The location and the beds were comfortable They should warn people that the waterslides are down and that you have to pull up at the property get on the elevator and go to the third or fourth floor to check in . Then you have to park across the street.

Weird room in a corner near the lobby. Very dark and closed off in inside the unit. Had to go through the entire condo to see the beach out of the master bedroom. Balcony door didn’t open.

I booked it for my parents and they were not treated well at all. They said the room was nice, but the carpet needed some more shampooing and hair was in the jacuzzi tub. The front desk staff was not friendly at all, particularly an older lady wearing an arm sling. They never received new linens or towels, even after requesting. They were informed to empty their own trash into the outside dumpster. Also, they were continually hassled about timeshare tours, even after politely telling them no because they were there to relax those days.

Very spacious. Good accomodations. They gave my son (a one year old) a toy at check in, super sweet! Nothing really.

I loved the activities they had for you to do the elevators were very efficient they had four so thing moved quicker Staff was very friendly and very on top of things when it came to service and accommodations... Didn't felt like i was at the beach rooms were in an awkward spot no balcony just city view and space was a Lil tight but it was OK

This place is a hidden gem. It' was a perfect escape with all the accommodations necessary to feel at home. Very peaceful and relaxing with beach just feet away. It is definitely a place i will come back to visit.

The room was very nice and clean. Modern. Jet tubs in both the bedrooms. Pool was in great shape and well maintained. Elevator doors close way too fast. Door hit my disabled mom. A struggle when you have your hands full with kids, beach toys, or can’t get in fast enough.

Love the facilities, Lazy river, pool, water slides, hot tub, beach access, activities. Very close to mini golf and restaurants without being too close. Parking garage was a little tricky. Wish there was breakfast included.

They harassed you to get a timeshare. I did not get to enjoy my vacation because I felt like I was pressured to do something that I didn’t feel like I wanted to do so the trip was not enjoyable. I really wanted just to come and enjoy the beach, but I couldn’t really enjoy it because I was being harassed every five minutes to do this timeshare thank you very much

What really took away from the experience was the push for a timeshare presentation. Upon check-in, I was approached about attending a 90-minute presentation, which I declined. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of it. On the second day of our stay, I received another call from the front desk trying to get me to attend. This was frustrating because I booked a stay for relaxation, not to be repeatedly pressured into something I had already said no to. The hotel’s rates were comparable to others in the area, so no issues there. But if the focus is on selling timeshares, that should be made clear upfront so guests like me can choose a different option. Respect that some guests may be interested while others just want to enjoy their stay without the sales pitch. Because of the timeshare push, I can’t give this hotel a full five stars. Had they respected my initial decline, the rating would be higher.

Love this property in off season. The Cherry Grove area puts you close to all the Myrtle Beach attractions without all the traffic and noise. The fact that you can walk less than 1 block to eat at Snookys is just icing on the cake. Wish the pool was enclosed.

Very clean, had all we needed in the room to feel at home. Have stayed at this hotel in Cherry Grove and the one in North Myrtle more times than I can count. Always excellent! Never had a problem.

The resort was oceanfront and very vice. It’s close to all kinds of shopping. The weather was cold with snow on the ground so we weren’t able to enjoy the beach this time. Will definitely book again.

We stayed in December so not beach weather. The hot tubs were well heated and one pool was heated for swimming. really enjoyed despite the cold windy conditions. We arrived late and the check in staff was very friendly. Our room was rated to sleep six. We only had two. There were beds for 6 but the "living" area was very small. Not sure how 5-6 people could be in the room together other than to sleep. Kitchen was small but fully equipped for prepping meals. Loved the ocean front view.

The room that we had was wonderful. Much more than I expected. I thought the room I was getting was an ocean view room with 2 double beds but instead walked into a room with a king size bedroom with an ocean view and balcony. There was a separate living room with a kitchen/dining area! There was a city view also. The room was the perfect for my husband and I. The bathroom was spacious! There were all the conveniences of home with the full kitchen. Love that there was a separate living space from the bedroom. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. We went downstairs to get some snacks from the front desk area one night and we were helped by a young lady named La La! She was very friendly, personable and helpful! We were only there for a short 2 night stay and didn’t get to spend much time at the pool area but had a great experience! The location is perfect! We came down to go to a Christmas show and visit a friend but would definitely come back and stay again!

The room was even better than the pics, when does that ever happen?!! It was very up-to-date and clean. The pool area was well maintained and heated! We swam in pools and the ocean. Great activities for the kids. They enjoyed the Lazy River Duck Race. Front desk staff was nice. I did not have one complaint on my stay, which says something.

Did not get the room I selected and booked. No effort was take to accommodate us. Was only ask to participate in presentation to sell us a Time share when I was there to have a relaxing vacation. My room was supper small although there was kitchen there was not adequate space to sit down and enjoy your meal, unless you laid on the bed.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. This is hands down the nicest hotel in Myrtle Beach. I've been a long time Hilton member, but due to the decline in Hilton hotels, and a lack of concern by their management, me and my family will now be Wyndham members. Keep it up!

Overall, the property is great. The room was very spacious. I made the mistake and booked the studio, thinking. I was booking a one bedroom, but it was plenty of space for just me. We enjoyed the closeness to the ocean but did not like the view of the parking deck when we had purchased a ocean front view. Air conditioner was very load in the room and made it hard to sleep.

The facility has been updated and is very nice. The beach is clean and not crowded. The location is great! You can walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. The staff was very helpful and they had several activities throughout the day.

Our stay here was amazing. Staff were super communicative before we arrived and during our stay. Very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. Very comfy place from home with nice upgrades like granite and stainless steel and crown molding. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Close walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. Loved the pool options and water slide. Easy beachfront access. Parking was super convenient. This was our first stay but will definitely not be our last!

I booked a 2 bedroom ocean front condo based on the pictures and descriptions on the Travelocity website, when I arrived at check in I was informed that I did not have a 2 bedroom ocean front room but I had a 2 bedroom inland view! I was then informed by the clerk that when you book through 3rd party websites you are not guaranteed what you book on the website. When I told him what I booked he said that he didn’t have any oceanfront 2 bedrooms available but did have a 1 bedroom so I took it and it was an awesome unit but still I paid for a two bedroom and now I am in a 1 bedroom unit. I called Travelocity to let them know what was going on and they echoed the same as what the property was saying, so they offered me a $75 coupon for my next booking which they never gave me. So I guess what everyone needs to know is that just because you are looking at a room with pictures and descriptions, YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED THAT ROOM!

I paid Orbitz for an ocean front room but was put in a parking garage view. They argued it was not their fault but Orbitz and they would not even adjust the pricing or anything. So beware of Orbitz and this hotel.I suggest that you call the hotel and confirm EXACTLY what you are paying for! Not a trip for the history book.

We would definitely stay here again.

My biggest complaint was the lazy river. Kids were using it like a pool and jumping in. Adults were playing bumper boats so it was difficult to float and relax. Also, we assumed we were booking an ocean front room and we ended up with a room overlooking the parking lot.

The property itself was beautiful. The experience was terrible. They canceled my reservation while I was on a flight there. I showed up with no where to stay.

Very nice property. Love the location. Easy parking. Beautiful beach.

Our family had a great stay! All the staff were fantastic and very friendly. Nathan was wonderful managing the water slide, and my 7 year old daughter was always greeted with a smile. She even joined some of the staff for a night time crab hunt on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Club Wyndham was awesome exactly as advertised. The room was awesome and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.
