This is a great venue to stay, specially if coming to the Ontario Toyota Arena. Very accessible to many areas.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, only “negative” during my stay was parking. It was sometimes difficult because of the Toyota Arena due to the graduations I’m assuming.

Did not get to enjoy the free breakfast as I used the kitchenette in my room to make myself breakfast.

2 days I was there was no hot water. Had to take cold showers. The “bed” in the pull out couch is a joke. Dirty and stained with no blankets, sheets, or pillows. I had to ask to be switched to another room because it was even fit for goodwill.

The room was nice. The thing I disliked very much was the parking. There were events going on almost everyday and the parking was horrible. My mother is handicap and I had to wheel her about a block to get to the door.

Rooms very clean. Kitchenette very convenient. Perfect location, close to stores, gas stations, and freeways.

The property was not very clean and it’s probably because the place is extremely pet friendly so there was pets all over the hotel. If I knew that I would’ve never booked with this hotel. The place definitely needs a new paint job. A new carpet. One thing I can’t stand is when people bring their pets around food in the kitchen area so I definitely personally will never book with this hotel again.

Situated in a prime location with effortless highway access, this hotel offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

When i booked information was not provided you must pay 15.00 to park overnight and i have a handicap placard. They said that doesnt matter. Asked the day of check in if i can do late check out nexy day. Was told to ask morning of. When i asked morning of was told should of asked during check in. Needed bedding for sofa bed, was given a very thin iychy wool blanket. My son was itching all night. Asked if i can pay cash for the parking was told no. In no rush to stay here again. Only goid thing i can say if attended a show at toyota arena like we were, the walk was very convenient.

Great location near airport. Very quiet. The only negative is the sound proofing of the rooms. One can hear the keys opening up other rooms in the hallway and one can also hear the footstep in the room above.

The facility is clean and new. Breakfast was adequate, but parking was horrendous. I think people park there for the restaurant, and I'm not sure if it's combined with the apartment nearby, but it was difficult to find parking at all times.

Do you have an event at the Toyota Center? No problem. This hotel is directly across the street. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a great place to catch a quick bite or finish off the evening with a nightcap.

Proximity to concert, clean Room wasn’t ready at 5pm. Check in is 3pm. Was asked if the first floor was ok that it was the same room I reserved. 2 double beds wasn’t what I reserved and paid for and the room had construction right outside the window at 7am the following morning. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had.

The room are excellent size. The kitchen is great and very complete. The sofa bed is comfortable and so are the beds. The only complaint would be that they only clean your room every other day. We had trash pilling up especially since there is a kitchen that is being used.

I got to the hotel at 6:00 AM, but they told me I couldn’t check in and that I had to pay again for the hotel. I was stuck in traffic and all I needed was to rest until the checkout time at 11:00 AM, especially considering that I had already paid for it. The police is check in anytime

There was no water pressure in the shower felt like a mister machine not a shower. Pillows were 20 years old it seems. One of my worst hotel experiences ever.

The front desk said the G.M. would contact me, Jerry Guzman. He never did. I contacted Experian since I went through them to book. They called the hotel several times and NO ONE picked up the phone. It just keeps ringing!! I called the front desk girl, Hillary on Thursday evening, and she said they are CURRENTLY working on the boilers but this was not a truthful statement as the morning shift person said they would would be working on the issue the next morning and not the evening before! Also, check in with Mohamad, the assistant Manger was horrible as he said they would let me know when my room was ready. He then left his shift an hour later and two front desk ladies showed up and never communicated that my room was ready. I had to ask and stand in line after I say MANY checking in. This Hotel is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service and the quality of the stay. HOT WATER is not a luxury, but rather a REQUIREMENT!!! I have asked for my refund and they consistently ignore me. I will be contacting Westin ownership if I do not receive my refund. Experian has also sent an Email to the General Manager, Jerry Guzman, but as of this date, I have no response People have a Choice where to stay. The ELEMENT IS A POOR CHOICE.

Talked to the manager before leaving to the concert, said it would be corrected over night, second lie. Next morning still no shower, fromt desk said they finally have a tech coming in to fix the issue. At this point this reservation was useless, the rooms were dirty and there was no hot water for all the guest the entire time. I have stayed here before and never had an issue with the cleanliness and showers like this. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I lost out on 8 nights’ worth of points, which could have been 1–2 free nights. I also realized afterward that booking directly with the hotel would have cost less and earned me points. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I’ll book directly next time. Still, I do like using Expedia!

Loved this place. Excellent service and so clean. I've never stayed in a hotel so clean and amazing before. The only downfall i would say is the pillows. They give you two, but they are super soft and go flat. I also love that they have a restaurant connected to the hotel. They have a 24 hour gym as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved this place. Excellent service and so clean. I've never stayed in a hotel so clean and amazing before. The only downfall i would say is the pillows. They give you two, but they are super soft and go flat. I also love that they have a restaurant connected to the hotel. They have a 24 hour gym as well. I will definitely stay here again.

We paid extra to get a studio room with kitchen. When we got in at noon they said our room wouldn’t be ready until 3 so we left and came back maybe 45 minutes after 3. Upon arriving they had already given our selected room away and had to give us a new room which would have been fine if it had the tub as requested. We had to change rooms the next day after the people in the room with the tub had checked out.They said they would call us when the other room had been cleaned and we never got a call we just came back at 3 again hoping it was ready. Our entire 6 day stay we did not have housekeeping come by a single time despite them telling us they would come every other day. We had to call them several times to pick up trash or get toilet paper. Our do not disturb sign was not up so there was no excuse there. We had to leave a bunch of trash in the room because no one ever came by and we had no idea where to drop it off. Our flight was so early the next morning we felt awful leaving the room that messy. Never in my life have I had to do such a thing nor had this bad of service. The people we spoke with were all very nice, but they majorly dropped the ball and comping the small parking fee was not enough to make up for the constant inconvenience during what was supposed to be a really nice trip we splurged on. I can’t say I would consider staying again.

It is less than a minute walk to the venue! I felt very safe walking alone at night. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The in-room filtered water was my fave part. I also loved the fresh fruit at breakfast.

The facility is modern and attractive. Good location which allows walking to large retail areas.

I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.

It was great!

This property was so nice and the Toyota arena is literally across the street. Everything was nice and we made sure to use all amenities. Also parking was safer and more affordable!

Love this place. So many surrounding restaurants and shopping. Has Toyota arena right across the way. Room was clean but it was also dirty in certain areas.

It took some time to check us in. Shower floor was slippery. Staff tried to go into the room without knocking. Good thing we had the security lock in place.

The hotel was fantastic because we attended a concert that was at the Toyota arena and it was less then 5 min walk to the venue had a ball excellent stay and would recommend to others attending Toyota arena

The customer service was super good and when I called the front desk they immediately helped me !

My experience with everyone I talked to was amazing! They were SO helpful and accommodating. Even when I tried to check in early, unfortunately I wasn’t able to because my room wasn’t ready yet, but they still offered solutions to try to help. Very professional! All of my friends that stayed at this location as well, raved how amazing this hotel was. Would definitely return! 10/10

Great stay at the Element. Perfect location next to Toyota area. The complementary happy hour was a great bonus. Front desk staff were friendly and personable. Eureka restaurant was a nice bonus for us. We were able to have dinner before going to the concert.

I booked a king suite and payed for that before and I got put in a smaller room because they had no more they gave it to the person in-font of me at check in who payed on site

Loved the room. The only thing is I got two rooms and they put us on 2 different floors. Other than that, it was great.

Room was comfortable and nice space. Only one night for event at Ontario convention center. Would definitely stay there again. breakfast was not quite as good as we expect from other Element hotels.

Such an amazing stay and experience, staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is right across the toyota center so makes it easy you have an event to attend. Will definitely be staying here for my next visit. Good prices for such an up to date and beautiful hotel

Stayed here for an event at Toyota arena and it was right across the street. Nice that we didnt need to Uber. Eureka restaurant connected to hotel which was a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Toyota arena for an event. Nice clean hotel, beds are comfortable z

Professional staff, efficient, check-in, and check out immaculate I felt very safe

Sleek, ultra modern, eco friendly, very clean and well planned spaces all over the hotel. Relieved and happy with thoughtfully planned charging ports and room tech. Surrounding rear area, not much of a view and the large vacant lots in the rear are an eyesore. Not really designed to be walkable and had a bit of a backlot feel. Would have liked there to be more of an enclosure around the hotel rear space and some separation from the residential homes from the parking lot into the pool area.

We stayed here because we had an event at the Toyota Arena. It was very convenient. We left our room and walked it to the arena and were able to be in our seats in about 5 min. Will definitely stay here again if we ever have another event at this arena.

Customer service was lacking. We were never greeted when face to face with an employee. The room was clean but the kitchen floor was sticky in some places. Overall it was just an average stay. Nothing special

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location was great. I will definitely be booking here again.

My husband and I stayed here on Thanksgiving night, after a day of traveling to see family. We liked the room amenities, as well as the attached restaurant. We only wished that the view from the doorway wasn't the headboard of the bed and nightstands.

The room was excellent. It had a small kitchenette that even included a reverse osmosis water spigot. Large bathroom plus a nice patio with a fire pit available. Parking policy had changed and is $10/night but since we had booked prior to the change they honored the free parking. The lobby had tea/coffee and water available. Overall very clean facility and the restaurant Eureka is also good for after event at Toyota Arena.

Really good spot to stay

I like the location, cleanliness, and positive staff.

Requested two queen and a quiet room away from elevator upon reservation and also arrived early at the hotel to ask for the same things but still get a king bed with a room next to the elevator and the noisy restaurant. Unbelievable.

Amazing GO To no Doubt

The property was nothing spectacular to be honest. I specifically asked for my boyfriend‘s name to be added to the room, which I was told by the person who worked there that they would add them, and I even asked him twice and wanted to make sure he would be given the pass for the car. Would he arrive? Somebody called me at the front desk to see if he could come up. That’s the point that’s what I already went over with the guy at the front. When I went downstairs, the guy who told me he would put his name down was there so I don’t understand what is so hard. The room is regular, the pillows are terrible and the bed was squeaking like some old motel. Won’t be returning.

The receptionist was fantastic and super accommodating.
