Bed was clean and comfortable, shower/bathroom was clean. Overall the room was decent but the floors were dirty and the mini fridge was not very cold. Cute property, nice staff, parking was not hard, butttt it is very tight spaces and limited spaces are available.

We stayed at the Signature Inn Oakland for 3 nights. The room and property were clean and welcoming. Check in was easy and friendly. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated. It looked like it had been renovated pretty recently. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. I loved that the parking was located beneath the rooms. Would definitely recommend!

The room was updated and very clean. Housekeeping was amazing as I did not have to ask for clean towels, they were readily available when I came back to my room for the evening. The location was perfect for the outings that I had planned as there were several restaurants within walking distance. The price was very reasonable as well.

The rooms are newly renovated , very clean and the staff is very kind. This is a family run business. Security gates are code controlled and the staff is available 24/7. Free parking. If you are looking for great value and a great location in north Oakland near piedmont Ave , this is the place.

Cute 60’s vibe, clean and comfortable. Very nice to have secure parking in this area

Super clean room, friendly staff. Window AC was working well, the shower was clean. Don't expect any luxury, but for a single traveler or a couple exploring San Francisco - this is a perfect little motel room to stay in.

Great little place. Clean. Water temp would change a bit but it was wasn’t too bad. Would definitely go back.

Towels and sheets were clean and in good condition. Motel is gated, including parking. All entries were with key codes. The motel is run down and filthy. Room smelled musty. The chair was so filthy and broken that I didn't want to touch it. The floor is filthy looking. Lots of noise from both tenants and the building kept waking us up at all hours. No coffee. Parking is not guaranteed, but first come first served. Parking was extremely tight, even for a small car.

We liked our room, and it wasn’t to far from the Cal Campus where our son goes to school. The only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on in our bathroom.

Very clean accommodation. I felt safe. Hotel management makes safety a priority. Although this is a boutique hotel without a lobby with coffee or drinks, there is a 7-Eleven a couple doors down and plenty of coffee shops and eateries about a 10 minute walk up the street on Piedmont Avenue. Only thing that was a little concerning was that the windows are single paned and sound carried very easily into my street facing room. The hotel manager reassured me that the rooms that are away from the street don’t have the same issue.
- 5/5
The parking is a great plus for this property, you'll need a code to get in and it's automatic for going out. The motel is perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to Piedmont Ave and to the other is Telegraph, both streets have a bunch of nice restaurants and bars, not to mention the other spots near on Broadway. The AC has hot and cold and we had the King bed with a sofa.
- 5/5
I really liked this stay, the property felt secure and well maintained. Staff was helpful and rooms were cute.

I arrived and there was no parking available. As I was unwilling to park the car in a dark unknown place I left the hotel. Don’t stay. The front desk guy was unhelpful - basically you are out of luck if you show up and there is no parking. I booked the hotel specifically because it advertised secure parking. I should be refunded - the guy at the desk was just unhelpful.

Parking and property is secured, but the location is pretty sketch. If staying here just don’t be wandering around that specific street lol. Otherwise, rooms are very clean and hotel is quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Some friends and family had concerns about the area and potential shady characters. I was very pleased with the fact that the parking included a locked/monitored gate. The room was clean. I only stayed overnight when visiting friends in the area. I would/will stay here again.

Cute rooms for the rate being charged and very clean. Beware that they may charge your card for a deposit in an amount that is double the room rate — instead of doing a “hold” on your card to be released at checkout. The difference is that by fully charging your card, you will have to wait 3-5 business days to get your deposit refunded. I expressed that this is unfair to the customers to tie up their funds in this manner, and I was accommodated by them accepting cash for my deposit which I promptly received back at checkout. Otherwise a perfect stay!

I love it 😍

Stay was okay. The rooms are beautiful. However, the housekeeping team needs to do better, there were hair everywhere in the bathroom when I checked in.
- 5/5
Very cute and clean rooms, secure parking, and great location. They had a smart tv as well. staff were friendly. Also it’s a great price! Definitely one of the best deals for a hotel room of this caliber.

Everything was clean and new and worked and it was very comfortable. I slept very well.
- 0.5/5
The bathroom was big. The room was very small. The queen bed did not seem like a regular size queen bed. The leg on the bed broken and reinforced by a piece of 2 x 4. When the parking lot is full, it’s very hard to maneuver your into the tiny parking spaces.

The property is amazing and staff even better. Room was nice and neat, pretty comfy bed and the gated parking is a huge plus. Definitely a 10/10.
- 2/5
room was fairly clean but the only issue was that they kept saying they were going to change the sheets over a 5 day 4 night stay and they were never changed even though we were told they were going to do but they never did. We had to call the manager and request a sheet and bedding change but he just brought sheets. Also the manager, Dru who lived there was a little creepy and my mom & niece felt like he was watching them. Not the best experience but for the price and convenient location to my house, it’s ok i guess.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at this inn. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe thanks to both the property and the staff. Parking in the gated area is a bit limited, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated—it honestly felt like something you’d find in a much more expensive hotel. The surrounding area is also very clean and felt safe, which made the stay even more comfortable.
- 4/5
It was clean and good, some noise from neighbors… it is not the motel issues but was my luck to have such people… it is in nice place, and nice caffe around
- 3/5
Room was clean and the room size is not bad. The worker was kind. Air conditioner work well. However, the door between the room and bathroom was not totally seperated because the door was a sliding door and not completely closed. There was a gap between the door and the wall.
- 1/5
Entire property and room itself dirty, dusty, damaged. One of the nights there were 10 cops in the courtyard for hours with no explanation. Another night weird guy sitting in his hoarder car was watching people walk to and from their doors. Not enough security for the doors, creepy and unsafe vibe. Check in and check out was bizarre.

I stay here regularly if I have a car. The best feature is there's a gate to keep it safe, and I think someone living on-site 24hrs. The gate has a low clearance for a very tall vehicle, but that also means no one could climb over, and since car break-ins are an epidemic in Oakland, it's reassuring. Several interesting restaurants within a few blocks, but otherwise, a commercial street, not a neighborhood. I still felt safe walking alone as a confident single white male. Supermarket is about 15 min walk. BART is about 20 min walk, pleasant enough if you choose the right route (stay north of 40th). Driving to BART is easy, and Rockridge BART is in a very nice upscale trendy neighborhood. (But don't forget to pay your parking, inside the BART station, or they'll hit you with a hefty fee!) The price has usually been one of the best values around, if you're looking for clean and safe, but not luxurious. Be aware there are stairs to get to most rooms, and no elevator. There is a very small refrigerator, but no microwave to reheat any food. The chair at the small desk is very uncomfortable.

As a mother daughter needing a one night stay, my main concern was safety & cleanliness, this hotel met both. It is difficult to find a moderate priced hotel & the Signature was a good choice. No frills, a little noisey since we were on the street side, beds were very firm, however; I would stay here again. Lots of food choices nearby as well as a 7-11 couple of doors down. Desk clerk friendly & helpful.

This is a wonderfully refurbished motel in a part of Oakland that's a little bit rough around the edges but is safe and close to Piedmont Avenue (which is great). The owners have redone the hotel in cheerful colors and spotless rooms. Drew, the manager, is great as is the entire staff. I will definitely go back if I need a place in Oakland in the future.

It was cold the lights didn’t work throughout the unit . The floor was a bit dirty alongside the walls. But I’d say I felt locked in and safe because the property was behind a Minton fence requiring a code. Parking is super tight inside but it’s better than $50 per night to park or more like Marriott’s and Hilton. Good for the smokers who likes the convenience of balconies and outside hallways

The room was fine and staff (one person) was nice enough, but the picture shown as the hotel is actually a building across the street and a block down. This is a converted old motel in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood of Oakland (which I'm familiar with or I wouldn't have checked in). I looked at a room before I checked in - it's been remodeled but is showing its age. The vapors from cleaning where overwhelming until I turned on the AC/heat to circulate the air. Overall it was fine, but I didn't appreciate the bait and switch of the pictures.

The property was very well situated in the middle of Oakland in a very safe neighborhood. The hotel was right on the border of having too much security, with stout iron gates where all the rooms are only accessible from an interior courtyard. However, we have been to the Signature Inn in both Berkeley and Oakland, and they are extremely clean, completely updated, and very comfortable with reasonable rates. You can’t really have too much Security in Oakland.

Smelled like cheap cleaning product, floors where cheap so looked stained was scared to step on floors barefoot. Parking good, bed comfortable, shops nearby, no late checkout 11am, $200 deposit, i wouldnt stay again i would pay extra for cleaner floors. But if your on a budget its a warm place to sleep.

From the outside, it looks sketchy, motels rooms over carports behind a locked grill. But it was easy, convenient, had everything including accommodating housekeepers, and quite comfortable. It look a second to find out how to turn on the hot/cold air, and I never did locate the light in the closet--but that was it. This was a super choice, especially at this price, and I'll stay there again. There's no luxe, but if you're looking for good, this is it.

the location was good, the gated parking was convenient and check in was easy. the room was adequate, but it could’ve been cleaner (some stains on some furniture, the vinyl flooring, grout) and the door was loose in its frame so that there was some movement if pressed on from the outside. all in all a reasonably good value for a convenient location.

There is a reason this property is nonrefundable! Do not stay here, especially if you’re a woman traveling alone. The manager, Dhruv (Drew), followed me around and made me feel extremely unsafe after I complained about the room. Multiple times, he tried to get me away from my traveling partner, he didn’t want me calling customer service. The doors and windows do not secure properly, the front door had clearly been broken down recently. The floors are damaged, and there were stains, blood, rust, mold and grime everywhere. The property photos are misleading; the property doesn’t offer two queens. It is not clean, not well-maintained, and the area is unsafe. Parking is falsely advertised as “limited,” but it’s actually reserved for guests the manager prefers. The gate even hit my car on because it lacks lights or sensors, a child could be easily injured by it. I left immediately and stayed elsewhere.

This is a nice place to stay. I stay here when I get a rate under a hundred dollars. It feels like a value at that price. I've stayed here a few times over the part 4 years. It is begining to get worn down which makes it 'feel' less fancy and clean compared to a couple years ago.

Then to find you step from outside straight into your room, ie motel style, felt un nerving. When you arrive the property sign says motel, this is not clear from booking description. Couldn’t open the blinds during our stay. Fridge made irregular loud noises so we unplugged it so we could sleep. You will hear road noise during the night.

I would not have stayed if I was with family or didn’t have a car. I would not walk around in the area. Check in late check out early and be safe.

I would not have stayed if I was with family or didn’t have a car. I would not walk around in the area. Check in late check out early and be safe.
- 4/5
Other than that the room was spacious and nice. It had all the essentials and a nice TV and fridge. Parking was the highlight for sure. Safe and easy once in the gate. Overall the property suits the needs of most. It was mostly clean, but can use a little boost in some areas. But the price and parking is what makes this one of the best options to stay. I would stay again if I need to.

The floors were dirty. Some fixtures were barely hanging. Doesnt deserve the good reviews it has and definately not worth the money they charged

Room is clean. Facility is fenced. I felt safe. Many dining options nearby. I had checked in late and checked out really early- no one at the front office but I called the phone number and someone showed up.

Newly remodeled but the motion sensor activated in-room lights are annoying. The lights are bright but turn off if you don’t move around for too long (turns on when the sensor detects movement; even when sleeping).

The property is beat up. The photos are not close to what is on Expedia. Floor dirty and worn from suitcase wheels or other things dragged. Bed side rails worn and blackened. Property displays no smoking signs outside and in, but could see tons of cigarette butts throughout property. Vaping clearly going on in rooms around us. No Ice Machine which seems like a simple amenity that every hotel should have. Customer Service poor. Check in and every discussion behind glass is very off putting even with the health risks of our current day. Bathroom light sensor broken and constantly turns on which is tough during the night. The room is really small. The chair should be in the dumpster.

This motel is in a good location in Oakland, close to Lake Merritt, good neighborhoods and not far from Berkeley. The advantage was the secure parking. The room was spartan and basic. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we were there for 4 nights so we got through that inability to get a really good nights’ sleep. Lucky for us we could walk a few blocks to a great neighborhood for a simple breakfast and Peet’s Coffee!

I was able to park inside a gated lot. it was fairly close to my sons's work Both nights I was there, the person in the unit above my room was stomping around making thud noises and what sounded like furniture being moved. This happened at 1:30 in the morning.I should have called the manager but i don't like to cause trouble. The second night more noise at 2 different times. I barely got any rest and I had a long distance to drive the next day.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay and walking distance to plenty of spots to eat/drink. Free parking, however limited spaces depending on when you show up. If you don't receive a gate code prior to check-in, you'll need to contact the front desk to gain access inside. Comfortable room and quite clean. Note, don't think they have an elevator. Keep that in mind.

The bathroom light automatically turns on, flooding the room with light. It also automatically turns off after a few minutes, so if you're in the shower for longer than a couple of minutes, it goes dark. Nice to have free parking, but the spaces are very cramped. Nice, smiling, helpful gentleman behind the reception window.

This was a terrible hotel. The walls were thin and the guest above us kept banging on the floor because our TV was on. I had to get the front desk to ask them to stop banging on the floor and it kept trhoughout the night. We did nto get a good night sleep.

Great shopping, coffee, restaurants within walking distance. Room was huge, plenty of space for two people to do yoga in the mornings. Ask for a street view, rather than a courtyard view. Great staff, easy check-in and checkout, incredible value for the location. Recommend.

The best part of this motel is the safety! All rooms and parkings are gated, especially in this unsafe and limited street parking town! The Rooms are clean and spacious! Although no breakfast provided and no microwave, it’s easy to find a place to eat in a walking distance. With this price in Oakland Broadway, this is a nice place to stay. I will stay in this place next time when I come to Oakland.

Cons: When we checked in, the sheets were dirty and there was hair in the bed and shower. housekeeping came up and cleaned right away. The bed was hard and really low to the ground. The room was small which is no big deal but the toilet is literally like 4ft from the bed and the bathroom doesn't have a real door, just a sliding barn door that doesn't really close. Only stayed 2 nights but probably would not stay again. mostly because the bed was so uncomfortable.
- 2/5
It was difficult to get in the gate and I noticed how dirty it was the moment I opened the door. I never walked inside without flip flops (that’s how gross it was.) The dresser drawers were dirty and it looked like the decorative pillow on my bed was at some point on the floor. The owners need to invest in new beds (I looked in the empty windows and their beds were dirtier than mine!) and regrout/retile or use TSP on those floors and in the shower. Replace cloth bed frames (gross) with wood or metal.
- 2/5
This place is in the hood. Lock your car and dont leave if you you get a parking spot.

Nice, private parking lot. The rooms are decently sized and the shower has good water pressure! The staff was really helpful and nice as well. A very chill experience overall.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 2/5
There were stains everywhere, door didn’t close very securely. Doesn’t look nearly as clean or new as the photographs. AC didn’t really work. There’s no lobby. It’s just a sketchy old motel with a new paint job. There’s like 3 different names used throughout the property, even though it was cheap for the area, it felt like a scam. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
I arrived really late and it was no problem. Place was clean and kinda retro cute. The area is kinda funny. Super close to piedmont st that’s great for walking and shopping. Lots of great restaurants in area. Funky coffee shops and little restaurants on same st as motel as well. Across from car dealerships and very close to Kaiser medical center.
- 3/5
The room was dirty. The bed frame was stained and all the surfaces in the room were stained or sticky. The floor looked like it needed a good deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom.
- 3/5
There were college kids having a party next room!
- 3/5
The parking lot was small. It does not have enough parking stalls to accomodate the rooms in the facility. The room was small, it had only 1 chair in the room and no desk or table. It had a small refrigerator but no mirowave. It's bed was so low, it was difficult to get up. The price was reasonable but to be apart of Sonesta, I was shocked. I would not return to this facility
- 4.5/5
Extremely clean place. It was nice to have the gated entrance. Very cute, updated retro motel. The room was very roomy. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the couch and a nice size tv. Location was very close to the paramount theater. Fridge was nice to have in the room. Definitely comfortable! The parking spots are tight. We parked in the handicap spot and when we went to our car the next morning, there was car parked in the handicap loading zone pretty much on top of our car. Dumb how the hotel allowed the car to park illegally.

- 3.5/5
Gated parking, and centrally located to Bay Area. Floors were stained and broken, it’s loud when guest arrive late night because parking is tight and there is lots of commotion.

Retro feeling
- 4/5
Bright updated decor and style. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Great location with restaurants nearby and less than 10 min walk to Piedmont Ave. Inexpensive. Free parking protected by locked gate. Lights in courtyard left on all night, lots of light leaked in. Some street noise. Not much surface area in the room. Owners were pleasant enough but brusque.
- 5/5
This is a clean budget no frills hotel in downtown Oakland. Free parking but it is tight if you have a bigger car. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A few nice restaurants walkable along Broadway. I would stay again.
- 4/5
Safe facility
- 2/5
From the pictures it looked decent, another story in person. The bathroom was dirty, I could see hair on the floor, they didn’t bother to sweep, vacuum. The shower floor looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned for awhile. The bed frame was stained in several places. Guess you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
It was ok. Nothing special. The bed was comfortable but low. The floor was dirty it turned my socks brown on the bottom. The water pressure was good even with the room next door also taking a shower. The bathroom door was a barn door style which didn’t close all the way making the bathroom a little cold after the shower. Plus didn’t. Lean the shower very well either. I had to call to have the gate open so I could check in. I would stay here again but not for more than a day or two. Not very much parking. But I have disabled parking so I got lucky. Parking on street if none available inside the gate. I did like that the door was operated by a code. No key needed.
- 5/5
Very cute spot next lots of eateries, only thing that was iffy for me was the bathroom door. It did not provide enough privacy and it kept rolling and opening. But other than that it was a nice spot
- 3/5
Noisy street. Lights kept turning off as they were in motion sensors. Very annoying.
- 4/5
What you would expect from a motel. We would have prefered the sink was separated from the shower so several people could use water at once. The fridge and air system were noisy through the night. On the plus side, the bedding was comfortable and the parking lot was gated. It was a quick ~ 12min drive to UC Berkeley in the morning.
- 1/5
Nosey, thin walls, dirty. I do not recommend this to anyone. It’s pretty rundown and visible dirty.
- 5/5
Gret property. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Great stay at Signature Inn. Secure parking, clean room, modern look, comfy clean bed, TV and apps work great.
- 4/5
location is very secure but kind of hard to get into. theres a security gate at the entrance, just need to drive up to ut for it to open. as for the room, the bed we got was a full size instead of a queen that we ordered. that wasnt a big problem.
- 3/5
-Clean rooms and bathrooms -Gated Free Parking (some what) -Budget friendly -Close to walkable restaurants and shops Here are the cons: -Parking is limited so this makes using your car a gamble. If there is no parking in the lot you need to park in the street. -loud, rooms have no sound protection so you can hear everything outside -light outside is always on even with the blinds down light will bleed in. -main light in my room/bathroom was only motion sensor controlled so if stop moving it will turn off. Makes it difficult to do anymore or take a shower. -bathrooms door did not stay closed, it was a sliding door which did not have a lock.
- 5/5
Much nicer than expected. Very pleasant
- 3/5
Great decor and I loved the gated parking helped me feel safe!
- 2/5
Most of the furniture is dirty, walls are thin enough to hear loud neighbors, and that could have been very awkward for us. PT
- 2/5
Room was ok but the property was dirty and run down , felt very seedy , wouldn’t ever recommend
- 5/5
Good price, good parking, decent room. Check in & out were easy. Loved that everything is keyless.
- 4/5
Good budget hotel!
- 4/5
Great location for our needs, spacious rooms with cute furniture. A bit loud, but not too bad and to be expected for the location. The bed was comfortable. The automatic light in the bathroom was annoying since it went on and off randomly, and often at inconvenient times, but it was a minor annoyance in an overall good stay.
- 5/5
Aside from the hotel being under lock and key (imagine going for a visit at county) the staff was very friendly and straight forward. The room was clean and tidy, definitely worth the price. Overall a quiet and pleasant experience. We were in town for a concert so it met our needs, quick shower, a place to sleep, surprisingly quiet. Would recommend and book again for sure.
- 5/5
I found my go to spot when visit Oakland, the hotel is in a safe quiet area with walkable dining options. Hotel was very clean!
- 5/5
Easy check in, room was seemed remodeled from a motel and was nice enough. Nothing special but great for for quick stay in the Bay.
- 4/5
Perfect location. Very walkable. Close to the Piedmont area. Secure parking.
- 2/5
The photos are very misleading. This looks like a nice boutique hotel but is in fact, an old motel, rebranded as a trendy, chic boutique place to say. Not in a super safe area, extremely loud, very minimal interiors. More like a nice hostel than a hotel.
- 4/5
Very clean, very safe and free secure parking. Would stay again
- 1/5
Checked in and immediately left to stay elsewhere. The room was dirty; I would not take my shoes off nor want to shower without sandals; linens were not clean and had obvious stains and marks, some of which just looked like they hadn’t been laundered in the first place. Bummer because the location actually isn’t bad.

- 3/5
Floor of my apartment was covered in hairs but overall decent place for one night.
- 3/5
Property was clean and safe. Not enough chairs to sit in for two people more a table to eat off of. Bed a little low for us.
- 5/5
The room and bed were nice and comfortable. Safe gated parking, easy to book
- 3/5
Room was super dirty as hell, staff was great
- 3/5
The Inn was fine for a 1 night stay. It wasn't dirty but about a 6 for cleanliness. The front desk guy was helpful.
- 4/5
Check in and check out was easy and the manager was nice. I stayed for 6 days and had no big issues. Parking was gated which made me feel much more secure considering the surrounding area and me traveling with things in my car. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noises from the street and upstairs balcony outside were a bit loud. Overall, a great place to stay.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Super clean and very friendly/ hospitable employees.
- 1/5
The room wasn’t that clean
- 2/5
The room was very unclean, especially the floors and the bathroom. The place is cute but we couldn’t enjoy it with the discomfort of being grossed out and not wanting to touch anything. We didn’t even take a shower bc the shower was gross, and we only took shoes off when we got into bed. The sheets were stained but appeared clean. Would not recommend unless they actually clean the rooms.
- 5/5
The room is very clean and nice.
- 2/5
This property was very disappointing. We have stayed in many motels on a whim and you get the occasional bug or dirt, but the amount of dark hair all over room floor was alarming. It was in the bed too. We immediately asked to move rooms, and while the next room was somewhat better, it smelled of smoke covered by a weird scent; there was still dark hair on the floor and some in the bed (but less on the pillows); the bathroom door wouldn't close and stuck awkwardly; the shower drain clogged; and there were stains on the sheets. Oh and the blood on the towel! That was very nice, too. We won't be back. We regret choosing this place. The man at the desk was nice, but I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
It’s gated and we felt safe about leaving or vehicle there. Nice and clean.
- 4/5
Not a great area of town, but parking and hotel itself secured by gates. Place is old, but rooms are recently renovated and clean. Bathroom had an automatic light that stayed on too long, bathroom door was extremely squeaky, outside lights leaked into the rooms, and the two throw carpets were filthy and needed to be replaced. And no micro wave.
- 5/5
The rooms are in a small gated courtyard with parking under the rooms which I find very convenient and way safer than parking your car on the street… You can’t even tell it’s a hotel if your walking by. The rooms are clean and nice..
- 5/5
Quiet, off the street with enclosed parking that I did not use since I did not have a vehicle. Newly remodeled. Comfortably secure.
- 4/5
Facilities are new. A good place to stay at a cheap price
- 4/5
This is a gated motel in a transitioning neighborhood. Felt safe and slept well. Very close to Kaiser facilities. Good if you’re traveling from a decent distance to visit a patient.

Opened the door to the room and was amazed. Clean. Firm mattress. Nice TV. Good shower. A reminder to never judge a book by its cover.
- 3/5
the rooms looked newly remodeled but they are not, the rooms walls, floors, stained furniture and bathrooms all need Deep cleaned the refrigerator handle was broken and it sounded like it was going out, No point in a remodel if you don’t keep the upkeep to keep it looking nice

- 5/5
Safe and secure parking and rooms .

The decor is mid-century modern and fun. I price was right. The proximity to Piedmont Ave is great. The area immediately around the hotel has less retail, less inviting. Management is friendly and responsive.
- 5/5
Nice Place
- 5/5
Cute and quaint little motel with modern rooms that have a vintage feel to them. Safe and private parking lot with gate and code that makes check in super easy! Check out TrueBurger right down the street for some bomb well priced burgers and Mother Tongue for coffee.
- 4/5
The floor was really dirty and the upholstered bed frame had visible stains
- 4/5
Decent clean and inexpensive
- 4/5
The privacy and safety was great! I loves the private gated parking. The downside was checking in where you needed the code to even get on the property to check in and the staff at the front desk behaved like the guests were an inconvenience. Overall 4/5 felt safe if not a tad judged but otherwise pretty good.
- 4/5
Clean and recently remodeled. Lights are on a timer/motion sensor which was frustrating at times.
