Great room and very clean

The total Experience was relaxing. The beach view was amazing. Really enjoyed my stay. Just the reset I needed.

Room was clean had plenty of towel. Could have had free breakfast would’ve made everything perfect

Great location. Clean room with great amenities. The staff was nice but they do push a time share sale. There was construction across the street which affected the view and created noise around 7AM waking us up.

Great location on beach next to highway with a pier. Lazy river is located on top of parking garage in tower 2. Staff was friendly. Parking wasn't extra. Elevators were slow. Alot of stuff didnt work in hotel. Toaster didnt work, refrigerator broke and leaked. Hot water was random as hell. A.c controls were broke had to reset everytime it was used. Would turn off randomly and would make it hot as hell waking you up. Even turned heat on during day with no one touching control. PUT in work order they came said nothing was wrong with some stuff rest they said deal with it gave me extra towels to soak up water from fridge.

Very nice place we enjoyed the hut tubs and pool, but it’s loud at night with all the traffic.

The staff was very helpful I asked for ocean front. Booking . Com misled me . I contacted booking .com and got no assistance.

The view of the beach was perfect! Not too close but not far at all. The multiple pool and hot tub options are nice. There was construction when we arrived taking away from the view of the pier and ocean as seen in the pictures.

The view was good, the room was ok the toilet wouldn’t flush! The run around I dealt with to get a decent room was a bit much, the parking was awful! Thanks for the stay I don’t think I would recommend or return!

I love the room layout. It’s perfect for parents traveling with their children. The tower we stayed in was across the street from the ocean. We could still see the ocean, but it was a little misleading.

Nothing, this was an awful experience. I didn’t get the room that I paid for and booking did nothing to accommodate me. Please book directly it’s much cheaper and easier. Hotel couldn’t do anything to fix the issue because Booking did not indicate type of room for invoice. The room type and location. Room was located down the street in a separate building across the street from with no ocean view as originally planned.

Not enough plug and no ports for charging phones but otherwise great location

The location was great. Our room was clean, well stocked with all we needed. Very comfortable. Staff responded quickly to our needs. There is construction going on next door. But that is not the fault of this resort. It would not keep us from coming back.

Parking spaces too small.

Room was spacious and comfortable On 17th Floor, too high for me.

I liked the room layout. My 9yr old son and I had a 1 bedroom suite. It was very clean, nice layout I'd say 4 would be the max for 1bdrm. Washer and dryer in the room was convenient. Lots of TV channels ( rainy day ), the TV in the bedroom was small. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and bathroom items, the balconies are super small. Couldn't walk pass anyone if you were on the balcony with them. The parking is across the street, and next building down. On day 3 we finally figured out that you have to text the golf cart driver to take you back and forth. They don't share that with you at check in. Free movie rentals kinda like REDBOX. The construction next door. ALL DAY LONG 5a til 6p. The walking back and forth to the car. The pier access and restaurant they advertise with their resort is no longer part of the Prince Resort Company anymore. Therefore all the hoorah about those 2 things aren't available to you as part of the resort package. Didn't care much for the small balconies.

Disappointed It had to do with Booking.com. We were to have ocean view and we could not see the ocean. Alerted staff and they said that ids 3rd party booking problem. We will not use the booking App. Again. Construction out our window. Noisy and blocked our view.

We Love Cherry grove and especially love Prince. The only thing I hate is the new hotel being built right next to it. It is going to be the beginning of the end. It will bring a larger crowd and it will ruin this once peaceful beach. It is set for 2027. So if you’re going there afterwards.. good luck. It’ll be just like South Myrtle in no time. The main great thing about north Myrtle and cherry grove and Prince, is the sligh feeling of being secluded away from all the crazy crowds of people. So this was probably our last nice stay in Cherry grove and that makes me so sad. I will miss the peaceful getaways we once had there. ?

I was told the breakfast would be buy one entree and get one free. But when I arrived to the restaurant. The server told me that it was forteen ninety five per person. I then went to another restaurant off of the property. This is called the off season at Myrtle Beach. Prince Resort management should have the courtesy to give free breakfast to all of their customers! This is a nice resort, the staff was great, and the condo was dated. But, we shouldn't have had to buy breakfast at a resort when other hotels are offering breakfast with the rooms! We won't be back to the Prince Resort.

Location was beautiful. It was a cold rainy weekend, so the heated pool and hot tub were our favorite part! The room was clean and comfortable! A perfect weekend! Would definitely recommend. The parking was in the parking garage across the street. Unfortunately, our truck didn’t fit. It would have fit on the lower level, but we were told that it was paid public parking. They did let us park in overflow parking about a mile down the road so it worked out!

No oceanview as requested and promised

Everything was nice

I have never stayed here before. But it will be my go to place to stay when we go to the beach.

The cleaning people are trustworthy. The room was booked with everything I needed. They even had laundry detergent for the washing machine. They had silverware for the kitchen and other items. Every day we had fresh towels and empty trash.

Had to park across the street, had trouble opening the door to our room. Card key worked when it felt like it and once it was unlocked, had to be iron man to push the door open Tub very stained, not easily accessible for elderly in either bathroom, had to step high to get in

Although the property and units are aging, it is always a great place to stay. With the pier right there makes it wonderful!

The was a water leak coming from the laundry room that was seeping up through the floor tiles at the entrance. That may have been the reason for the stale stench.

Right on the beach in the last stretch of Myrtle beach strand on the edge of the wild wetlands. I expected a rinky dink operation but it was plush and modern. There is a hotel going up in the shadows of the two towers that is going to obstruct some of the views. Right now it is loud from the constant crews banging together floor after floor.

My husband and I spent one night there on our way home. Stayed on top and views were awesome! Parking was a little inconvenient because we had to park across the street.

Absolutely nothing like how i remember it this hotel had became raggedy and filled with pest The property has a pest problem found 2 roaches in the room one at the headboard and one behind the sleeper sofa. Thank god we seen it soon as we checked into room but they didnt do a good job at accommodating me and my children with another room had to spend additional money to book another room and the black gay man was standoff as if he didnt care to fix the problem like they knew they had roaches he was just looking like oh well its just a roach i dont even have roaches at home so why would i come on a trip and accept that.

The room was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Spacious, great views of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and NO odd smells. (I travel a lot and it's hard finding a place that doesn't have weird smells) Staff was underwhelming. As soon as you check in, you instantly get funneled to "Carol" who tries to sell you on a better vacation, blah blah blah. Quite irritating after a 7 hour drive, when all you want to do is check in and settle in. She's was very persistent even after I told her I wasn't interested. Just what everyone wants is to get harassed before you even get to your room. Really unfortunate, bad business.

I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. They’ve even removed the paper checkout process. To top it off, the construction across the street was a disaster; the loud banging started at 7:00 AM and didn't stop all day. It feels like they are cutting corners everywhere while renting out a deteriorating property.

Beachfront, balcony Had issues with the washer not spinning out or draining, no hot water in the bathroom tub/shower. Had to take cold showers all week. Coffee table leg was broke and couldn’t use it all week.

We were in Room 1908 and the view was gorgeous. The condo was very spacious. I really liked the big bathtub. The ac worked great. The nice man in the check in parking lot, offered to help us load our luggage in the car. They brought plenty of linens daily to the room.

Cable TV wasnt working

Second time staying here, very convenient having the kitchen in the room. It was very nice, staff very friendly. Love looking over the beach better than the other side I was in last year.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach for my very best friend's 80th birthday celebration. This resort was amazing! We had two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and the view of the ocean. Granted it is winter and was a bit cold but that did not matter. It was an amazing stay, great staff, very clean, well stocked kitchen, all wonderful amenities! We would definitely return here!

Check in was very clunky. There was a trainee assisting me. He was not very proficient with the process. His trainer was visibly frustrated and irritated with him. It came through in her tone and body language.

Stay ocean front you will regret the Parking! Deck across tge street 3 levels up & sobis the rooftop pool. One elevator in each building, prepare to wait or take the stairs all day. Rooms were immaculate to say the least. Like mini apartments very updated. But bayyyyby... that customer service & check in process was horrible & them resort fees per night! Very far from most stores but the restaurant & pier are remarkable. I would've recommended for small kids. They'd be bored. No breakfast options for vegans, & all pork meat just as FYI

Omg.. it was like you went to stay with a bad relative & they didn't want you to stay. The attitude was jyst gloomy. No hey how are yiu...welcome, no nothing. I had to find a housekeeper to even know anything. I swear i called & talked to about 4 different people about my room & reservation & every time they just started over & was still wrong. Still paid twice separately for resort fees & still dont know why. Just a weird vibe here, very gloomy.

The rooms were spacious but had outdated showers/kitchen. The view was beautiful and I like being in North Myrtle but the parking was difficult (narrow ramp and tight spaces) and going out to eat required getting into the car every time because there were no real restaurants in walking distance. Overall I will not come here again but will try other hotels in North Myrtle.

The person who checked us in, I cant remember their name, but they were so nice and professional. I love the pier and restaurant combo. The kiddie pool and hot tubs could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was great. Rooms are nice and spacious and staff was very prompt and helpful.

Parking was a slight inconvenience. The restaurant was out of a lot of things. Plus very limited menu. The hotel itself was pretty good.

The elevators in this hotel are terrible. I recommend taking the stairs. It’s faster. What it does have going for it at least in the tower that’s close to the ocean is some really nice views if you’re on the Oceanside. Cherry Grove pier is right there too. Another pro tip they’re going to ask you for your license plate number so if you don’t know it, you’re going to have to call them and tell them which can be a bit of a hassle because you don’t get connected to the person you need to talk to right away it’s like three clicks in, but we were able to overcome that. When you go to the second floor to check in, have a picture of your license plate. This prince resort is average & underwhelming. I would not recommend staying here and I know that I won’t again. 😩

I liked that the resort had a parking garage across the street. The unit we were in was updated, and looked clean and fresh. The view was spectacular, and seeing two dolphins playing below was the icing on the cake. We are likely to return.

The view was amazing, but everything else was just average. The pool looks gross compared to the neighbor next door. Lose the timeshare sales rep in the lobby; it comes off as sleazy.

We had booked oceanfront we had a side view and small balcony facing street. Not what I booked and then was charged more than what my reservation said. Not happy and won’t be back. Woody that check us in was to busy talking to other staff.

Tried to sell me something at "conciers desk", charged excessive cash deposit for locals, was told it was non smoking and if they smelled smoke from anywhere near the room they would keep my cash deposit. I just went home. It was supposed to be a nice date night for my husband and myself. We didn't stay in the room bc after I was told they could also enter the room unannounced ?! I did not feel safe to do so. Huge disappointment. I had already attempted to get a refund the night prior. The next day I returned to the hotel to collect my security deposit and the lady at the counter said there was no cash deposit noted on my account. :/ I waited until she figured it out and returned my money. There was not even a room check that I am aware of. they returned it my cash. Seemed very suspect. Old building, lousy parking just a huge waste of funds. The mngt there prompted me for a txt about my stay. I said 0. They basically said that's our policy to be awful. Have a great day. Huge disappointment.

This property is not handicap friendly. My husband has medical issues and makes walking any distance an issue, in addition to confusion and memory loss. There is only 3 handicap parking spaces near the entrance, otherwise parking is across the street in the parking garage. He had to be left alone near the entrance while I parked and hurried back to the entrance. Thankfully it was not in the busy season. For this reason we will not stay here again.

This property is not handicap friendly. My husband has medical issues and makes walking any distance an issue, in addition to confusion and memory loss. There is only 3 handicap parking spaces near the entrance, otherwise parking is across the street in the parking garage. He had to be left alone near the entrance while I parked and hurried back to the entrance. Thankfully it was not in the busy season. For this reason we will not stay here again.

I stay here because of the fishing pier and because it has a full kitchen. Nothing super special and needs a lot of updates but for the price it’s a good place to stay and a good location

The lounge chairs were right outside our balcony so a bit awkward. Otherwise, super spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Front office staff wearing a hooded sweatshirt with bloody rose logo. No name tag. She seemed very inconvenienced by my check in. Mumbled in riddles and codes. Phone check out process failed. Called to speak with manager, and am still awaiting a call back. The parking is in a garage across the street. Typical salt wear to door latches, which are all electric. Room was average. Location and view was great. Appears to just be poorly managed.

Table leg was broken in living area. Customer service wasn’t the greatest. Key cards had issues constantly being locked out of our room on our last day. Also the entrance are on our arrival day was nasty and dirty, but on our departure staff were cleaning the area and it looked much nicer.

We stayed in two one-bedroom condos over three nights. They were immaculately clean! Was very impressed with the sofa bed’s mattress cover, have never seen such a pristine condition before in other places I’ve rented over the years. Very happy with Prince Resort!

The trip was great however parking was an issue we have a large pickup and the parking garage was difficult to maneuver around in. The parking across the street was perfect with the exception of having to fight for a spot. Smoking was an issue as well I heard a lot of people complaining they don’t understand why we aren’t allowed to smoke on the balconies. Other then that it was an amazing experience

Staff at front desk not friendly but not rude. Rooms clean. Would be nice if stay included passes to walk on the pier. Parking is inconvenient if you’re staying in oceanfront tower.

Room had a great view of both the lagoon and the beach. It rained the weekend we were there but it was still nice to be in the living room and look over the area. My family loved being so close to the pier, we walked out on it twice. The lazy river and pools are nice too.

Our room did not have a smart tv, so we were unable to stream this weekend. That sucked! Make sure you find out if your room has a smart tv. There needs to be upgrades done to the rooms

Hotel and condo was very clean. Hotel was on the ocean and had beautiful views! Only a few steps and you were on the pier. Very convenient if you like to fish or just want to walk it. The down side of the hotel is elevators are very slow and you have to park across the street. Restaurant on site had very limited items on there breakfast buffet.

Room above us was having work done and the noise was awful. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. Been coming here for years. Never any issues until this trip.

Great stay! All of the staff were super friendly!

It took almost an hour after arriving to find a cart to be able to unload our things to be able to take them to our room and we arrived late and no wait to check in. No one helped us to find a cart. I was very disappointed.

It was really good for the price and it had an amazing view. Overall good

We arrived and parking to check in was minimal. We were able to briefly check in and out building was across the road. We loaded our items and noticed the elevators had numerous people waiting. There was only one elevator working of 3 in the building (very large building). We waiting 45 minutes and were unable to get an elevator to go to the 10th floor with a large amount of items. The hotel stated I would be issued a refund after I left and booked elsewhere. I am still waiting on a refund 4 days later. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great views of the ocean and beach. Tons of space! They seemed a bit under staffed, the elevators were sometimes so very slow, and the wifi didn’t work our whole stay but other than that it was a great location on Cherry Grove Pier in the North Myrtle area and the apartment was very clean and well stocked.

The one thing that we liked about this place was that it has a kitchen

Wonderful stay as always. Room was clean. The other guests seemed to respect the quiet hour rule so we had peaceful sleep each night. Always a favorite place to stay.

We didn’t like anything about this property. Then pools were too small and over crowded and there was no attractions or activities were we were relocated . Very disappointing

The parking lot was crazy. Trying to get in was a challenge. Maybe there should be a separate entrance for hotel guests or don’t allow anyone else park in this lot. Waiting so long for non-guests to be turned around because there was nothing left of them to park was inconvenient. Other than that the stay was great. The staff at the front desk was great. They were helpful and welcoming.

Amazing area! Loved the room and the views. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the full kitchen. The only downfalls were long wait times for elevators (especially during check in/check out times). They have 3 elevators and housekeeping has to use the same elevators as the guests. The other downfall that may not be major to other people, but may be the reason we don’t return, the tv in our bedroom did not work at all.

Great Place!

Had a great stay overall the only thing I will say is that the restaurant/bar by the pool was a disappointment. Came in and the only waitress working told us there would be a wait to sit outside which wasn’t an issue at all we were in no rush so we decided to order a drink from the bar but the older lady working the bar ignored us and continued to serve other people who walked in after us and the large group of older gentleman at the bar. Then two other gentleman preceded to sit themselves outside. Not the waitress’s fault but after that we decided just to leave.

Great views good area for the family. The pier was awesome walking distance from our room. The beach was beautiful seeing the sunset and sunrise. I can’t wait to come back again.

Very clean hotel with perfect location for people who love to fish. Great staff and lots of amenities including rooftop swimming pool and hot tubs.
