Extended Studio Hotel Ontario

They're remodeling so there's quite a bit of construction inside and outside , dust and noise. The staff are excellent and parking is plentiful. There's no laundry available, no gym was available, and no breakfast services whatsoever at the time of my stay.

They also have an affordable room deposit when paying with a Credit Card.

During my stay, construction work was still taking place on one side of the building, which may be something guests should be aware of. I was also assigned a room on the first floor, and I could hear significant noise from the room above me early in the morning, around 6:00 a.m. The foot traffic and stomping made it difficult to continue sleeping. Overall, the room was comfortable and had good amenities, but the ongoing construction and early morning noise impacted my stay. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to request a room on an upper floor or away from any renovation areas.

Rooms were clean and spacious, but laundry room wasn’t open.

They are under construction. No ice machine, even though there is a fridge in the room that makes ice, but it takes hours before fridge made ice. They need an ice machine. Pool is crazy small, room was nice. Shower only with no tub. Updates in room were very nice. Bed has no blanket. They are like sheets. No extra blanket in closet. Did have iron n ironing board. Did like the Dove lotion shampoo n body wash. Close to Starbucks!

The overall experience was excellent. The rules are nice and clean big nice comfortable bed. It was hard to get out of bed. It was so nice Tv stove refrigerator. Dishwasher pots pans oh my impressive I didn’t wanna leave. I guess I’ll just spoil rotten. All Service was great. Even the cleaning ladies were nice and so pleasant. everything was amaziing as always

The room was big and had everything you wanted for a stay. The only issue was the people above our room kept us awake all night. They were stomping the whole night till 1:00 a.m in the morning. I called at 12 a.m to notify the front desk and had no effect. The stomping started again at 6. Let’s just say i didn’t get any sleep. In the morning during check out i informed the desk and ill they said was sorry. They could have offered some type of discount on the next day or something, but they didn’t. Get a room on the 3rd floor if you decide to stay here. Other than that issue the stay was fine

Rental car agency next door and Bys stop directly in front that takes you to the Ontario International Airport for $2.

The room was okay. Shower head pressure was terrible, and the toilet had a crack water kept coming out through out my stay. Rooms need to be updated and repairs need to be done immediately. No Apple Pay was pretty inconvenient.

Managed very unprofessional, rude disrespectful . I have never been treated that way in my life. Its shameful to have someone in that position who isn't relatable to her customers. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. I dont care how convenient it may be. She shouldn't have such a high position if she cant converse with the people staying there on a level that's inviting and friendly. Remodel the hotel, but get a new staff as well.

Place was horrible. It was rundown there was drag deals going down homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. The door to my room was broken and didn’t shut. It was awful ended up leaving not a good place to go.

We choose Extended Studio Hotel Ontario for the price. The major chains were mostly over $300 and this was about $100 less. Comfortable, spacious room with laminate floor in the kitchen and carpet in the bed area. Bed was comfortable. No hotel breakfast since they have kitchenettes. Near the airport and train but the noise was not bad. Hotel was clean. Easy walking distance to a Jack in the Box and gas station with food mart that included microwave foods. Room has a dishwasher which most don't. Staff warned us there was a rave in the area with guests in attendance, then made sure our room was far away and quiet. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area.

It is a great place to stay. The room is cozy, it is large and it contains all the essentials we need for the stay. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is that the ceiling is too thin so we can almost hear each footstep from the upper level. Staffs are friendly, but she gave wrong instructions at the first place telling us to park in front of the building, whereas there is a parking lot on the back of the building. Parking is free. No breakfast.

The pool was VERY small, the workout room was adequate, however, the room was very spacious. I'm the type of person who can't stand things all over the place - which makes it difficult when we travel as a family and there are suitcases and clothes all over the place. But this room provided a lot of space. Also, I loved the full size refrigerator. I would stay here again when traveling with my family - so we're not constantly bumping into each other or having to move luggages to walk around the room.

The Uber driver and I couldn't even find this hotel. There is no outside sign to see! There is no outside building address number to see! It took an unusually long time for the front desk to check me in. My room had a strong chemical smell long. There was no breakfast available for guests.

The kitchenette was well-appointed and it made making meals there very easy. If I'm in the area again, this is my first choice hotel in the area for value and quality.

We came in late in the evening and left early in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean. It is by the airport but we didn't hear planes flying over us. There is plenty of parking and we felt safe. For the price, it is hard to beat.

The check in staff was great. The room was the problem. The shower had a bunch of hair in it and the tv did not work. I traveled with children and once I unpacked and got everything settled I realized the tv would only play for 2 minutes before is loses connection. You change the channel and it just does the same thing . I even tried to put on a movie from their on demand playlist and the same thing happened. I was exhausted and to tired and I know all they were gonna do is offer another room but when traveling with children it’s a task to repack everything up and relocate to another rooom.. so I pulled out my laptop and made it work so that the children could watch a movie until bedtime. I spoke to the morning staff and let them know about the issues and I was told that the manager would contact me.. it’s been over a week and no one has reached out. I’ve called and got the run around and still haven’t spoke to the manager. The way they are handling this situation is very disappointing being that I always stay at this location when in town.. I will not be returning!

The rooms are clean and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue is with the laundry rooms. The first floor location is supposed to have two washers and two dryers, but only one washer is working. The working one must be watched for the first 15 min or it may pause for an unknown reason.

I needed a budget-friendly place that was still spacious and well-equipped, and this exceeded my expectations. The room had excellent amenities, including a smart TV, which many five-star hotels don’t even offer. Room was clean but line for bed looked dirty. Management is or seemed like a married couple. Male (husband) very short and curt, not polite. Female (wife) very polite and sweet. She should be head management not him. Business would run allot smoother because of her sweetness and professional directness. He talked down to women (me) while checking me in. I devoted to stay because I was exhausted. Normally I would have walked away and more care about losing deposit or any monies and would have found a better place that delivered both cleanliness and professional customer care but I was tired and needed to rest and stayed. Ended up being happy I stayed because I was about to get to room and rest and tested well because it was quiet and somewhat clean.

I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel. Nothing was up to standard. The room was completely dirty and nasty. The kitchen floor, bathroom floor and carpet were visibly dirty and disgusting. There was food and dirt on the door frames and walls. There was dirt, food, and grime on the refrigerator. The cabinets had drippings down the front side. There was hair on almost every towel and were stained. The shower had dirt and stains on the tile walls. I was not happy staying here and will not use them or any type of association again.

Very nice place and at a better rate than the places around it. Internet worked great i was able to game with my friends while staying there, housekeeping even did my dishes for me. Kitchenette was great and the fridge is a normal sized fridge so you can keep actual grocery’s in there, had a decent compliment of pots pans and all the other necessary dishes.

Stayed here for 6 nights and it was a nice small adorable hotel. Room was clean and the amenities are wonderful. The area is also nice and there’s a few places nearby which I always love. The only reason I took one star off is because I never saw housekeeping during our stay. I was usually out most of the days but this could be a problem if I had more trash and would’ve liked it to be taken out, etc…

Property seems to have been recently renovated. Very clean and well equipped if you have a long stay. Full size fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Plus all the kitchen necessities, i.e. pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. I travel for work and it’s conveniently located to the airport. I’ve stayed here twice and will again.

We just needed an overnight in our travels, this was great. We’ll definitely be back through and plan on staying here again… a no brainer.

Aside from the smell of the room, everything was excellent. I will definitely be booking again but I’ll be taking a diffuser or a wall plug in to combat the stench.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The customer service provided by hotel staff was excellent. More than one available luggage cart would be helpful.

Front desk not too friendly but we were checked in quickly. Pool is small and the hallways are very warm, about 79 degrees. A/C worked well in our room though. Room was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen had great amenities. We only stayed one night so we only used the cups.

I really like this location and the staff they have been very nice, friendly attentive, the Maids clean with thorough cleanliness in room feels clean and looks clean. I like also that how they take care of the lobby it smells fresh elevator smells fresh really great place to stay and we’ve been extending our stay a week by week because we have more work to do out in this area. Well, I will highly recommend this location. I am extremely picky and a homophobic and I have been so comfortable here great place

Lacking in amenities kept pool locked had to ask front desk to open it. No where to sit out side other then one table that was locked up at all times. Homless every where. No maid service lound music at all hours of the night.

It was just ok. Didn’t like seeing a couple of homeless people looking through the trash bin outside in the parking lot. It felt a little unsafe.
