Late arrival…greeted warmly by Ivan—an extremely polite young man. Breakfast each morning was appetizing and varied. GM, Anja, was very helpful and pleasant. Surprised there was a nice craft fair on one day of our stay; even purchased a gift! Room temperature was not easy to control. Each day when we returned to the room it was warm and humid despite our leaving the thermostat at 70*. During the night the room would get warm and uncomfortable.

This was our third time staying here. We love the breakfast spread every morning. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. You’re in close proximity to a dollar store if you forget anything and there are multiple places to eat nearby.

They room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, I was able to get top floor which was nice but I was connected to another room via the door and it did make me uncomfortable. For a room that was suppose to be quiet, it was very loud actually. But not to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Enjoyed my mini getaway

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was great and our whole team played in the pool at night. It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for the Fields.

I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and smell good. The staff is always very welcoming and they make sure you have everything that you need. The breakfast is really good too.

This place had furniture that the edges were totally worn off where somebody either had a dog chewing on them. The carpet was frayed in multiple places. Very scary. We had a two night stay we chose to leave and not come back after the first night.

The area was centrally located, and quiet. Food was close by as was shopping. The breakfast was good. It was clean! I’m not sure the queen beds were actually queens, they may have been fulls. This can make a difference when you are having to share a bed.

Maxine was excellent at the front desk n the breakfast manager was also very pleasant.

Our state was for pleasure, check-in was very easy and smooth. Room was clean, staff assisted our needs immediately. Our toilet was not flushing properly. Someone was up within five minutes to correct the situation. Great location.

The room was very clean and even had a refrigerator. I liked that they supply you with body wash and body lotion. The breakfast was very good as well. I also liked that when we first arrived they gave us a welcome bag with bottled water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and felt safe. I slept well, and everything was quiet and pleasant. I loved that this was a pet-friendly property, and even the dog-friendly areas were immaculate. Just some small things -- like, there was a flyer for Showtime TV on the nightstand, but Showtime wasn't actually on option on the TV, as an app or a live channel. Kind of weird but not a big deal.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The staff is amazing. I was staying in Dunedin off and on for a project and had to go a little further out due to limited availability for Spring Training. I was pleasantly surprised that the 30 minute drive was easy and the hotel itself is AWESOME. The place is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast fantastic, nightly happy hour app bar with the best peanut butter cookies. I was only going to use it for a week when availability was tight in Dunedin - but now I am using it as my "GO-TO" hotel for the next month as I am traveling weekly. The drive is easy to arrive at a place that is safe and friendly. Kevin at the front desk seems genuinely happy to see me when I arrive and wishes me a great day on departure. The Valentines decorations were over the top and I look forward to what they are doing for St. Paddys Day! Lastly, they have a laundry facility on site which was helpful since I have been doing 3 day stays.Thumbs up to the staff and management at this hotel. I am grateful for the hospitality!

Breakfast is always fresh and well-stocked with a mixture of cold and prepared hot items. You have a range of choices. For those going for the healthy options there are hard boiled eggs and fresh fruits. The hotel needs more filtered water filling stations in addition to the one in the fitness center.

Staff was super friendly; cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Very pet-friendly. They put us on the ground floor right by the side entrance which was mosey convenient for letting our dog out. Not one thing!

The whole hotel is very neat and updated and modern it had all the amenities you could ask for front desk clerk Kevin till 11 was hilarious and comforting and the best service we've had. In a long time room was gorgeous, beautiful amenities, pretty artwork, spacious room, hot water, plenty of towels, perfect place to stay.

Very pleased with my stay. Only problem was they did not have the Expedia reservation. I showed them my receipts and they worked around it and I got settled into the room.

Several years ago we stayed at this property quite a bit. It was brand new at the time. It's so wonderful to see it still has the same cleanliness standards, friendly staff, added amenities and wonderful breakfast options!

This was our second time staying here since the first time the stay was great. Unfortunately, this time the room was smaller and but the worse part was most of the pillows inder the covers were yellowish.

I had a room that had a connecting door to another room. On the door hinges there were nails popping outward. I came out the bathroom & got scratched really bad on my arm. I'm glad it was me and not one of my children's arm or an eye. Spoke to the front desk and they removed the nails immediately but a night on them or a gift would've been nice for the pain.

Very nice staff, no one gives a crap about eco-anything, I wanted a hotel.

Rooms seem to have much more space than your average Hotel room. Spacious, quiet and clean and on a main road.

I told the attendant that the room was giving me allergies from the cleaning agents. Immedately she understood and changed me to a room w much less “Fabreeze” and i was comfortable. Never expected that she would understand, but she did and it made a positive difference. Thanks.

Kid plays travel sports. Needed a place to stay for a quick overnight trip. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious. Happy with the breakfast selection. It was a nice option for the price. Would stay again.

It is a nice hotel only thing that i was disappointed with the amount of time i was waiting on the elevator to open every single time we left the room because it was ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKING!!!

It would have been 5 stars except, the shower water never got ho (it was warm enough to shower but not warm enough to enjoy your shower). Also, our fridge in room did not get cold, even after adjusting the temp. Other then that everything was great.

Nice rooms. They were very clean and the hotel staff were very nice.

A major plus is that hot coffee was always available. The staff was very courteous and the check-in process was smooth. I lived in Florida for 10 years prior to visiting and there was a "wet" odor in the room that was reminiscent of my daily bath towel when I was a resident. Maybe that's just the smell of Florida. I would stay again.

The staff was very attentive. Crystal checked in on us after we got into our room to be sure it was comfortable and if we have any questions. Also, my brother requested to get a cup of milk to go with an item he bought there at the snack area at the hotel and the host was really helpful in getting this item for him. It was very nice to do. Also the breakfasts were great and a lot of choices!

We were flooded out of our home and the room we had was nice size with conveniences like mini frozen micro etc. which made it comfortable for us. Thank you.

Although I am happy to know that Hilton hotels are pet friendly, the smell of urine in the carpet was hard to ignore. Replacing it with tile or another hard surface would be very helpful. The housekeeping staff are doing the best that they can.

Best hurricane evacuation hotel, my go to stop every hurricane. Very pet friendly which is great and everyone that had dogs, there were lots, all the dogs were well behaved. Last year they waived the pet fee for evacuating, this year they didn’t, but they instead had an awesome spread of food in the lobby during the day. They were well staffed and the Hilton app makes check in and out so easy, I will return with my dogs next time I have evacuations. Thanks

I hardly ever do reviews but this deserved a review. From check in to check out everything was great!! Front desk was so kind. The room was nice, clean, bright and new. Definitely recommend.

Stay every year

The fire alarm was beeping and the battery was replaced but it most of been an used battery because the alarm went off again around 4 am and never stopped. When I checked out in the morning I told the attendant and all she said was I'm sorry.
