The On-sight Management cancelled my reservation when I informed him that I didn't have the $200 cash safety deposit on hand, which cost me the ENTIRE AMOUNT of my reservation I had booked for that night, & paid for in advance, because this Facility DOESN'T OFFER FREE CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING (even if it's THE OYO MANAGEMENT, not YOU, who cancels YOUR reservation without your consent or knowledge) That it took 3 days before I received an email stating that I wasn't being refunded my money, even after going through the multiple channels I had to, to report the theft from OYO & request my refund.

The hotel is older, but it’s clean and quiet. It’s nothing fancy, but if you just need a place to rest, it gets the job done. You get what you pay for, and for the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Highly do not recommend, the bed sheets were not clean the bath tub was gross and the other room my mom was planning to stay in her fridge had mold inside it and it was really dusty in there as well. I got my money back for both rooms!

I had to change room the ac wasn't working right got the second room and I didn't have no plug by my bed to plug in my phone it was in the middle of the bed the TV kept going off the shower and to be redone the tub is one piece and It looks like it is not clean

Price and location No hot water, couldn’t shower when checked in then no hot water in the am they had to move me to another room from 227 to 228 it took long for warm not hot water to come out

There is nothing I didn't dislike .overall it was a great stay. The man in the front office was very friendly and very helpful.

The staff was very friendly the room was clean and it was a comfortable stay. In the mafia I will be checking into this motel when I am in town. Can't forget about the DirecTV. We were able to watch our sports and favorite movies at the touch of a button. There is nothing I didn't dislike .overall it was a great stay. The man in the front office was very friendly and very helpful.

Bedspread had multiple holes in it from cigarettes I assume because room smelled of smoke. Shower had obviously had some water damage from above - work not complete with writing all over ceiling. Bathtub was filthy. Toilet seat was broken.

The rooms were very dirty. We booked a non smoking room but there were burns all in the furniture and on the bedding. Towels looked like they hadn’t been washed and just to add the cherry on top the service was absolutely horrible. If I could have gotten a refund when I came to check in I would’ve!! Just completely rude and so unwelcoming.

Checking in. Rude hotel clerk. Very unfriendly and seemed to be mad at something. For the price I can understand that you might get very little moneys for sitting and on phone 24/7. I can deal with it all except I can’t deal with anyone I give my moneys to for services that I’d not ever see even in the worst places.

Room was very outdated and did not feel comfortable. Bathtub was very old and very discomfiting. Not to even mention the extremely high water pressure, I couldn’t even shower properly because the water pressure hurt my skin.

nothing. they wouldn’t allow us to stay after already booking because we were 18 even though we’ve traveled with no incidents in many hotels, no criminal record and were willing to pay a deposit and/or leave an id. *security deposit was 200$* everything. smoking rooms apparently stunk, guys behind us in line were complaining. also there refrigerator didn’t work?

The guy put me in a room that wasn't even clean that I had to clean myself sprung A 200depot on me and basically tried to extort me when I put the bedding outside by the door

The checkout time was stated at 11 AM. The cleaning person came and knocked on my door at 8:30 AM. I informed her that my checkout was 11 AM. She then came back at 9:30 AM, knocked and tried to open the door and said she didn’t see my room on the reservations and that she needed to clean. I decided to leave at that point and was exhausted as I had gotten in very early in the morning and hoped to sleep.

Very clean place. Unbeatable price. I parked my 26 foot box truck with no problem. Very friendly staff. They helped me print out something I needed. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t able to stay there. Couldn’t get the doors open with the key cards. They are supposed to refund me my money. There was supposed to be to non-smoking rooms and key cards did not work on either one of them and she had nobody to fix it. I had to go somewhere else.

Owners of the hotel we’re not user-friendly at all. very bad location I want I saw the room I try to get my refund back and under no circumstances can you get a refund it was a really bad experience
