My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very nice, the little kitchen and full size fridge was nice. I would definitely come back. They accommodate cats and dogs which is great too.

Very noisy AC and Ice Maker. Very noisy area in North Vegas. Bed was terrible. Blackout curtain did not keep out light at night. Slept terribly. Had to reinsert HDMI cable to get TV to work. Staff wa nice.

The bedroom, bathroom and beddings are clean. Plenty of parking space. Varieties of food places are walkable from the property area. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The staff are very courteous.

This property is located near lots of shopping centers and upscale restaurants ie: Red Lobster. Applebee’s, Chili’s, Outback, Pier 88, Cafe Zupas, just to name a few. The entire staff at this property especially the front desk reps, housekeeping and maintenance workers are very friendly always smiling and polite. One more thing I like to mention; the entrance coming into the building and going to my room has such a beautiful and pleasant smell.

Place was more than I expected. Has a kitchenette, Bathroom with mirror on the outside of the door, for when bath in use you can still use a mirror. Had it's own full size fridge and 2 stove top over. Included a table with 2 chairs. Near Restaurants and gas station. The carpet seemed to have gum or some sticky substance, socks kept getting stuck. Not pleasant. The shower did not drain, had to shut the water off every 2 minutes to give the water time to drain. Not an exaggeration. We did not need to cook as our stay was short. But we did not see pots to cook with.

The pet fee was outrageous. It was $57 which was 50% of the room rate. We paid $20 for a pet fee the previous night in Twin Falls. I will think twice before staying there again

This hotel is conveniently located with MANY food locations. Everything you could possibly need is within 2 miles. The hotel is clean, the staff are EXCEPTIONAL and the beds are comfy. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was very cleaned. Staff were very nice, polite and helpful. I slept very well here. A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The Hotel is located in a nice area with lots of shopping centers, restaurants stores, gas stations and city buses that runs quite late at night throughout the week.

Staff was indifferent - booked a room with a recliner, upon checking in was told yes the room has a recliner - entered the room - no recliner! Went back to the FD informed the staff of the situation and was told check back tomorrow to see if a room with a recliner might be available.

After a horrible night at another hotel -we were so pleased with our choice to move to this hotel. Grateful to Jorge on staff who was able to allow us to check in early. Room, common areas, and staff were outstanding. Great value for the money, excellent location. Very pleased, will stay again!

The stay was good got our family. We booked 2 rooms for Thanksgiving night. The room was spacious and the cleanliness was acceptable. The room had kitchenette which is great for longer stays. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. I would definitely book again. The location is great for me. It’s about 15 from my sister’s house for when I go to visit.

Kitchen had the appliances but no pots, pans, plates, utensils. I had to “borrow” pans from the front desk. Then had to go buy utensils and cookware to make up the difference which I threw away when I left because I can’t take it on a plane. I booked this hotel because of the kitchenette and will not be back because they don’t provide anything to use.

The room and hotel were great. We have stayed in many places with kitchenettes. So far all besides this one had some cooking utensils. So our plans to cook were thrown out when we came to this realization. Next time, we will have to bring all of our own cooking supplies on top of luggage.

Clean place. Close to the airport. Free parking and coin laundry access. Basic coffee and breakfast amenities. Just what you need for a place to crash near the airport for arrival/departure. The only downside is the AC unit which is really loud, but not something they can help. Bring ear plugs to sleep in.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of food options with a lot of fast food options and sit down restaurants close to the hotel. Other rooms doors slamming so hard you could feel it in your bones as late as midnight or more. My room facing the neighbors housing had a dog in the yard that started barking a little after 7:00 am and didn't stop and was still barking at 10:00 am when i checked out.

Only thing was the coffee maker didn’t make my coffee well, it watered it down and they didn’t have hot tea available at the time of visit.

The only thing I didn't like was spotting some previous occupant's Qtip just under the corner of my bed, that shouldn't have been missed by cleaning staff.

The bad was when I went to check-in at night and they were not accessible rooms for my mom. My reservation specified that even though the lady at night told me that it was not. It is very inconvenient to stay in a normal room when my mom has handicap needs. First time booking this hotel chain, very disappointing for sure.

After my husband's surgery, we needed a place to stay with a wonderful recliner in the room and full kitchen. Pet-friendly. Had a wonderful experience. So quiet. So clean. Nice to have coffee whenever we wanted it. Will look for a My Place everywhere we go from now on.

Our second visit to this property - 5 years apart. Still a good place to stay. Convenient to I-15, PLENTY of shopping and GOOD places to eat. Just good coffee in the am - no complimentary "breakfast". Plenty of other breakfast places nearby.

We stayed here overnight with our young kid and had a great experience. The location is excellent, restaurants and shops are just minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will come back the next time we’re in Vegas!

No silverware, pots or pans or cooking utensils. To use the stove you can buy all of these in the snack area! You can buy a breakfast meal the day before you want it and they’ll put it in your fridge then the next day you can microwave it. Will probably stay here again because of its convenient location to local family, but at least now I know all the details they left out in their description.

The hotel offered breakfast in bed, but when we got there, they said no they do not, and they even had little pamphlets telling that they did on the front desk.

This MyPlace hotel is in a great location with fantastic amenities. The customer care is amazing and Ana went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.

Front desk staff were really helpful, but could be a little more friendly, when we needed something in the room the staff on the floor was really diligent to meet our needs. Everything was clean, really comfy beds, and even though we didn't use it i like the little stove in the room.

The staff At check in was polite. However the staff during our stay who was also there at check out was quite the opposite. The carpet in our room was in terrible condition. The coffee in the morning was cold. The firing alarms went off 3 times the night before we hit the road.

Surrounded by great eateries. The parking was easy and there was plenty. We visited on New Year’s Eve, and this hotel was definitely a safe choice and a perfect choice! I would love to come back again. It’s about 18 mins from the strip and that’s what I wanted, to be away from the strip, lol. It gets pricier when closer to the strip too. Anyways, the room was beautiful and the bed was absolutely the most comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept on.

This room was assigned to us after we received an email from Expedia, the day before arrival, stating that the hotel could not accommodate us for an already fully paid room. When Expedia called them and advised that they must cover expenses for relocation to another hotel, they then had this room available. The hotel was also very noisy, with super thin walls, we could hear our neighbors TV full volume, for the entire night.

Stayed here for a quick birthday getaway. Beds comfortable and clean. Not too far of a drive from downtown and the strip. Walking distance to the Cannery Casino. Would stay here again

The staff name Anna was great

Never got checked-in because they over sold for the night I had reserved a month and a half prior. Kid up front wasn’t helpful at all and now I’m waiting for a refund. Had to scramble at midnight to find another hotel. I would not recommend.

It was so-so. TV was out. Someone was hardly ever at the counter. A little grubby for my taste but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. Good for single travelers

Someone trying to steal my truck out of the parking lot facing the front door of he lobby. The lot is dimly lit. They were not able to get it started but left the head lights on, the drivers door wide open and it was like this for a few hours until i discovered it. I went to ask the staff at the front desk and they did not know anything. I asked if they had security video of the parking lot, and they do not. They do not have any security staff either. I will not stay her agian.
