The staff attendant at the front desk was horrible. He will not accept reservations from Expedia. He wants to cancel the reservation and then you can pay on the room. I had two reservations, consecutively, for (3) nights each. I was not sure if I wanted to stay for 6 nights, so I made two reservations. He said, " If I want to use my Expedia reservation for the second stay. I have to check out at 11:00am. and leave my room, and then come back at 2:00 p.m. If you do not use your reservation and check out of the room. He makes the decision what your rate will be and then charges you $15.00 more than your rate with Expedia. So, you check and DO NOT EVER COME BACK! This USE TO BE MY FAVORITE HOTEL FOR OVER (5YRS). THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!

Everything is good b but that picture on website not show right as room look! When I get there room not even clean and smell like smoke even I get non-smoking. Bed room need to fix and paint again as website pictures! Also need to stop lie about room look like new. It damn old and wall dirty and need to remodel and change everything as new. Smh!

I asked for a first floor room, I checked in before 4pm. When I mentioned I had just driven 16 hours from Arizona, his reply how boring and no first rooms available. When I asked about an elevator his reply its only one flight of stairs. After several trips up the stairs, my room must of been next to a maintenance room. There was the sound of a compressor in the wall about 2 feet from the bed. It would come on and off several times during my stay. None of the staff seemed happy, no greeting. I found a woman in the lobby around 4 am the following day, not sure if she worked there. Sitting on the couch watching TV.

There was nothing good to say about this place. Everything smelled like smoke. Staff was not friendly. Rooms were in bad repair. AC did not work. We had to change rooms because the smell was so bad, they charged us for the change!

I have been a customer of this hotel for over 4 years. They have always been very professional when checking in to the hotel and the rooms are always very clean and smell nice. I look forward to staying at their facility.

It was clean, it was close to our family and it was comfortable. You didn't offer Kleenex, you didn't have a hair dryer and you didn't have hangers.

No breakfast. Pillows on bed very small and deflated. Bathroom is sub-par no hooks for drying towels.

The male housekeeper always tries to get in before even knocking, not that they clean anyway. While using the bathroom I noticed the heavy layer of dust on the bathroom counter. Check out time is 11 am and by 9 am here comes the housekeeper again. I gave him an earful since I was leaving in a bit I told him he could wait

The AC in the room was not working well! When walking outside the back door there was dog poop everywhere on the grass and some on the sidewalk. The back door key latch did not work and anyone can walk in.

Didn’t like the fact that the whole second floor smelt like cigarettes, even our room smelt like it and I had requested a non-smoke room we had to spray a lot of febreze and let it sit w ac full blast so it could get rid of the odors , also didn’t like the fact when it was check out day they knocked on the door and I opened after that I went down stairs to add another night while I was doing that another employee went all the way into our room while my female partner was still in bed sleeping

Everything was great. I didn't get into town until about 8pm and they were there ready to greet me and take care of me. The room was clean and everything was great. The only issue I had was the shower head was loose and pointed mostly downward and close to the wall. Other than that everything was fine.

The property also shows that it has a pool there is no such thing. I left the property immediately when he couldn’t provide me with what I needed.

Right off the bat the place reeked of weed and the front desk guy acted like he was stressed he had to actually get up, do his job and check us in. And check out time is your standard 11am time but the maid's came walking in our room at 9:15am while my girlfriend was still sleeping and I was in the shower! When we yelled at them to get out they started yelling back like we should've aleady been gone or shouldn't have been mad they walked in on is! And speaking of shower there was zero hot water the whole time we were there just warm and the pressure was the worst of any hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel alot. The air conditioning kept cutting out and it was 103 that day. Bed was uncomfortable and room in general just poor. Also there is no elevator and pool is filled in with concrete but shows to have one online. My advice is to stay away from this $h*t hole. There are other hotels around the area far much better for around the same price.

Iit doesnt look like the pictures, tub had hairs. We stayed for 2 nights. They don't clean room next day neither put clean towels. They had only 2 big towels to use for 3 of us. Also no pool , no coffee or breakfast. Also the smell is awful

Every time after that was only prevented because the door was locked, you should knock first before just walking into someone’s room…my last night there I found a small bed bug. I was very unhappy with this finding. The outside bugs, ok we are in an area that looks woody however bed bugs are extremely unacceptable!

Would've rather slept on a floor than these beds if the floors were only clean. The manager on duty seemed like we were troubling here when we asked for another cover and wasn't hospitable. Find another place to stay.

This property is very clean and tidy. The lady at the front was happy till I told her we had service dogs. This is a motel 6 where service dogs are welcomed. Well she didn't Make me feel very welcomed with them at all. No pool it's backfilled and the dry doesn't dry all that well. Probably will avoid this one unless I have to

This hotel really needs a lot of work. At check in the staff was nice but the hotel smelled or marijuana. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on but pillows were flat and hard. The rooms are very plain. Lots of holes and stains on the wall. Bathroom also had holes everywhere, spiderwebs in the corner. We only stayed for the night. Wouldn’t stay here any longer.

I have been a guest at this hotel about 3-4 times, and every time I have stayed the staff is very nice and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff checks on you as well. The television, microwave, refrigerator, phone, and internet work. Two thumbs up. :)

I just had back surgery and asked for 3 extra pillows at check in. They never brought them. So I sent my husband down to grab them from the front desk. The guy “helping” him told him they didn’t have any. My husband gave him a little pushback and the guy opens the side door (where my husband sees a large tub full of pillows) and hands him 2. Normally I wouldn’t nit pick, but I really did need them. Once my husband got back upstairs and told me what happened I called down to the front desk, where the same guy asked me to count the pillows in the room.

They need to do some upgrades on the hotel and fix their heater you have stay in place where heater don't work and answer is to gave a space heater this the second time I been their.

Ultra-basic lodging. No coffee in the room or in the lobby. Check in was friendly. Room needed a few basic repairs (hole in the bathroom door). The room was clean enough. The floors were hard surface, not carpet, which is good for people with allergies. Beds were so-so. Nothing to write home about. If you need to shower and rest your head and nothing more, this place fits the bill.

Overall I was uncomfortable the whole time. For the price I paid I just want a clean room that had fresher sheets and towel that did feel like the be reused for over a year. It is noticeable. All I want is Hotels.com to actually send a agent to review the hotels before putting them on the app or website. Just wheat out the bad and keep the good.

When the housekeeper brought clean items she was crabby as hell!! We've always stayed here when traveling and recd great service. NOT this time. We'd stay here again as its close to where we need to be. Price is good and evetything is close. Housekeeping could be better.

Easy check in, friendly staff, outside looked good, and main check in area looked clean. Thats all the good i can say. The hallways smelled of weed, sme of the doors looked damaged, my door looked like someone took a crowbar to it. Back door was open dod not need a key card at all.

Staff could have been more friendly. The air conditioners worked great in the rooms we stayed in.

This facility was extremely clean and the lady at the front desk was so nice. Housekeeping showed up on our way out on day 1 and they were so friendly. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is the pillows were a little small and there wasn't a table in the room that you usually get at a hotel. With the cleanliness and friendliness we experienced at this facility we will be staying here again.

Please be sure guess that dont smoke dont get a smoking room plus my 18 yrs son was with me and I was very embarrassed the smell was very very bad and the desk never found me a non-smoking room,it.made my stomach upset of smoke and airspray that is how bad it was i ask the hitel to air the roim out and never git done so 3 fays of this what aer youll going to do about this?

The floors are old and warped - many places in the room dipped down. Plug outlet by bed wasn’t even connected. Towels were nasty too and ants found in the bathroom. It was worst motel I have ever been in. Nasty !!!!!!

Sketchy person in the lobby at all times. Not in the best area. My daughter was afraid to have me stay there. Pool was empty . No table to eat on .

This motel is well kept, the only thing I saw was black gunk around the sink faucet. Bed was comfortable enough. There is zero coffee available however, not even at front desk. But nice safe and clean area, excellent price point. Really I give this place a 4.8 from a 5. It's not luxury but good clean space and a super value.

My air conditioner was broken and a man came to fix it but humid air just kept coming out. There was also a opening where the AC unit was. My toilet was leaking and when the man said he fixed that too it kept leaking.

My stay was comfortable.. The room was clean and had stuff stocked, microwave, fridge. Room temperature was nice as well...

I stayed in this hotel with my fiancé and some friends for a great weekend that involved an amazing concert and a trip to Six Flags. The hotel was very clean and up to date on styling and fixtures. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. I enjoyed my stay greatly and will definitely stay here again for any future visits to the area

Was comfortable.

Our room was really gross! The walls were dirty the linens were stained and it smelt like a cross between Indian food , Pot. and Fabuloso. There was no alarm clock and paint was chipping everywhere. The air conditioner was a joke, we ended up leaving at 3 am.

There were some very loud noises sounded almost like thunder but wasn’t I think it was coming from the grocery store behind us they may have been loading or unloading things in to the store.

It was ok not extravagant but not terrible

I was amazing I love staying here the best motel 6 period 😌

Better pillows would have made the experience a 5 star stay
