I booked a double bed room. And they did not have it . They gave me a king bed… but I needed two beds.

The jacuzzi tub was nice and the light were green , my man favorite color is green The guy next to me was living there and he was really loud with his noisy equipment that sounded like an air compressor

The bed was roach free so there’s something good even though I the bedding needed to be replaced a few years ago in my opinion but whatever. No big deal the bathroom was even more disappointing than the main room for no other reason than the shower had pitiful water pressure. Still had to tiff it out because there’s no refunds after checking in. We finally fell asleep only to wake up during the night to find we had bug bites so that meant I was getting out immediately. The tv in the room was very big and very new and base any decision on all the reviews, not just mine because strangers opinions on the internet aren’t always the most trustworthy.

Comfortable and nice location. I was very disappointed in my last stay here not sure what happened. I usually stay here very year around the same time it was always clean and quiet. But this time I found multiple roaches in my room and it was just not as clean as before and so many creepy people around the hotel. I really liked it before but this will be my last time staying here unfortunately.

There were stains one walls and shower pressure was low

Huge bed bugs found in room....guy at front desk said he can spray the room and we can come back. Unacceptable!!!! We checked out 2 days early and expect some sort or compensation! We have videos of the bedbug in the sheets. Disgusting and obviously the property knows about the problem!

There were people hanging out in the parking lot. The next door neighbor were having a party until 5 am. There were roaches. It sounded like there was a couple of guys arguing in the parking lot. A guy that knocked on the door at 3 am

I liked price and closeness to my destination. Deadbolt on Room door did not properly engage therefore remaining unsecure. No hot water.

Was super dirty stains everywhere on the floor, stains on the bed!! blankets weren’t even real just thin sheets and a thin curtain practically as a blanket, people live there crying kids and dogs barking, shower sounded like it was going to explode, and just not a good area surrounding it either. DO NOT GO if you’re just a normal person looking for a place to stay!!

Hole in the wall type of weekly motel. There was hair dye or something pink stained on the head of the tub and rust on the jets. Shower was clogged up after being in there for only 5 min. Also had to kill 3 roaches during our 2 day stay. We thought we were just getting a cheap room for a quick trip, and that’s probably the only reason why we didn’t complain to get our money back…but I still feel like the customer should know what they are getting into. 300 for two nights, should’ve been 150! Just spend the extra money and hit the name brand spot because this place ain’t it.

This place is an absolute dump, shower didn’t drain and it smelled like stagnant water, septic, water stains on the ceiling, someone else’s hair on the sheets, loud kids passing outside until 11pm, gangbangers mad dogging. Worst place ever, jacuzzi room and jacuzzi was so stained and gross didn’t even bother with it. Everything outdated, office smells disgusting, place should be condemned!

As soon as I walked into room 109 it was full of cockroaches and all other types of nasty bugs the room was dirty and even the jetted tub which is why we went there and paided extra for was gross and disgusting definitely would not recommend don’t waste your money or time here trust me

The room was decent. Noticed 2 roaches when we walked in. (I cleaned the room with my Lysol multi-purpose cleaner). The linen was stained with yellow and blue spots. (I always bring my own blankets, pillows, and towels). The clock and microwave time was not accurate, and there was no iron. Asked for an iron and was given one with a zip-tie over outlet so we could not plug in until my spouse cut it off. Asked for new towels (as I used to clean tub), and had to wait for housekeeping, which did not show until we opened door to catch her going to another unit. Water pressure was not good. When using the sink water leaked from the bottom. (My spouse being a plumber, said they need to clean P-trap). Shower was not unusable as the water pressure again was way too low. The only good thing was the jetted tub. Did not have an issue with that. The location was great. Right off the freeway and walking distance to good food (Moon Grill) and I was able to get a pedicure in same shopping center. I don't know if I would return to the motel, but I will definitely return to the area.

The hotel was horrible not service but the room itself, it had a lot of roaches !!! I was surprised because not all the rooms were bad in bad condition just roach infestation. To have a deposit there is insane. Unfortunately it was In Ontario too

Front desk was hating his job he was very rude we even tried to make him laugh but he was not having it. Probably because he had to work the whole night and the next day. I don’t think they even have housekeeping I almost asked them if they need help cleaning because the walls were filthy there’s roaches very small ones but the hot tub was awesome too bad it’s at a bad hotel.

Nothing at all it’s was horrible The sheets were dirty. The doors have space between them and so you can hear everything outside and starting in about 11:30 PM. People started hanging out and playing music and making all this noise. It was like a hooker motel. It was disgusting and it was super loud until about two in the morning

The man at the desk brought me a set of sheets and told me they were “pressed” and that I could use them. I explained that it wasn’t my job to make the bed, but he had a huge ego and didn’t care. When I said I wanted to check out, he responded with indifference, saying, “If you want to check out, check out, but you’re not getting your money back.” This kind of treatment from the staff was unacceptable. Overall, I feel like we were scammed, and I will never stay at this hotel again. The entire experience was beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The gentleman that checked us in was rude. We booked it for a family of 6 only 3 towels were given to us. I went to ask for more towels at 6 morning and the clerk said we had to wait till 9. No one should up with more towels. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. There was a plastic bag covering the peep hole on the door. Will never stay there.

I think that it does need to be advertised that the deposit is more if you get the jetted tub room and that the bigger tub room is more expensive. Staff was very friendly and even showed me the room before giving the room.

I wouldn't recommend this place. It was nothing like the pictures i viewed. The pillow cases were all stained up and had hair on them. The water pressure for the shower was very low. No closet or ironing board. And the AC didn't work well.

Wrong once we stepped foot inside room. It was the most disgusting thing ever. There was a shaver on top of the mirror, toilet was broken, towels were dirty and bed had yellow stain. We had an even to we had to get ready with no other option. When we cane back from the even my sisters an I didnt feel safe sleeping there so we checked out at 130am what was supposed to be a good little get away because a terrible experience. We live 40 minutes away but we didnt mind driving back home instead of staying out there.

The room was in need of a deep clean: the heater/air conditioner was dirty, the room smelled, the walls were dirty. The latch lock was missing. The washcloth and towels were dingy and scratchy. The room needed a full renovation complete with new furniture and refrigerator. I would NEVER stay there again.

Broken bathroom light. Towels and bathroom smelled like bleach but still had hairs everywhere. Bed sheets had tiny hairs spreaded throughout. Would've reported it, but everytime i tried to go to the front desk, the door was locked.

I really like the fact that the place is clean, the staff is very nice and it is in a safe location. They don't tolerate troublemakers here and I appreciate that. They look out for their guests. I will definitely stay again.

Owners of hotel are very rude. They say 11am is check out, if they dont see no movethey come knocking on your door that its check out time.

Place needs some work. They remodeled but the person who did the work did horrible job all beds in rooms I've been in are I'm comfortable and squeak. Plus roaches

The carpeting was feeling weird, there was not enough shampoo/body wash for two of us. Didn’t want to walk to the office. It was just ok for the price.
