Room was clean and stocked, AC worked, plenty of parking, security cameras in parking lot.

Nothing There was water leak from the air conditioner. You could tell the staff had mopped. But it was still leaking. I got my feet wet from the water on the floor. I wiped them off with a towel it left dirt on the towel. There is black mold in the shower and the shower curtin.

There were cigarettes burns on the sheets and bed . I had to move the bed because my phone dropped and there was a drug needle behind the bed!

The room was not clean. Somewhat kept banging doors at night. When I woke up in the morning there were two roaches out. I immediately packed my things and left.

Side note , hotels.com was not useful in the least . They should have immediately issued a refund when I advised them of the roach problem , they said they couldn’t and would have to contact property management to see if I could get a refund . Just avoid this place , nasty is a nice word for this property

Bed was comfortable; room was large, did not feel cramped at all. HVAC worked well (needed both heat & a/c, handled it no problem) The "mini-fridge" was larger than the refrigerator in my first apartment. The carpet does need to be deep cleaned. A couple light fixtures were not working, and the slide lock was broke, although it would have held long enough to grab... well, ya know. Had a coffee maker but no coffee, no soap or shampoo, either (although I don't know if Studio 6 normally provides those). It was rated higher, but honestly, it's a 6 at the most.

Pictures were far from accurate to the room I was in. Walls were showing signs of mildew, wall fixtures rusty, carpet had burns as well as some of the sheets in addition to being stained/bleached. Shower head was held on with electrical tape. Gaps around the door but was lockable and secure enough.

Laundry has limited hours. Not sure why it needs to close so early

Place is very very run down.. cleanish.. I killed 5 roaches and some other small black bugs. Staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty, when I first walked in I found a live roach on the curtains. Even when I had a non smoking room and it reeked of the smell of cigarettes.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything I wanted to do. No breakfast

I like the furniture and I like the size of the room. I like the television and the beds were comfy. The sheets were comfy and they were for the most part clean, but it could’ve been a little cleaner. The property was close to the highway, which is great no bus access though there should be bus access for stuff like hotels. I didn’t like the attitude of the staff at the property. They were very disrespectful from the beginning to the end they insulted me from the beginning to the end the woman working behind the counter, looked at me like I was disgusting to her. The other staff members were to the point of being creepy watching me from around the corner every time I would come out of my room or go to my room from being gone for the day and kind of stare at me and they wou

The room was kind of surfaced clean , but counters and cabinets clearly have not been touched, but the door lock did not work at a0ll, , it smelled bad, when the air was on,but seemed ok when turned off! The room smelled like weed, there was a dead roach on the bed under the covers, there was a terrible fight in the room next door, the phone didn’t work, and the staff in the front didn’t care text there was a possible drug deal happening in the room next door. When I told the front staff (Om Patel) about all the issues, instead of resolving the issue they told me they don’t care what was being sold next door, or who was getting beat.

Fridge was cold and TV had okay channels. Property was disgusting dirty. First thing I saw when I walked in to check in was a cockroach at the front desk lobby. My room was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Sheets had spots on them and holes. The bathroom had poop stains, tub was disgusting and dirty, and towels were very dirty. It is a very dirty hotel. Staff barely said hello, and If I spoke 2 words with them, that was a lot. Its cheap, but that doesnt mean it needs to be disgusting. I would love my money back

I have to say that because of my work situation this place has been good. I haven’t met all the stuff but the one I did meet was a very friendly lady who gave me the opportunity to choose the room that I wanted I thank her for her hospitality and her understanding. For the for the most part no complaints but definitely a decent place to stay when you’re on a budget. Thank you.

This hotel started out great. It has become horrible! The staff tries to be nosey and assume random concepts about what their guests are doing based strictly on assumption only. The hotel started some bs "investigation" on me claiming I had alot of traffic in my room, when all it was were people that were NOT with me gathering in front of my room chatting and collaborating as normal. The BS has just gotten worse, now where as if I don't pay to rent the room, Im not allowed to have guests over (for dinner) Honestly, the owners act with such awkward disposition, they are probably involved in some trafficking scheme, but that's only my assumption. These people are weird, rude and do NOT belong in the hotel business.

The air conditioner if it's above 90° outside will feel like it can only go down to 85, if you are hot natured like me you will be sweating throughout the night unless you bring in your own fan like I did. The refrigerator is a full size refrigerator to hide a dead body but all jokes aside it really does its function and cools very very well. There are a lot of channels on the television sharp and crisp even though it's only a 32-in TV but it's better than a lot I've seen some Motel 6s. Room rate for hotels.com app at this time on August 9th was $65 which is the going price for these Motel 6s and if you were to write this Motel 6th chain from 1 to 10 with the others I would almost give it a seven . Do not expect breakfast here because t

Up the street from quite a few food places. Across the way from Northeast Mall where you can also go to the movies. If you're a walker you could walk to the mall in about 15 minutes. Nice, clean, and the office people have been really good to me.

Our window unit was leaking into the room. I wasn't asking for the entire stay credited. I would have appreciated at least half. He wasn't willing. My husband and I turned the establishment into the county health department and City health. We have video and pictures to back it up. We were in room 209.

It was dirt with maggots in it by the outlet plug & My Room Smelled Like Cat / Dog And I Had To Go Buy 2 boxes of Carpet Powder and I still couldn’t maintain the smell I couldn’t eat or sleep the smell was so bad and I couldn’t get a refund it was terrible. People should be informed to clean after their pets or they shouldn’t be able to continue to stay if they don’t .

I’m not visiting it again but it is okay if you are a thrifty person.

The front grounds in the picture look nice and the name suggest that it isn't Motel 6, but it is. No list of nearby restaurants. No public restrooms in the lobby. The towels were clean and there were no bedbugs. The air conditioner appeared to be new and worked well. The walls had been painted recently, but poorly, and streaking was apparent everywhere. Mold on the shower curtain. A bar of soap at the sink and the shower. No shampoo or conditioner. Carpet had been recently replaced and was in good shape. Pictures showed a desk, but there wasn't one in the room. The only chair was an upholstered easy chair that was in OK shape. Internet was slow, but worked and did not drop. The room was no smoking, but the smoke smell was covered with a deodorizing smell and there were cigarette burns in the cover on the bed. Coffee table (instead of desk), side tables, and refrigerator appeared to be straight from a 2nd hand store. One bed side lamp was cleverly held together with duct tape and the other with clear packaging tape around the switch. Both probably fire hazards. Saw both dogs and cats in windows while walking to my room. I think all rooms are probably the same other than whether there is one bed or two. Kids were playing some form of kickball until after 11:00. The location is nice, but it gets bad pretty quickly after that. It is inexpensive and you get what you pay for, orperhaps a little less.

We were supposed to receive a handicap with a roll -in shower. Don't necessarily need the roll-in part but it did have a shower chair and it was supposed to have a removable shower head and that's what's needed for for us with the accessible shower it was not. Also there were no towels or anything when we got there and my husband went to ask for towels and they said that housekeeping would give it to us. We wound up waiting 2 hours before my husband went to get it himself.

This hotel should be removed as an option especially when people are from out of of town and do not know the area or the hotel itself. It was absolutely disgusting and unclean. From mold all over the shower and shower curtain to filth all over the wall floors it was disturbing to see this. I would rather sleep in a tent. Do not stay here!

Room dirty and rust inside icebox

Horrible nasty dirty hotel . Stayed 3 days and no cleaning service. No smoke detector no friendly staff. Waste and feel dirty staying there but had no choice

The place is very clean and the staff was very nice!

When we first walked into the lobby, it was very clean and smelled amazing. Customer service was wonderful. We got to our first room. It was diety and the heater didn't work. The guy from the front was wonderful. He moved us to amother room and offered to help with our bags. That room was also dirty. The pillow case looked like it hadn't been changed. Some kind of pink stain all over the bed spread, stained towels, the fridge wasn't wiped down and the bathroom was bot mopped because there were pee drops on the floor. No shampoo or conditioner, only a small bar of soap. They told us that there was no breakfast but that they would have coffee in the lobby in the morning, which they did not. I wish the rooms were taken care of as much as the lobby.

Once I got into the room the TV remote didn’t work. We got half of it to work but the off button and volume up or number select. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean but didn’t have soap, shampoo or other items that are normally in a room. The shower depending on if your holding the shower head sprays water all over the bathroom floor because it’s a walk in shower with no lip on ground to hold in water while it drains. There was no light bulb inside the fridge. But fridge and freezer worked well

Bugs (a type of cockroach) were in the bathroom. The room had a kinda foul odor. Some of the visitors were a bit "sketchy"; that is, arriving at 2:30 a.m. noisily. I do not recommend this place

Upon entering room there were roaches running everywhere

The AC in the assigned room was not working so I asked the front desk to change the room. The next room Clark assigned had AC working but I complained that it was too noisy due to the smoke detector going on and the situation was resolved after 2 hours. I guess it's standard for a budget hotel.

Tv was out of date, controller wouldn’t work correct, towel was ripped. Heater made a loud noise when it was on. Sounded like we were next to train station.

Found bed bugs in one of the rooms

Staff member went out the way to make my stay comfortable.

Room was dirty, walls need to be wiped down. Bathroom was very small and not clean. Walls looked like something had been spilled on them and left there. When we turned the lights on roaches ran across the floor and counters.

Decent hotel for decent price

Was ok the area was safe and nice

The place is very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and courteous! I come to fort Worth quite a bit so I'll be staying here again!

Towels not so clsan

A little security hiccup at check in. My room number was announced to a bustling lobby. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They just were unsure of how to process my Texas ID and it was solved with a phone call.

Price and location

My stay was ok. TVs need t be updated. Tub Faucet knob needs to be replaced in the room I stayed in.

Really disappointment in our stay , first room had tiny roaches coming out of every where and smelled of body order . We asked for another room , that one smelled better but was not clean and the furniture dirty worn and dated . Not at all what hotel.com advertised, but Hotel.com can’t be trusted as well they will penalize you dearly for errors made during a reservation. We will be changing to Triva go from now on

Amazing staff

I had a horrible experience with Wyndham super 8, it was late at night when I got to Dallas Fort Worth area, and just left my paid reservation at Wyndham, and not only did they get me a room, but it was a room close to the office and it was clean, good fridge and microwave and the staff was so nice I got the card to the hotel so I could stay here again next QTR when I come down for work

Nightmare rooms. Ac leaked woke up to the floor and our belongings soaked. Nosey staff opening the door at 8 am while you’re asleep constant drama in the parking lot

Not to mention the people who live there full time are sketchy. The room next door sell all night and it smells like the devil's lettuce. I don't knock ppl hustle but get you a trap pad. Room service was weird. If I didn't have the chain on the door they would of walked right in. When I asked for towels I had to exchange dirty ones. The lady literally counted the towels in front of my room door. Trust me those towels are like county jail towels. Not stealable. If I would of knew it was like this I would've paid a few dollars more for Marriott down the street .

Would definitely stay here again. Felt safe the whole time.

Customer service was great, however the room had a very unpleasant smell that penetrated the sheets. Also, my wife woke up with hair that did not belong to her stuck on her clothes.

Think my experience was just as expected. I really wish the pool was operational. Otherwise, the room was nice, plenty of hot water, a nice full size fridge, etc.

Roaches were crawling in the bathroom and on the walls. Sheets and covers were very thin and bed was hard as a rock. There was roach poop on box frame when had to move mattress for a plug in. Needs more quantities of towels and they need to be thicker. Won't stay here again.
