We love this location. Hotel is clean and the location is great with places to eat all around you. Will continue to stay here everytime.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the shower had no pressure.

The room was dirty. There were multiple loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The floor was sticky. No dishwashing soap. Dishes still in the dishwasher. Waffle maker’s would not work at breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facility inside and outside were clean and inviting and gave a sense of security.

My whole family stayed at this hotel, and had a great experience. The rooms we stayed in were excellent. They were very accommodating with us needing one of the rooms on the ground floor. Pet policy was great. We were able to get a late checkout too. In one of the rooms the toilet was not working for the whole day of check out, and the staff showed no urgency to repairing it. We had to use our other family member’s rooms or go downstairs, and that was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a great experience.

When we initially got to the hotel, my husband checked us in while I waited with the kids. The next day when I woke up and checked my bank account, I was a little shocked to see not only a $40 fee for incidentals but an additional $200 charge. My husband called the front desk and spoke with Tiana. Tiana confirmed that we had been charged twice for the room, once by Expedia and once by the night rep mistakenly. Instead of Tiana taking care of the issue and contacting Expedia or even offering an apology she simply said oh she charged your credit card instead of the Expedia card so I’m gonna pass this to the next rep and he’ll have to call Expedia. Absolutely unacceptable. First of all, you should offer an apology to the customer even if you’re the one who did it or not because you’re representing your company. Secondly you’re still on duty so you should not be passing off anything to the next rep; you should’ve taken care of it. I ended up having to contact Expedia myself and get everything sorted out. The Expedia rep called the hotel and spoke with Tiana and we will be getting a refund, but we should never have had to initiate that because it was not our fault. Tiana dropped the ball.

We prepaid and booked on Booking.com for a double room and the day desk person gave our room away because "families were coming in asking for that floorplan." Although, we were also a family in need of that floorplan. It was a huge inconvenience and due to the # of people (1 being ADA) we did not want our family sleeping on an uncomfortable pull out couch when we'd specifically asked for 2 beds. Anything regarding comfort, amenities, etc I cannot answer because we never even got to stay. We had to book elsewhere for our double beds

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room however was not very clean. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was a lot of long hair in the shower. I skipped it! There was no hand soap so you had to get soap from the dispenser in the shower. Also, the fitness center wasn't much more than free weights and treadmills.

The stay was pretty good the beds were so so. Wife and i are used to our serta so these beds hurt our backs more than we wouldve liked but place was nice, staff were very friendly and i would reccomend this place if a friend were to go to odessa.

Room smelled bad and was dirty…dirty hand prints on the wall, dirty foot prints on the ottoman, dirt and leaves in the hallway, etc. The shower floor was sloped the wrong way. Water ran away from the drain and collected in a big puddle at the wrong end of the shower. Will not stay here again.

The location itself was great. Close to shopping and restraunts. It was a bit off of the highway so getting to it took us about 5-10mins from our route. Only stayed on night.

However, the breakfast was not all that good. There were a few hairs on the bathroom floor and the ottoman was filthy with stains. The bathroom floor looked like the dust had just been swept into the corners. We stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago and it was so much nicer than it is today.

Great little suite for sure. Cupboards were dusty but pretty much everything u need for a quick meal after work. The pet fee was alot and expidia dosn't stipulate that at all it's 100 dollars non refundable so that was definitely a suprise. Great dining options around for restaurants options and a super quiet area woth good parking for work trucks.

I travel to Odessa for business and this is my new favorite spot. Large comfortable rooms, nice desk space for work, easy commute to Odessa, Midland and surrounding areas, away from heavy traffic/noise, and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

The entire staff was nice, there was one staff member that was outstanding her name is Alizay C. we drove for 7 hours to Odessa for a funeral she made sure we were able to check in early freshen up and change our clothes in time for the funeral. She didn't have to do it but she did. She understood what we were about to go through and her comforting spirit make it better for all of us. Thank you Alizay!!

One bed had no fitted sheet; Just mattress under the sheet. Blue toothpaste smear on bathroom countertop. Dirt and hair in shower drain. Just generally not cleaned well in the room. But the property itself was much cleaner including the breakfast area. Good pool also.

The common area air conditioning was off. The front desk girl didn’t acknowledge the complaints of it being too hot despite multiple people saying something. They no longer do the happy hour/dinners. And breakfast was mediocre at best. Just disappointing all around.

The staff & room was great but unfortunately the pool was too cold. The sun was out all day & it never warmed up. The staff told that it’s always cold no matter if the sun is out. Gonna have to look for another place to actually enjoy some time in the pool. Over all great room & staff.
