Staff very helpful, courteous, friendly. Would recommend this Comfort Inn to friends and family The only negative is the free breakfast however it is the same food offered we encountered driving across country . All lodging should stop using powdered eggs or whatever they are made of.. the yogurt was a nice surprise.

Room was clean, safe, and quiet. Enjoyed it very much. We are a young traveling couple with a service animal and had no issues.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The value was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Also, the staff that I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. The coffee maker at breakfast did have issues and the equipment in the fitness area did not work well.

No Hot water for the Duration of the stay. Had a family emergency and checked out for my 2nd night there. They refused any type of refund for the hot water situation and the leaving on the 2 nd day

Nothing What I didn’t like is the fact this hotel trapped me and they swiped my card It went through then told me I had to put 100 dollars deposit . I had it in cash They told me that they don’t except cash .. well my bank I bank with isn’t located anywhere near here to where I could deposit into my bank they told me I couldn’t get my money back and that I would not be able to stay in the room I paid for !!! Do NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE EXTREMELY SHADY COMPANY.

The smell of the oilfield in the Odessa Midland area.

It was clean There were NO USB outlets in the room. No way to charge my phone or computer. The food was too hot to eat ( peppery ) hot. Very little choice as to what to eat. I was very disappointed. I have stayed in Comfort inns many times all over many states and this was the worst one I’ve stayed in. I won’t stay there again.

Breakfast was good and the location isnt bad. Though the pool was open this time around it was dirty and had frogs. The room wasn't clean as we found leftover food and the shower kept turning off as if I were on a TIMER! When I travel or set up family in hotels I look for 3 things that are a must; free buffet breakfast, pool, clean room with a working ac/heat as needed. What are a plus at any stay is parking and friendly employees as i start off friendly and respectful. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but I do have high expectations when it comes to the room im paying for. I want it to be super clean. Every corner, bedding, shower and full restroom. I don't want a wipe down as no one knows what the people before me did during their stay. The issues were brought to the managers attention and they could've reimbursed something instead of nothing as if its the norm!

Strange that housekeeping just came in my room around 9am. Did not knock or announce herself and check out isn't until 11am. Well she definitely got an eye full. The peeling paint on the inside of the bathroom door was also a mess. Need to keep the property up.

Breakfast was okay, don't have decend coffee. Hotel has a bad smell. Gym was poor. there is only one treadmill which was out of order.

I was only asking for information, and he kept telling me "I don't know what else you want me to tell you", but sadly he was not giving me ANY information. Extremely upset about this situation. I manage a company, and we are continuously booking hotel stays, this experience was so upsetting I will boycott this hotel permanently. Worst service and experience, EVER.

It was quiet. The bathroom was clean. The hall carpet is stained and dirty. The breakfast was not very good.

When you first walk into the lobby the smell of rotten eggs/sewer hits but goes away after walking to your room/hallway. Not pleasant at all and the pool being temporarily closed should be mentioned while booking on sites. Bathrooms need to be remodeled as well you can see a lot of rusted pieces around the faucet and toilet.

When you first come in the lobby, it had a bad odor and when I got to my room, it was real filthy and nasty. I used a black light and saw all kinds of stains on the bed on the side of the bed on the carpet and the couch And it also had blood stains on the sheets. I immediately left the hotel and booked another one the same night I went to super eight by Wyndham

I work nights and the staff would knock 3-4 on the door every ‘morning. I even placed the do not disturb sign on the handle. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

To be honest we have to go to the lobby because in the first room there was a problem with the toilet which was spilling water, besides the shower was over rusty. In the second room the lamps were broken and dirty old... just as the bath tub was dirty. On our first day when the housekeeping passed by I asked for extra towels to which she said to give them the dirty ones... apparently they cannot give extra towels that...... It has not been a very good experience to be honest.

Great place to rest for a long days drive. Had to wait at the counter as a walk in needed a room for a couple of hours. He would not pay for it until she came in...so I had to wait. She was rude to the employee, vaping and exhaling in his face. He immediately rebuked her. the she went to the fridge and removed 2 waters and told the john to pay for them. After he paid, the desk clerk noticed she stole a candy bar. He let them go on about their business. The staff should not have to put up with this nonsense. After that, the was polite and helpful. The hotel looks new but there are signs of its age here and there. The breakfast was the usually stuff...but they had whole milk! That was a plus..Dad likes whole milk on his cereal! We booked 2 rooms with two beds, but was charged more for that same style room! we arrive and they want to charge more for double bed rooms. Booked on Expedia for one price but when we got to hotel we were charged more that what was booked on Expedia. Minimum breakfast items available one hour after breakfast started. Will not book again.

First off, showed up at 3 am and the whole lobby smelled like $hi* literally. Was told they had a pipe bust on the bottom level that morning and was ensured that none of the rooms above the floor would be affected. Got to my room on the second floor with my wife and two young daughters (4yr old and 7mo old) and the smell was almost just as awful. On top of that the whole building has had very shotty “maintenance”. Paint chipping everywhere, water damage on ceilings, musty smell(aside from sewer smell), no sheets pillow or blanket for the extra fold out sofa bed I was planning on using for my daughters. Very apparent that the owners do not keep up with the maintenance well at all. Asked to be moved to a room on the top floor and was immediately told there wasn’t one without them even checking. They eventually got their manager and they confirmed that that was indeed a room we could use on the top floor. Got to that one. Smell was very slightly less pungent but hardly any different, still no sheets, and for some reason the whole bathroom floor was sticky. Honestly this hotel should not have even been in operation at the time of my stay, the sewer problem was very bad and I’m sure was hazardous to everyone’s health that was in the building. I understand these things could happen to anybody, but there is also measurements that could be taken and things that could be done in order to prevent things like this, ex: timely proper maintenance. Owner should not be so greedy about $$$

I never have done a review on a Hotel before. But I feel obligated to. This room was filthy. Towels were not white. Stained sheets. Toilet was nasty. We would've left but it was a very long drive and we were exhausted. I slept in my clothes, I cleaned the toilet seat, and tried to sleep. This hotel is catering to men. So if you're a grandmother traveling with your daughter and grandaughter, please do not stay here!!!

We would've left but it was a very long drive and we were exhausted. I slept in my clothes, I cleaned the toilet seat, and tried to sleep. This hotel is catering to men. So if you're a grandmother traveling with your daughter and grandaughter, please do not stay here!!!

The cleaning lady was great. The remaining staff needs remedial training on how to exemplify the”Comfort Inn quality way.” Invest more in upkeep of the facility. Caulking of toilet to floor is not safe nor smart. Use bolts to secure toilet to floor. Fix the non-operating computer and double your production.

when you walk down the hallways of the second floor it smells of body odor and there are big black spots all over the hall floors. i went into my room and the smell carried in to the room there appeared to be bodily fluids on the floor at the foot of the bed. i usually bring my own bedding to sleep with and great thing that i did because when i pulled the bed sheets back me and my girlfriend noticed what looked like a huge urine stain on the mattress topper and there was red stains on the sheets. the curtains where blackened due to the a/c blowing them around. over half of the lights in the room did not work. then i get a notification from comfort inn saying that i was charged $30.00 for something i will never stay at another one of there properties. and i will not recommend them to a friend or family i wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy

This place was clean, convenient, and extremely friendly--actually some of the nicest and most professional staff we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Gave us all the help needed when requested. Breakfast was awesome! Pool was fun, & clean! My family enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay again in the near future!

This place was clean, convenient, and extremely friendly--actually some of the nicest and most professional staff we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Gave us all the help needed when requested. Only complain is we stayed for the pool for my kids to swim pool was closed they said had just been fixed that day that we could get in which i would of let them in but it was so dirty i was willing to clean it myself for my kids use, the net was so dirty i didnt even want to put in the pool, no swimming and didn't get up for breakfast, comfy bed & pillows was about it

It was ok for the night. Breakfast had limited options. Shower was warm, but not hot

What I did like was the cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. The only 2 things I didn’t like was that the bathroom light over the sink was out and the water pressure was low. Those are not deal breakers for me. I enjoyed my stay.

It was a clean property with friendly staff. The only downside was the pool was closed and the hallways/rooms had a stale or musty smell. We had to get an air freshener.

The room was clean, comfortable, and up to date. The bathroom was clean, but the area around the tub needed some attention. There was water damage on the walls and baseboards and the tub surround needed to be recalked. Other than that it was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

I would appreciate not running the vacuum outside my door at 8 am. Not everyone is up and out by 8 am.

Parking lot and landscaping need help!

I had been in my room about an hour and had a bed bug crawling on my shoulder. I jumped up and found several others. I picked up one in a tissue and gave it to the front desk attendant as I was leaving. Stripped down and shook my clothes out in the parking lot and found 2 more. Room 105

Had a quick stay for two nights and always put up my do not disturb so my room isn’t messed with while I am gone and frankly the room doesn’t need it. Returned from my meetings and noticed the do not disturb signs under my door and my bathroom gone through. Would have considered it a mistake but they have two signs one on the door handle and the other on the key slot. The front desk then tells me it was a mistake and won’t happen again, however if something was missing it would be all in me. Don’t trust this place and just stay someplace else. Loads of options in the area.

At our stay when we arrived around 10:00 in the evening there was no one at the desk nor was there any sign at the desk telling how long they would be gone or how to contact the manager to let them know someone was needing help. We had to wait over 15 min. until someone finely showed up at the desk. Then in the room my son had to sleep on pullout bed on the couch. We have done this many times before but this was the worst pull out mattress I have ever seen. It may have been at the most 2 inches thick. And there was no bedding for pull out in the room. So I had to go down and wait 15 min for the manager again in order to get bedding. We did not get to bed until around 11:30 at night. This is unacceptable service.

Our first room smelled of sewer however the manager was great and switched us to a different room. This room then had poo smeared on the front of the toilet and there was no linens for the pull out couch.

Never cleaned the rooms. There was no hot water on the last night we were there. People were drunk trying to come into my room at 2am. Had to get a new key card every night as the one I had wouldn’t work. So annoying. Other people in my group had to do the same thing for there room. There are better hotels minutes away.

Our room shower didn’t work, no upper light on mirror section. Blow dryer burn out. We not all this things in the morning when we were going to take a shower. They did offer another room but it was our only day there. It was clean and good area.

It’s an older property. It’s probably ready for a remodel. But the place is clean and not bad shape. I would stay again.

Very average hotel. Breakfast was below average. Bed was very comfortable

Parking was an issue. Being asked to park across a busy street, with no light or pedestrian crosswalk.

We were very disappointed. We reserved a non-smoking room and the previous person obviously smoked a great deal. The cold water side of the bathroom faucet would not even give us a drip of water. And the bathroom sink light did not work at all.
