The room was dirty and the floor was fealty. There was a strong smell of weed. My wife and daughter decided to travel back home and did not sleep there.

The room was very clean! Staff was amazing, the hotel an pool was clean and smelled so good

Was quiet, maintenance person was prompted,helpful & resolved 1 of my issues On the 2nd floor,the A/C unit was broken,shredded the lights fixtures were not working properly T V didn't come on. Some electrical sockets weren't properly working. I requested to change rooms but was denied because I didn't check out my unit & report the issues. When I did find the issues & reported them I was told ,the person that I had reserved the room from,had already left & I couldn't change rooms due to no problem with the room reported.

A dive motel, pool was closed, (garbage floating in it). Many men sitting outside rooms, smoking and drinking with load music on til 2am. needed sleep to catch early flight, up impossible! Scary ! Very unpleasant.

Breakfast was nothing like the picture posted here. Probably 1/10 of it. This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. They didn't have an ice machine, attendant said someone would bring some in 5-10 minutes, 20 minutes later now one had showed up. Ants and spiders in the room. The ceiling of the bathroom was collapsing and the tubs finish was almost entirely peeled off. People outside the room, including other guests, yelling and banging until all hours.

The property is in disrepair and the door didn’t securely deadbolt. I had to wedge the ironing board against the door and still didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler. The shower curtain rod dipped so the curtain wouldn’t stay open which was ok since I was alone but also, still not ok. Mattress was ancient… would not recommend to anyone

Definitely! Dirty, smelled, bed reeked of urine, walls have holes and caving in at baseboard, ceiling tiles missing in bathroom, wood frame around mirror broken and falling off, some king of pill left on the floor, loud chaos outside my door all night.

The property was very nasty and the room was disgusting. It was dirty, very dirty too dirty for anyone to spend the night in. There were lots of people asking for a refund because they couldn't stand the activity in the parking lot as well. My bed was covered with bed bugs. The staff didn't seem to be surprised when I told them my bed has bed bugs.

There was blood speckled in the wall,sink and other area

lights were broken in the room, shampoo bottles empty. We had a homeless man lay down in front of our door at midnight grunting and banging on the door until the police came and removed him. Did not feel safe.

Don’t stay here. This place is disgusting. The room they gave me had a clogged toilet. The roof started leaking in the bathroom. There was a lizard in the bathroom !!!! Whole room was dusty and dirty! Didn’t even stay the night. Left immediately. Save your money!

Upon entering the assigned room I found the room still being serviced. I immediately saw the desk leg broken and noticed an unpleasant odor. I returned to the office and told the clerk what I discovered; he assigned me another room. Upon entering that room I found that same unpleasant odor as well as bugs on the floor. Once again I spoke with the clerk and told him what I discovered. That was when I decided not to spend the night at that Travelodge. Even though that experience was not a good one I will consider Travelodge as a hotel to visit.

We had to get a refund. Our key didn’t work, the property manager was too busy yelling on his phone to let us in our room for 15 minutes and there were roaches. Still waiting on the refund. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Filthy, broken appliances, blood on sheets, prostitutes/pimps 2 doors down actively working, woke up around 11:00 to the workers screaming they were going to call the cops if someone else didn't leave, Terrible, dirty, unsafe, falsely advertised.

Yes I hated everything about it. It was roach infested and had to leave after only being there a couple of hours.

Didn't get to experience it. Wasn't there long enough to see. Place to be any very bad . Holes on the wall, no lock in the bathroom, no safety latch at the main door, strong cigarette smell on everything in the room. Is not adequate for rental, my opinion.

It was very unkept, everything was falling apart, safe was pretty much on the floor, lamp was old and lightbulbs were hanging. Chair seemed very dirty, stains/holes on walls. Not recommended.

I had some bad experiences with some hotels over the years. But this one was by far the worst experience I have ever had! Dirty rooms, bed bugs on the bed, some other insects around, disgusting bathrooms. Cigarettes and Marihuana smells inside the rooms. I found hairs on the bed and on the towels. People smoking right outside the rooms with doors open. I've never seen anything like this.

The advertisement is false and misleading. They don't have the Wyndham brand standards, there is no continental breakfast, and it was noisy during the night because of the cars and neighbors

The breakfast was trash. Stale white bread is not a good selling point. The roaches and mildew odor need to be addressed.

Breakfast only had two cereal options juice dispenser was only working for the apple juice the oj was coming out as water. The pool was closed everyday of my stay. Was told day one was due to cleaning and the other day due to rain. I could understand if there was lightning storm but just having rain falling out of the sky didn't make sense to close the pool since you get wet in a pool water from the sky wouldn't make a difference to me. The staff I dealt with was very friendly. The bathroom of the room I stayed in badly had a cracked shower ledge. Overall I give it two stars.

I like that the man at the front desk and maintenance guy was good. However, the area is sketchy. I did not too much mind it, but I had family with me. It is not a safe place just to walk around the hotel or walk to the nearby restaurants.

I never thought that Expedia could be part of such a terrible place. It's so dirty, the walls are cracked, there's no smoke detector, the keys don't work, and water is falling from the floor above. I have photos that show how bad the place is. The sheets have cigarette holes.

If you want to stay at a hotel that’s ran down out of date this is for you!! I had a nice party outside my door every night I stayed there. Had crack heads outside my door smoking crack. THATS RIGHT ROLLING THE FOIL. Spend the extra 30$ and get a nicer room. This place is 100% terrible

Doors were broken, locks broken,crackheads and hookers all over at night, a domestic disturbance occured above us and had to call the police. Cockroaches everywhere, unsafe place, shower curtain rod was not secure and could not shut curtain. bathroom door would not shut. The place should be tore down.

I wasnt expecting "the Hilton" experience but i thought quiet and cozy. It was terrifying and triggering. Even my service dog was on edge and hes still a puppy. First thing maintance is coming out of my room. Then he alerts me that after check out is over hed be back to fix my door lock because it wasnt reading the card. It was 8am ck out wasnt till 11. My bed is sunk in and broken. The toilet is hard to flush, and has rust on it with a rust stain in the ground. The floors are not cleaned. The bedding has cigarette hold in it. The room was 84 degrees when I walked it.

Pool needs lots of work hand rail isn’t even sturdy and a few other things needs repair. The stay was fine enough. The room was in horrible shape and smelled bad but there weren't any bugs. The pool was open but unusable as it was full of trash luke leaves, regular trash, used band aids and cigarette butts. The television didn't work. The air conditioner worked, the toilet flushed and the shower worked.

The front desk clerk sat behind a plexiglass partition. She was polite and cordial. That was the highlight of my interaction with Ecnolodge North. When I was given my pass keys to the room, the clerk said, "They're should be a microwave and a fridge in your room. If they are not there, let me know and I will have one brought up to you." (Cue Red Flag) Went into the room and when I moved the curtains, they fell down off the hooks. The floors did not look clean at all with the corners of the room having black mold and buildup that looked as if it had been there for months. There were holes in the walls. Microwave was punched in, and I didnt dare open the fridge. Upon entering the bathroom, the tub/shower was not clean, there were black stains in the corners of the bathroom, & rust stains on the walls. I went to call the front desk. When searching for the phone, I found it in the nightstand drawer. Between the phone a and the Bible I found what looked to be human excretions....white... that was it. I marched down to the front desk and stated there was NO WAY I could stay here with my child. Never again, will I trust the reviews from online sites. I WILL RESEARCH the reviews via google away from whatever app I happen to use.

Staff are not friendly at all. We were to the front desk ask for a new towel, they say they are sold out ... The ground of the room was dirty, as well as the shower, mould everywhere, presence of blates, and a smell of cigarettes and popers in the room. Feeling of insecurity throughout the night because of the noises around. Not recommended +++

Was over charged stayed one day charges for 2 then double charged for the room and the disnt care toom was broken doen and no hot water never again will i stay in that hotel

Walking in, the lobby is not as pictured on the site. There is plexiglass to the ceiling in front of the desk. The registrar indicated that we would not get the room we had reserved (king bed.) When I told her we would need a king bed, she assigned us to a queen bed. She replied that we would not like the area we were being assigned to for the night. I questioned her and she became quiet. We had arrived later and knew that reservations in the area were hard to locate for the night. As we arrived in the room, there were no lights to turn on. We realized that the switch operated a lamp that had no bulb. There were no linens, no hairdryer, no ironing board, all as advertised. We went to call and realized the phone did not work. We made a call with our cells to the front desk. We did not receive the most welcome response and decided, even with the late hour, we needed to move. We were ready to leave when the loud noises, bumping and screaming started occurring outside. Children were crying. This went on for hours. Due to what was happening outside our room, we felt it was best to stay inside and not leave. Then, we realized we had no smoke alarm. There was a metal backing and wires from what had been a smoke alarm up near the ceiling. Also, the hotel did not indicate it had rooms opening to the outside. When we did emerge the next morning at sunlight, there was trash all over the place and we realized how filthy the sidewalk and stairs were outside.

Bed was worn out, not very comfortable. When i take a shower, water flood in tub - took a long time for it to go down. I reported it to front desk, they said the’ll send a maintenance guy, disnt show up. Few hours later i followed up with front desk, finally the guy came. I mentioned it needed a drano. Bed was worn out, not very comfortable. When i take a shower, water flood in tub - took a long time for it to go down. I reported it to front desk, they said the’ll send a maintenance guy, disnt show up. Few hours later i followed up with front desk, finally the guy came. I mentioned it needed a drano. Check was not very friendly, got to room, door was broken, lights were not working, bugs and sheets were dirty. Had an unexpected additional cost to check in. Tub had a whole in it. Asked for a new room and told no until someone could check out the room.

The desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast the next morning was nearly gone by the time I popped in around 9:00 with nothing but cereal, 3 bread heels and some muffins.

The property was nothing like the photos on the Internet. Most troubling was the noise outside my door at night, and while the pillow and bed allowed for a good night's sleep, the look and feel of the hotel was ancient and badly in need of upgrades. For one night I can sleep almost anywhere, but I would think twice about having my family come with me.

First off the hotel ran my card on file and since I did not move my money into my account for them they canceled my reservation so I had to rebook my stay. Staff was rude. Once my family and I got to our room it was nasty and unclean. Baby bottle of rotten apple juice left in fridge, something red inside the safe, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the tub and bathroom walls were filthy, food crumbs in the chair and desk chair, mirror had spots on it and sink had hair in it. I took a video of the room but only took one photo of the safe. To top it off there what looked to be prostitution going on there and also my husband was approached by someone asking him if he wanted crack! We locked our door and wedged the desk chair under the door knob slept for the night and then checked out the next morning. No way were we staying another night with our 5 kids!! Thankfully we were refunded for the second night. The pictures definitely were deceiving and they did not offer breakfast per the amenities say. Very disappointed.

Police was called and they said nothing they could do unless they was fighting. I wasn’t the only one that checked right out there was three other ppl that checked out first.

The smell of Marijuana was overpowering, my husband and I don't do drugs or anything but you can smell it when you get on the property and when you walk out of your room. The only good thing was rhe beds was comfortable but the furniture, fridge and microwave was ready for the dumpster. The staff was wonderful, location was good but getting in and out of the property you had to take your life in your own hands it was scary at best.

I know this is a budget hotel but it does not mean DIRTY. It was poorly maintained as well as the room as the so called FREE breakfast. Bad coffee, only toast abd biscuit was offered. A dirty plastic 1lb jar or marmelade, sticky everywhere and ditto for the butter. Both items were empty. That was the so called free breakfast. Rooms were dusrt and sheets were spotty. Unsafe and Unpleasant – Avoid This motel I booked two rooms at this motel but left without staying because of the terrible conditions. From the moment I arrived, I felt uneasy. There were multiple people loitering around the property, many appearing to be vagrants, creating an unsafe atmosphere. The lobby was overcrowded, dimly lit, and unclean. Several ceiling lights were out, adding to the rundown appearance, and the front desk staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As I walked to my rooms, I encountered more concerning activity, including individuals who appeared to be engaged in solicitation. The property was poorly monitored, and the environment did not feel safe. The final straw was walking through a thick cloud of marijuana and drug smoke in the parking lot—right outside other guest rooms. This hotel is not just neglected; it feels unsafe and poorly managed. If you value cleanliness, security, and a welcoming environment, I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

The electric key lock was broken so had to wait for maintenance to come and unlock the door but couldn’t leave the room not would be a long wait to get him to reopen it, there were no towels in the room and the best part is if I didn’t have a wrench on me I would not have been able to shower due to the missing shower hardware was missing

The rooms are unclean. The bathroom is gross, every corner has compiled filth and grime. The shower curtain rod is clinging for dear life to the wall. The ice bucket has some unknown filth in it, some yellow film. The room has roaches. The desk is missing a leg. Literally...it has three legs. No microwave. The phone doesnt work. Would not recommend or stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty and safe was off the wall. Bert dark parking lot entry was block off had to go down side street never stay there again.

Stayed at this property a couple times must have got a bad room was kind of filthy felt like I was going to get some STD but that's all I can complain about because first time bad review but hopefully not again like I said this was a bad room at the rooms are beautiful just didn't get the right one I guess

I had to cancel immediately after checking in. The only reason I proceeded with check-in was to at least see the room. However, the entire property was in terrible condition…a used condom on the lanai outside the room, a strong smell of mildew and rotting wood inside, and visible filth, including a dirty chair and stained walls.
