Amazing Customer service, close proximity to the ONT airport. And the most helpful shuttle drivers.

The room, facility was clean, comfortable, staff great. The couple items that were a bit challenging was it took the shuttle pick up an hour to me up and the other was it's a big complex and the signage to get from one area to another was a bit confusing.

Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly. I would stay again very close to the airport. Easy shuttle service.

The staff tried to be helpful, however, speaking better English would've been more helpful for me. We left before breakfast, so no comment there. The room was clean and comfy.

We had a few problems on check-in which got resolved.

First off we got in on a later flight and called and the super kind shuttle bus driver came to pick us up. Then the check in staff lady was exceptional also. Very kind and supportive of our long journey. We had an excellent breakfast with two super kind waitresses. The entire experience was wonderful

The room supposedly was not ready upon my arrival at 1230pm, but it was a scam to get me to upgrade to the main building for an additional $25 - $35 per night. In hindsight I should have paid the extra to avoid rolling my luggage across 1 mile of carpet including a steep incline. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The air conditioner was broken. The manager didn’t know what time the restaurants open. She didn’t know there were no extra pillows in the closet. Even after all of my complaining, I got a $50 voucher for F&B and never used it because I had to leave the hotel at 6 am every day of my stay and I don’t eat after 7pm which is what time I was arriving back. There was a wedding my first night there and they left a huge mess in the courtyard the following morning for everyone to see - half eaten bananas still attached together, a dirty diaper, a plate of food from the reception. The shuttle driver that starts his shift at 12 am was the highlight of the hotel. The rude receptionist would not assist us to get the Starbucks worker - I was in a hurry to catch an Uber ride. The 2nd room I moved to had a broken door - literally the screw fell out when I opened the door. There was no blow dryer available. The shower was disgusting. The bathroom door was rotted from the humidity. Definitely not worth the price.

I arrived around 11:30 at night and was told my room wasn’t ready to wait about 10-15 mins to see if one became available. I waiting and then was told again my room type was not available. I was told I was going to be out in a king room with rollaway bed and the roll away bed didn’t come till the next day around 6:30pm after I had to ask again. I was told I would get a refund for the issues and haven’t received one yet.

Love this hotel It’s my go to hotel when I’m in the Ontario area

The room was clean but there was a musty/smoke smell in both rooms (family suite) making the stay unpleasant and hard to breathe, kicking up allergies. The staff did come in to clean and change out the vent filters but the smell never went away even with the windows left open for hours.

Bed was old and sagged in the middle But second room is excellent

According to the staff it was sold out but we did not know this, until we made it to the room but it was not the room we prepaid for and booked. According to the front desk clerk she said that they were sold out but did not bother to inform us about it as we checked in and to let us know that they had already given our room to someone else… but I called the front desk to inform them of the situation and that they gave a double queen bed room when we had booked a king suite with balcony room. That’s when she very rudely said well we are sold out and you booked through a third party. But I informed her that I booked weeks in advance and prepaid for my room with the insurance so that nothing happened to my reservation. She then just transferred my call to the supervisor.

Misty's night club was fun rooms are very spacious Water pressure in the shower was weak spa tub that jets did not work that was the main reason I booked the room and I had to pay 19. Dollars a night for parking and you get taxed on the parking pass

Very nice and clean Love being in the pool with my family. Enjoy the restaurant on the bar also the Starbucks. They’re in the property as well. Enjoy my time there with my family. It was my second time going.

We checked in with Expedia’s pre-paid reservation. The staff found the reservation but neglected the pre-paid part, so still charged the room to our credit card for $250. I found out and told them it’s prepaid with Expedia again. They finally said the charge would be removed but not right away. It’s quite annoying.

Everything about our stay was amazing, room was clean, pool was cool. Employees were nice, everything was great about our stay.

They know how to “take” a reservation. They don’t know how to “hold” the reservation. The most important part.

Restroom door didn’t lock. Staff were not nice . There were people drinking beers at the pool . Manager was not professional my last time staying there.

Room was clean, breakfast available for purchase, clean pool & jacuzzi. The only issue is that housekeeper on our floor didn’t speak any English, she didn’t even understand “towels, please” or “can you only take the trash, thank you”

When we checked in, they asked me if I had vehicles and the girl was nice and didn't charge me for them. I went to the room and I was going to take a nap when I removed the comforter I laid on the bed and felt it wet, and realized the bed was urinated on. I called the front desk and the Ema the head of housekeeping came with another manager lady which was completely rude, she didn't even acknowledge me when I was speaking and bluntly said that she had spoken to the girl who cleaned the room and she said she didn't leave the bed wet. Insinuating it was us who did it. I spoke to the manger of the hotel she heard us and didn't even apologize, and me knowing how hostility works where guests standards need to be met and knowing that as the manager she represents the hotel just signed a voucher and sent us away and also said that the parking was on them. When I didn't have to pay for them in the first place. I felt so uncomfortable because Ema said she didn't have any more mattresses available and there were no rooms I cld be switched to. she bluntly said we could flip the mattress and I gave her a look and she said let me see what we can do they came back my husband was already in boxers had to go to the other bed and wait for them to just take the mattress out and bring another one in I don't know if they switched it or just flipped it. Which is so unsanitary and on top I laid on someone else's urine which is completely disgusting.

The AC was not working in our room. It was like a sauna in the room. The outside temperature was 94 degrees that day. I told the front desk girl about it at check out and she didn't even respond, just continued to process our bill. Very poor customer service.

We stayed here while attending my daughter’s university graduation. We booked a family suite with two bedrooms. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and linens average. The pool and spa area was lovely along with a small gym. There is a bar, steak house and Starbucks counter for food and beverage options. The hotel is somewhat dated and needs a refresh, but acceptable for a two night stay. Staff were professional and parking easy.

The steakhouse was welcoming, and the food was excellent. When I went to extend my stay, I was told they were sold out and that there was nothing I could do. I am a Gold member, and I felt utterly dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Worst experience I've had with Hilton staff.

An older property, but very well maintained and updated. If attending a conference, meetings or banquet, be prepared for very cold temperatures from air conditioning.

Fleas in the carpet toilet runs phone doesn’t work worst room. I’ve ever stayed in avoid this hotel at all cost!!!

I failed to notice the $19 for parking when making the reservation. It was explained that this was due to prevent non hotel guests from parking on the property. While this may be a problem, it is not the hotel guest’s to solve. Furthermore, the warning sign at the front desk about penalties for failure to pay is distasteful.

Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot.

It was a very inconvenient process trying to get everything rectified and the whole time we, the customers were made to feel like we did something wrong when it was hotel error.. It was like pulling teeth to try and get a fair resolution. This was just the beginning. When we went to Mistys in the evening around 6 p.m. the waitress kept ignoring us and acted as if we didn't exist. It took an hour to get her to take our order and that was because we asked the manager for help. Finally, when we went for breakfast the next morning the service was a little slow and the wait staff never informed us they were leaving and no one came to check on us when it was time to pay the bill. We could have easily walked out without paying and nobody would have noticed. Not happy with this whole experience.

airport shuttle was quick and easy to find.

The shuttle was waiting at the airport so we just had to walk across the street to get on. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

My stay was unfortunate due to housekeeping not following the rules. During our stay, housekeeping entered our room while Do Not Disturb sign was on. Also, the noise ordinance was not in place and our neighbors kept us awake until 2am even after we called.

I stayed there for the bar exam at Ontario Convention Center, very comfortable location 5-10 min walk from the hotel to the Convention Center, calm atmosphere, very clean, great food at the bar downstairs.

Complex is large. Nice pool. Clean room. Exercise room mostly for aerobic activity. (Dumbbells and one weight machine). They have a Peloton!! Great location. Relaxed locality and can get around to a lot of places without having to use the expressway. They do charge to park your car though $18/day...

What a wonderful place…from the minute we checked in until we left my family was treated above and beyond. Our room wasn’t ready on time which was ok with us waiting an hr, but your staff made sure we were comfortable, and gave us a food voucher. How nice and just lovely after our long drive into town from Death Valley. It’s like you knew we could use a little treat. What a bonus after the kids were already enjoying the delicious cookies upon checking in. All the staff we encountered from the front desk, Starbucks, cleaning employees and shuttle driver to the airport. ALL were EXCELLENT!!! You all had smiles on your faces and were always happy to accommodate from getting us to the airport on time when the shuttle driver just left he turned around to pick us up so we didn't have to wait the 20 min before he returned. Our kids loved the cookies upon our arrival as well and the day we left the kids were sad to leave…The shuttle driver said he had cookies for us! The kids smiled with excitement. It’s the simple things that you do that really made our stay beyond perfect. I will tell all our family and friends this is the perfect place to stay away from home. We will be back in the future. We are looking forward to it! Thank you all!!

We stayed here for my daughter's cheer competition. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the convention center. The bed was comfy, the lobby is pretty, and all in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back for next year's competition. They could have cleaned the bathroom a bit better.

We paid for an upgrade and got a room that smelled of mildew with a bathroom door rotten and splitting on the bottom. Hot and cold taps are backwards in the shower. The windows were dirty. Beds were clean and staff were nice but the hotel is dated and repairs aren’t being done properly.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast. Just an over night stay close to the airport. Hotel was fine. I didn’t like all the walking. The hotel is huge and you have to walk a quarter mile to get to the lobby, pool, workout room, restaurants, and laundry.

Great experience didn’t realize it was so big. I feel like they had everything organized. It would be better if they have room service but it’s OK. Everything else worked out. The hotel had two double beds, not queen beds and did not have free breakfast nor free parking that Expedia filtered on and said it did. Really disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport. Our family of four came for my daughter’s cheer competition, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the hotel and our room were spotless, and the food was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again!

It took almost 40 min to check in and after a long flight, that’s the last thing one needs. Hotel is old, the front lobby smells bad, the elevators smell. Once we got to our room, the beds are old and uncomfortable. The tv did not work properly. We were there 5 nights and I wish we could have switched hotels after the first night, unfortunately we had already paid for the full stay. I won’t be staying here again.

Will Expedia was showing there was rooms with two queens and when I arrived to hotel, they said I had book one with one king and that’s all they had so part of my family had a sleep in the floor

This property was beautiful and the rooms all had a patio. The pool and hot tub were nice and the bar food was excellent. The cafe food was overpriced for what it was. The Starbucks inside was not affiliated with the app or rewards so you cannot order ahead and the line was slow. Staff at the front desk was very courteous but they had difficulty finding the room type we ordered. Rooms were nice, but nothing fancy for the ambiance of the rest of the hotel. It is very conveniently located to the convention center so that was perfect for our event.

Hotel was awesome. Nice and quiet room. Clean and had everything needed. My only con would be; no place to get water or hot tea in the lobby. I chose to not have room clean service so I was short on tea cups and they had nowhere for me to get 1 cup in the morning. Booking through expedia makes then not link to your hilton honors, so using the internet was more of a hassle since they dont recognize you & your membership.

The hallways are a maze - signage is very poor. Main Restaurant was closed - no room service because "there is not enough staff. Outlets poorly placed to charge devices.

Love the airport shuttle service, love the cookies. Great restaurant. rooms do need updating but they were very clean.

Clean, enormous rooms with room to do stretches. Banquet rooms are nicely sized and were all in use during my stay. I enjoyed this hotel.

The building was a little outdated. My room personally was ok. I slept well and that was my biggest concern. Would I come stay again absolutely.

It was perfect for what we needed. The room was in need of additional towels. We were only given two body towels, two hand towels, and two wash clothes. We were staying three nights with two people and a puppy in our party.

I was certain that the hotel provide slippers for guests so I did not bring one. To my dismay, they do not provide slippers.

Upon check in staff was not welcoming. I was put in a room

When I made the booking, I clearly specified that our party included 5 adults. Based on this information, I trusted that the accommodations provided would appropriately meet the needs of all guests. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a room with only two queen beds and no additional bed, sofa bed, or rollaway option for the fifth guest. When I raised this issue at the hotel front desk, I was informed that it was either my fault or Expedia’s fault for not noticing that the hotel does not provide additional beds. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue and simply told me to contact Expedia. When I contacted Expedia support, I was told that since the room description listed only two queen beds and the hotel does not offer sofa beds, there was nothing Expedia could do. This response is unacceptable. If Expedia allows a booking to be made for 5 adults, then the accommodation should include proper sleeping arrangements for all 5 people, not just 4. As a result, my son was forced to sleep on the floor with only extra blankets provided by the hotel. This was not only extremely uncomfortable but also far below the standard of service I expect when booking through Expedia.I have been a loyal Expedia customer and trusted your platform to provide accurate and reliable booking services.This experience left me very dissatisfied

(1) We checked in using the Hilton Honor's app but we were unable to get notifications about our room readness/assignment without physically logging into the hotel internet. Sadly, we could not log into the hotel internet without a room number. BeSadly, we ended up at the front desk. (2) Bell hop service was limited. We were able to store our bags until the room was available. No delivery was available. (3) We had to ask about parking passes. This should of been important information provided as we checked in. (4) Room service was not available at all during our stay. No trash collection. Fresh towels only offered upon request. (Again, $500/night) (5) The room air conditioning frequently froze allowing the room to fall far below the set temperature. On the plus side, it was convient to the convention center and comfortable.

The water in the shower didn’t get hot and the thermostat didn’t work. The shower gel was empty I’m glad I brought a back up soap. Other wise the room was clean and the pool was nice.

Double Tree Hilton is always a great experience, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and the restaurants are amazing.

This staycation was sooo fun! We live 20 miles away and wanted to get out the hkuse. The room was clean spacecouse.. staff was great! Cookies were yummy and dancing at mistys the hotel lounge live band aweome DJ. Overall a 10 out of 10

Fantastic service and very quiet property

My overall experience was good. My only issue was using the ice machine, and there was a bug in my ice. Gross! However, as soon as I let them know, they did acknowledge my concern and ordered service for the ice machine.

The first floor room was smelly and mats in the room.

Hotel was modern and geared towards business professionals. We were traveling with our toddler and staff was not very helpful. Staff was hard to find and not very accommodating. A little disappointing since we have family that live in the area. It's a toss up if we would stay here again unless it was for work travel.

I was in an ADA room for several days since the hotel was booked. The last night I was there, I called to see if they would clean the room, the shower hose busted while I was in the shower and sprayed everywhere- the repairman was nice that night prior to me leaving. I had to leave super early and the male on staff overnight was really rude when I asked to change my card on file to checkout to fly out that am. He told me it could be thirty minutes for his system to update and that is why he does it before 5 am. I asked to reach out while at airport to update it and he told me they have a policy not to do this over the phone. The restaurant staff was really nice, but not having my room cleaned for 2 plus days and a broken shower alongside a giant man who I could see in the convex mirror that didnt want to get out of his seat after I called for him 4 times - means, I will not stay here when I fly in again.

The hotel was good for our needs. We did experience a very frustrating check-in, booked the parlor suite asked for early check-in a few times that day they told us they had one of these suites available as an accessible room in the third building. I accepted, assuming it would have the exact same amenities as what I had upgraded to in the parlor suite. Those amenities included a larger living space with the dining room table and chairs, patio, deep, soaking tub, and space to move around as we were hosting a party for my daughter. Well, when we got to the room, there was no dining room table no balcony and the living area was taken up by a 6 foot long and wide coffee table totally making The living room space useless. We reported this information to the hotel right away and after some whole time about 40 minutes later, they did upgrade us to a presidential suite. That one took care of our needs perfectly and was lovely. It just would’ve been nice if the mixup didn’t occur in the first place as we wasted valuable time and sitting around. But I do appreciate that they accommodated us without any extra charges or inconvenience. On another note, we booked this property because they are also affiliated with resort pass and allow people to purchase a pass to use the pool. All of my guests paid between $33 adults and $11 for kids, however there was never anybody to check for wristbands and we saw many people walking in and just coming to the gate with other people allowing them in. S

I stayed at 6 different hotels on my recent road trip from Texas to California and back and the Double Tree was definitely my favorite. I traveled with my husband and 16 yr old son and the one room we had was very spacious for us 3. 2 sinks in the room was super convenient, the spacious patio was perfect for hanging out on, the room was SUPER clean and stocked with all the soaps and towels we needed, and the pool/hot tub were beautiful and clean. They also have a gym which we did not use but loved having the option. It looked really nice. The provided cookies at check in were also a lovely touch that definitely makes them stand out. Restaurants on site are very pricey but the food is great. Only other downside of the stay is that there is a daily charge of $18 for parking. However, security does drive around and monitor the parking lots. Would love to stay here again.

I tried Booking a pool day bed second half of the day I asked front desk Joey (supervisor) if I can get a discount on day bed because was toward end of day and he just said no...

However, during my recent stay at this property I was not provided with these benefits. Instead, I was charged over $10 for just two bottles of water in room .This experience left me feeling disappointed and mistreated, as it is far below the level of service I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had at a Hilton property, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. I trust Hilton values its loyal Honors members, and I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise how it will be resolved. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your reply.

Hotel is very old and has a smell.

I requested a balcony room.. was told at the front desk, they had many. Never got what i paid for.Hassle just to change room. Building 3 is a joke of maze. Finally realized, i had to walk up a ramp and take another elevator to get to my room. thanks for heads up front desk.. room was very disappointing.

Location was great but the cleanliness of the room could be better the rug was completed dirty my kids socks were completely black moments after walking on the rug.

Close to the convention center and local airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a daily parking fee but plenty of parking. Spacious room.

I reserved a room with a balcony that was to overlook the pool and courtyard view. However, I was given a room facing a parking lot in the back, but yet still was being charged for the better room's price. I explained that to the staff and she said that there was nothing she could do. She said that Expedia sometimes offers rooms that aren't available and then they have to give customers a different room. But that doesn't make sense why she didn't discount the price.

It was OK. The first room smelled like an ashtray, even after air on and door open for a couple hours. The next room had a weak AC which is hard in Ontario in late June :/. Also, we asked about late check out upon arrival - told to check in the morning, then in the am asked to pay $35 for 1hr late check out (not something I’m used to from Double Tree customer service but ok). Cookies are still a great touch.

Big property. No luggage carts available for the long walk to the hotel rooms. No visible signs directing to the laundry facilities. Only one restaurant open. Trash was all over the floor in the building by the stairs of the sky bridge. Trash overflowing at each recepticle. We were given the wrong room and when we tried to call they did not answer at the front desk. So then had to walk the entire length of the hotel, which took 20 mimutes, to stand in line for 10 minutes to tell them about the wrong room. Finally got double queen room. Walked all the way back. Found no carts along the way. They did not offer help. Then got to the new room and the phone line was dead. So we had to walk all the way back where we stood in line for 25 minutes before leavimg and asking the Starbucks worker where the laundry facility was. One vacationer also shared they were given a king size handicapped room too by mistake. NO FAN IN THE BATHROOM. Free wifi did not happen. Tv channels.were all fuzzy with no channel.clear. White goop on the side of the bed. Overall a very frustrating stay.

We had high expectations because we had a fantastic time before. This time wasn't as great. Our room didn't have a balcony, we paid more, and the entry door closest to our room didn't work. There wasn't a clock in the room, which was odd too.

The gardens were pretty and the pool was nice. It was close to the convention center so that was great for our purposes. It needs a little updating in the rooms but it was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel got very busy and very loud on the weekend and there were a few unseemly people hanging around. Definitely not an4 star and maybe a 3 star.

Beautiful views

Our room was loud and dated. The pool was filled with massive groups, even at 9:30pm. The front desk staff would not answer the phone and refused to give any credit for issues while on site.

The pool and property of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious but the customer service was definitely the worst aspect. We would have to wait in line for at least 10 mins every time we needed to ask a question and honestly were treated kind of rudely or like we are bothering them and that happened with more than one associate.

For the price and condition of property i think is overpriced. Breakfast was expensive and of poor taste. To add they charge foe parking i will not stay here again they made fraudulent charges on my credit card on file . They fixed it but avoided answering questions about it. I asked at feont desk foe physical receipt and they didn't provide it . They said they woukd email me. I've been teying ro get this fixed they said they sent email with updated receipt and no luck for hours. We sharlm see what happens. Avoid this hotel.

Excellent customer service. The property is a bit on the older side. My wife could not get the hair dryer to start, so we asked for another one, which the staff brought up really quickly. She tried it later on and it still wasn't working, so we figured out it was the outlet. All the outlets in the bathroom were not functioning.

I reserved this hotel because on the app says that it has ev chargers but as soon as I get there and I ask where they are , they told me they didn’t have any chargers, our toilet was also clogged and when I asked to fix it in the morning they never did.
