Wish there had been a luggage rack to take your personal stuff to your room

If you are looking for a nice halfway point Hotel (not motel), this is the way to go. We very much needed some rest (at least 4-6 hours) from a 5 day Wedding Celebration. Well the bed snuggled me up and my sleep became 9 hours plus. Even when the construction started back that Monday morning (same floor) I never heard it inside or outside of my room, make the experience yours. There was some highway construction on JBS, but it was still worth it, PEACEFUL

Friendly staff, good location. I bit noisy due to construction. The room looked a bit dated. My room bath tub have green paint. And the light bulb have different color. 1 will be soft white and other will be daylight. Hilton hotel I stayed is always consistently using soft white bulbs.

Nothing. Booking.com reserved me at Odessa Texas instead of Odessa Florida. I tried to correct the issue immediately and was not helped in any way. Lack of customer assistance

The room on the bed was making to much noise when I would move on it and the hole frame moved win the bed and also when I rented the room I didn’t get a walking in shower where I booked it that’s what it showed and I wasn’t to happy with that there was nothing wrong with the staff just didn’t like how the room was especially being a king size bed

Loved it but my booking.com Experience let me down they could not find my reservation so I had to buy another booking.com Took my money also Booking.com was my problem never has booking let me down but for sure this time.

I wouldn’t know. They called as I was boarding my plane to tell me I didn’t have a room even though my room was booked 2 weeks prior.

There were holes in the carpet, it smelled like mildew, the front desk staff was rude, seemed to be more interested about what was on his phone.

I liked the fact that there was a food and bar, even though i personally didn’t get to use them. Cleaners only came 1 out of the 4 days we were staying. Of course we cleaned up but it was odd. Beds are not promised as well, if you book a king bed, there’s a chance you get two queens instead.

My favorite was the pool area. The bar and dining area were nice and fun. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are clean. Nice place to stay. Staff was helpful and kind quick to respond to a situation that happened on the last day of our stay. Hilton Garden Inn Odessa is a great place to stay. The only thing i did not like was a malfunction in the bathroom on the last day of the stay. But staff was helpful and kind.

Will i went to a funeral, my mom had passed away. So I told the girl g, if I could get a late checkout. She told me let me check she went To a lady that's on the other side of the front desk so the lady comes over I tell her the viewing starts at ten then at twelve, the services end at 2,she tells me the best i can do at twelve so I tell that's when the service starts. Well then I will have to charge you half a day i just looked at her and said, that's fine. left. I had gone to see my mom at the nursing home. A month ago and Keith Help me when I was there. So when I came back from the funeral Keith was working there, and he tells me, I took care of that problem for you, you don't have to pay half day. I said, thank you very much keith, if you're ever in el paso, there's my business car call Me keith is a very professional guy!!!

Went to visit my mother nursing home buena Vida close by when I got to hotel the clerk was very helpful he wrote down the time for tne breakfast. Where it was he took me to the elevator.told when I get to your floor turn right super nice guy,the girl also at the breakfast area was also very nice helpful . Was very surprised to see my name on the t v screen

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first ever time staying at a Hilton and I was very pleased. The TV greeting you with your name is a really nice touch too. Something so simple, but it shows that they truly appreciate their customers! No complaints

Everything about the hotel was good but I was surprised to when I was charged $6.50 for two bottles of water that in the room said were complimentary. My husband and I both woke up with back aches as the bed was not comfortable. I think it’s wild that they charge $18 for breakfast. This is the first Hilton we’ve stayed at that charges for breakfast. I’ll be sure to check that on future stays.

There was no reservation in My name after I had called a month prior for the reservation… Your communications system is not good !

It was ok cold and it was 845 and not a big selection. The coffee was good. Food to be warmer and make sure this more 5 piece of bacon and a handful of potatoes.

when i arrived at 4 pm . the girl put mr in a queen room . argues saying it was a king like i paid for. , that night , the window of my car was broke out , and they couldn't even say they were sorry - i filed a police report. they have NO SECURITY for the property . i cost me an extra for a window and cleaning service . what a joke i have pictures

It was an easy check in and check out. The breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and clean and so it was easy for me to go to sleep with no problems.

The hotel is like new including appliances. The rooms are big and spacious. The lobby with the eating area is clean and cozy with great breakfast options. The best part is they allow pets at this hotel that was the biggest sale for me. Will return for the Christmas break.

They told me the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and my niece was really impressed by the pillows. The rates were better than I expected. I chose this Hotel because of the location. I didn’t want them staying along the busy highways, and this one made it simple for them to get around as they visited different family members.

The crazy thing I ever experienced after driving 8 hours exhausted. the front desk personnel told me I have to paid added 28 dollars per night for parking. After I booked the room and the front personel arguing in an unprofessional manner about it and thay telling me is like that take it or go. Sorry but is the service sucks I pick up and left some where else to treat people with kindness. The service was terrible and they was rude about it if you don’t believe me watch the cameras.

Everything was great except the back door did not work with the key card. When you call the phone number you have to wait for someone to come open it. Easier to walk all the way around.

Everything was terrific, no issues. The facility was pet-friendly. Which is a big plus, our dog enjoyed every minute and loved to explore the grounds. My wife and I loved the accommodations, everything was very clean and impressive. We would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Too, later, when I discovered the guest ice machines were not working, the front desk person gave me ice from the kitchen for my small travel cooler. Bottom line, the employees went above and beyond to provide service and comfort to this guest.

Great hotel, beautiful gym, NO FREE BREAKFAST. My company doesn’t cover breakfast so I’m to stay at a hotel that offers breakfast. So I didn’t eat breakfast and waited until lunch. I’m not going back to Hilton on a business trip.

All was good except, need more handicap parking in the back, the shower head was lose and ran everywhere. The bathroom fan was very loud.

The only thing i had a problem i had. The bed needs a bed protector. I am a head housekeeper and i think every bed needs that. Since of the covid 19. Our plans changed a couple of times and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Thwy made things easy for us which made for a very comfortabke stay.

Second stay in the last month. Hotel is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast as the amenities stated. I did not expect that from the Hilton hotels. It was awful to have a room near the back where the car dealership is located. I awoke early to drums and music playing from the car dealership. Apparently after calling the front desk, nothing could be done. Lastly the hotel wasn’t busy yet we had to wait at the front desk to pay for items at the hotel store. No one was in the area meaning hotel staff to assist. This was not the stay we expected from the Hilton. The hotel was clean.

I usually stay at HGI because they're consistently clean and comfortable. This one was not so much. My room smelled musty, there was a big stain on the carpet and overall it looked run down. The mattress was not as comfortable as others I have stayed at, and I think all HGIs are supposed to have the same ones. On the plus side, the shower pressure was decent and there were plenty of toiletries and towels.

My reservation was not able to be found at first.. Also I payed for a king sized bed but was assigned a room with double queen beds.
