    I actually don’t have any complaints about this hotel at all. I was there for the Memorial Day weekend and the hotel room was clean. The water worked very well. The room smelled good. The breakfast was delightful. I had absolutely no issues with this hotel and I actually would stay there again.

    Couldn't get over the bad smell of the room. Very musty odor (excessive humidity). Stains in the carpet and room sofa. Toilet seat very loose-almoat felt as though I was going to slide off toilet. Room entry door wasn't the typical heavy hotel room door. It looked like it was a door that goes to another inside room door you would find inside of a house. Door was stuck and would have to be forced to close. Huge gap at the bottom in which you see shadows of people walking back and forth and hear them. I'm assuming this was a crappy hotel before Wingate took over and they just slapped their name on it. Long story short, Lysol was my only comfort and thankfully my stay was only 2 nights in which most was spent OUTSIDE the hotel. I do not recommend at all unless vast improvements are made.

    The hotel was okay if you want to save money and just a place to sleep. It is very outdated, old feeling and needs more attention. Fitness area was dirty and both treadmills in there were not in working condition and very old. Elevators were old and dirty. Bedding in the room seemed okay. Thankful that I didn’t see any bugs or anything like that. Carpet very old and dirty. Toilet had a very slow flushing flow. Basically just paid to not sleep in my car and quick shower. I was surprised bc all the other Wingates I have stayed at are very decent, clean and well maintained. Maybe this time it was the area.

    The carpets were absolutely filthy. They were stains everywhere. The comforters on top of the bed were stained. The wallpaper was even stained. We slept in our clothes. I have pictures of everything.It was very noisy there, Between the people, yelling and dogs barking. Somebody came and banged on my door at 2:30 AM. It was absolutely terrible. I just had to stay there for about four hours until my flight or I would’ve requested my money back and looked for another hotel.

He never did,contacted front desk again,the lady didnt know anything about our tv not working,the guy never informed her as they changed shifts. She sent someone right away. She couldn't get it to work,so moved us to another room. The shower was was dirty, as well as the bathroom. The carpet had snags all over it. I was very disappointed, as i had stayed at Wyndham hotels many times before. I had a friend from out of town and was embarrassed how the hotel room looked. It was a very disappointing experience staying at a Wyndham hotel.

    Parking lot was dirty, room, quality, and size not as pictured, AC didn’t go below 70, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom was not clean, both elevators shook and bumped. Check out process was extremely poor. No one was attending the front desk and when I finally found somebody their system was down and I couldn’t have a receipt. Overall, not a great experience would not recommend it.

    Quite a dilapidated establishment. Furniture looks very worn. A lot of light fixtures weren’t working in rooms. I had to pay an extra $15/night to “upgrade” to a room away from the elevators where i could sleep in peace.

Booked to double beds go which to a king and a sofa with no linens for the sofa, so tired did not want to go to front desk second time,so grandson had to share bed with me,also it doesn't do anyone any good to write these reviews because all anybody ever gets back is thanks for your review, that doesn't help my bad stay are the money I spent

    The least water pressure in the shower that I have ever experienced in my life. That is not an award a hotel should want. I was concerned that my hair would not completely be wet. I did not dare put shampoo on it.

    Just want to share that your staff is amazing. Jeffrey and Debra were both so warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The entire staff appeared to be ahppy at their jobs, a tribute to management. In some areas the property is a bit tired but that did not impact our stay. All in all our stay was amazing. Congratulations to your hiring team!! Please share my complements

    The next morning I went to make coffee, there was only decaf in the room. I called front desk. they said gee we dont have any cafrienated coffee. I said let me get this right, this is a wyndam property and no coffee. She said yes the shipment was delayed. I asked for soneone to bring me a cup of coffee as I am disabled. 20 mins later and after another phone call someone appeared with one small coffee. About the same time I got a text asking me when I was leaving. Your company should be ashamed of this service and I cant believe Wyndam is associated with this property. I am very disappointed and feel very mush dis-served.

    Unfortunately Expedia wants to censor me so I am unable to write a real review to hide the true facts of my experience with this hotel which I am glad I did not stay at. The general manager, I guess I’m not allowed to say her name but it rhymes with Marlene needs rigorous customer service training. She hanged up the phone on me numerous times only because I was seeking answers after my flight was delayed and I was being nothing respectful to her. To anyone thinking of staying here, just do yourself a favor and find another hotel to stay at. The front desk seemed okay and were somewhat helpful to me getting my refund back. But, that GM needs to be DM’d (demoted).

    Unfortunately Expedia wants to censor me so I am unable to write a real review to hide the true facts of my experience with this hotel which I am glad I did not stay at. The general manager, I guess I’m not allowed to say her name but it rhymes with Marlene needs rigorous customer service training. She hanged up the phone on me numerous times only because I was seeking answers after my flight was delayed and I was being nothing respectful to her.     Super friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Very conveniently located off interstate. Nice and bright when walking in. Only negative I could say is the carpet in the elevator probably needs to be pulled out. Carpets in the room also but they were ok. I just am not a fan of carpet b/c of my allergies. However overall would recommend especially for just a place to sleep couple nights and price.

    The room we stayed in had a large (1-2 inch) gap underneath the entrance door. We felt a little bit uncomfortable with it so we stuffed a rolled up towel in the gap during our stay inside the room. We received a call from the front desk around 11:30-11:45PM asking if we were taking a shower/had already taken a shower.. I couldn’t quite understand the reasoning but I am hoping that it was a one off thing? We luckily hadn’t been long gotten to bed but I was a little concerned about the timing of the call. Front desk staff member at check in and the breakfast crew were friendly enough and the room was otherwise okay for what we needed for a 1 night stay.

Shower head loose, when first turned on sprayed from joint all over, when hand tightened the water pressure was a mist (no option to adjust), couldn't get all the shampoo out because of this. Behind the main door was a piece of food that has probably been overlooked a few times. walls patched but not painted, bed has a permanent body indent in it making it impossiple to sleep anywhere except the middle indent. the pillows were barely stuffed with anything and the front desk was quick to tell you upon checking in that there's not any extras, but with the three stacked they were still flat. 4 channels on the TV is all you get. 2 inch gap under the door leading to the hallway made it easy to hear everything that went on our there, and at all times.

    Secondly- there was a plastic grocery bag on our smoke detector. They told me it would be corrected but they never showed. When i called to complain after neither issue was resolved, they told me i could check out. Customer service at it's best. Very disappointing.

On my questions were answered and my check-in went super quick. The room was easy to find. The beds were comfortable.     The hotel itself was okay. One elevator had an unpleasant smell to it. The rooms were clean enough. Our fitted sheet kept falling off the bed which was annoying at 4am. Their staff was really friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent - eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, waffles and basic cold things. On a Saturday it ended at 10am. What sold me was another reviewer who said it was "the best breakfast ever." I would definitely beg to differ. Like I said, I'm airline crew. I stay at different hotels for a living. With that being said, I guess I would stay here again if I were in a pinch AND they had an airport shuttle. Otherwise, I'd pay more for a better hotel.

    Condition of the room was unacceptable. Beds, towels and bath were clean - carpet was horrible. AC controls were broken - at least it ran but could not turn off arctic air. Bathroom sink drain was stuck closed with lever removed. Room should not have been in use until repaired.

    I booked a room with 2 queen beds via Hotels.com. I specifically selected 2 queen beds due to our age, arthritis, and menopause. You think your husband is a furnace at night? Not even close. Two old gals with hot flashes would make the devil seek an ice bath. We were given a king room with a sofa and were told one of us could use the sleeper sofa. So, let’s throw in a 2” thick foam mattress on a wire mesh system that is so noisy when turning over that Cindy next would blush, never mind the other woman in the room who’s ready to snap a neck mid mood swing. Then, there was the said sleeper sofa, which still had the previous guests sheets on the mattress, not to mention how gross the couch was. I mean, do you see the pics?

    The AC unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax. The shower door also needs to be replaced. I was charged a Colosseum fee even though there was no event taking place, which felt unnecessary—especially since I stayed at a hotel across the street previously and wasn’t charged anything similar. That fee was about $3, plus a $100 deposit. On a positive note, the front desk representative was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated.

    The location of the property is good, but the property has clearly not been kept up well. The elevators are extremely noisy and are in poor visual condition. The rooms are extremely nice, but ventilation is needed in the bathrooms because there was what looked like mold in the area above the actual shower itself. The door frames in the hallways and the chairs in the lobby were not kept up well. The chairs were extremely threadbare and looked very worn. The staff was nice and check-in was a breeze as was checkout. It was a decent place for overnight but I would not stay again, most likely.

    The pictures of the property show more of an upgraded facility but upon arrival, the floors were extremely dirty and needs replacing. The walls have uneven paint all through the property and random patch work that’s very visible. However the linen was exceptionally clean and breakfast was great.     This property is "long in the tooth". The rooms and hallway smell like they have been sprayed with perfume to "hide" odors. This is not a Wyndham Quality facility. More the level of quality and appearance of an older Days Inn. I know now that there are other much nicer hotels at competitive prices nearby. The facility had large number of contractors and truck divers staying there with their Diesel Engines running most of the night,

    Had a very good stay. One breakfast day didn't have any eggs and I am protein based diet only but it certainly was not their fault! Truck never showed up to deliver. Other than that all was great!

    Got stuck on the elevator 2 times and had to open it and use the other one , shower was fuzzy dirty. The staff were very polite and attentive.

    I like the location of the hotel - but I hated the fact that the rooms were not all that clean. A roach came out of my bed and when I asked for service I was told that I couldn’t get service. So I probably will not stay here again.

    The room did not have a working phone, the t.v. kept going and off of service, the front desk clerk said she would tell the maintenance man the next day, but still nothing. Breakfast looked like it would have been good, but did not get to eat due to them not having enough prepared for everyone.
