The rooms needed more light. My room had a sink that did not drain. My son’s room had a leaking toilet. The breakfast was so-so.

The room smelled clean the sheets smelled clean I know weird, but it was heaven after a 16 hour day of traveling. My flight was delayed twice I called the staff handled check in over the phone and had my keys waiting when I arrived!

Had trouble regulating room temperature. The controls were not intuitive, and air (both warm and cool) would blow across my head while in bed—nothing I did with the vents seemed to help.) There was a generous breakfast available each morning, but it was the exact same offering every day. The only variance was one day there was link sausage (with bacon), one day there was patty sausage (with bacon.). The scrambled eggs were barely warm and runny. All the staff was polite and friendly. Shower pressure was okay. Sink water pressure was very light. Will go back next visit.

The only flaw that I noticed was the AC/HEAT SYSTEM it’s installed near a bed and the cold or heat depends on the weather hits the person right in the face and can make it uncomfortable. They should do a redesign to wall to block the air and redirect the flow down. That’s just an opinion. Other than that this is a nice property.

The only thing I can say is that if you are not going to be there to check in by 3 you need to call to be sure they do not give they room away that you paid for in advance. You may not get the room you requested and they will try to charge you more for an upgrade.

Hotel was clean and the staff were all very nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because prior to booking I called to make sure the pool was open and was told pool was open, when we arrived we were informed of the pool being closed which was the only reason we booked this room so that was highly disappointing!

The welcome was great! The room, Comfort! Food, and coffee always available, hot! Office section made iteasy to manage business ventures. It would be great if the extended house was up and ready to rent, heated pool would be good as well.

The staff was so incredible! Marissa was a huge help to me and my family. She was so caring from the moment we walked in and even called us immediately after we left to let us know we had left some valuable items behind to arrange a pickup. She really made our stay incredible and I’m so grateful for all of the staff there! Food was delicious and everything was so clean and smelling good. Will stay here again!!

Then the smoke alarm battery decided to die in our room and 2 more down the hall, at 11:30pm Christmas Eve… no one would answer the phone after 3 tries. So I went downstairs to complain. They wanted to switch us to another room at 11:30p at night!! I said no way, and had the lobby clerk come take the battery out. It was a ridiculous mess..

As we checked in the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet with a welcoming bed and comfortable pillows. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning. While turning in the key the receptionist helped write directions to the freeway.

I liked everything about this motel. Great breakfast. Quiet room even though we were next to a busy street. Windows kept out noise very well. Can't think of anything that could have been better.

Only issue was the furniture like the desk in the room has some crazy looking film on it.

It was close to family. We stayed at this location about a year and a half ago. It was perfect clean, and food was great. This time it was a disappointment. It was not clean and the food was cold and they didn’t prepare enough. Also the work sat out watching everyone and it was very unpleasant.

I will staying again when traveling to Odessa! Very clean rooms the staff is great!!!

I didn’t like that my room floor was absolutely unsanitary when you take your shoes off and walk on the rug my family foot was dirty and our socks turned black that was so gross for them to have an excllent rating on Expedia i left early because it was so nasty

We were giving a room where the bathroom was not completely clean but they rectified the issue. The hotel may wqnt to consider updating the wall mounted AC as it was working too hars to keep the room cool. The breakfast offered was very good with great options.

Well, my room was on the 4th floor even though I reserved the room in January 6 months ago and the water pressure in the shower, it was less than adequate and the mini split air conditioner. I've never got the room below 72°.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 3 rooms, for a family event. The staff was exceptional. We had a need to move to a handicapped room, for my parents, and they went above and beyond, to accommodate us. Marissa at the front desk, was wonderful. Our housekeepers were so sweet, taking care of our needs very quickly. I recommend this hotel!

The king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the fan was very quiet. The fridge was a good size but a freezer would have been nice. There are not as many t.v. channels as other hotels in the area; no hallmark but there was HBO. The entrance and bath had very nice wood flooring. The hotel is non smoking and no pets allowed so it was very clean. They’re numerous parking spaces so it was easy and safe to park. I really liked the proximity to restaurants, and highly recommend this hotel

Everyone who works there is so friendly, and the hotel is very clean!. We arrived a day early so our room wasn't ready. They let us stay in the King Suite that night, of course, at that room rate for the night and with the Best Western discount, BUT they let us stay in that room for the next 3 days at the Expedia rate! We didn't have to move to another room! We've never stayed in a King Suite before so this was quite special! Thank you Best Western North Odessa for making our stay memorable!

Property seemed well kept with the lobby and general area. Staff was helpful but the room was dirty they toilet was dirty ,tub was dirty along with shower curtain appear to have brown stains on it along with the rug. Overall they room was dirty and I wouldn’t be staying at this location again .

Everything at this location is great except the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi goes in and out and makes it very hard to work especially in the later hours.

The property was fine and met the needs but they put us in a handicapped room and the bathroom was in no way handicap accessible. With having other family members that are handicapped that bathroom would not work! Then at breakfast there were bugs in the salt and pepper shaker!

We were placed in a 3rd floor room at the end of the hall near the stair exit. All of the doors are spring loaded so we were constantly hearing slamming doors. Then at 6am we were woken up by an extremely loud fire alarm, which turned out to be caused by someone getting their tortilla stuck in the warming machine in the breakfast area. Seems pretty ridiculous to wake up an entire hotel over something as minor as this!

First, I called the morning of my stay and spoke with Morgan. I told her we were coming in for a graduation that started at 4 and asked if we could check in just a little earlier to give us time to get ready. She was so kind and helpful! She made sure our rooms were ready, allowing us the time to get ready without a rush.

The second night with some creativity, a paper plate and a couple band-aids, we covered the glare from both and slept really good!! The breakfast is great and we will probably stay again.

We ending up staying 10 days. During that time , housekeeping only came twice to clean the bathroom, after being asked several time. The room was not vacuumed during our stay either.

I loved my stay here :) they have a great breakfast for guests (my dad ate way too many waffles, I'm so sorry!) and a lot of features that are extremely guest friendly like the shop next to the front desk. The rooms were extremely clean and they came by every morning like clockwork to clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and I'll continue to stay here on my return visits.
