    They walked him to another room, as soon as the night worker walked in to check the room there was pubic hair on the toilet and he flushed it and said (that was something small) So they went down to a third room which was the worst room out of all of them. There was a hair ball in the trash, hair all over the floors, stains of the pillow cases and sheets, trash next to the couch and under the side of the bed. By the time he settled in the 3rd room it was 11:15pm, my client had to be out of the hotel early this morning (7:15am). When he stopped to talk to the front office they offered to 10% refund. My client stayed for 8 hours and paid $70 (after the 10% discount) to sleep in a dirty hotel, dirty room and dirty bed! I was beyond embarrassed I sent him there! The front desk worker Jay was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond and none of this was his fault and he handled it very well. Thank you Jay.

    I was really looking forward to using the hot tub, but when I approach the room to look at it, it was foaming over the edges. That happens when it’s not cleaned or people are allowed to get in there dirty.

    The rooms was clean. The hot was working great, the pool was very cold, the lighting in the pool area was very dark and they needed to have someone make sure towels are available. Breakfast was not what you would normally expect. The choices were very limited, hot items were watery eggs, potatoes and self made waffles; cold items yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, milk was not near the cereal, instant oatmeal without anything to add (brown sugar or raisins) plus the hot water was far away and a few sweet rolls. Hot drink choices were coffee or hot chocolate; no tea bags, not everyone drinks coffee.

    The hotel is fine. Not fancy, not dingy, not dirty. It's a good place to lay your head for a good price. Our remote wasn't working but they had a replacement immediately. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The area is great with easy highway access.

    I experienced one polite and helpful front desk employee… handicapped parking was nicely attainable..Location of property acceptable. Management 80% rude and not helpful or willing to help! Facility dirty, breakfast unacceptable and not worthy of care. Housekeeping none on Friday short staffed! Not enough pillowcases to change linen. Had to go get new linen and towels daily at front desk? Had to change our beds ourselves Place covered in dust our on the 4th floor had a/c water leaking puddle in 5 foot diameter Room was muggy, algae very bad on allergies and warm during daytime a/c unit could not keep up with temperature.

    Was a great place to stay for the convenience of everything close by in the area. The hotel for most part was clean and up to date. The only thing we ran across that needs attention is that the TV stand/dresser had drawers that wouldn't stay shut. So if you got up in the middle of the night, you slammed into an open drawer. We had to cram a few plastic bags in them to make them stay shut. Also, the rugs under the beds need to go. They are dirty and God only knows what is down inside of them between dirt, dust and body fluids. The flooring outside that rug was nice. We prefer flooring to rugs as it is cleaner. There was a piece/hunk of the laminate missing on the bed and TV stand/dresser. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Closet handle needs attention. The desk provided was convenient along with the couch. Made is seem more homey. Curtains were great for a change. Did the job they are suppose to do. Coffee pot is old style which is what we like. Lots of lights in the room too. They have a breakfast each day that is pretty good with multiple items to choose from. Do not wait until after 8:30 to eat breakfast because there won't be much left. We have family in the area that are close by. The cost was reasonable as well. Staff was attentive to our needs immediately. Room service needs to be inquired about or you won't get it. Plenty of parking. Nice lobby. No weird smells like in some hotels. For most part, we will go there again. It's truly not a bad stay!! Thank you!!

    Pool wasn’t running, breakfast had no meat, no breads expect waffles, no gravy nothing. Just terrible powdered eggs, waffles, 2 cereals, and a hard as rock potatoes. Then we found 3 bags of chips, donuts, and candy all opened and half eaten or more in the top dresser between the two beds. When asked about the choice of food and cleanliness the staff blew me off.

    Property was clean overall, though we noticed trash in the parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable. This is still my go to hotel, but this stay was a little disappointing. Check in was slow as we had to go find the desk clerk. The pool was in terrible shape with brown gunk on the bottom. I've stayed at this property a half dozen time in the past and this was worst condition I've ever seen the pool. Attention to details goes a long way. Hopefully they doll it back up by my next trip.

    The worst hotel ever!! I heard bad stories of family members who’ve stayed here but decided to book anyway to “save money”. Upon checking in, we were told they couldn’t give us our room because there was no working AC, mind you I’ve had this hotel booked for weeks and they left me without a hotel late at night! I was more mad because the receptionist waited until I arrived to check in to let me know we couldn’t have any room in the hotel and had to look for another one that same night!! This was the worst experience I had ever experienced and will never use la Quinta ever again!

    location Me and my wife we are 72+ we came there to attend a wedding on saturday and doesn't want to dive from oklahoma in the morning . ... But we regret our descission to stay there First of all We booked for a non smoking room . that room was used by some smoker and was smelly Seccondly the room ac was not working , it was not cooling i set it at 62, still it was not cooling.. means purpose of taking the room did't serve my purpose of having rest . Thirdly the a/c was so noisy like a jet enging fourthly the person on the desk doesnot know to say hi bye , and also didnt even had the courtsy of sayin sorry for my inconveniences I think you owe an appology along with the refund of the room rent

    I’m not sure our room was cleaned and set up correctly before we arrived. We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next day we were gone all day and when we came back to the room nothing had been touched— as in no fresh towels, no beds made and to top it all off our rooms phone was disconnected and did not work. Plus it was labeled for a different room than the one we were in.

    The first room we were given the bed, floors and bathrooms were dirty. I went down and told them I didn’t think our room was cleaned and they gave us a new room. It was better although I did end up going down and got fresh sheets for the bed and cleaned the room with disinfectant wipes myself. Soap is not provided in the bathrooms I had to ask for that also. Rooms do not get cleaned during your stay. Smells like Marijuana. Pool and hot tub were closed the entire time. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, water and coffee that’s it. Overall I would not stay here again.

    I paid for 2 days and When we got to the property late at night due to a long travel and was advised they had no rooms available. I advised we had 2 nights scheduled and was told by the front desk we should have came earlier. Then was advised the only room available did not have a working heater.it was 38 degrees outside. We decided to cut our visit short and only stay 1 night. The manager Vic said he would give us a refund for the other night but I have yet to receive it. Those were the bad points. The good point was at least we har a bed and some breakfast in the morning. Vic did address the problems we had checking in the next morning and assured us we would at least get a refund for the night we did not stay. He seemed genuinely like he cared, so I give him that. But next time we may to stick to an air b and b. Too much hassle and too much money to only be disappointed. And the indoor pool was out of order so there was that. Man I wish we had a better stay. It was disappointing.

When we told the front desk, we were told to find housekeeping and let her know.?!?! Breakfast: two hot items that were likely recycled from the day before and moldy pastries. The pool and hot tub were out of service. The walls are thin - you can hear everything. Overall- it appears as if this particular hotel is family owned and operated. It also appears as if the family doesn’t maintain the property well. Find somewhere else that’s comparable. There are many choices in the area. P.S. I’ve got some wonky charges on my credit card. I intend to dispute and cancel that particular card.

    This time the pool was closed for the whole holiday week we were there. This was one of the highlights of staying here, especially for my kiddo. It ruined the vibe for sure. Our fridge was not working. Not a huge deal just obnoxious when you’re staying for the week. I didn’t mention it until we left, because we didn’t want to switch rooms. Last time this happened, they accommodated us with a room switch which is great! So if this happens to you, they will take care of you, so mention it if you need the fridge. Lastly, there was a car parked in the handicap spot that didn’t have a placard. I mentioned it to the staff because my mother truly needs the accessibility. They went to check it out, so I went upstairs figuring something might be done. (They do ask for car info when you sign in. So a call to the owner, maybe?) But the car stayed there through the day and half of the next. My mom got by because my dad helps her along, but it definitely wasn’t ideal. I know this may seem like a lot of complaining, but we did enjoy our stay. The water pressure was great. The beds and rooms were clean. The staff was nice. I would recommend staying here! TLDR; some inconveniences but overall a good stay. Would recommend.

    I picked this hotel because it had a 4.1 rating on Google, over 1,200 reviews, was in a decent neighborhood (I checked a crime map since I am from out of state), had free parking/breakfast, and relatively close proximity to downtown Fort Worth and the Stockyards. However, front desk clerks didn’t seem to do a whole lot of work - they spent most of the time lounging on the couches in the lobby. One guy even had his shoes off on the couch - disgusting. Our room keys only worked some of the time and we would have to try repeatedly over and over again. The room itself was dingy and felt unclean. There was crud on the carpet that I kept stepping on, so they didn’t do a great job vacuuming. They have a permanent sticker on the mirror that states they have housekeeping every day unless you put a “do not disturb” sign on your doorknob, but when we returned for the day, our room was untouched. I went down to talk to the front desk clerk on duty about it (of course, he was just chilling on the couch), and he said they only do housekeeping 3 days of the week. In terms of breakfast, it is from 6 AM-9 AM, but it is essentially first-come, first-served - they do NOT replenish if they run out of food or drinks (e.g., milk, orange juice).     The toilet was dirty like they didnt clea it before we came in, the room key kept gettig deactivted we had to keep going to back to thr front desk for new cards, we left glasses there and they said they didnt find them, the front desk were of Indian decent and they had all of there bufdies there with them

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a fun addition, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. We rented a car for our holiday, and the hotel was close enough to the airport, zoo, stockyards, mall to drive easily wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Next our room.. ac did not work properly and was very noisy it would go on and off all night with an awful noise, theres a rooster next door that goes off early morning and youll hear him. Shower was warm at the most on the hottest setting. We decided to leave our two night stay after the first night, found blood dripped around in the elevator and checked out to also hear another guy staying there saying he was lied to that he called about the hottub and they said it was working. Definitely will not stay here again.

    I called to let them know I would be in LATE, I arrived around 4AM after driving all day, the manager was wide awake and alert. No issues with check in or check out. Very clean room as well, I slept in so idk about breakfast but they do offer free breakfast too!

As I came in, someone mentioned that the elevator on the property was not working and could not be fixed until the next day at the earliest. I was checking in with my special needs brother and it would have been difficult for him to climb the stairs. He found us a room that was just what we had reserved on the first floor! Great customer service!!

    I will never use Travelocity or the La Quinta hotel again, since I had a reservation made and when I arrived at 10 pm when I went to check in, the reception told me that unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom was broken, and that they had no more rooms available, that they would give me a discount for that problem, which seems like a lack of professionalism to me, I asked to speak to the manager but he was not available, I had to look for another hotel at 11 pm to spend the night.

    Ok. Breakfast is pathetic. Very little selection or variety. Hotel overall cleanliness is marginal at best. Each week it’s gotten worse. I’m looking for another hotel to stay in. Probably go to the 1 across the parking lot. Stayed there once. Everything was great there. Price higher but worth it. Every cent!!!!

    When we arrived, the entrance doors slammed open, on top of the lobby and bottom floor being so hot and muggy. Upon entering the room multiple stains on the linen as well as our phone not working to call the front desk. Short staffed and not in a hurry to do anything I’m not one to make complaints but after a weekend get away with my partner we will not be returning to this property

    We stayed there for 1 week. Horrible smell in the halls of 3rd floor. Everytime we would come out of the elevator I wanted to throw up. And I’m not sensitive to smells at all!! Elevator stopped working so we had to take stairs for 2 days! Heavy Luggage and all! Did not offer to help. Beds were good. But shower gave me the ick. I liked that we had fridge and microwave!!! But the door that lead to fridge could not stay closed and was super hard to open and would just swing open randomly! Also need to wash towels better!! We found burned hair on 2 of the towels! Others than that it was good.

    There was no meat breakfast options 2 of the 4 days I stayed here. I had to go offsite and pay for breakfast. You should and need to serve at least 1 meat option for breakfast. Also, the juice machine wasn’t working properly. Only the infused water work. Other 2 juice options didn’t. I may stay here again however I will be looking for another hotel that can satisfy my needs.

    Breakfast was yellow tofu substitute for eggs. Not very appealing. Artificial sausage patties 3 of 4 days. Dining area had no A/C and was hot every time we ate or try to use. Smells in 2nd floor hallway included natural gas, marijuana smoke, and mildew. 2nd floor ice machine was broken, requiring elevator trip for ice every time. Towel and linen service was only on Mon, Wed, Sat.

    Nice and quiet. Check in and check out employees were very nice. Room was very clean. Needs a little updating, but as long as it is clean, I'm ok. Bed was ok, but not super comfy. A/C was very loud. 1 drawer would not close, but we told them at checkout and said they would fix it. Suspicious red.light on microwave, so we covered it with a towel.

    Horrible experience. The rooms are fine but the air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. Mind you this is July in Texas so it's very hot! Tried to contact someone at the front desk and apparently they don't speak English. Had to sleep in a hot room all night. It was very noisy with people in and out of the hallway at all hours. The breakfast the next day was a little suspicious as well. I would not recommend staying here.

    The staff were kind enough to let us check in an hour early and they were courteous. But waited at the lobby coz nobody's at the front desk. Check in was good, but a little slow. The room could use more cleaning. I like the area coz its 20 mins from Stockyards, 20 mins away from DFW, and close to the mall. Easy acess from the hiway and the surrounding area is good.

    We had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. The pool and hot tub were both functioning properly, which was great for our grandson. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do our little vacation. Staff was accommodating and very polite. We will definitely be back.

    We were not staying the night, so we did not make a big deal out of it, however if we were sleeping there we would have requested another room. Though I suspect that other unoccupied rooms would have their AC turned off so the hotel can save on electrical costs, resulting in the same issue. They also had one of the smoke alarms covered in plastic like they were getting ready to paint the room.

    The room is clean, but there are roaches, which was a surprise seeing that the room was clean. Plus once you checked in there was an addition fee that should of been disclosed when you booked the room. But they wait until you check in to hit you with it. You do get it back after check out, depending on your credit card company. So maybe 3-5 business days.

    Cons: When we first walked in to the lobby, the entire building was hot. Humid hot. After I checked in, and we got to our room, the room immediately had a mildewy smell, and then we noticed the mini fridge was totally dead. After I called down to the front desk to let them know, we found 1 dead cockroach on the floor and a live one coming out from under the bed. The guy from the front desk came up to look at the fridge and I told him about the bugs and asked if we could switch rooms. I will say, the only reason I didnt leave 1 star was because the staff was very courteous and addressed our concerns quickly. I asked if we could just switch rooms and he did it for us right away. HOWEVER, the new room also had issues. The desk chair had arm pads that were completely ripped and you could see the foam sticking out, obviously very used and the seat itself looked very worn down. There were 3 drawer doors that would not stay closed, and there were chips and scratches on the door, as if someone tried using a knife to unlock the door. The indoor pool was also not well kept, and there were no communal towels to use. Pros: The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and as I mentioned the staff was courteous and attentive. Free Breakfast was good with nice options.

    The rooms in the suite were large and comfortable. The bed and couch were comfortable. Nice view from the windows. We discovered a flat tire the next morning (picked up a nail on our drive). The desk clerk, Vick, was SO Helpful!! He connected us with a nearby tire shop and even helped my husband with the spare tire. We cannot thank him enough!! The room was mostly clean, but a few smears on the dresser and walls caught my attention. However, because of the room size and staff helpfulness, I would highly recommend this hotel.

    It was the anniversary of my mom‘s passing and I came into town to be with my dad. I arrived earlier than check in normally is and was exhausted. I went in and asked if I could check in early with a small fee. They allowed me to get my room and I was able to get some rest. Very helpful very kind very comfortable very safe.

    the front desk we’d be checking in late. They assured us that our room would be held. When we arrived our room was available and the gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. The AC was off when we arrived but cooled the room amazingly once turned on. Ice cold. We stayed on a Friday night and everything was calm and quiet. Super comfy beds too. We stayed in room 104. Breakfast wasn’t spectacular. Standard continental. No complaints though. Would stay here again!
