Room was clean, beds comfortable

The room smelt like smoke/water damage. The beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up sore. The blankets they provided were very thin. The door looked like it had been beaten, kicked in and warped. The breakfast they had was very sad. It worked for us because we just needed somewhere to crash and get a few hours of sleep on our way up to Arizona.

Rooms were clean and better than we expected! Front desk staff was friendly. We checked out and my daughter accidentally left her ipad in the room, housekeeping turned it in and front desk clerk called us immediately to turn back! We thank them for that!

Located off of business highway, but no issues with noise. We had a little bit of a challenge,trying to find the hotel using both google and Apple Maps on-line. Would stay here again :)

Es war meu renoviert. Zimmer hatte Laminat Boden und war ausreichend groß. Der Bad Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Frühstücksbereich klein in der Lobby. Cornflakes, Toast, Marmelade und ein Wafeleisen. Sehr schlechtes bis gar kein WiFi. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise okay aber auch nicht mehr. Für die Lage noch recht ruhig.

Not that I didn't like, I just wasn't prepared for an induction stove. The manager made it very convenient to offer me to borrow something that would help me to utilize my own pots and pans.

Honestly, not to much. Everything, the roo. Smelled like sewer, the hot water was cold. There were cockroaches in my room. The microwave was filthy along with the floors and shower. Horrible......the breakfast was dollar store cereal and white or wheat bread. Will not ever stay at another quality inn ever again.

Room seemed to have been recently renovated. However, so recent that it wasn’t done: missing soap dispensers, iron/ board despite rack, etc Exterior under renovation - room parking blocked by construction tape, concrete splatter/dust everywhere. Also, no breakfast - not even coffee ☹️

The entire hotel is under a complete renovation with dozens of work trucks, workers, heavy equipment, drill saws. It is absolutely unsafe and should not be offered as a hotel while under construction. It is dangerous and extremely loud.

One aspect of my stay that I found less enjoyable was the noise in the area.

We travel to Phoenix once a year to visit family . Odessa is our halfway point. We stayed here going/coming on this trip. It's being renovated! The young man at the front desk is sweet! The room was clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is a coffee pot. Lol

We arrived really late after another motel had canceled our reservation while we were traveling. The young man at the desk was really sweet and helpful. We need a ground floor room because of my spine. He had only 1 bottom floor room, and advised the TV wasn't working. This was fine with us. The room was clean and really comfortable. Just booked here again for our return trip.

When we booked our stay there it was under construction, the inside was already done and done in great taste. The outside they were working on it,but didn't interfere with our stay.. looking forward to seeing it when its done. Parkway is very clean, newly remodeled, and has excellent staff. My stay was overall pleasant, and they even went a bit out of their way to help me. The other people staying here were questionable, and the walls are pretty thin, but for $60/night, it's not bad.

The property is under construction Front desk consisted of Father and son. They were rude and far from hospitable. The House Keeper kept stealing my Lg White Polo towels. I rate this hotel and the manager a 1 out of 10. They need to learn customer service. The staff has a poor attitude.

Stayed for a night, everything was wonderful. The rooms were recently updated and were very comfortable to stay in, I’m definitely coming back. The staff was really helpful and were available 24/7. The beds are extremely relaxing.

We cancelled our reservation upon arrival because if an undisclosed pet fee plus a pet damage deposit making the overall cost for a nights stay too high. We did not see any of the property other than the office. The young clerk was pleasant and understanding.

It was run down, I paid for 3 nights with cash upon arriving at the hotel. My plans changed and I had to leave early the next morning for a meeting 7 hours away. I told the front desk person at 6 am I was checking out and asked if I could get a refund because in my confirmation email it stated if I made changes to the reservation after a certain day (which happened to be the day Before I even made the reservations) I would still be charged one night. The front desk guy said I would have to get my money back from the manager who arrived at 9 am so i waited. I then spoke to the manager and she said no refunds. Hotels.com wasn’t much help and I ended up only getting back my money for one night when I should have had 2 nights refunded to me. I will never stay at this property or use hotels.com again. I manage hotels and the people I spoke with do not understand the meaning of hospitality or even decent guest service.

My room key card did not open the door so I called the desk from my cell phone. I was told to bring it to the office though I had seen 43 people at the desk and they could easily have brought it to me. My room was near the rear, a distance from the desk. I have arthritis and the walk was challenging to me. Since it was their error, good service would have had them bringing it to me.

Not to mention after tolerating all of this in addition to the nasty rooms the guy at front desk wouldn’t even allow me a late check out on my last day. Keep in kind housekeeping NEVER NOT ONCE in that entire week showed up to clean my room. Awful place with awful service! The rooms stunk and were dusty. Not enough pillows or wall plugs or lights.:.. dark and dank and disgusting. Found some sort of glass pipe in the parking lot. Walls so thin I could hear my neighbors fight all day, selling drugs, or selling other things. Loud loud loud. Would not recommend.

I told that the stuff that there is no WiFi. They told me because the hotel is fully booked so it would be a bit slow. They restated it and still no connection.

Poor and bad welcoming attitude. No restroom facility in the lobby area, hence if you step out of your room and want the convenience you have to go back. If you have dropped your key or yet to assign a room, then you have to look for a gas station. The man at their front office will remind that the hotel doesn't have public restroom irrespective that you are a guest. Demand for any assistance, like direction to stores or business center, you will receive unwelcomingly poor attitudinal comment/reply.

Front desk member had a print out from expedia with my credit card information written on it. Did not understand basic questions like when is breakfast. I reserved a double room and the front desk attempted to give me a single after charging me for the double. Room had open soaps and a broken curtain rod that barely covered the window. I wanted a different room the rude lady the counter said there were no more available. The ac wasn't cold at all and I've taken hotter showers at a campground.
