Breakfast was good but I do wish they had a different way to get juice. When they run out of juice, it’s not refilled right away and with the amount of people coming in and out it would run out quickly The pool was freezing so I do wish it was heated a bit to make it more comfortable. Other than those little things, staff were nice, the stay was great and we definitely felt rested

This was the worst place ever. It smelled like urine and weed. The smell gave me an allergic reaction. The elevator does not work and they tried to put us on the third floor with a handicapped person so we couldn’t get to the room. Although they couldn’t accommodate us they refused to refund us. Lots of people smoking things hanging around. Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this place unless you are a drug addict or don’t mind living on the edge.

I went in and tried to talk to the general manager, but I just only spoke with the assistant manager. However, I want some changed to happen regarding that. I don't believe it was correct.The way he treats people and the way he spoke to me. The general manager should reach out to me.

There was nothing really to like about this Hotel. It was a complete failure!! I did not like way service was going upon checkin. A guest was complaining to the Front desk that her room had roaches and wanted to be switched out. Me and my wife were getting nervous to hear that from one of their guest staying there. I had to wait 20 minutes to finally get serviced. They checked me in and told them I have a reservation for a king room non smoking. So they said no problem. They gave me room #101 and the room smelled like a cigar. I said no way!! I went to the front desk and told them you gave me a dirty room, so they switched me to the second since.1st floor was sold out.. had no choicr. No working elevator to move my luggage up. They had a sign posted on the elevator... out of service so we had no choice going up the stairs. My wife has bad knees so that was hard for her to get to the room. The second room they gave me smelled better and clean, so I took the room. Another thing I did not like is they had no working jacuzzi as advertised. The Jacuzzi was broken as well on a nice Warm day outside. The jacuzzi was filled up with dirty moldy water so I found that disturbing. Also when they took my security deposit for the room they did not fully refund me. I left the room clean when I checked out. Just the bedsheets and pillows needed to be cleaned and rotated so I don't understand why they took part of my deposit and wouldn't give me an answer for it. I find that dishonest and disappointed staying here at this Hotel. I would not trust this Hotel of them taking your security deposit. You won't get it all back. This place is supposed to be quality when it turned out to be a failure. I am a genius level 3 and will not be coming back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!

The building was in poor condition. The elevator was broken, the furniture in the rooms was old and beat up. The WiFi was spotty in my room. The carpets were worn. There was a fresh coat of paint everywhere and the lobby was nice. Breakfast was nice. Overall it was a depressing place.

There rooms are infested with roaches we left early because of that they kept my deposit never sent it back even thought they claim they did the lady in the phone was rude saying she didn’t care about the roaches junkies sleeping outside of the place I would never ever recommend this place!!!!

Furniture in the room was so scratched up and in poor condition, worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Homeless camp behind the hotel and those people were constantly going through the trash in the parking lot and walking around, felt unsafe. WiFi was so slow it barely worked, staff said they knew it was bad on the third floor where we were. TV barely worked. Shower had not been cleaned well. Front desk staff kept telling us dogs were not allowed, though their website clearly says they are pet friendly and our service dogs met all their requirements to stay. Made it very uncomfortable to walk by them each time. Will never stay here, or likely any Baymont property again. Can not believe it is a Wyndham property - boy have they gone downhill!!

The breakfast was OK. The elevator was out of order, so I had to pay an additional fee to be accommodated on the first floor. There was no coffee maker. No tissues. No ice bucket.

Nice breakfast area, but at 10pm on a Sunday night I watched a man be turned away because a female sex worker upstaris supposedly already had "too many guests." Pool is out of order.

There was a bait and switch type situation going on this evening. I had the room reserved and paid for. When i got the the hotel they then said that the elevator was broken and that the room i had reserved was not available on the first two floors. I would have to walk up three flights of stairs to get that room. Or i could upgrade to a different room on the forst floor for an additional cost. So there facility was broken down and it was not on the website that this was the case an instead of providing service to offset the issue they charged me more money to get the room i dod not want that did not have the amenities i wanted the room for. The longue. When i asked the front desk peraon if the room had the longue he could not provide the information and said it might be on there. I have a mobility issue in getting up the stairs which is why i did not want a room above the first floor. I did inquire if there was any mobility access rooms available and was denied that also. Overall a horrible experience.

Only problem was I stayed six days and I had to ask the housekeeping for tissue every day and no one ever during my whole stay came and asked if I needed room cleaning .I had to ask for the broom to sweep myself and one of the housekeeping even got mad when we asked to return our towels and asked for new ones.Front desk was very polite and accommodating.

To make matters worse, the hotel was extremely noisy at night making it hard to sleep or relax. Between the lack of cleanliness, basic amenities not working, and the constant noise, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and stress-free stay.

They refused to make the beds, they left us folded blankets to do ourselves. The hot tub is broken with a permanent sign screwed to the wall, and the pool is small and dirty. While close to the convention center, it did not feel very safe at all.

Extremely poor quality hotel, room was smelling, cabinets were scratched - there was not even an iron and stand, no coffee maker in room, floor was dirty and the chair in the room was torn! It was truly a disappointing experience and I hope we can get our money back for this.

The rooms are the best and everthing is like within minutes to get whatever u need done. Fitness center target, liquor store gas station. I say if your in ontario or the near by areas you should definitely come here.. Thanks for the great service yall

The hotel was locked with no clerk when we arrived at 8:15 pm, with a sign saying no clerk until 8:30. The hotel was overall dingy, rooms were gross, hard floors were dirty and weird, bathroom was gross, pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in two years, had loud sex noises through the wall at 6:30 am, and the breakfast was sliced bread, apples and hostess coffee cakes.

Fighting on phone for hours in an unknown dialect loud enough for all to hear but not understand….was worried for a bit but later confirmed alll was fine. The hotel didn’t even let me check in at all. I was short on the first night for my deposit so they nearly did not accommodate me and my kids slept in the car and then next morning came back with the money and because I just got married, and I haven’t gotten my new debit card, you still didn’t accommodate me and acrually kicked me off the property

I was short on the first night for my deposit so they nearly did not accommodate me and my kids slept in the car and then next morning came back with the money and because I just got married, and I haven’t gotten my new debit card, you still didn’t accommodate me and acrually kicked me off the property

Overall nice property, clean bedding and towels. Staff is quick, they take their lunch breaks around 1:30-2 am. Check out is at 11 am if you want late check out it’s $20 to check out at 12, $30 to check out at 1, and $50 to check out at 2.

The man at the front desk was so rude. The room looked nice, bed comfy, the room was nice until i saw roaches. The parking lot was full of weirdos. But it was in a good spot as far as finding something to eat and being close to stores and the fwy.

Cheap and decent Rooms However they need to fix the elevator cuz it shuts on u too fast huge liability.it will shut the moment u step into the elevator and careful in the stairwell because doors shut and kmllkkukkķ

I really like Baymont. The staff is friendly and helpful and it's a quiet, safe place to stay. The only issue I had was that the spa wasn't warm.

The assistant manager told me bc Expedia didn’t send a virtual card to the hotel that my reservation had to be vacated. My reservation was for a week. I feel that the hotel should have handle it without involving me. The funds had already come out of my acct and they were paid whatever 3rd party shenanigans happens my stay should not have been Threatened.

I had two of my cars broken in and took all my son’s clothes not nothing else but come on really lil baby clothes and not safe to keep your car in the parking lot. Plus the day my first car get broken in the camera doesn’t work. To me seem very odd and werid. As well don’t bring no pets or even service animals u will still get charged for a pet fee. This motel truthfully needs to get shut down.

Not too bad for a cheap price. One room’s TV didn’t work, wifi was too weak to use and elevator was broken going down. (Going up worked). Breakfast was super limited but for cheap, I’d go back.

When we got there about 2 to ask a question no one was at the desk we finally left at 245 no one ever showed up. i asked a maid they said probably at lunch there was not a note saying when they would be back, Then the place smelled of very strong pot, In the evening I went down to get a washcloth and the desk clerk was walking her dog and asked me if I could come back in 10 Min For breakfast they had only 3 tables for all the guest. Was not a good experience.

Found hair on bed, furnishings were beaten and not nice. Price gouged due to a near by concert event. Could have gone to a motel 6 and had a better room

Terrible front desk people, never smiling or even pleasant. No understanding of hospitality or customer service. Breakfast not restocked and so you had to ask if they had things, then wait for their retrieval. One morning, no plates or forks so pancakes in a bowl with a spoon. Last morning, 10 min wait for coffee at 8:15. Rooms were as expected and no wierd smells.

Crack heads walking around the building all night, spit everywhere on the ground from the crack heads, just overall a bad place to stay. Especially if you have kids.
