I booked the room on the beach, but when I checked in I was placed across the street from the beach, but still charged the same price. Room had a very bad odor, smelled like mold! I itched all night.

Everything!!! This place was awesome. Nothing except the ‘club’ side of it. I mean we get it. They’re trying to ramp up their business but when you’re on vacation, trying to be sold something isn’t what I want to deal with.

Great bar selection with food, drinks and staebucks type drinks and smoothies. Great mocktails for the teens. Bartenders were very friendly.

There were only 2 things we didn't like. 1 there was no free breakfast included; however, the Tower 2 had a wonderful paid breakfast as an alternative, and an even friendler staff serving it! 2 the concierge spent 45 mind during check-in trying to get us to sign up for one of their "become a part owner" meetings as a way to earn free/discounted stuff for our trip. After politely declining and explaining that we drove 17hrs straight through and didn't really want to sign up for anything, we were able to finish our check in process.

Everything was great! The best location, staff was awesome, rooms were clean Tv was old, needed a little work on upgrades for the bathroom but over all very nice and clean.

Venue was clean and condo roomy and comfortable. Fairly stocked supply kitchen, two full bathrooms and washer/dryer available. Spa tub with separate shower in the master was nice. Beds are comfortable as is the living room furniture. This property is made up of 4 towers, with the fourth not being oceanfront and behind the front three towers blocking the ocean view. The walkway to the condo is external and not great for those with fear of heights or kids. Nothing in booking states what tower you are in and is very misleading that you will have an oceanfront condo. You check in with one staff member then are asked to speak with another to finalize check in however they are trying to set up “survey” review on their timeshare presentation. Tower 4 needs a remodel and some updating ask balcony pieces were chipped and cracked, the door had a gap and could not be corrected on the trip.

I loved the location being right on the beach. The kids loved the pool and the hot tubs! The elevators didn’t work! I had to take the stairs from garage 2 to floor 4 with 6 kids! It was horrible!

This resort has multiple tower buildings and the room I picked said Ocean View. However, the room we got was across the street from the ocean front tower. Hotels.com needs to ensure that the descriptions on these properties are correct. The accommodations were lovely but if I wanted to stay someplace with an ocean front room, I certainly didn’t get it there.

The hotel itself was beautiful with spacious rooms. However, we got asked to do the timeshare presentation at check in. We declined. Then an hour after we got settled in our room, the calls came enticing us to attend the 90 minute timeshare presentation. The offer was $125 American Express gift card. A “free” 8 day/7night trip. And a 2 night stay with $100 visa gift card but you would be required to attend another 90 minute presentation. We honestly had little to do Saturday morning so we went for the coffee and snacks. Saying no 30 times is not an option to these people. It was aggressive and the worst experience ever. They would have kept us there all day if they could. They even said they “owned” Expedia!! The 8 day/7 night trip is useless. You would be paying “multiple daily fees” to stay in their worst hotels. If you stay at Club Wyndham you would be paying daily fees plus over $450…definitely not free. So if Club Wyndam pops up on Expedia for you during your search with a great rate…be wary. And don’t attend the presentation. Unhook your hotel phone when you get in the room so they can’t call you ten times a day about all the free stuff you’ll get to attend. 90 minutes was 2 1/2 hours for us…that’s how long it took for us to get them to take “no.” But they don’t take “no.” I’ve been called by the Club Wyndham timeshare people since I’ve been home…don’t do it!!

We weren’t there for a long time and had plans so in calling ahead to inform them I wouldn’t make the presentation, I’m hoping they refund the money as they stated they would. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you aren’t interested in sitting through a sales pitch.

I like that is clean and vey nice; however, I don' like that you have to wait whether you wan or not to hear about their sale pitch to buy share time mortgage. Sometimes is 5 minutes or 15 minutes and after hour on the road that's the last thing anyone wants to deal with.

The cleanliness of the rooms was superb, which is a SUPER plus when traveling with little ones. Our room was upgraded, via the resort, so we stayed in one of the suites. The kitchen and living room was spacious, as well as the master. Overall- no complaints with the room, or accessing it!

We went for a nice relaxing Girls weekend where we hoped to enjoy some peace and quiet. The facility and staff were amazing at all time's, but I really wish we had been able to pick our neighbors!

The only thing I don’t agree in is quiet time is 11pm . They will not inforce it until 11pm so if your like we were . We had people next to us playing music so loud it was shaking the room my children couldn’t sleep . So we complained and they told us they couldn’t do nothing until 11pm. But check out is 10am.

Plusses: The effort of the staff to communicate regarding the renovations was amazing. They called and emailed. (However, the email was super confusing.) Once I was checked in they contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed and texted throughout my stay. The check in process was quick and easy and the desk was well staffed. The suite was immaculate and had anything I could possibly want. The bed was soft and the water pressure was fantastic! Minuses: The calling and texting was over the top for me. I put the “do not disturb” on my door but they still called to see if I wanted anything. The suite was super musty (and the shower water had an odor). Once inside for a bit you don’t notice but it hit you as soon as you entered.

We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the hotel was perfectly located on the beach where we enjoyed long walks and seeking shells. The timeshare staff is annoying in calling We were there four nights and received 12 calls on cell phone plus another 2-4 per day on the room phone We never answered the phone so don’t know if answering would have slowed this down It didn’t ruin the trip so all in all a good time

We were a bit out of season so that could be part of it. Staff were terrific. Overall a good place to use as a base for the area. Parking was difficult in the main garages but very easy in the overflow lot which was right behind the main garages

Outlets didnt work in cottage bathrooms, lack of decent food nearby, would of been nice if they had a list of good places that were nearby or in driving range, everytime i called for a shuttle the person acted like i was bothering them, shuttle guys were pleasant though, better communication on where you are actually located when you book on other sites

Everything about this property was amazing. My only issues were my A/C had to be fixed twice, it was simple, but it quit twice, and they were doing bldg maintenance that was I'm sure necessary, but slightly inconvenient.

Definitely will book here again! Was in for our son’s wedding and since he is stationed in Washington we were able to do a late Christmas while we’re here with them. Very spacious and clean. Easy and friendly check in. Planning on booking again in the future!

We had the 2 BR partial ocean view. The beds & pillows were SUPER comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The view was amazing. The SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH!! From check in to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and helpful. The amenities were awesome. The only thing was the pool / hot tub area smelled heavily of chlorine and was unusable due to that. However, we had a great stay here and would return! The outdoor pool looked great and they had a small lazy river. They were also right on the beach with easy access!

Our Stay was perfect the hotel had everything we needed ! Only issue was parking it was horrible finding a park ! 10/10 def recommend, we will be back soon

Two bedroom suite w/ sleeper sofa was plenty for 4 adults and 4 children. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer was convenient and budget friendly. The whole family enjoyed the heated outdoor pools, indoor pools and hot tubs in March!

We absolutely loved staying here! The rooms are clean and spacious, we especially loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, the kitchen is a must for us being a family of 8. My kids loved the pools and their favorite was the lazy river, we spent hours at it. We loved it so much we’re planning another trip down in the summer time, and hoping to bring along some friends!

It was great until the end. They charged us incidental when it should have been refunded. I am very upset. When I called back to speak to someone the lady at the front desk Alex was rude and didn’t seem to care.

I did not appreciate the aggressive sale people for the time share.

Check-in was easy and very organized. The establishment is exceptionally clean and kept up!

Room was perfect for my family. Amenities were great however all pools were not heated to same temp it was cold while there and only out door lazy River seemed warm enough to get in and enjoy. All in all I would stay here again no hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful thr service is 10 stars.

Just wished I could have actually seen the ocean. The pool was on the other side really didn’t get to enjoy the resort like I wanted too. They also hit me with the last minute deposit once I’ve already paid. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Everyone at front desk was understanding and very Nice overall I loved my stay.

Enjoyed our stay will visit again.

The only thing I didn't like was the limited parking spaces. But the stay was great!
