    A very good 3/3.5 star hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with smart TVs. The bathrooms had everything you need. The gym was small but well equipped and clean. The only downside for my stay was lumpy / too soft pillows.

    This was just a place to lay my head. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I didn't utilize the bar or have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Contrary to the sign in the bathroom, housecleaning came every day instead of every other day. A couple of little glitches, I couldn't make long distance calls with the phone in the room, and I had to become a Hilton Honors member to get wi-fi activated, but those weren't big deals for me. One big glitch. I had asked for a wake up call very early on check-out morning, but it never came. If it wasn't for a call I received from another party, I would have been in more of a panic than I was.

    A consistently clean and comfortable place to stay with our little LH dachshund - we usually stay one night at a time when visiting family in that area of Tampa. The lobby area is inviting and roomy - staff is wonderful and we always seem to meet the nicest, most considerate fellow-travelers & have never experienced otherwise here. Jose, a waiter in the breakfast area is so warm and encouraging - always a bright spot in our day!

    I got a suite with two queen beds , a sofa sleeper, and 2 TVs for my teenage sons and I. To say we had such a fantastic time together is an understatement. They even went to test out the pool , and the front desk staff came outside to joke with us and made it that much more memorable. I wish I could remember his name off the top of my head because he was absolutely wonderful to my kids and I. We live about 25 mins away from this hotel and have a big yearly tradition of having family bonding sleepover and junk food and movie party. This Hilton is definitely going to be our go to for this. Thank You all so much for the warm and welcoming atmosphere you provided, especially the man at the front desk. You really made us feel at home when you joked around with us about them jumping into the pool.

    Friendly staff. Frustrating breakfast set up. Inconvenient to have to order food if breakfast is included with our stay. No fruit available or yogurt parfaits. They were out of the same food items during our entire stay. We got charged the first morning for our breakfast even though the server said it was included. The second morning we waited for 15 to 20 minutes to put in our order even though there were only 2 other couples sitting there. There was no action still and neither of the 2 workers were making food. We checked in about getting breakfast, and they said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes, because there was a couple ahead of us. We got there ahead of them, though. I asked if we could take anything to go, and they said no. We didn't get breakfast that morning cause we couldn't stay that long. The third day, we had to wait a long time again to be able to even put in an order for our food. They closed the kitchen before the 10:00 end time, even though more people arrived at 9:40 to get breakfast. Having a buffet with food just ready for guests would have been much more efficient as well as keeping food items stocked and keeping it open the time frame that is posted.

    Location and the kitchen manager was very nice and accommodating and he was the only good thing. They said they had 4-5 luggage carts but they couldn't find out who took them and kept saying that a guest is keeping them in their room. This went on for over 2 days. They say they allow pets but have only a small area of grass for the to go poop in. Most staff was great but had a very rude lady on Tuesday morning. Checked in to 1st room and was really dirty with a lot of hair in the bathroom and a bunch of dirt or food left on the bedroom table top. We had to switch rooms. Over priced snack bar and breakfast.

    The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and answered all my questions. Was only there for a night to attend a wedding nearby. Did not get to enjoy the breakfast as I overslept. But overall great hotel, great location to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again.

    Key issues were that over the length of the stay housekeeping literally only ever came 1 time. Very annoying. Also realized halfway through the stay that there was a ZYN stuck to the ceiling above the bed.

    Excellent property! I am a hotel snob too. All staff members were so friendly & kind. Great cooked to order breakfast. Only thing I would improve on is the beds could be a bit softer but that’s preference, otherwise very comfortable stay. Highly recommend. Looks newly renovated too.

    Convenient location in proximity to Tampa Bay Downs. In looking at google review images of the property, we saw a hot tub near the pool area and thought pool would be heated. Upon arriving, there was no hot tub, pool was freezing, ants in our bathroom, no complimentary breakfast.

    Clean room, tons of places to eat around the hotel and almost all of them are walkable. I wish they have some bagged breakfast option for early morning travelers. Like some fruit and bottle of water etc. If they are looking at the email then the management can be creative with bagged breakfast options. That will make it a truly business trip friendly hotel.

He is very friendly and made us feel at home. The room was beautiful and clean. We paid for the breakfast during reservation and it was a choice. My eggs were cooked to order. Highly recommended

    I was on the second floor and there was some type of plumbing back up to where the second floor and my room smelled like sewage so bad. I had to go hang out in the lobby until it was fixed . The night before check out I was at dinner and received a call from the hotel saying my roof was marked as dirty and I had to move rooms . I told them my room was spotless but they told me I needed to get my things and move to the new room . I left dinner early to go pack up my room to move to the new room . I went to the front desk and told them I was there to get the new room key and then told my it was a system glitch and that my room was fine . I missed out on the last night in town because of their glitch . they could have called me back telling me it was a glitch so I didn't miss the rest of dinner . not even a sorry

The night before check out I was at dinner and received a call from the hotel saying my roof was marked as dirty and I had to move rooms . I told them my room was spotless but they told me I needed to get my things and move to the new room . I left dinner early to go pack up my room to move to the new room . I went to the front desk and told them I was there to get the new room key and then told my it was a system glitch and that my room was fine . I missed out on the last night in town because of their glitch . they could have called me back telling me it was a glitch so I didn't miss the rest of dinner . not even a sorry

    Someone opened our door without knocking! Thank goodness I had the metal plate over it so the door wouldn’t open as I wasn’t dressed! Check out was noon and it was about 10:30 in the morning. Scared me to death. Also, we asked for a king bed but was given 2 queens. They didn’t even tell us we had to come back down and ask about it when we saw and they said they didn’t have any.     No liquid soap in the bathroom for 2 days. Housekeeping did not pick up the trash in my room . Even though I requested. My son is 15 never used bar soap before had to soap the washcloth for him.     The hotel was under construction during my stay, which is probably the reason for my average rankings. However, my bathroom shower was broke and did not stay closed and my AC was not the easiest to work in the room got hot very quickly.

    Do not stay at this hotel. It is blight in the Hilton group. Hot water was slow, taking a timed five minutes to get to my room. Shades could not be adjusted to block out the parking lot lamp f an adjacent business. TV operation was very confusing. There was no instructions available--either in the room or at the front desk

    As I was driving to the place, I got a phone call from them stating that due to renovations our reservation was cancelled. They could do nothing about it. Their manager was unavailable. They were rude on the phone. I was just coming from a funeral. I do not recommend this property David Ostfeld. So far no refund
