Everything. The older lady at the front desk was amazing and very friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The beds where extremely comfortable! Very reasonable price. It's right there around a bunch of things to do and restaurants. Super close to north myrtle beach. A very beautiful area. Amazing location with very friendly people inside the hotel and around the area! The free breakfast could have been better. Stocked better and more organization. I will still return. And recommend this hotel to anyone I know passing threw that needs somewhere to stay.

I was booked into a room where the phone didn't work. Reported it to the clerk on duty and was today he'd leave a repair order. The next morning I asked about the phone repair order and was told that there was none. She then said why do you need a phone most people have cell phones... Don't you have a cell phone? She then repeated the same remarks to the Manger. I thought it was very rude. She eventually moved me to another room. The rude lady left the master key in the door of the I moved. I gave the key to another clerk. The clerk seemed not to be customer service savvy to the the degree it hurt the image of the Hotel.

We were in the room for a total of 20 seconds so there is not much for me to review other than that. The woman at the front gave us our deposit back, she was very apologetic. Menu did not work on TV, could only press the channel #'s, local channels did not work. Hot tub did not work on. Poll water temperature was only 64 degrees. New bathroom was very nice, but there were so many wall anchors painted over. It looked terrible. The faucet in the shower my reds to be replaced. There were 2 more wall anchors where the shower rod was connected to the wall. Will never stay there again.

This place is horrible. It’s dirty and the entire property is sketchy. People up all night doing drugs and drinking with kids around. No one on property cares. Rooms was filthy. I almost said we slept but we all sat down with our clothes on for fear of the sheets. The sheets were all stained and dirty. I am contacting Expedia as this is unacceptable.

My son and I stayed for a night while in town for a home tour. It was just what we needed to have a peaceful and comfortable place to rest before getting back on the road the next day. It was clean, quiet, and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! They were extremely kind and added that nice southern touch to the stay! If we do end up moving to the area, that is where I will send family and friends when they come to visit us!

The deposit that was to be credited upon checkout was charged as a hard charge to my account and the associate said it was the bank’s doing even though it no longer showed as pending

Said tires ruined parking lot???? Yet motorcycle,mopeds, trailers,etc allowed!??

We booked this room for the weekend to attend the Blue Crab Fest. It was the perfect location. We were less than 10 minutes away from the shuttle area that took us to the festival. Several shopping and eating options were in close proximity and the beach wasn't too far as well! I will be definitely stayig here again for my future North Myrtle Beach trips.

This is an older hotel but what made our stay was the staff. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. In the morning, the staff was so funny and made restaurant recommendations. The inside pool was perfect for kids that had been in the car for 10 hours.

I booked this room online during bike week, when all hotels were booked. They then turned me away saying they wouldn’t rent to locals, but they did reimburse me, so that was awesome! Maybe you should consider renting to locals? We need to get away sometimes too!

This motel did absolutely everything I needed it to do for a weekend at the house of blues. Friendly staff. Clean room.

I actually stayed there three nights. The paint job in the room was so appalling. I kept thinking that I needed to fix it for them. Some of the places that they had replaced fixtures, didn’t even get painted. It was the paint prior to that was showing. There was a very musty smell in the house and it was a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast was embarrassing. They had waffles one out of the three days, the apples were weeks old. The cereal was discolored. It had been in the plastic containers so long and that’s what they serve juice and toast. Our toilet seat broke, and it took almost an hour for the gentleman to come back to keep fixing it after three attempts, not his fault it’s just that he was not well trained . They advertise a pool and a Jacuzzi both of them indoors. The second night we were there we went to go swim and it was so cold we couldn’t stand it. Bathwater is hot compared to that the Jacuzzi wasn’t even warm so we didn’t get to swim. we asked for some kind of an adjustment for false advertising and for the fact that there were so many problems and they said because we went through a third-party they couldn’t do anything about that . There could’ve been an adjustment with no problem they know it. The actual employees were pretty nice though that was the only good thing about the trip staying there. I’m not finished yet.

Overall the stay was pleasant. We arrived on Friday and checked out on Monday. Our room was never cleaned. One of the housekeepers asked if we had our do not disturb dogn on out door. We did not . So I asked her for new towels and wash cloths. She obliged us. Also upon check in staff added our $100 damage deposit to my bank card . It would be nice to ask if the customer will be paying it with cash or card. Some customers , like myself, would like their money upon the inspection of the room and check out instantly in hand.

We chose this property due to amenities advertised such as a heated pool. When we checked in we were told the hot tub was broken and then discovered that the pool heater was not turned on. The owner told us that “It was Spring and the heater was turned off”. The heated pool should not be advertised if it is not available. The owner was not customer service oriented and made no attempt to apologize or consider turning the heater on. He should not be representing Best Western brand or Orbitz.

A bit dated but had the best pool I’ve been in a while. Nothing fancy but nice and hot on a cold evening. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room we booked had a noisy AC unit but the lovely man at the front desk gave us a new room right away. Will definitely go back and the price we paid was amazing.

Front desk lady was rude and even insinuated that we would destroy her rooms! We were in semi trucks and only came for the night!

The room had not been dusted for a long time. The staff was good. I received no points because I went thru third party which was disappointing. I probably won't be back because of that aspect on two day stay. The pool had bubbles in it from soap so no swimming

Decent mattress, clean inside & out, friendly Knowledgable staff. There for work, served its purpose. Would stay again.

Upon checking in, the attendant asked where we were from and stated that she remembered hearing how much our county spends on “illegal aliens”. Then she made a derogatory statement. We were disgusted. The only reason we didn’t walk out was because it was late and we had our children with us. Imagine going to the beach for a happy vacation with your kids in tow and hearing hate speech and political rhetoric . What a horrible way to greet people. Epic fail! NEVER again.

The room was stuffy- no air circulation. The room smelled musty. Some of the staff was rude. Breakfast ended too early.
