There were very few amenities. There was coffee available in the office and a swimming pool. They had soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo, Kleenex or hair dryer.

Obviously with a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. But basic cleanliness should be apart of ANY hotel. To start, when we checked in the overall room wasn’t bad, the problems started when our fridge started leaking after putting some leftovers in there. The towel that was used to clean the water up had a dead bug in it. The pillows were plastic and wouldn’t stay on the pillow. Finally, we woke up to two or three roaches in the room on the walls, along with ANOTHER dead bug in a separate towel. Budget does not mean skip on cleanliness.

My son has been staying there since January and the last week he has had nothing but hell with the housekeeping and the front desk. At one time they told him they would have to ask him to leave. They are to be pet friendly well the new people that are there now are not. I have had to move him.

After reading the reviews, I had a higher expectation for this motel. Yes, it was lower cost, but I think there is confusion on this place. The first impression was seedy and sketchy with the people hanging out outside the rooms and in the parking lot. It gave an unsafe feel. Next was the smell in the room. AC on the wall was off so that didn't help. AC did turn on and cooled the room to temp set. I immediately turned on a flashlight to look for bugs behind mattress and around the room. Saw none or would have left. Stayed the night and saw a couple of dead cockroaches the next day. Then the live ones came so this is a never stay again place for us! Gross and very low tier place.

I asked for extra towels when I booked the room and they weren't there.The ceiling was leaking water over the shower.The ceiling looked like it was going to cave in..The sheets on the bed were stained. Terrible experience. Don't recommended this hotel. I didn't like anything about it.

We were in town for my father’s funeral and had booked the hotel for over a week. According to the reviews and photos it seemed like a good choice for the price since we would be in town for at least 10 days.The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there was a banging on pipe sound throughout the night, several bugs, pillows were plastic, and the room looked nothing like the photos. We decided to checkout and asked for a refund for the additional days. They did print us out a form showing a refund and as of today, 17 days later, no refund. Upon reviewing the receipt they used the incorrect last 4 digits of my card! I will be following up on this! That is just so wrong to do to someone during a time of bereavement!

We reserved a room online, with the indication they accepted dogs. There is nothing on their site about how many and weight limits. We booked the room due to the plumbing in our home having issues and needed it for two nights. When we arrived at 8pm to check in, we were informed they had a pet limit and weight limit. We were turned away and our reservation cancelled. This left us scrambling at the last minute to find another hotel. I understand there are rules, but make them clear online so people do not have to go through this. Our dogs are older and calm, and we have never had an issue with them at any hotel. The fact that their instant response is no, tells me everything I need to know about this location. Most Motel 6 locations allow pets and at bo charge. This franchise owner does not follow that general idea. This location is in a bad area, and rundown, yet has a problem with pets. I’m glad we didn’t end up staying here because the awful reviews speak for themselves. Bug infestations, crime and vehicle break ins just to name a few.

Location Run down, room smelled bad. Neighbors were loud with their down in the room constantly barking, woken up by some teens banging on my door at 4 am because they had the wrong room and then have to hear them banging on the next door by my room.

Shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and caused water to get all over the floor. Curtains had several large rips. Whole room smelled of cigarette smoke. Entire room would vibrate when someone walked outside (stayed in a room on the second floor)

As soon as I walked in, the place was gross... The sheets were gross stained and had hair all over them and the covers were the same. In the bathroom the bathtub was never cleaned. Literally the hotel room looked like the reused everything in the hotel room and didn't change anything.... Gross

The second room seemed better, but my nose was not yet neutral after the first room, and I was in a rush to get to an event. I soon discovered that the new bathroom had the cigarette stench. Decided to skip showering due to that, and kept the bathroom door closed except when briefly using the toilet. After returning from the event, with my nose neutralized, when I walked in it smelled horrible. Managed to sleep... at least the bed was comfortable. Got up early and into my car asap, again without a shower. Also, the sink spout produced a spray like output, at high pressure, resulting in a significant amount of water spraying beyond the sink onto my waist and pants, unless I carefully turned the water down to a dribble.

In the tub there is not anything to keep you from falling down. This morning I had a hard fall hitting my head , my right leg my right shoulder and my left wrist. Also so the dead bolt on the door would not retracted on the door. Thank God that this did not happen except when I was trying to close the door when leaving. If this would have happened at the wrong time I would have been trapped. I would have had to throw a chair through the window to get out if I had needed to. Also I had someone knock on my door at five o’clock in the morning asking if they could borrow a phone charger. The room was clean but make sure you bring your own shampoo and a blow dryer. I considered the hotel dangerous until these problems are fixed. Other than this, it was OK.

The housekeeping lady was amazing and very helpful! And the staff was helpful overall. However, I had two cockroaches in my room over my stay. Which is why I gave it three stars.

For the price the rooms arent bad, however we liked the first room they gave us then they switched us to another room which had roaches, so we moved again and there was stains all over sheets etc. Overall if you just need to lay your head down it is manageable but not idea for comfort

It's the worst place I have ever been. There is black mold on the walls and floor. There is graffiti on the walls and furniture. There was a broken chair in the room. There were broken down cars in front of my door. They haven't moved in months at least. There was trash piled up to the roof in the cars. One car had rocks behind the tires to keep it from rolling. There were people living in the building. The pool was broken. The snack machine was broken. I had an eleven hour drive. I was willing to overlook it all because I wanted a shower and go to bed. The worst part of all was the shower. There was no mat or anti slip material of any kind in the tub. I got in an promptly slipped, hitting my head on the back of the tub and my ribs on the side. I asked for my money back from the desk and was told that I could not have it back for that night. I went to the desk in the morning and explained everything again and asked for my money back. The manager said he would give it back. I then received an email stating that I wasn't going to get it back. I eventually did get it back according to a woman from Expedia that called me on the phone a week later. Expedia should drop this property from their service immediately. I would suggest that Motel 6 drop the property also. The worst stay ever. I HAVE PICTURES to back it all up. I have contacted an injury lawyer.

Very basic room. The bed takes up much of the space. One of the bath towels seemed dirty so I did not use it. Had to dry off with a smaller towel. Good for a one night stay on a budget.

Dirtiest motel that I've ever been to. The hole in the bathroom door from some previous tenant trying to force their way into the bathroom was my first clue. The housekeeper used the same swiffer type mop pads for multiple rooms. The floor was sticky. I cleaned the floor myself with towels and paper towels then the room would be cleaned and my floor would be dirtier than before they cleaned because of the nasty mop. Never in my life have I been happier to leave a hotel.

Check in was off with their representative. It was as if he didn’t trust my ID. Kept looking at it and looking at me. Hotel room had a water puddle on the floor. Non-Smoking room smelled of Smoke. There was hair in the sheets of one of the beds. There was a dead cockroach near the door. The bathroom faucet had ridiculous high pressure with a stream of water that splashed back. The door was sticky and we had to throw our bodies into it to open or close it. It’s a bare bones hotel. Nothing fancy. But definitely needed to be cleaned.

A large area of black mildew appeared above shower after two days in the room. When I made the office aware they already knew of the mold. The issue I have is the mold was not visible when I arrived. I stayed here for three days initially I was given a bed with dingy sheets the mattress was sunk in and the bath tub was awful. I was given another. House keeping does not check to see if you need assistance. I didn't have any towels the office told me there's nothing they can do about it. Once I requested someone in authority I received towels. This property has really went down over the years. The pool is a mess. The sidewalk are filthy. The owner really need to do better for paying customer. Awful experience I will not return

The lady at check in was not really friendly or talkative. The hotel looked run down and the room we stayed in had a small holes in the wall, stained blankets, lumpy pillows, and rusty microwave. There was sketchy people outside and some random guy knocked on the door while we were there. Also disappointed the pool was dirty and we were not able to swim. Also should have more handicap spaces.

The room was nasty. There was Mold on the bathroom walls and around the sink faucet. I saw a few roaches, one I thought I smashed but it got right back up trying to get away. The tub doesn’t drain properly when taking a shower. There was hair that wasn’t mine throughout the room. The floor kept shaking from the noise beneath my room. The vibrations shook the bed. It was so uncomfortable I couldn’t stay the whole night and left at 5am. Terrible stay. And all they had to offer was 7am coffee, with the condition of the hotel I assumed would be just as gross. There was also people loitering outside the rooms which also made the stay uncomfortable. Nice area though, with good food options nearby. Check in was quick and easy.

The room was very unclean and had a terrible odor. The security lock was broken off the door. The area was well lit, but had several people hanging around for wifi that weren't guests. Lots of gnats in the room and stains on the bedding.

I paid for a non smoking room and still my room smelled to smoke. If you are very tired and are looking for a place to rest, this isn’t the place, it’s next to a freeway and the noises of the car on the freeway it’s terribly loud. The shower wast good and the bathtub was clogged.

First night wasnt bad,then i realized it wasnt a so good area.staff was good,but people knocking at my door all hours of the night looking for someone who used to live there.found a needle on the ground over by the highway.not very clean at all.and did not feel safe.

They front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The house keepers are excellent at they job!! I would stay here again!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked! We actually didn’t stay the night because people were beating on the walls not counting the bullet hole that was in my hotel door. Do not stay here it is a mistake. We left that night after being there for 2 hours and went to a la Quinta in Irving.

It did have hot water, Frig & Microwave worked. I don't expect a lot for an economy room; you kind of get what your pay for. But this was the worst room I ever had, and the first time I ever had live bugs. Good price or not, I will not plan to stay there again.

Was great overall but we told housekeeping that we didn’t need it for one day, so they assumed it was for the whole trip. Other than that was fine, oh also ac unit smelled like burning hair when the heat option was used so that wasn’t fun

Everything was good about the property and the manager and the staff. The stuff I didn't like was as soon as you got closer to the sink and bathroom area we could smell a weed smell coming from other people's rooms. Ohhh the door to our room didn't really close like it should. The bathroom was falling apart. Other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

We got kicked out for finding a needle in our room we brought it to the office and they kicked me and my pregnant wife out

The property is conveniently located for our purpose. It was basically clean and comfortable. Good enough for a quick overnighter. The issues were the bright lights outside our room and the curtain didn't block much. While we did not experience any unsafe incidents, the proximity of homeless and suspicious individuals in the parking lot overnight took away our sense of safety and peace of mind.

Bugs everywhere you turn including on your own floor and door. Smoke in every smell you smell in your own room and ac unit, including walking up the stairs. Reviews made me think it was going to be fine, but I really need to consider bot reviews now.

The toliet seat was really loose and no one ever come to fix it so I had to fix it myself then the toliet had stopped up and we asked for a plunger or something to fix the toliet but no one ever came with one and I had to use one from my job that o borrowed . So I believe we should have been comptd for at least two nights stay thanks sincerely, Virginia Cote

I loved this motel 6. Mini and Nick at the front desk are amazing. They started my stay with a smile and kept the vibe going all the way through. The set the tone for a happy and fun stay and it definitely was.

Overall it's a very affordable price and good customer service no complains from us the only think wish they had their pool working

This was one of the best Motel 6 I’ve ever been in. Rooms were super clean, staff was friendly. They were doing construction on the road leading to but other than that it’s great.

The beds were really uncomfortable. We only were provided with 2 towels when we booked for 4 people.

We had to immediately change rooms. 1st room they gave us smelled like smoke and had cigarette ashes on the AC unit.

Staff was more than helpful with a technical issue. But the area did seem a bit unsafe.

Just OK, needed a room in a hurry. I was told over phone they could provide Iron and Board. When at property I was told they do not offer this. When I entered room first thing I noticed was three cigarette burns in the bedspread. The positive: hot water

Things were fine for the most part. The reason for the low rating is because the AC unit’s fan was loose on the rotor which caused terrible loud intermittent metal on metal scraping noises when used. I had to turn off the AC in order to sleep, which made it warm and uncomfortable.

The room wasn't nasty, though the bedspreads were worn and we had a towel that was stained. No shampoo in the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. This is a cheap stay, so it was expected.

Hotel is very dated, check in staff was not competent. Room was not very clean, flooring separated in areas, door did not seal closed. Construction made entering and exiting the hotel very difficult.

We stayed here because we had two dogs with us and were in the process of moving out of state and needed a place to stay while moving out of our home and wrapping up last minute details in the area. Our stay was for 10 nights, but we ended up leaving a night early due to issues. To start with, there was noise all hours of the night, random cars pulling into the back parking area by the pool, backing in so they can watch rooms, and then people either meeting them briefly in the parking lot or they make their way up to one of the rooms after what I am assuming, some signal is given! VERY SUSPICIOUS... not sure what goes on at this place at night, but pretty sure the random characters that pull into the back parking lot and sit are not just looking for a room to stay! Secondly, we were told there was maid service twice weekly - never got maid service once..AND it was not because of a "do not disturb" sign because those were not wven available to hang! Lol Everytime I would go ask the front desk for new towels, the young lady working was somewhat rude - insisting that I should be supplied these towels by the nonexistent maid service. The fourth night we were there, we came out in the morning to walk the dogs and there were cigarette butts on my car hood that had evidently been flicked from the 2nd story. RIDICULOUS! We actually left one night early because we found a broken rifle with a silencer behind the dumpster on the morning stroll with the dogs. Avoid this place - UNSAFE!

This place is Horrible! Traveled for one night worst night ever! My first initial room had blood on the bedspread clearly the bed sheets wasn't changed. Also, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I switched rooms asked for new sheets they were old with stains and cigarette burns on them, even the mattress protector was stained. Toilet sit had burned marks on it. loose hair on everything. The tub had three rings around it. I had purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room. It was very nasty! Only one lock on the door which didn't latch well. I will not be returning.If you can please spend the extra money to stay comfortably.

Had a great night. The hotel was clean, looked remodeled, no bad smell and the best part was i was able to bring my 2 dogs. Super nice staff. The o ly down side is the construction traffic. Its not the hotels fault. I would stay again.

Sheets where dirty and refused to change them. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Great place to stay if your looking for drugs.

The staff
