all over. I got a room for a suite with 2 queen beds. When I got there there the staff was helpful being checked in. Got to the room and found I didn’t get the room selected. It was standard room, went back down to the desk and I explained to the guy there, and he tells me he doesn’t have the room I select d that they are all booked but has a king size bed suite. I’m like that doesn’t work my friend “male” and I will not be sharing a bed my husband wouldn’t appreciate it. He was suppose to talk to the manager to refund a discount for the wrong room and the inconvenience. But never heard anything about it. So I will be contacting the manager tomorrow! Will not stay at another Hilton hotel again to many issues when we stay there. Make sure you get what you pay for!

The room was comfortable. Breakfast is always appreciated. Easy checkout. Could not use the app to pick our room or get a virtual key. The agent couldn't find where I paid for the room. I had to dig out my phone and show her the receipt and even then she said she would look into it and have Booking.com refund our $. When I got on the elevator, wasn't really sure it would make it down or up.

My husband tried to warm up his breakfast so he could eat and take his much needed medication but the microwave door jammed and didn’t open we asked for help and it never arrived therefore he wasn’t able to take his medication promptly causing him much pain. Needless to say he was very upset and disappointed

Cheep towels/pillows, the bathroom sounded like you were standing on the landing strip of a runway and don’t get me started on the workout room. Dirty towels piled up & the smell was out of this world….perhaps some type of water leak?

The staff is friendly enough and the hotel is undergoing renovation.Some of the light switch covers were still the original beige colour while some were changed to white. They do not automatically refresh your room, we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels along with a call to the front desk directly after check in when we noticed that the room lacked a hairdryer and coffee maker that should have been in the room. The breakfast they provide is typical however, this hotel did not have a cooler section for yogurts -they had been sat out for a while to turn warm, cold oatmeal, wet scrambled eggs but, good orange juice and coffee.

The hotel in general was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Doors were slamming all night. We got very little sleep. I called the front desk to ask for a late check out because we were exhausted and I told the front desk girl that I don’t know what was happening but it was so loud I didn’t know if it was the construction workers or what?! She told me that the construction workers just got there and she did not believe me!!!!

Liked the proximity to shopping and dining that is why we chose it but the Hotel itself which they don't tell you till after the reservation is made is going thru renovation so it was noisy, no coffee during brkfast time, no microwave, no fridge, hair dryer did not work. the beds were confy and good thing we were only there 2 days, will not recomend.

Staff was friendly and very patient with our rowdy group of baseball kids. Pool was actually nice and spacious, our group was the only one out there. I liked the locations of the hotel. There is plenty to do around there if you go with a group of kids. Lots of places to eat as well.

It was clean as it could be i guess it was old looking. No up grades at all.. Breakfast was good from 6 to 9a. The staff that worked 2 to 10 was absolutely great his name was Anthony The young lady that worked 10 to 7 was very pleasant the morning staff were terrible. Very unprofessional, very uninviting.

My Mom and I were there for a graduation and showed up super early. The staff was able to get us into a room early, offered us water, and whatever else we needed. Super friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Location is close to lots of restaurants and a huge mall. Infinity stars!!

The room had blood stains on the walls, curtains and bathroom floor. Thy did not clean it until two days later. Disgusting.

I always stay at Hampton Inn properties and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Hampton/Hilton and at a hotel in general. On the first night of our stay, a large man broke and entered our room, and stood at the foot of the bed with my toddler and husband with me. When we woke up, he quickly retreated, and my husband followed him to the lobby. We called the police - apparently this is not the first time this has happened at this property. Thank God I was not alone and that he did not enter another room with a solo female or someone else who is more vulnerable. The staff was nice about it, but that is not really enough. They said they've seen this man multiple times wandering the building. Why was he allowed in? Why hasn't it been handled? I fear for other people staying here in the future. The hotel is also very rundown and the worst-looking Hampton I've been to.

That it was close to so much, had the mall in front, various food spots. And even provided breakfast I didn’t like the small parking lot but the permit to park in front in the mall parking lot made up for it. However still a walk, especially if it’s cold.

The breakfast isn’t anything you wouldn’t find anywhere else, but we appreciate it. My only complaint is the seating in the common area. Year after year the cushions on the chairs are completely blown out. You sink straight to the bottom which puts you too low to eat comfortably.

We got stuck in Ontario after our flight was diverted. I was able to book a room quickly on hotels.com. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was nice. We were able to check in very quickly.

We spent 3 days at this hotel and there was everything wrong with this place. No microwave, broken hair dryer, leaky air conditioner and hardly no parking. U would not recommend this place to anyone.

The property was older than I expected and could use some updates. Since it’s in such a nice area I expected it to be a little nicer but it’s not bad.

This "hotel" was only marginal for an overnight stay near Ontario airport. It is not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. Look for better.

Very clean, very helpful

Shower took long time to get hot, then after I got in the water turned cold. Not a positive eperience.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are a bit dated but it was clean.

There no hot water to shower the night we checked in and in morning

We ask for a Handicap room , was given one but Toliet was not ADA Certified, toilet to low, but they changed our room to a higher toilet which was good, but there was no refractor or microwave ask staff and no hey said maintenance would get it for us the next day, didn’t get it and I ask at desk again next morning they brought us up the microwave and refrigerator…. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed the convenience of location and good parking area, enjoyed sitting by pool 3 days during stay!!!! Will stay again next trip to CA

Our trip was to go to the Rainforest Cafe which is why we chose this hotel as it is walking distance. Easy quick check in. Parking is limited but u can park in mall lot too. Room was clean and breakfast was good. No vending machines although there were signs for them. Refrigerator in lobby was out so had to buy water from receptionist. Quiet and comfortable except for a noisy neighbor at 3am. We would stay again based on convenience to mall.

The walls were paper thin. Literally felt like our neighbors were in the room with us. And the rug felt disgusting. My wife forgot her sandals so she had to walk in her socks. They were left BLACK. Not really the feeling we were hoping for.

The tv was older and small! It kept messing up so we could t even enjoy ourselves and it was too late at night to have to get up and ask to switch rooms. Fit the price I’d expect a tv not so outdated! We will not be staying again. The Hyatt was much nicer in Ontario next door.

The hotel is roomy and nice. The breakfast is wonderful and the location is convenient. The staff is helpful. When we had an issue, the maintenance team was there within 20 minutes to solve the problem.

Television did not work properly. Kept freezing and screen would miss up. Had to call the office at 11:50pm, noise with people arguing, sounded like it was in the hallway close to us. Couldn’t sleep good after that incident.

My boyfriend and I had a nice stay at this hotel they were very accommodating. The only issue is when we wanted to take a shower the water never felt hot only like warm.

Upon check-in, we were given a room that was already occupied. Had to go back to the front desk for a new room assignment. Hot water in the shower was difficult to get. Pool area looked like it had not been cleaned/ refreshed for several days. This properly does not meet Hilton standards

There was not enough parking for guests. Was not able to park at the hotel parking lot for three nights. Dogs from other guests were running around the lobby without leash. The gym is so small that you could not workout there safely. The handsoap was out in the public bathroom for more than four days The room has no microwave and refrigerator. I would like to have my money back due to misleading advertisement

Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The rooms could use improvement such as securing loose wallpaper, rips in lampshades, and having more comfortable beds. Our main issue was the poor wi-fi which prohibited us from working on our laptops and from using a fire stick to watch tv.

Property is old but kept up nicely. Major drawback was the hotel parking, it’s horrible! There’s only about 10-15 parking spots at the hotel, you have to park across the street in a shopping mall parking lot! There are 4 lanes of road, 2 going each way, where you cross is by a bend in the road, which made it difficult to see oncoming cars. Won’t ever stay there again because of parking!

Property was run down, very basic, no fridge or microwave in the room. Staff were very unfriendly. Front desk never greeted me for check in or check out until I greeted them. Probably would never stay here again.

We stay at the hotel for two nights and never received any housekeeping services because they clean the rooms every other day.

Amazing from front desk to night people. And breakfast was amazing me and my daughter enjoyed every second even the pool. Definitely would stay there again. We traveled from high desert to celebrate birthday best stay ever!

The beds need upgraded but otherwise ok

Hotel room was comfortable and clean. The outdoor areas needed some serious cleaning though. There were full ash trays dumped out in back and front of hotel outdoor areas and trash in the bushes by the back door. No trash cans outdoors by the back so people probably just set it there there for staff to grab since there was not anywhere else to put it. There were tons of ants in the swimming pool area so property could probably benefit from insect repellent services. After checking out, we got to our car to find it infested with ants. Like seriously had to go to the closest car wash to vacuum them out but this still did not get rid of them so went to Target and purchased ant spray to get rid of them and there are still some stragglers left, ugh, one is one crawling on me still 8 hours later. Aaaahhh!!!! Perfect stay other than the ants though :-)

Staff was not friendly. Hotel is extremely out dated and outside seem very unsafe. Not enough guest parking on hotel property. I do not recommend this hotel.

This room is extremely clean

Not acceptable! Once settled in the mediocre room, we found there to be no hot water. The front desk was notified and they said they will let management/ maintenance know in the morning. Again unacceptable! The property was not a 8.8 as rated in Expedia review.

We always stay here when we are in the area. It is near a mall and various restaurants within walking distance.
